Hotel lobby was nice and upper floors were clean. No doorman to help with the luggage. Rooms were small and dark but clean. Changed rooms, the first room had one window that faced a wall. The second room was fine.

I stayed one night in the hotel, and id probably never stay again due to the elevator being extremely slow and skipping floor levels. I was on a time crunch to get to the airport and I wanted over 10 minutes on floor 5. After minute 13 I had to walk down 5 flight of stairs with two luggage’s. Also the restaurants were either under construction or had a private event so I had to leave to get a drink and bite to eat. Just not what I expected at all

Good place, good people. Like this chain, would happily stay there again.

Little lapses - restaurant and terrace hours not listed anywhere I could find, for instance - had to ask. Arrangement with dry cleaners very helpful at the end of a month-long trip, but laundry list and staff gave different stories on timing. Likewise, I think there was room service, but there was no obvious menu or availability time listed anywhere and the restaurant menu on the web site doesn’t match the actual menu offered in the restaurant.

Had a small room, which was fine, but the charging cradle/clock took up most of the nightstand. My phone and tablet can’t use it anyway. ) Phone fell one night when I rolled over too far and hit it.

Beautiful bathroom, but not enough towel racks and the shower pan was angled so that water ran on to the floor.

My sense is that they’re short on staff, and from things I picked up this is partly a result of fear of Trump’s ICE goons.

This is a great location, and the hotel nicely maintained. From the lobby to the bar to the rooms, it’s nice. We were in a King room, and the bed took up 90% of the room, but there was a comfy chair and mini-fridge/coffee maker, closet. But not a lot of space for luggage or even unpacking and storing stuff. That’s the main downside. Otherwise, it’s good. I’d stay there again if I had events in that part of town. We were going to two nights of shows at the Rooftop at Pier 17, and it was an easy, quick walk.

We enjoyed our stay. The room are small, there was no space to put our clothes and even our suitcases, had to use a skinny closet. Most nights, the rooftop was rented out and unavailable to guests. Other than that, the staff were helpful.

Rooftop bar - a specific amenity that drew us to the hotel was used for a private function each night of our stay. Outside of those private events, we were not allowed to access the rooftop bar due to ongoing renovations.

1st floor bar/restaurant might as well have been a convenient store. Very little seating, bad drinks and food.

The fitness center is located in the cellar. Seemingly an old janitors closet. The gym consists of 1 treadmill, 1 elliptical and a few dumbbells.

I would recommend to any family, friends and acquaintances to avoid this hotel. False advertisement and price gouging at its finest.

We had a good stay this property. The only thing that annoyed me is that we were promised room cleaning every single day of our stay repeatedly, but yet for the first two days they neglected to clean our room. The staff was very accommodating when I told them this, but it still took housekeeping forever to get to the room. The location was perfect for uber shuttle and close to multiple subway stations. I would recommend staying here.

Really nice, small hotel with small rooms.... my room was very clean, well appointed, quiet, and very small. Not too too small for one person, but with two people i'd imagine it'd be a problem. I was bummed that the renowned hotel roof bar was closed for a private event. I wish they'd told me that when i checked in... i still would've stayed there, but i wouldn't have had a friend meet me there to have a drink. Little restaurant was good.... very nice breakfast and I got a $10 off coupon to dine there.
I'll stay there again someday.

We stated this hotel to do the Five Boro Bike Ride. Location is perfect- right by the starting line. We also had a patio, which was perfect for storing our bikes. My only complaint was the towels. They were super cheap - really thin, and only two per room- kind of thing I would expect at a discount hotel, not an Indigo. Otherwise, the staff was great and very accommodating.

We had a mixed experience. Overall, the facillity is modern and clean. The staff were uniformly competent, friendly, and helpful. Our first room was unsatisfactory, due to a bath/shower that felt unsafe (no grab bars and unstable footing). They moved us to an ADA room that was better. We aren't disabled, but we are in our late 70s, and didn't feel comfortable in the first room.

The hotel breakfasts (which we paid extra for) were excellent.

The location was convenient, a few blocks from the Wall Street subway station. There are a couple of good bagel shops nearby.

The staff was extremely nice, the room was also nice and clean when we arrived. My only complaint is the hidden fees they charge you a “resort fee” that isn’t included in the initial payment and the amenities of the hotel aren’t that great. So don’t expect your deposit back because it’s ate up by hidden fees.

The room was great. The staff was courteous but my husband did go down with a question and was totally ignored. He waited quite a long time and no one ever even said we will be with you shortly. He finally just came back to the room.
I also feel like charging me the amenity fee and saying it was included in my confirmation was not right. It should be included in your total so there are no surprises .

I don't even know were to start .This suppose to be 4 star hotel, BUT ITS NOT !!!!!.
We arrived pretty late its a very small , narrow hotel , we checked in ok, went to the room, the room was freezing 60 degrees .we put on the heating or we thought we did and we woke up many times middle of the nights trying to do rise the temperature of the room, nothing worked , we rang reception at 6 am saying its so cold in the room we cant do this (outside was cold too 29 F degrees ) they told me they gonna send someone up soon, the technician will start soon, I was waiting 2-3 hours - nothing. I went to the reception i was like guys come on I have to wear jacket in the room,the guys came over few hours later saying he needs to reset the system cos its not working. The general manager previously told me she went into the room and said i had it on the wrong setting - which was a lie! Next morning at the reception all staff was wearing winter jackets and hats, and the bartender just told us ,, oh we have heating problems for the past week- which means GM was lying to us!!nice. We paid nearly 3000 dollars for 3 nights and was horrible ,we wanted go to the bar on the roof top 2 nights in a row and was closed for private event , bar downstairs was closed too ha ha, We got a flu from sleeping in the cold, we asked reception for cup of hot water to mix the medicine in- they said they cant do it - i mean what 4 star hotel cant do hot water ?and the last the gym- please don't call that gym-

It's a nice room and the staff are great. However, the breakfast that came with my reservation was peopled by one person doing everything - it took forever and the service, despite the effort, was terrible.
Checking out was even worse - checkout is at 11 but we were locked out of the room at 10:30 and couldn't get in after 3 trips to the front desk. It was finally fixed and the housekeeping staff were very kind but this is ridiculous for any hotel.

The rooms are tiny in this hotel. I hit my head on the shower head. Only one side of the bed has a bedside table. There is no closet. No way to open a large suitcase by the floor. One person could be fine in this but very tough with 2. Good housekeeping and air conditioning though.

The location was fantastic! However, when checking in, we discovered that the room type we had requested was unavailable. This was unfortunate and disappointing. Additionally, we were not informed about an ongoing event that would have significantly impacted our stay. Unfortunately, this event restricted us from using the rooftop/lounge area, which was a major disappointment considering it was our first time exploring NYC. This oversight made us feel like we had been taken advantage of regarding the hotel’s amenities.
