We got the suite and it was ok for a family of four. The room was quite old as you can observe with the furniture. The toilet door lock was broken and the pillow on the couch needs a wash as it smelt like people's sweat.

Old but very clean room, and basic amenities were available. Extra towels were provided without asking any personnel for it. Everyone is very courteous, polite, and helpful. It’s walking distance to Makati Greenbelt where shopping, I felt safe staying in the area. Business offices, entertainment, and dining places are plentiful. It’s not that far from the airport. I would give them 5, but I think it’s time for a carpet change in the room I stayed in. I’ll definitely will book them again.

Outstanding service from everyone, especially Dexter who tremendously helped with suggesting the hotel transfer of our bags between New World Makati and Marco Polo Ortigas, before our short trip to El Nido! My fiance and I were trying to look up a trustworthy luggage storage early in the morning, and Dexter informed us fortunately that it's no longer available at NAIA Terminal 2... Therefore he thought of the convenient and reasonably priced transfer between hotels in Manila. Thanks as well to all of the staff and the concierge team who made our stay memorable. I super appreciate the cake for my birthday as well as the many amenities and the friendly service! Loved the in room breakfast and room service.

Waited and waited; made two calls to the operator to inquire about the “MIW = Missing Water” and finally after 30’ they brought the water that I needed to take my medicine with! I exploded and made sure that the hotel management knew about this lack of competence in a hotel that brags about being 4-4.5 star hotel !! Furthermore the “in the room food” are super expensive !! Double than the great local restaurants. The shower head was falling off !

Also the other parts of the things in the room do not operate well; like the shower head is falling off. The prices of their in the room food are unbelievably high. iWe stayed for two nights. It is located in the nicer part of town where there is a lot pf shopping and dining options. My only gripe is that I checked in early knowing that there is a higher chance to get I asked to be place placed on a higher floor but the receptionist told me I have to pay over a hundred dollars more for that so I declined that option. Overall, the stay was good. I was placed in a room where you can see obvious signs of wear and tear. Staff were courteous and friendly. TV is a little tricky and hard to ooerate. It is an old samsung 32 inch TV that is almost obsolete. It is okay because we were out of our room for the most part of our stay. This hotel also have a nice gym which I used to burn off calories after eating at their buffet breakfast. I went and checked the

The staff, as usual, was great. In the Residence Club: Ella, Jenny, Ricci, Hazel and Glen (and all the others who I do not remember the names}. My stay was for 4 nights and I had trouble with the air conditioning the first few nights even though twice someone from engineering or maintenance came to try to fix it. I was eventually moved to another room. But I also often lost WiFi connection in both rooms during the entire stay.

Super grand hotel. Lots of activity, great amenities, they take ALL the security measures, and you don’t have to look for assistance they are all over it. The place is well maintained and seems to be convenient to anything you would need. It’s priced comparable to other hotels in its class and area. The only criticism I have is the room was smaller than I prefer and their suites were booked, but they gave me a free upgrade. Housekeeper was 24/7 which was an huge plus for me. The live music in the lobby lounge was talented. Overall great experience I stayed a week. The food is a little pricey but that’s pretty normal for a 5star hotel. I was overall okay with it.

The Service is no longer as good as it used to be. The Ayalas should stick to malls. I arrived from the US after 18 hours, including a layover in Incheon, at almost 12 midnight. Upon check in at almost 12 midnight, I was informed that my room was upgraded as a courtesy because of the poor service I received a week before I left for the US. I informed the hotel upon check out that I’d be checking back in late the following week because of my flight ETA and that I’d like my room ready upon arrival. I got to my upgraded room and the room was hot. I adjusted the airconditioning, took a bath, then waited for an hour for the room to get cooler. This was already past 1 am. The airconditioning wasn’t working so I called guest services. The engineering staff had to fix the airconditioning for about 30 minutes before it worked properly. This shows they’re not on top of things that is required in hotels like this. I felt i checked into a pension house.
