They located nearly near by central so you can go to easily to central spots. But I saw some bugs several times in bathroom🙂‍↕️

Let’s start from the top: Check in experience was déficient. Communication was slow and very automates. I don’t know if you ever get to talk to a human. Whatever happened to human contact in this industry? At the same time we checked in, a british couple had been trying to get in for over an hour before we arrive. I tried helping them but they had no response.m from the WhatsApp number i had. They ended up leaving.

We arrive at the apt. It was clean but no AC. Not recommeded for stars during the hottest days of summer. The wifi wasn’t working, so intexted the WhatsApp number asking for help with the wifi. I am still waiting for a response from them. We found another router in the room and used that Network, but the customer service? Non-existent.

The big problem: there were cockroaches. Even though the apt looked clean, there were a lot of cockroaches in the bathroom, in the closets and kitchen. Needless to say, we suffered a bit with that.

Overall, the stay wasn’t that great. They should work on their customer service.

I liked the location
The property was smaller than pictured and more importantly it was dirty and had a lot of wear and tear - stains on the toilet, scuffs all over the walls and floors, missing Nespresso canister, shower door that was missing handle and wouldn’t close, nice small kitchenette but missing silverware. The bed was super uncomfortable as were the pillows. The towels were stained as were the sheets
I felt safe which I appreciate but truly feel that the apartment was overpriced for the condition and cleanliness and comfort

Lovely apartment but lack of attention to detail. Kettle had to be replaced, wifi not working, bedsheet did not fit, dishwasher broke.
And although it is in a good central location that meant the music from the bar below kept us awake until late.

Ask about the room first

Or first room was located above a night club. We got no sleep. They moved us to another location that had 2beds pushed together for one bed. Many of the lights didn’t work. We extended another day then they moved us to a ground floor apt. The traffic was very noisy and the door to the building was right on our bed was. It was very heavy and noisy. Once again not much sleep. I would not recommend this service nor will I ever use it again

Good calm place to stay

Hotel is very good, but had a terrible experience, one of the other appartment person locked the main door with physical key,even though we have the digital code, so got stuck inside the building for more than 2 hours. So please make sure nobody lock with the physical key.

The apartment is located in an old, up-to-date area near Lisbon's entertainment areas. The apartment was also in good condition. The problem with the service is until 17:00. We arrived at the apartment at 17:30 and phoned the phones that were left and they were not available even though they knew about the order and our arrival. Only after two hours did someone arrive with an apology. We asked for compensation or an upgrade to the apartment but were pleasantly denied.

Close to everything. Did not like the entrance, an alley not too clean. And also did not like to depend on the personal checkin at 10am. Waste your morning waiting for that as the girls do not come earlier than 10am. But overall, nice rooms, new and clean

Great apartment!

We loved this apartment! The staff was super friendly and helpful, and the apartment was clean and spacious. We didn't have a view, but other than that, there is nothing to complain about. The bed was super comfortable and the washer/dryer was a plus. The bathroom was also quite large and the shower was amazing. In terms of location it felt like a bit of a walk everywhere we went, but that could also just be the hilly terrain of the city. We were very close to the water and the Time Out market, which I definitely recommend!

Super neat apartments!

Super neat apartment with very convenient access with door lock codes instead of key cards. I loved the fact we left out bags (we arrived early) and the bags were brought to our room when we returned.

Nice apartment, in very good position

Our overall experience was very good, but we had a few minor problems while we there. It seems that most people stay for 3-4 days, but after reading all the details of Lisbon we decided to explore for 2 weeks so we were in the apartment much longer than most and probably a little more critical. Most of the problems were sorted out, however, our main problem was with the bathroom door which would not close without some considerable effort. We informed reception and was regularly promised that this would be sorted out, it was not until we were leaving that we were informed that the remedial work was a lot more involved and required the apartment to be empty for a few days.Although it may have been impractical to offer alternative accommodation to us, but it would have been more acceptable for this information to have been forthcoming before the last day. I would also like to mention that I expected to have clean towels on a 3 day basis, we were given one clean during our 14 day stay.

Well located and newly built.

We appreciated having a washing machine in the apartment and a clothes airer. Our apartment was off a side street, which, with the thickness of the walls, made for a quiet location. Contemporary decor, plenty of storage space and a fabulous, large, modern bathroom. Perhaps a small tray containing some dishwashing liquid, hand soap, milk & tea bags/coffee sachets could have been provided as none of these were given over our 7 day stay.

Large, updated and well-decorated apartment

Check-in was a breeze. The apartment staff text me the day before our arrival with clear instructions on what to do when we arrived. They even included their wifi information so I could text them from outside the building without cell service!

The entire building has been renovated and is accessed via an access code, same code for you room. We were on the second floor, in 2A I believe, and there is a small but reliable elevator. The room itself was huge, especially for what I've grown accustomed to traveling Europe. There was a very large bathroom with a rain shower, toilet and bidet. The apartment provided us with both hand and body towels for the three of us, but they weren't changed during our stay (I read you have to stay longer than four days for maid service). They brought us an extra, single bed as there were three of us staying in the room and even then we still had room to be comfortable in the apartment. We really appreciated the small kitchenette and the refrigerator and freezer for leftovers and chilling wine.

We stayed in mid-April and I woke up very hot the first night so I opened all of the windows. Be warned - if you are a light sleeper, leave the windows and the window covers closed! This neighborhood gets very loud at night but if you keep the windows closed it's fine. The apartment also provided several fans but we did not use them.

Check-out was simple as well, we simply closed our door behind us and that was it. We would definitely stay here again

Good overall

The other reviews were mixed about the noise. For being in the city it is quiet. I ended up switching rooms. The first room faced the side street and was a bit more noisy than the second room I got which faced an interior area. You couldn't hear the traffic in the second one, but even the first wasn't bad. Kitchen was small and basic with limited pots. I couldn't get my clothes dry in the dryer. Bed was ok, but pillow was very lumpy. I did get a cleaning the third day which some others had complained about not getting. The area is very good. Everything is closer that it seems on the map. Metro is about a 10-15 minute walk.

Good location and amenities for longer stay

Good location in the heart of Lisbon. Room had great perks like a well equipped kitchen and a washer/dryer which were essential to our stay. Wifi connection was great and code access to building and room was ideal since multiple keys were not required. Bed and pillows were ok, not the most comfortable. Overall would stay here again.

Great spacious hotel with high ceiling

Awesome apartment hotel, very high ceiling and clean. The building looks newly renovated, nicely decorated, very modern minimalism decoration. The staff are very helpful and patiently answer all questions. The hotel is located on a side street with a slight slope.

Lovely Apartment in good location

We spent 7 nights at the apartment and our stay was superb and very comfortable. The staff were Very helpful, approachable and accessible when needed and went over and above our expectations. This was shown by allowing us the use of another apartment to store our luggage on our last day after our scheduled check out time as our flight was in the evening. Special thanks to Ana and Leonor for their excellent customer service which made our stay a positive experience also thank you to Mario who gave us a lift to the central point to catch the 'Yellow Tour Bus' and again to the Airport.

Fantastic apartment

The apartments were converted from an old building only 5 months before our stay in October 2015 and still had that new smell and were well equipped, the shower was fantastic. They were painlessly clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. The historic No 28 tram passes about 20 metres from the front door. The main city centre area is a short walk away but be warned it is up a steep hill. The only down side was our room overlooked a neighbour's yard with 6 dogs and a cockeral which was quite noisy at times. We would love to go back and would highly recommend it.

Great hotel in heart of Lisbon

A wonderful apartment-style hotel with kitchen, washer and fridge that is modern and right in the heart of Lisbon, on the Tram 28 line and near major metro stations (Cais de Sodre and Baixa). We would stay here again. Despite a check-in issue that set us back about an hour (the staff handled it to the best of their ability but a guest decided to be difficult and tried to extend their stay, making it complicated for us to check in), we were very happy overall. Comfortable beds, nice shower and a good suite of TV channels with many languages available. Of course, we hardly were in the room as we were exploring the wonderful city that is Lisbon and felt very close to everything we needed including a grocery store and bakeries, too ;)

A breath of fresh air.

The apartment was in a good location with a tram running a good tourist route just outside the door. It was lovely to come home each day to such a lovely residence and the kitchen and laundry facilities were very much appreciated.

Apartment was good, clean. Bed and pillows were clean and comfortable. Had a full kitchen, and ironing tools. We were able to do early and late check in, that was very nice of them.
The bathroom had a lot of moisture on the walls. Their windows were also old, kinda hard to open and close them.
The area was calm, but you could hear the people who were walking in the apartment above us.
Overall a good stay.

L’appartamento è ben strutturato, dotazioni sufficienti, ma avrebbe bisogno di una svecchiata.
La lavastoviglie non funzionava, ma ci hanno detto che nessuno l’ha mai segnalato prima di me…
Pulizia nella media.
Eravamo al primo piano, la via abbastanza rumorosa. Le finestre chiuse insonorizzano bene, fortunatamente non faceva caldo, visto che non c’è aria condizionata ma solo ventilatori.
Procedura di check-in e checkout molto buona.

Overall, the appartement was clean. However, after the first night, we noticed our bed linnen weren‘t fresh. They had stains. I've contacted customer service. The reply was that during the mid-stay cleaning, the mentioned items would be replaced. We only were provided with fresh bath towels. The bed linnen were not replaced, as we noticed the dame stains.

Buon appartamento, molto luminoso, spazioso, bagno grande, molti armadi, essenziale come attrezzatura in cucina, ma per noi più che sufficiente. Pulizia, accoglienza, comunicazione molto buone, pur non essendocinil concierge nello stabile. Consiglio Uber per il tragitto aeroporto-appartamento (circa 10 euro contro i 40 del taxi consigliatoci dalla struttura). Soddisfatti.

The appartement is very well located in city center, spacious and clean, nice decorated and well equipped with everything you need. We like it.
However the isolation is not ideal for these who need deep sleep, we can hear the garbage car working downstairs early morning, and 2 dogs in the neighborhood barking all the time.
Make sure to contact the landlord before the arrival, to transfer the city tax in order to get the check-in information.

Den versprochenen Code habe ich leider nicht via Mail erhalten, sondern müsste wiederholt in Portugal anrufen, um diesem schlussendlich kurz vor Abflug per SMS zu erhalten.
Die Spülmaschine war defekt, das Spülbecken hatte ein Leck, sodass beim Spülen der Boden nass wurde. Die Badezimmertür war nicht zu schließen, da die Türklinke rausgerissen war. Letzteres würde aber nach Meldung schnell repariert.

Die Lage des Appartements war super! Unmittelbar an der Bahnlinie 28. Wir haben viel zu Fuß erlaufen können.
