Room was ok but a little damp. No aircon just a fan. Very basic pop up clothes organiser. Bed comfortable. No other facilities really. We were expecting an ensuite (room 5) but this was described as a private bathroom where we had to walk down a communal corridor past the breakfast room, Far from ideal. Description should have been much better. Bathroom stuffy and damp but good water pressure.
Breakfast was basic but ok. Eggs made to order. Coffee ok. Overall location good but note 25+ steps up to building from road. Plenty of food options within 5-10 mins walk.

This is a great location in historic part of town with walkable stores and shops close by, Kudos to staff, special mention to Luana who makes fresh squeezed orange juice and sets up nice breakfast every morning. Pls ask for Tiago to give you rides from and to the Airport and for personal touring, he is fun and professional. Overall I’d come back here and also recommend to friends

Booked this place as wanted somewhere central and with parking. The place advertised parking however when i asked about it they said its only street parking. The lady caterina gave me information om where to park which was helpful however still had to go around with the car at 11pm at night trying to find a place.
The room was very clean however unfortunately it was very noisy as just on a busy road. There was also no AC in the room so it became very hot. The mattress was very old and could feel the springs in my back which made an uncomfortable nights sleep. The curtains also did not cover the entire window letting light in very early.
Breakfast was nice and included fresh juice and very fresh bread.

Perdo and his staff are very helpful and friendly. (we arrived at 2am!) The breakfast is excellent. Our room was nearest the kitchen so it was a bit noisy from the breakfast set up (7.30) and the washing machine (afternoon) - Also our bathroom was along the main corridor which wasn't ideal. All the other rooms seemed to be ensuite. so id book one of those next time That said, a great location for the town, river and the airport bus.

Very nice staff and helpful. Breakfast is awesome ! The best we had during our vacations. Room is spacious and well decorated as the hotel. The only negatives points would be that there is no insonorisation and matresses are really unconfortable. Otherwise we really enjoy our stay.

This our 2nd time at Asul B&B and we can definitely recommend it. Nice rooms and breakfast (compared to very basic breakfasts we usually got on other b&b in Portugal). And above all - the super host Pedro that does everything to make sure you will have great stay.

The hotel is in a good location, about 10 minutes walk from the nearest metro / train station . ferry terminal and less than 20 minutes walk into the heart of the city. Added to that, there are a great number of bars and restaurants along the way, so you never have to go too far.
The room was spacious, with lots of hangers for our clothes, while the bathroom was also much better than you would typically expect at this type of property. My only note of contention here is that it was separate from the room, diagonally across, but this was countered by the fact we had been provided with dressing gowns which were useful for this journey and for going to breakfast.
Speaking of breakfast, this was a highlight. The croissants and bread were particularly excellent and there was a good range of cereals and some high-quality meat to choose from. We also enjoyed the freshly-squeezed orange juice in the morning which was deliciously refreshing. An added bonus was also having access to the fridge in the kitchen where we could store additional refreshments to have before going out for dinner in the evening.
All in all, I would recommend this B&B and, should I return to Lisbon, there is every chance I would choose to stay here again.

The owner was very helpful and courteous. Although not fluent in English, he tried his best to communicate all he could about Lisbon. We were not happy with the breakfast initially, but he realized that and inquired with us and provided whatever we asked for. The television was not working and when he was informed, he immediately replaced it.
The room was spacious and comfortable. The only negative was that the bathroom was outside the room and close to a common entrance with occupants from the other room. The bathroom was for our use only but lacked privacy.

Per brevi soggiorni è la soluzione ideale, per più giorni, sopratutto con un bambino di due anni, penso avremmo optato per qualcos’altro.
Se proprio dobbiamo trovare un punto negativo riguarda i rumori. Essendo camere in un appartamento e basandoci sulla strutturazione degli edifici di Lisbona, si sentiva praticamente tutto delle camere adiacenti o dei piani superiori. Avendo il sonno pesante però non ci ha particolarmente disturbato la cosa.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft.die Zimmer waren gepflegt , sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Pedro und seine Angestellten waren alles sehr nett und das Frühstück war sehr lecker. Sehr zentral gelegen. Ideal für einen Städtetrip. Mit Meinen Kindern 6/8 J. war es perfekt für uns. Pedro hat sogar extra Cornflakes und Nutella für die Kids gekauft. Er war bei Fragen immer ansprechbar und hilfsbereit. Der Gastgeber holte uns persönlich vom Flughafen ab und zeigte uns schon vorab einiges der Stadt.

Jeden Morgen bekamen wir ein kleines hübsches Frühstück mit frisch gepresstem Orangensaft und leckeren Pastels da Natas!
Hervorzuheben ist die Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft des Gastgebers.

Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die zentrale Lage ist toll, da man Alles zu Fuß erreichen kann. Aber auch die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel wären nicht weit gewesen. 200m vom Tejo entfernt.
Das Frühstück war sehr lecker, besonders der frisch gepresste Orangensaft.
Die Zimmer waren tiptop sauber und durch die Schallschutzfenster konnte man auch ruhig schlafen.

Gelegen in de wijk Bairo Alto wat ik persoonlijk het spannendste en mooiste deel van Lissabon vind. 1e indruk van de buitenkant en locatie van B&B is zo van \"ok\" wat een oude bende maar Asul maakt veel goed. Katerina en Pedro maken erg veel goed. Fijne ontvangst en goede tips. Alles mogelijk en prima ontbijtje. Bed kraakt een beetje maar verder prima geslapen.....wel je oordoppen mee want de houten vloeren kraken door het hele pand maar voor een paar dagen prima te doen.

Aunque el B&B en sí está bien, nuestra habitación, aunque tenía baño propio, lo tenía atravesando unpasillo general de la casa, lo cual no resulta demasiado cómodo. Además la habitación en sí tenía dos puertas bloqueadas, una a la habitación de al lado y otra al recibidor de la casa, que hacía que se colgará bastante ruido de la cocina y del resto de huéspedes. Por último, aunque nos dieron un plano, y de esforzaron muchísimo en ayudarnos a llegar al los sitios concretos, lse echa un poco en falta disponer de algo de información sobre el transporte y el aparcamiento cerca del hotel. La prenotazione era per una camera superior con bagno in camera e vista strada. La camera che abbiamo trovato era con il bagno esterno privato e non vista strada.

Attenzione anche alle foto delle camere inserite nel sito. Sono ingannevoli, perché viene inquadrata una porta, che però non è la porta del bagno, ma la porta di entrata della camera!
La struttura nel complesso è vecchia ed avrebbe bisogno di parecchia manutenzione altrimenti sarà sempre più insalubre.

Everything we arranged with Asul B&B worked out smoothly. We traveled with to couples; both rooms were typical Lisbon style and were very nice and clean. Pedro the somehow B&B-Manager was round the clock available over whatsapp giving good hints and internal information for what ever was needed. Thx for the great support!
Only the driver we arranged our selfs did not show up to bring us back to the airport. We should have asked Pedro to arrange this :-).

L'albergo è in un'ottima posizione, il proprietario molto gentile e disponibile. La colazione però è poco varia ovvero: latte, caffè, succo d'arancia, 1 pastis de nada, 1 brioche, 1 panino, prosciutto cotto e formaggio (tutti i giorni uguale), spesso la persona tardava ad arrivare quindi abbiam apparecchiato soli. La stanza non ha televisore ed era abbastanza danneggiata (letto che sbatteva con il muro accendendo la luce, scarico del bagno intasato) e la pulizia approssimativa

The Bed&Breakfast is situated in a strategic position, near the city center but in a very silent, calm part, so that your sleep is not disturbed by night partying noises. The room was very big and comfortable. Breakfast in the morning was good and included different options for very different tastes. Pedro is a nice person, very kind and willing to help you with anything. And the price for all that was really fair!

1. Minha estadia não aconteceu, Em face de não ter havido ninguém no hotel, quando cheguei ao local, por volta das 22 horas do dia 21/out/2017.
2. Telefonei para vocês (Hoteis.com), mas os telefones nunca atenderam. Telefonei para o telefone do hotel: +3512031033553, mas foi dito pela operadora como inexistente.
3. Fui obrigado a correr atrás de outro hotel para não ter de dormir na rua.
4. Fiquei totalmente desmotivado a voltar no outro dia.
5. Arquei com a despesa de 03 noites em outro(s) hotel(is): Hotel Holiday Inn Express Liberdade (02 noites) e Ibis Liberdade (01 noite).
6. Tendo em vista a frustração, os aborrecimentos, os inconvenientes de se correr atrás de pernoite, naquela hora, já próxima de meia noite, e os custos extras não previstos nesse périplo, solicito:

Tolles Hotel mit zentraler Lage
Wunderschönes B&B in sehr zentraler Lage. Wir haben uns in dem Hotel absolut wohl gefühlt. Der Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich und war jederzeit hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Das Zimmer war sehr groß und sauber und das auch das Frühstück war sehr gut. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen und können die Unterkunft nur empfehlen.
