I wasn’t expecting much for the price that I paid for the room, the room was very small no refrigerator, but the bed was very comfortable. The shower was very nice. I stayed on the 6th floor and my neighbor kept opening there door every time they heard me leaving, very weird but she was elderly, so I didn’t think much of it.

I recently stayed at Days Inn and my experience was quite disappointing. The room was tiny and far from comfortable. The bed provided no support, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep.
The walls were incredibly thin. I could hear the television from the room next door at 3 AM, which was quite disruptive.

Also, the water in the shower took several minutes to warm up, which was frustrating when all I wanted was a quick rinse after a long day. As for cleanliness, the floors were sticky and appeared dirty, leaving me questioning the overall hygiene of the hotel.
I would not recommend it.

I arrived late for check in and was put in a room in the lobby for the night. It was very loud, but the staff the following morning was kind and allowed me to switch rooms to a quieter floor. The room is small but has the basics (no microwave or mini fridge). It was very clean (I clean the room anyways, but I could tell it was just cleaned). All in all, a good spot for a short trip and near plenty of food.

Cute clean room, I felt safe, the breakfast did the job & the price was great. I had access to Brooklyn and Manhattan with the subways / bus. It was kinda cold in the room, but it was during the cold front. I do suggest you bring ear plugs as you can hear when the other patrons come in & out. I’d definitely stay again!

Room was comfortable. The breakfast room on the 13th floor has a spectacular view of lower Manhattan. It was well situated for both Chinatown and Lower East Side access. The room was clean & warm during my below zero visit. booked an upper floor and was rewarded with a different view that the breakfast room.

Clean room and a quite building space. I expected the room to be bigger, but the square footage was enough for me and my daughter. We were not thrilled with the breakfast bar as we are used to seeing a pancake or waffle machine. Luckily there was a variety of fresh fruits that we enjoyed. Overall, I was satisfied with the my stay. Staff was cordial and kind. They put our bags in their storage after we checked out since we had a late flight.

The room was small, but neat and tidy. The bathroom was nice, good shower. Breakfast was very, very basic, but still appreciated. I liked the 24-hour coffee machine in the lobby. If you're looking for a basic place to stay for a good price, this one is OK. I will definitely consider it again on my next trip to NY, because that's all I need - a basic place to stay.

The hotel location is perfect to travel around NYC. It is close to the train stations. An abundance of restaurants, and a hop to Soho where one can shop till content. The hotel is quiet and clean. Rooms are cozy and comfortable.

I’ve traveled extensively around the world, and this is by far the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Dirty rooms, sticky floors, and overall poor cleanliness. Charging $400 for a Saturday night is completely unjustifiable. This place is unacceptable.

Heat went out the first night and only a portable space heater was provided rather than fixing the heat. Incredibly dangerous to leave all night running. Manager never reached out about the problem and the hotel was sold out so I couldn’t be moved to a different room. Male working the front desk was rude and didn’t help at all. Should have been refunded for the entire week but got charged for one night with no heat.

First, the staff was great! Very pleasant, efficient, and informative. THEY are the reason anything else I talk about really doesn't matter. They work hard to please and are successful in that endeavor.

Ok, now the minor detractors... the rooms are small but had everything needed for an enjoyable stay. The only big negative is that the bed was made with only a bottom sheet and the comforter on top. It was missing the top flat sheet. I'm used to sleeping between 2 sheets and a comforter in top for warmth. Since it happened again after the room was cleaned, I understood this is by design. I felt uncomfortable sleeping with the comforter as my top sheet so they quickly brought one on both nights. They claimed to wash the comforter every time but I found it hard to believe. Doesn't matter, they fixed it!

Regardless of the room size and the sheet concern, I would gladly tell anyone to book a room there. It's a good value and it's in the middle is Chinatown so it was easy to walk to delicious food. I'll stay there again next time!

Bathroom floors with filthy. When I asked housekeeping to clean them, they showed up with one washcloth and used the toilet paper to wipe the shower and floors. No cleaning supplies….see pictures for AFTER their house keeping “cleaned” the floors. Needless to say, I had to buy some flip flops.

Places to dine and go shopping are all within walking distance and theres a playground close by. An entrance to the subway is super close, making it easy to get around New York. AC worked well.

This place was horrible. Not like the pictures, they put us in a room in the basement that was next to the garbage room. We had to walk through piles of garbage to get to the room. The room smelled like a pack of cigarettes despite the room being labeled as a non smoking room. There was also another door in the room that led to the street but it was locked you couldn’t open it. I asked if we can be switched to another room and they told me no because the room was booked. I ended up checking out right there on the spot and spent the night in my car. I felt so dirty and unsafe in that hotel that I preferred my own car. Never again and never would I recommend this place.
