Excellent stay with clean, roomy accommodations. The management is top-notch; despite a major snowstorm shutting down the neighborhood, the hotel kept everything running perfectly with a full, delicious breakfast. The 24-hour complimentary coffee and tea station in the lobby is incredibly thoughtful, providing much-needed comfort to weary travelers. A truly hospitable experience. We will be back for sure.

I was in town for work nearby and really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The breakfast area, and menu, were the highlight of the stat but also the staff was very friendly.
I enjoyed my room, the design was simple and current and I could have gladly spent more time there. Only let down was the shower who was leaking water everytime I used it, not great to be stuck with a wet floormat after.

We were given the wrong room at check-in, and when we opened the door there was a couple inside, half-dressed. It was extremely awkward, uncomfortable, and honestly unacceptable. The front desk didn’t verify the room assignment properly, and the situation made us feel unsafe and embarrassed. A hotel should never put guests in that position. This really affected our entire stay.

A very nice hotel in the Soho area of NYC. Half block from the Canal street subway station, so easy to get around NYC. Rooms weren't large, but big enough, clean and updated. Good size bathroom, with hot water and good water pressure in the showers. Walker street is a cut through, side street, so very quiet at night. Beds and pillows were comfortable, good HVAC in the room. The free continental breakfast was also good. Nice range of options and good way to get some food in your system before you hit the town. Would definitely stay here again.

The neighborhood felt slightly dodgy when we first arrived, but we got used to it and went out at night without problems. The proximity to the subway station is a huge plus, but our room was quite dusty (see picture) and there were several squashed bugs (looked like fruit flies) on the walls. There are earplugs available in the room, in they are definitely needed if you're not used to the loud city nights.
The woman who checked us in was lovely and very friendly, but some of the other people at the front desk were not so friendly, unfortunately.
Considering we paid $2000 for 4 nights, we definitely expected something better, even in NYC.

Horrible Hotels.com Experience. Best Western I will be staying on October 3rd. I made the reservation for that date and somehow Hotels made if for earlier. When contacted them to correct, they wanted to double charge me for the room. Disputing with the CC company now. Awful Hotels.com experience. Will never ever ever go through Hotels.com EVER AGAIN! This hotel was awesome from the moment we got there earlier than check in and the staff was so kind. They got our bags tagged and took them to a safe spot where we could claim later. Room was actually pretty spacious for a manhattan hotel, clean. Right after we got in we had some trouble with the toilet and within five minutes they had someone up to fix it and within minutes everything was good. They check with you how often you want the room made up, i was able to say on days when we just needed new towels not a whole room clean and then the days when we needed more. Walking distance to all the shopping in Soho,

Don't let the Best Western name fool you. This is a very nice hotel! The rooms are modern and up to date. The staff is very professional and pleasant. Location is great! My only complaints were no coffee maker in room and no way to adjust temperature in the room. However I would still highly recommend this hotel!

Overall the room was good! We did have several issues with stains on our towels and comforter. Both appeared to have been washed, however, they should have been disposed of when the stains did not come out. I would suggest bringing your own towels and wash cloths. Loved the free breakfast and it was in a good area!

Although I had thought of the Best Western brand as a not particularly stylish motel chain, the design of the room was in keeping with the hipness of Lower Manhattan. It seemed that many of the guests are vacationers from other countries. The front desk staff were efficient, although not overly welcoming. The room cleaners are courteous and friendly.

One gentleman who was there, was very helpful. I last saw him spot mopping. I was trying to get on the elevator with two coffees and he jumped in to help me, that was just one incident he was always helping me and others, it was noticeable. I am grateful.

The best thing about this hotel is the staff and location if i you ou wish to stay south of manhattan. I want to thank in particular the staff at the reception, they are welcoming, and very helpful.
Also the cleaner are doing a great job. We stayed 4 nights and the room was cleaned everyday to a high standard.
The only recommendation I have for the hotel, is please do something about the breakfast and most particularly the continental option.. The croissants or other bakeries were dried and oily. Surely, a Better quality ones can be offered to your guests.
