A great location for a tourist! Walk to main attraction or to Subway station or catch a tuk-til ride ( they are everywhere).
Our room was perfect, newly remodeled, contemporary, clean.
Even though it’s not a busy street, but Lisbon is a party town, so you’ll hear some street singing at night and early morning.
Also, keep in mind, it is a guest house. When you reserve on line, you are reserving A room, not THE room in the picture. You get whichever room is available.
Check in was super easy, Fabio met us and helped us with the process, also he was very helpful in resolving a small issue. Obrigada, Fabio!!

Very disappointing

I've had pretty high expectations with all the reviews I read and was very disappointing. I give a 2 stars for the location that is great. Otherwise, the apartment's getting old, the smell in the bathroom horrible, couch and chairs stained, beds not comfy at all and tge communications with the property management, fast enough but so cold, limit rude. In 2024, when you rent an apartment of that rank, you should have a Nespresso machine and offer few pucks of coffee as a welcome. Not there. We got an open back of soda crackers on the counter and 2 salt, no pepper. I would not recommend but for the location.

Great location absolutely horrendous bed.

There are so many good things about this place but unfortunately the communication was quite poor. When you stay at one of their seventeen or so different apartment buildings you are clearly just a number. There is no reception on site, there is a black bat phone at the front door answered by a random person who in our case was rude and unhelpful….It was a “talk to the hand” response. The location was amazing, the actual apartment was nice and relatively clean but the bed was like sleeping on a concrete block with a slate mattress topper to boot. All we asked for was a mattress topper or something to make it more comfortable. The first night nothing and the second night they put on a flimsy little excuse of a mattress protector. We absolutely loved being in Lisbon but the mattress alone made this place unacceptable.

I stay at the studio and love the apartment. It's clean and spacious. I love the washer in the apartment and they even provide a drying rack in the closet for you. I like that there are lots of windows in the room.

The location is so convenient with restaurants, grocery stores and transportation. (my favorite breakfast spots are: Lou's cafe, dear breakfast, and Seventh brunch and they are all less than 5 mins walking distance). Tram 28 is just outside of the apartment and the famous yellow tram was 10-15 mins walking distance. Overall, great location!

We stayed as a group of 4 in this apartment. Apartment itself was very spacious - lots of storage room and space. Very quiet area, but within walking distance to various cafes / restaurants and small shops.

Sofa bed was slightly uncomfortable by the end of the stay, but the bedroom double bed was very comfortable.

Whilst we didn't need them changing, the towels were changed and the apartment cleaned daily. However some extra toilet roll would have been nice, as we ran out several times and never saw anyone to ask for more.

I would recommend this apartment and location to stay, it was quiet and seemed a safe area. Little further out from the main tourist stops, but walkable :)

This was their 'deluxe' studio suite. It was a ground floor view of the alley where their garbage bins were located. You could not open the window shutters because of privacy. And there was black mold in the shower, which previous guests had commented. Bedside lamp was broken and did not work. WiFi was spotty. We had cockroaches in the unit one night - no emergency contact to let them know - had to wait till 10am the following morning to advise them. On our first day in the property; the previous visitor was given access to our unit because they forgot something - this was scary to have some stranger enter our unit. Overall rating for this property for us is a 4 of 10. Time stayed Oct 2-19, 2023.

Cute little apartment

It was nice little apartment; with dishwasher and clothes washer/dryer. The property was clean and well maintained.
WiFi was very weak on apartment. I was on the top floor and it was very challenging to get WiFi signal.
My room was very right below the where the street had all the trash and very noisy around 5AM to 6AM to get peaceful sleep.

Location was great, right in the heart of the old city. Very walkable to all major sights. Grocery stores close by made cooking in the apartment easy.
The property needs new furnishings. They were very worn, stained and uncomfortable. The bed was the absolute hardest I've ever slept on. The shower needs serious cleaning as there is mold on the ceiling and the shower tiles.

Great property! Clean, well stocked with the essentials… loved having an in-suite washing machine. Location is amazing - as the week went on, we realized that we were within walking distance to everywhere! As a bonus, Tram 28 stopped right outside the door - such a treat!

Disappointing in almost every respect. Entrance is opposite bins so covered in broken glass. Didn't received access code so lucky someone was already entering when we arrived. Self check-in was unfriendly, especially as it wasn't clear which booking number to use. Apt smelled damp, bed against wall so hard to get in & out, sheets wrong size, no proper duvet cover (just sheets over and under), toilet seat loose, missing shower mixer handle, shower tiles mouldy and stained, towels thin and small, ironing board legs broken. But at least there was a bottle of water in the fridge. Hmm.

After several attempts to ask for check in instruction, there was no access code given. We had to make an international call to reach someone who seemed uninterested to assist. After dragging up the luggage to dark alley pass the garbage bins in the evening, I sorely regretted booking this place. Upon entering we had a machine that we checked in and they didn’t have our booking. Again we called to ask how we can check in. After 15 mins of scanning our passports and punching in numbers we got into the room next to the entrance. We had to drag the door to open. The room isn’t sound proof and bed was too small for couples and mattress was too soft.

Of you want no frills and want to be near a good location then it’s fine, but it was very sterile and not very comfortable. There was mold on the shower ceiling and the bed and sofa bed were very uncomfortable. The digital check in was exhausting where check out was easier. It’s a great neighbourhood, but the apartment let itself down and we won’t be going back.

Incredible amount of room and amenities

We were amazed at how much room we had available, especially after staying in hotels where space is often very restricted. An enormous living room and fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, oven, freezer, refrigerator, hot pot and more made it really seem like home. The shower was wonderful although the slider to hold the shower head was stuck...a minor problem that needs adjustment. The bed was very comfortable but the living room couch was very hard and somewhat uncomfortable. Great TV service in multiple languages. Small mini marts were close by for food as were ATMs. One really nice feature is that a tram stop for the iconic E28 route was right across the street from our building. Nearby cafes were very convenient as well. Very safe neighborhood and quiet at night. Next time we spend time in Lisbon we will definitely stay here again.

The apartment room pretty much just felt like a hotel in terms of service and cleanliness. Housekeeping was available every day and the room was very clean and had all the necessary amenities (hairdryer, shower gel, iron etc.). The TV has the netflix app that you can log into which was useful. We were in room 4H on the 4th floor and were super relieved to find that there was a lift! The aircon was a huge bonus too! Super close to the city centre (~10 mins walk) and there's a tram 28 stop just outside the apartment. The area was nice and quiet. Would definitely recommend staying at this apartment!!

This property is in an excellent location. We stayed in one of the smaller apartments that was located on the ground floor and it was great for my family of three. I was initially worried that we might be disturbed by some street noise but this was never an issue. The cleaning staff do a great job every day and were always responsive to our request (extra towels, sugar for the kitchen). The neighborhood is fantastic with plenty to see and do. Tram 28 stops almost right in front of the apartment and there’s a metro stop a 10 minute walk away. Also, a million restaurants and shops surround the apartment. We didn’t have a bad meal our entire stay. The French place across the street has fabulous crepes. I highly recommend Lisbon Serviced Apartments.

This place is in old Lisbon. The area is off a main road so it’s busy but not too noisy. The apartment is modern and has all the amenities one would need. Furniture was a little dirty. The bed is hard but sleepable. Otherwise it’s a nice place with plenty around to do and see.

Stay away from apartment 1B

I chose this apartment for our last night in Portugal. I was looking for a clean, comfortable place to lay our heads after a long 2 weeks traveling around the country. This is not what we got.
They emailed to collect the per person tax beforehand (standard for all the places we stayed), and once that was paid they sent the code to enter the building and the apartment, so a nice no hassle check in. We stayed in apartment 1B and I was less than pleased with the condition. When we walked in the door, the mustiness and humidity was overwhelming. It gave me a headache within 10 minutes of being inside, and I woke up with a coughing fit from it later that night, with lasting allergies next day. The entire apartment could use a paint job. The walls were dirty with fingerprints, scuffs, and drips from the air conditioner units. There were cigarette burns on the daybed in the living room. The towels provided had turned from white to a shade of gray. The metal bar in the shower where the temperature control was burned me multiple times while showering (hard to avoid, very small shower) even though I didn't have the water turned very hot. The pillows provided were small and lumpy. I woke up barely able to move at one point from the mattress.
I'm sure some of their other units are great, but this one needs some major TLC.

Positives: Easy check in; coffee maker; washing machine; good water pressure and hot shower; close to many restaurants; TV w/ Netflix; cold A/C

It was such a great apartment, we had a studio. It had a fully equiped kitchen with dish washer and washing machine. It had a really nice and big shower. The TV had Netflix and YouTube etc. on it. The only con was the bed, it was just a lot harder than we are used to. But overall really good apartment, great location too.

This apartment is extremely well located with walking access to Cais de Sodre, Baixa-Xiado, Praza de Comercio, Barrio Alto and all the main attractions in the city center. Baixa Xiado Metro station is within 10 Minutes Walk. The area is full of restaurants and convenient shops.

The apartment is very well renovated, well maintained and well equipped with kitchen stuff and also washing machine.

Good location but loud neighborhood

The amenities are up to date and very modern. Spacious. Homely. But... as for comfort, very cold. Good for the summer but horrible from October thru December. I couldnt find a thermometer anywhere in the apartment. Moreover, although the location is convenient, the bars are just around the corner, filled with bust and youthful noises until 3 am. Good for young travelers but not for 30 + somethings. I would have given 4 stars, but the internet was cut off on my last day too.

Comfortable stay for 3, neighborhood felt safe.

The apartment was great for 3 of us. We stayed in apartment 1B which had 1 twin bed in the living room and a full bed in the bedroom. There is a kitchen with stove top, hot water heater, coffee maker, oven, sink, dishes and cookware and utensils, a small fridge. It was really well equipped. There were 2 large windows and one small window over the kitchen sink so you could get plenty of light. There were a lot of plug ins so that was great as we were 3 women and had hair tools and phones charging, etc. The room has Wi-Fi which worked without any issue. There was a washer in the room, but no dryer so be prepared to air dry your clothes, or you could walk to a laundry service nearby. The neighborhood felt safe and we had 2 café options right at the corner of our street. There were plenty of grocery stores nearby, a pharmacy and a tram stop less than a minute walk from the apartment. Rossio square was a 10-15 minute walk from the apartment. Cais de Sodre metro station was about 10-15 minute walk from there as well. The only negative I can think of was that we found a diaper from previous guests under the couch and the shower is VERY small so be careful when you shower because if you accidentally move the knob that controls the water temperature you could end up with scalding HOT water. That being said, neither of those issues affected our stay.

Great location for exploring Lisbon

Clean suite with all the amenities needed, check in was very easy and straightforward. Pitfalls were the bed (has a plastic cover on the mattress that was very loud and woke us up when either on of us moved in the night), and finding parking for our rental car took an hour of driving around the city.
Location is excellent (right next to the Mill which is delicious).

Nice modern apartment but forget about the tram, even though the stop is outside the apartments. Our experience was that it was always crowded. Baxia-Chiado metro station has a long escalator to the top of the hill, saving a climb. Good cheap restaurants near by and cafe for breakfast.

Huge One Bedroom Apartment in Bairro Alto

We arrive at the property in the early afternoon. The management had NOT sent me any email as to the door codes, payment of the City Tax etc. I called them and was told someone would be at the property when I arrive. I had to push the intercom nearly 10 times. I also called again on my cell phone.
Finally a very nice cleaning guy from Brasil, with excellent English opened up the door.
He also helped us with our luggage as he showed us to the room.
Soon he had a phone call with our entrance door and apartment door codes.
This apartment is very large and sleeps 4. A double bed in the bedroom and hideaway bed in the living room that sleeps 2. Occasionally you might hear the street car, but it was never a problem since the bedroom is in the back of the unit. Our unit faced the street and side of the building.
From then on, it was smooth sailing. I would go back if ever in Lisboa again.

Nice place close to everything

I have no reservation recommending this place. It is surprisingly spacious. They left crackers and jelly, some tea and coffee. Coffee ground is in the coffee machine, which I think the cleaning service replaces every day. They also have an electric kettle, so you can boil water easily for tea, or ramen, etc. Everything is clean and neatly displayed. The bed is not terribly comfortable, but it is bearable. The sofabed is big.

The place is right by the route of the popular tram, so it gets so noisy at night (but it could be a good thing for tourists. I would recommend not to stay here if you need a good night's sleep. Or bring earplugs.

Yes, the entrance of the street for the apartment is a little disgusting because of trash bags, but it is not so bad. Streets of Lison are kinda all like that.

It is surrounded with lots of cafes, bakeries, and so on. And there are places like locals go, and also places like young and hip people go. There are lots to choose from.

The Time Out Market is close by. The Ocean is right there. Downtown is about 10-minute walk.

- The outlet in the bathroom was not working (I stayed 1C).
- The quality of towels is not so good. Kinda really thin old towel feel. So if you need fluffy nice thick ones, bring your own.
- This place offers an airport shuttle service. But you can save money if you book directly with another airport shuttle services in Expedia.

Best apartment I've stayed at in Europe!

Beautiful apartment on a busy street in the heart of Lisbon. It's in a modern building, all access is with codes. There is daily cleaning service and free wifi. The place is in top shape, very nice, spacious, and clean. My family of 4 stayed comfortably for 3 nights. Would recommend for a couple, or friends, or family looking to spend a few days or a few weeks in Lisbon!

Pros:
1) Good for family of 3 (2 adults +1 child).
2) Tram 28E, a high rating coffee shop, a French breakfast restaurant are literally just right outside!!
3) Walk around the small streets you will find small grocery stores; several small restaurants are nearby too (with good rating)
4) 20 minutes \"walking\" to Baxia-Chiado area
5) Uber is very useful app for you to get around town here if you don't opt for public transportation. But Lisbon's traffic is bad during prime time / season.

Cons:
1) pictures under hotel view are a mixed of big and small units, don't \"assume\" you will be staying at the exact same BIG one like the pic shown
2) Unit 1B: pretty small, especially the bathroom shower. Drainage slow but water has good pressure.
3) Cleaning company is not very generous in providing towels nor toilet papers - you will probably just have \"enough\".
4)The accumulated trash right outside the building got pickup once a week, I believe. Not a pretty scene when you walk in/out of the building, but glad that I didn't notice any flies / rats nor bad smell ..... Otherwise, rating will be 1 star.
5) You should expect noise from night outers and traffic right outside!!! But they don't bother us that much cause we will be out early in morning to sight seeing and by night we are too tire to notice any noise.

Conclusion: IF you think you get a good deal (as compare to others on Expedia)/ don't care about amenities/ need express check in /out, go for it.

The hotel was above the Mill Cafe, which by the way has really good food. You really need to be in great shape to get around steep hills to climb. It's a little difficult getting a cab be ready to hop in fast. My recommendation would to take a cab to sights you want to see. You have everything in the hotel kitchenett, dishwasher, and washer machine.

Nice refurbished building in historic Bairro Alto

The apartment, with a kitchenette and dishwasher, is clean and comfortable with daIly maid service. It's perfectly located for walking around the historic neighborhood of Bairro Alto, which is filled with local residents nd tourists, a lot of markets, resturants and cafes. It's close to the Baixo-Chiado metro station, and is on or near several bus and trolley lines, so you have easy access to other parts of the city. And it's good value for the money. If I return to Lisbon, I would consider staying there again.

Spacious apartment at the bottom of a long hill

The apartment was well appointed and decorated. We really appreciated how large it was. However, there are three things that really must be made aware of to potential guests. First of all, the building is located on a very busy street and tram line. Trams run until late at night and start early in the morning. The apartment has very good windows but the traffic noise, especially the tram made it really difficult to sleep. Secondly, the bed was rock hard and very, very uncomfortable. We did report this to the virtual reception and they did put a topper on the bed but it was still very uncomfortable which I think is unusual for Europe. Usually, the beds are very comfortable wherever we stay. Thirdly, the location of this apartment is at the bottom of a very, very long hill. So, to go into the centre of the city, you have to walk about five blocks uphill and it is quite steep. This would be very difficult for someone who is out of shape or perhaps,elderly. I wish we had know this before we booked this apartment.

Great apartment near the on edge of Biarro on Alto

On arriving, it could be seen from the outside that the apartment had recently been refurbished. The entrance is up a dark side street, which we found ok as in view of a friendly cafe, but I'd recommend the owners lit up the door way nd keycode pad. The entrance is easy if you struggle with steps. Be aware if you arrive in the early hrs that it is unmanned .

On entering the apartment the condition & cleanliness impressed. It was spacious, well equipped, queen sized bed, washing machine, dishwasher, induction hob etc.

There were plenty windows, but the new double glazing took care of most of the noise. At night wooden blinds take care of the light and any noise from revellers.

The location is very handy, albeit busy. There are several mini-Marts, butcher's and veg stores within 200m.

Good location

The apartment is up a side street and could be off putting but very nice once inside. It was well equipped and clean though quite small. An extra comfy chair would have been appreciated as there was only one which meant that if you wanted to relax there were only two dining chairs or the bed. Altogether good value for money.

Modern Serviced Apartment

This apartment was roughly 30 minutes from airport by taxi depending on traffic which cost just over 20 Euros. It is about 40 minutes by metro (about 12 stops with 1 line change) and then 10 minutes walk from the metro to the apartment, which costs €1.45. The metro station is located in Terminal 1 (if you arrive in terminal 2 you can get a shuttle bus to the main terminal).
The outside of the apartment is well signed and is up a slight hill on a side street. Although there was quite a bit of rubbish on the corner of the side street which was left there for the duration of our stay.
Called the apartment day before and they told us that there would be someone there after 11 to let us in and leave our luggage there (the check in time is between 2pm). We had to call the apartment when we arrived and the person on the phone said she will call the cleaner to let us in. Altough we could have just rung the call button on the door bell. We left our luggage in the apartment whilst it was being cleaned by the lady and she gave us the code to get through the front door and our apartment door.
We were right next to the main road so you will hear the occassional Tram thundering through.
Hotel came with a sofa bed and a double bed, washing machine, dish washer, iron and other kitchin utensils.
Hotel is quite central, everywhere is within walking disance. Lots of cafes and restaurants nearby. The Closest metro station is Baixa-Chiado. If you enjoy walking then this is perfect.

Nice apartment close to everything

We really enjoyed our apartment in Lisboa. It was close to a lot of restaurants and coffee shops. The bus and transvia station was literally outside the appartment. The appartment was cleaned every day and the staff was available 24/7. The only minor inconvenience was that it only contained one mirror in the bathroom which it was a hassle when you have 4 females wanting to get ready. I would recommend the appartment add a full size mirror inside the bedroom or in the living room.

Great place close to the city center

Had a great experience. Got codes to enter the building and apartment in advance and got in easily. The apartmebt itself was completely newly renovated and had everything you might need. It was very large and comfortable and had a great bed and a very nice sofa , and a TV with Netflix. There was a cleaning lady that came every day and got everything cleaned. It was really a great stay and I enjoyed it a lot.

Great location, even though it is located in the city center the room is very quiet.

Although, I wish the housekeeper could have refilled the tea bags. My boyfriend and I drank the tea on the first morning and when we got to the apartment later on in the evening they had cleaned the room but didn't refill the tea bags. It's not a big deal but it would be nice to have it refilled as we had to go to a little supermarket nearby and buy a box of tea bags (of which more than a half of the box was left behind on check out).

Other than that the room is perfect. My stay was comfortable and I enjoed it. Would definitely book again in the future.

Spacious, tasteful apartment in heart of Lisbon

This is a new conversion within a traditional block, with 3 french doors onto a balcony overlooking a main thoroughfare. The decoration is off-white and the layout is well thought out. We liked the artwork, the quality furnishings and fittings and the practicality of the space. We immediately felt at home and were reluctant to leave. Each day the apartment was serviced to the same standard as a quality hotel.
Downsides? The street could be too noisy for some, with a constant flow of traffic and the 'iconic' 28 tram clattering by, but it also makes you feel very much part of a lively city.

Excellent accommodation - good value for money -

The apartments are in the old part of town which is well services with bars, restaurants and supermarkets. There is a fabulous bar at the bottom of the building which we used for breakfast a few times. It is convenient to the Cais do Sodre railway station.

Functional but impersonal

The apartments felt stale. Remote access with a key meant no personalised service, while the building is so new that everything seems minimalist and not warm or inviting.

I also has mouldy jam, but there was not even any coffee making facility.

The soap and shampoo was in dispenser containers adding to the impersonal feel.

Being at the bottom of the hill at barrio alto was also a little inconvenient. Be aware of this if you want to actually be up on the hill.

Contemporary apartment with style and comfort

The apartment was wonderful. An older building renovated with great style and attention to detail. The company runs a smooth operation and everything in the apartment was top quality. Clever interior window shutters kept out the noise at night and it was light and bright during the day. Immaculately clean. Loved it!

Lovely apartment with logistical problems

The apartment I stayed in was lovely. It had a decent kitchen with a dishwasher and a washing machine (but no clothes dryer, which is fine in this climate given enough hangers, which I had with me).

The location was good but not great -- it's a bit downhill (and west, away from the city center) from the top of the Bairro Alto where all the (touristy) restaurants are. It's also a decent (15-20 minute) walk from the subway or the trains (Cais do Sodre is the closest way that avoids a hill, and that has both a subway station and trains on the Cascais line). It's on a tram line, but the trams are often completely packed. There's a bit of street noise and tram noise at night, but it wasn't a problem for me.

The main problem I had was that the door code system for accessing the apartment intermittently didn't work. After a number of conversations via a phone in the (unstaffed, but with a phone connected to the office) lobby, I ended up with a different code for the apartment that actually worked reliably, including when the one I was supposed to use for the apartment door didn't work. (I never had problems with the door to the building, which would have been worse.)

Also, the wifi wasn't working when I arrived, but they fixed that quickly, so it wasn't a big deal for me.

Being unable to get back into the apartment quickly when I return to it, multiple times, was in my view a serious logistical problem that would make me avoid staying here again.

Close to centre.

This is a good apartment close to the centre of Lisbon. Very clean and comfortabld with all the facilities for a short stay including a washing machine and dishwasher.
