Check in process was seamless and instructions were very clear for a virtual check in/out. Amenities were 10/10. We got lots of space for the amount we paid for it. Same price as a hotel room, but we got a whole 1 bedroom apartment fully equipped with a refrigerator, washer/dryer, pots and pans and a full kitchen. It was 95 degrees outside during our stay and the AC definitely gave the heat a run for its money. The location was super close to downtown/everywhere we traveled (within 5-10 minutes) which was very convenient. Free parking was an added bonus! Next time we’re in Charlotte, we will absolutely be booking again.

Aside from the relatively complicated self checkin process, the apartment was excellent. It was clean and spacious, and the location was not far from uptown. We appreciated the covered parking, the washer and dryer, and the proximity to parks and shopping. The only improvement we could suggest would be to supply some creamer for the coffee that was supplied. We would gladly stay here again.

A great comfortable place to stay close to central Charlotte. The Kasa was clean and well supplied with everything needed for normal living. We did not cook or use the washer/dryer, but it all there if needed. I liked that it was on the ground floor and close to the building exit. It was easy to get to the car when needed. My only wish would be that they would provide at least one streaming service for TV viewing such as Hulu, You Tube, Sling, Direct TV, etc.
For our first time staying here, it was a bit confusing as to where to park and how to find the right building. Building needs to be identifyed better as Building 4 that can be easily seen when following better directions to parking such as go to the end of Molton street and enter the parking gate there. In any event, we ask some people out walking and were given some good info on the building and parking. It was easy after the first time. Parking in this area is at a real premium but inside the gate area made it easy.

We used to live in Charlotte and were here visiting our family. The area was great, lots of good restaurants around. Safe, quiet and clean apartment. Much more space than a hotel room, especially loved the patio. Would definitely rebook. Only minor suggestion would be a better mattress, my husband didnt mind it but I would have liked a firmer mattress. Loved having a washer dryer and full fridge. You won’t regret staying here!

Horrible stay, tenant above us was extremely noisy until 4 in the morning every night. We were finally moved on our 4th day out of a 7 day stay and what would you know, the unit we moved into did not have a blow dryer. All of this to say, when contacting KASA #, all you get is an agent that says they will create an incident report and get back to you. If you are on a tight agenda, as we were, this creates playing tag with no immediate resolution. KASA has no one on sight to address any issues. Terrible, no sleep, in fact the noise was one thing, bu to hear fighting and TV's blaring is just horrible. We should be reimburse for the days we stayed in the unit until the day we moved to a new one.

They’re starting to let this property deteriorate slightly, nothing major but we had little things in our unit that should have been checked and repaired by maintenance prior to our arrival ( and this is not the first time). Needless to say overall this will continue to be our go to for vacations in Charlotte for the near future!

This is my Second time, and I always feel comfortable and safe being in the unit. The apartment is clean, the team sent me text often, asking me if I needed anything. I just love being there, and will recommend 💯 % to everyone.
The area is four minutes away from downtown, and 11 minutes from the airport. It’s very convenient.

Shady company. Gave us a smaller room than what we paid for. Falsely advertise rooms. The room we got a “studio” is not even shown on the website. Asked for a refund and refused to even tho we booked 4 nights and stayed for 1. Extreme noise from surrounding and above units. Broken bed frame. We booked through Expedia and management lied to them and made up a false maintenance issue for the reason we left early. DO NOT BOOK HERE !!! Willingly take people’s money knowing they’re screwing then over and then lie about. When we requested a phone call we never got one. Shady shady place

The property was clean and reminiscent of a home, however I would never recommend or stay here again. The check in process was unnecessarily complicated because of automation and we were harassed by emails due to noise sensors going off due to no fault of our own. We were long gone from the property and we received quite a few emails threatening removal if the noise didn't stop. Come to find out, there were fire alarms that went off, not in our room, that triggered the sensors. Ultimately, it was an unexpected and unnecessarily inconvenience to our trip.

Please Get Better Signage & Welcome Info!

Directions, descriptions, and signage were very poor. The property is a large apartment community with signs that state things like \"parking for apartment residents only\". Our reservation stated that we were in the \"main building\", but there isn't any indication of which building is the \"main\" building and the numbers on the buildings didn't match the address on the listing.
After figuring out the building and parking lot situation, we unloaded our cars and approached the secured, locked entry doors. The door code did not work after repeated tries, to the point that we asked a resident who was on their balcony to let us in. Another couple who were staying there (not living there) said that they had the same issue, so we chalked it up as a finicky door. Once arriving in the unit it was clean and spacious, which was like the other Kasa stays I have experienced. However, there was not any information telling you where the pool and game room were (as advertised) nor how to access them. There were what clearly were pool access keys hanging by the front door, but my kids (22, 18, 16) didn't know where the pool actually was. They didn't go outside of the gated parking area and weren't about to go wandering around the neighborhood in the dark, so they returned to our unit stating that they couldn't find the pool and game room. :(
Then, to put the icing on the cake, the beds were extremely uncomfortable and we didn't get any sleep.

I enjoyed everything other than the fact that I had to clean both bathroom tubs because when I came, it was dirty. There were no cleaning products on site and the housekeeper came the next morning and told me she had cleaned the bathroom, but I showed her pictures that showed otherwise. She then offered to bleach it for me and I accepted because I had to use dish soap to clean the tubs. Another thing they need to do better with is communication and not having people jump through hoops to understand what the wristbands are for. My four year-old thought it was something he could keep but it turns out it was for the pools. This information was found by me on checkout day when I was already three hours away from the property so in good faith, I contacted the company and they told me to mail it with a tracking number. Apparently they consider this an access item but the check out information and detail details that were sent to me regarding the property does not say that the wristbands were considered access items. It only states the fobs were. So my feedback is do better with signage. The same way you guys have signs for the valet trash you should have signs above the key rack that states the wristbands are for the amenities and not to keep. We just thought they were used for advertisement. Don’t get caught up paying a large fee for a silicone bracelet.

Book this lodging for your stay. It's a complete win. Communication for extra amenities was quick. The room came fully stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, dish soap, laundry pods, and dishwasher pods. The room was very clean. Washer and dryer in the room so you can wash your clothes or bedding as needed. Full kitchen. Plenty of cookware. Salt, pepper, and olive oil as well as a selection of coffee and tea. Had zero problem with a Walmart grocery delivery. A beautiful pool and club house to use at your leisure. There is a grill on property that is easily accessible. Valet Trash from your front door. This place checked all the boxes and more. I frequent Charlotte and will absolutely return.

we enjoyed that the property was close to airport and downtown charlotte. easily accessible to grocery and restaurants. communication was great. Only complaint we had was the cleanliness of the pool, a lot of debris at the bottom of pool along with bugs and the pool chairs weren't clean. Other than that we were happy and would use this property again.

Nice place to stay, pictures are misleading, the pool was no where in site. Also be aware of a noice machine in the living quart (2) and in each bedroom??? You will get a Notification that you set off meter. Having friends visit we had No music playing just laughter and conversation. Noice ordinance states starts at 9pm. We got notified both times before 9.
Besides from that the place was nice. Easy fast drive to convention center. But noice meters in bedrooms??? What is that all about!

The pool was just a walk away in another gated section. We were very close to downtown and the highway. We will stay here next time we're in town.

Our stay was AMAZING at Kasa FreeMoreWest! We had a little issue with the room that we checked into but someone immediately came & helped us out. They switched us to an upgraded room & we couldn’t have been more pleased! The maintenance guy on site was SO helpful & kind. Communicating via text was so quick & easy. I feel like they truly care about your comfort during your stay with them. Would definitely recommend them for a family stay. The two bedroom was PERFECT for our family of 4.

Easy check in. Everything is done remotely and you are sent a code to access the property.
The apartment was spacious and appointed well, especially the kitchen which meant we ate in every night of our stay.
There is a swimming pool and gym located a short walk away which is shared with the other apartment blocks nearby.
The hallways smell funky. Fortunately this did not permeate the apartment but meant holding our breath as we walked to our car.

This is a gorgeous property. It comes with a lot of convenient amenities and products. There were only a couple of issues we experienced. The first was that in order to get into the front door, it took us a minute to realize you have to push the door in before pulling. Secondly, the shower door is a bit difficult to open and close. Also, bath mats would be nice. Lastly, the only thing I would add would be a cutting board and maybe some curtains.
