Front desk employee was nice but we had to go stay at a different hotel because the rooms smelled so much like cigarettes. Just outside the room there were 14 cigarette ends. A person with lung issues could not have stayed there. Even though we requested non smoking. We also checked out withign15 minutes of check in and their policy says that if you check out before 15 minutes you would get refunded but we did not.

Although it was clean, the renovation work was sloppy, for example, the caulking around the sinks and showers is messed up and not complete. The bed was only OK. There were only three pillows. The neighborhood is loud and I didn’t feel very safe.

Found out about a shooting at the property less than a month ago, people linger outside of their rooms, they charged me a 50 deposit and kept it, they said the towels were dirty, I told them I wiped the sink and refrigerator and dressers down; with the said dirty towel they still refused to give my money back

I wasn't allowed to check in the room I booked although I've already paid for it, and I did show up before the check in date of the next day, which I had already booked too. I was told by that owner guy, behind the window, to wait outside for 7 hours so I could check in (making me miss the 1st night of the 2 I booked)

This place was completely disgusting, there were so many unknown substances on the walls that it lit up like a Christmas tree when I put my black light on it. The whole room smelled like cigarettes and everything was falling apart or already broken. Trash was found from years ago still in the room.

This was the 2nd worse hotel I've ever been to, outside of an airport hotel in miami. For starters, airport transportation was advertised, but it's not available. There's even a shuttle with rodeway on it and the driver says they dont go there anymore. Cost an extra $40 that wasn't accounted for. Front desk staff has no personality. Seems to be immigrants just looking to get by. Toilet in the room wasn't working and it didn't even seem to surprise the staff. No trash bins in room, Water dripping in the shower. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!

I had a disappointing experience with this property. While the cleaning staff was friendly, the customer service desk employees were not very approachable. There was a lot of trash outside the rooms, and unfamiliar individuals were frequently lingering around the property. The room’s cleanliness was subpar—it looked as though it had been tidied by my nine-year-old grandson. We didn’t feel comfortable enough to sleep under the covers and chose to sleep on top of them both nights of our stay.

I've slept in cleaner barns than this dump!! Super musty smell as soon as you walk in... Cigarette burns in ALL of the bedding.... saw two roaches and one mouse in the room... place has dried paint all over the floor from the last time it was \"re-done.\" Mini-fridge is 15 years old and had literal flies in it when I opened it. The shower controls were stripped out and wouldn't shut off without the assistance of maintanance. No TV remote in site. Door has a 1/4\" gap in it that allows light, air, bugs through. Parking lot is WAYYYYY too bright after midnight. All of the lights are on a motion detector that only stays on for like 45 seconds at best. Stay farrrrrrr away from this dump....

UPDATE, Night #2 : Would have loved o have gotten a heads up that in the very next room, a crew was going to be coming in ay 7:00AM to strip the entire room out. Nothing but noise, all day. When I went to the front desk to complain about it, he smiled and said nothing he could do. I also brought up the mice and roaches to which he quickly responded, \"Keep the lights on, roaches don't like light!\"

Roaches in the room, dirt all over the floor, microwave barely worked, half the channels on the tv didn’t work or were barely watchable. Tried to make me initial a box about a $250 fee if caught smoking in the room and I paid 2 nights for a smoking room. I refused to sign it. No Do Not Disturb signs so I made my own which they took down while I was gone to work. FURIOUS WITH THIS PLACE.

when i check in, they were very short not that nice didn’t give me any directions or tell me anything except that the power was going to be out. we left. it was in a unsafe area. the bed was nice but it would get freezing to hot really quickly. there was paint and tape around the bathroom. the toilet wasn’t working in the beginning. honestly i tried my best not to be there just to sleep there. smelled like smoke in a non smoke room

I am not one to write bad reviews simply because of a minor issue; however, this hotel was not was pictured in the photos. There are photos posted that aren’t even the same property. There were bugs in our room crawling on the floor. There was dirt/grime caked up in the tiles. Our room wreaked of cigarettes when it was non-smoking. Plus the burn holes in the sheets and furniture. There were people smoking marijuana outside. There was a very eery feeling when walking outside, I did not feel safe. I checked out and left before i could even process everything.

Check in was very slow. The lobby is not open and you have to stand in a very small, very hot little room to use the night window. There were 3 people in front of us to check in but it took nearly half an hour because the desk person was so slow. After check in, things were okay. Room was good for the price.

Aweful! My room was outdated with cigarette burns in the blanket in a non-smoking room. The toilet was leaking and maintenance was supposed to come before we checked in but 3 hours after we returned, the water was still on the floor!

All of the reviews posted previously had to be by the workers because if you really had a stay at this place it is not what the pictures look like on the website and there is no breakfast because you can’t come inside the front only from the night key side. If there were other rooms available, I would have NEVER stayed!

WORST HOTEL/ VERY NASTY!!!!!

This was the NASTIEST hotel I've ever stayed. All flights at the airport was cancelled due to a storm in the area and this was the only hotel available.
1st it was listed there was a airport shuttle, when i called the hotel to find out what times does the shuttle run, they said they do not havw a shuttle. I said, but it's listed on your profile. Their response was ' i don't know why they said that'
2- upon arrival there was a group of guys like a gang/drug sellers right outside the front of the hotel smoking.

3- my room was SUPPOSED to be NON SMOKING but the stench of smoke flaired my sinus as soon as I opened the room door.

4- the room was FILTHY!!!!!!!!!
Flies on the drapes and shower curtains, dead roach on the floor. MOLD ALL OVER THE TUB AND BATHROOM SINK!!!! Like they never even attemped to clean the room. There was also a huge punch hole in the bathroom door.
This place reminded me of a motel for druggies and prostitutes!!!!
There was no iron or ironing board!!!

5- i called front desk to let them know my displeasure, she told me there was no other room available. I said fine, just refund me. She told me no refund on the room . I said this room is filthy and i cant stay here, what kind of hotel is this? Her response, very nonchalantly 'a cheap one!!'
DO NOT STAY AT THIS PLACE!!! NOT EVEN IF ALL FLIGHTS ARE CANCELLED. YOU'RE BETTER OF SLEEPING IN THE AIRPORT!

I didn't get to stay in this hotel. I canceled it right after I booked it because I needed for the night and they want me to come later in the afternoon, I told the lady I don't need later bc I was fly and my flight was delayed. She told me she can get me at night but didn't have any shuttle available then how am I suppose to get there? They charged me when I never used they services. Don't use them! I can believe they changed me when I specifically canceled it!

The pictures are all LIES, the front desk people are not friendly and very unprofessional. They provide you with no answers. I was in the room for 5 minutes and went back to report the room was throughly not clean, blood stains on the bed, along with “brown” stains. I was told if I left I could not receive a refund. So I endured the horrible conditions for two nights. Actually went to Walmart and purchased my own bedding. Everything in the room is either broken or stained. There are crackheads EVERYWHERE. Dogs EVERYWHERE and everybody smokes weed! This place is definitely not up to Choice Hotels standards.

When we walked in it smelled like urine and there were dead roaches, alive roaches, and a whole other bunch of bugs. the light in the bathroom was basically hanging out of the ceiling by a single wire. the room two down from ours had people standing all outside smoking weed and blasting music, it was almost 1am. we stayed there for a full total of about 10 minutes before we took our losses and gave the card back and went BACK to the airport because sleeping there was better than that place. please whatever you do never ever go here. cant believe it hasnt been shut down.

I had the most horrible experience at this hotel. The room was absolutely nasty, with spider webs in the corners and a strong, lingering smell of cigars. Trash was scattered all over the place, making it feel dirty and unkempt. To make matters worse, the front desk was non-existent—we were handed our keys through a window, which was both impersonal and unsettling.

The place felt completely unsafe, to the point where we couldn't stay the night and had to find alternative accommodations. The pictures on the website are incredibly misleading and do not represent the actual condition of the hotel. The service was atrocious, adding to the overall disappointment of our stay. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

This was such a good decision. The front desk employee was beyond sweet, especially when I was pulling in at almost midnight and completely exhausted. She made everything go smoothly and the beds were so comfortable! I highly recommend staying here on your journey! They only charge $5 for the shuttle from airport.
