O hostel é legal, mas pelo preço do quarto privado, esperava mais. A cama não é tão confortável e vinha muito barulho de fora. A festa do hostel é legal, café da manhã não era incluso mas não é caro, e é bom.

I liked all the options nearby, as there were both things to do at and near the hostel, as well as it being close by to the big attractions (about 15m by bike and 28 walking), and the people were super nice and accommodating. I would say the room definitely wasn’t the nicest, but it was clean, and it worked- I didn’t come to Rome to stay in a hotel. I honestly barely was in my room. It did slightly annoy me that I had to rent a towel, because it said it was included. As well as that bike rentals were no longer offered even though it says that they do offer it on their website. If they fix those two things- great. I would definitely recommend it for those staying for a week or less, or if you want to save a bit of money. They do do a lot of activities and are very accommodating to your needs.

Yellow hostel is the perfect place for a frugal hedonist like me: being close to all the transfort, being in a clean and safe dormitory ( I recommend the 4 beds dormitory to have more privacy). having a great coworking space ( I was in staycation for a week) and nice staff at the bar next door who was serving great cappucino.
Very good value for money, if I have another occasion to do a workcation, I will book that place.

Overrated -Photos not accurate -Not near landmarks

Stayed here due to rated reputation. Unfortunately the rooms are nothing like advertised, small and cramped. All services are chargeable, feels like being nickel and dimed while here.
Water was not hot at all during the entire stay.
Weird having a hair dressers at reception, you could see everything while checking in.

Only positive kitchen was clean.

It was a better stay!

I stayed here the night before, and due to separate reservation, I had to checkout and check in again, but the staff were great. Baggage was kept for free until the next check in. My 6 bed dorm was very comfortable. Unlike the 4 bed dorm I was in, the bedroom was very clean and the shower had the proper door and the floor did not get flooded after the shower. The bed did shake, but was better, with a light and a electric outlet by each bed.

Didn't get a comfortable sleep.

The location was about 7 min from the train station. Not too crowded, but I felt safe walking around.
The staff were nice and friendly. It was super busy when I checked in, but the staff kept a smile their faces and did what they had to do.
The room was not so great. I stayed at 4 bed female dorm and it was small and dirty. The shower was good, but the floor get flooded after someone takes shower. The bed movesand shakes everytime someone moves during night and I woke up at least once every hour at night.
Overall, it was an uncomfortable stay in 4 bed dorm.

Yellow hostel has great facilities on offer for guests. Everything is accessible and convenient to the hostel. I personally didn’t enjoy the room, it smelt awful and wasn’t ready on check in time so we had to wait which was fine but when we got into the room it really wasn’t a reflection of the pictures advertised. It was very old, outdated and smelt like something died in there. I would think this hostel would be great for tour groups, young people wanting to party but it wasn’t for us. I really like what they have developed in the street with the bar, restaurant, laundromat etc. though. It makes it easy for solo travellers.

Generally clean and comfortable room. Just a pity that it was not possible to adjust the thermostat (or maybe it was just how the room was designed and therefore the ventilation flow was not ideal), which made my experience horrible. I had the top bunk and it was like sleeping in a sauna despite it being in winter. The temperature difference between the top bunk and the bottom bunk was significant that I had to take a late night/early morning stroll in the streets of Rome just to cool myself down. Okay enough ranting.

Heads up to people who would like a good night's sleep, find another hostel. They weren't lying when they advertise it as a party hostel, and it could get pretty loud even with the windows closed. On the bright side, it is a really hip and cool hotel if you're looking to have fun and let your hair down.

Oh good distance to Roma Termini as well (huge plus point!!).

Good service, good location, and spacious room. However, the elevator broke down a couple times, and my room was on the 5th level. The beds were very creaky and noisy. It required a lot of effort to pull out the locker underneath the bed. The shower water could be warmer during my winter stay. The guests were very inconsiderate and the noisiest ever, and I've stayed at some famously noisy places in the world.

혼자지내기에 좋습니다.

서비스는 직원들이 친절했고 한국인들이 많이와서 잘 응대해줍니다. 청결도는 침구류는 깨끗한 편이었고 화장실도 개별로 되어있어서 (여성4인도미토리 기준) 좋았습니다. 하지만 매일 방청소를 하지않고 체크아웃이 다 되었을 때 한번 청소를 하는 것 같습니다. 그래도 전반적으로 깔끔하고 그가격으로 깨끗한 편이었습니다. 3박하면서 저는 편안하게 지냈었고 방상태도 좋았습니다. 그리고 위치도 기차역 근처라 짐들고 다음 도시로 이동할때 좋았습니다. 집 근처가 펍이나 가게들이 많아서 12시가 넘어서 혼자 돌아다녀도 전혀 위험하지 않았고 치안이 좋았습니다.
그리고 근처에 호스텔이 운영하는 펍이 있는데 한번쯤 가서 친구들 만나고 술마시면 좋을 것 같습니다. 저렴한 가격치고는 상태나 청결도 위치가 매우 만족합니다^^ (3박 10만원)

Lot of things to offer. Dated couple room.

We stayed in a couple room. It was dated. Water was just Luke warm not hot. Sheets were clean. Elevator 1 star. Does not work half the time. Bar has a few good things to eat. I mean generic but good portions gets your day going in the Morning. Beer and drinks not particularly cheap. Worth staying if you get the place for 60 bucks usd. In year 2018. Scooter rental was expensive 50 EUR for the day. 10 extra for helmet. Works out fine when you don't have the time to shop around. Customer service at reception was proactive, courteous (the lady with the piercings especially and Nepal person) . They have weighing scale for packing bags.

The hostels in the main building are probably renovated. 3+ people.

Great hostel to meet people and have a good time!

Great location, very close to Termini station (short 5 min walk). Stayed in a 4 female dorm. The room was clean and the bathroom spacious. The bar downstairs was great, but not cheap though, don't expect any discounts, same prices like any other bar in town. Breakfast is not included but there is a nice kitchen available. Wifi was excellent.

Great place to stay, comfortable beds and great location, within minutes to major bus stop and train station! We got a private room for a couple and it had its own balcony, couldn’t recommend it enough! Fantastic restaurant just around the corner called The Bramble Bar and Kitchen.

Awesome place to stay! Easy to make friends

I enjoyed my short visit at the Yellow greatly! I will be staying here next time I am in Rome! The staff are super friendly and helpful, the bunk beds were comfortable, you're provided with a nice clean towel, the showers are hot, you have a place to secure your bag (bring your own lock) a small lock box is provided, and they serve free pasta! There are many good places to eat nearby, and it is easy to get a cab to take you to the main attractions nearby! (about 10 euro to get to the Colosseum) location is close by the main train station as well. If you are a light sleeper bring headphones or ear plugs.

Spaniards can't read the no partying in room rules

The spaniards on our floor blasted music in their room at max until 4am. Tons of people yelling in the hallways. Doors paper thin. My roommates head was right next to the door and the hallway light blinded him if we opened the door. Check out is 10am. Way too early for a party hostel. Staff meh.

So the photos of the nice new rooms are for the first floor only. I was on the third floor where my room was out dated and dirty. Mattresses were worn out, beds squeaked horribly, bathroom was dirty, and the wifi didn't reach my room.

Great hostel if it’s a party you are looking for!

This is a very busy and popular hostel! I had an unhelpful and unwanted welcome on arrival by a greater who must have thought I was still 18! However the guy on reception was great really quick and very helpful and couldn’t apologise enough when he made a mistake. I was provided with a fresh large shower towel at no extra charge which was a first for me in my travels. The hostel is spread out over several buildings on one road.. the building I was in was easy to access and the room was good! The showers were amazing with the bathroom areas clean and modern. The storage facilities in my room were excellent and secure and the rooms weren’t cramped at all and were heated with a modern air conditioning unit.

Not being in the main hostel meant I didn’t access the other facilities but the hostel does have excellent baggage storage so you can leave your bags for the day after check out!

I would just give one word of caution! This is a party hostel where drinking is encouraged the moment you arrive and wristbands provided for cheap drinks in the hostel bar! So if you are a traveller seeking a quiet nights sleep that’s not going to happen but if you are a modern day traveller looking to party this is an excellent hostel!

What ever your reasons for travel the hostel is close to the station, bars, eateries and easy walk to all the main cultural sights...

Other benefits include free WiFi, free bowl of pasta on the evening you arrive, free maps at reception, etc

Convenient location

The hostel was a five min walk from the metro and one stop away from Termini station, there was also a supermarket nearby and the bar across the road. The all female dorm had heaps of floor space and a huge bathroom, and there were under bed lockers and safes to keep belongings. The staff gave great dinner recommendations and were always friendly and helpful.

They do not allow me to stay because I'm more than 45 years old. According to them; I'm to old to party. I'm 53...
They allow me to sleep, because I arrived late that night...
I was in a 4 bed room, bed are weak, matresses to soft. It has bathroom in the room, extremly small...
Thanks to them I moved to \"Generator\",
it much much better, same price...

It's a young solo traveler paradise. Everyone seemed to be on a trip of some sort and they were ready to make friends. The bar makes it very convenient to meet people and it seems to busy just about every night. Staff is very helpful. Overall good experience

The hostel is definitely a bad stay and it ruin my image to Rome, though staff there was very nice, but the room is untidy, small and old. The room will be bright when there is someone turning on the light of the bathroom. Security is bad, the more ridiculous is, one of the roomate bring along with a girl to the hostel and having bad things in the room even when the room was full of people!

Party hostel!

Amazing atmosphere to meet people. Room was clean, there was good air conditioning and lockers for valuables. Location is OK, close to the Termini but a bit far from city centre. If you don't prefer to sleep that much it's place to stay, you will not regret it!

I was there 3 nights the first 2 nights was with Contiki and we got a room across the street from the reception. The room it's self was good enough space but I didn't like the bath room. It needs to be update and more lighting in br bathroom. I had booked an extra night at the hostel since we stayed an extra day in Rome. The third day we got another room in the main building and it was good I liked it way better than the first room we got. Other than the bathroom I had no issue.

Wasn't my favourite place. I didn't like that they didn't have any social events planned, besides going to the bar, so I found it hard to meet people.
The bar is SO loud so if you are in room facing the street, you can't get to sleep until like 5 in the morning. You can't even shut the windows to dim the noise a bit.
Always found like I was annoying the staff at the front desk if I had questions.
I watched housekeeping clean my room one day and they don't change the blanket between guests which I find kind of gross.
I knew this was a 'party' hostel going it to it so my exceptions weren't high, but they definitely failed to meet them.

A great hostel!

The staff was friendly and informative.
The bunk dorm was clean and spacious.
Bathroom was ok, good water pressure but not the cleanest shower.
The elevator wasn't working and I had to carry my heavy suitcase down 4 flights... 4 very long flights of stairs which was annoying.
The signs in reception are really helpful.

Está alejado de las atracciones principales que quería visitar pero pude descansar en la noche. Había agua caliente y tienen un gel para desinfectar el baño antes de usarlo.

Deberían colocar un abanico ya que al estar encerrado y sin acondicionador tuve mucho calor y me sentía sin aire en la noche.

Fiquei no hostel durante 5 dias, era a minha primeira experiência em hostel e eu amei muito! Hostel super limpo, área de convivência muito boa e ainda tem o bar na frente que abre todos os dias.. Um ótimo hostel para você se integrar com os outros moradores, além de free pasta que eles oferecem como janta (quando fui tinha pelo menos). Super indico pra todos, ficaria de novo la com certeza!!

ローマは石畳の中、スーツケースを押すのは大変なので、駅から徒歩3分ほどのこのホテルはとても楽でした！チェックインの時、スタッフの方が丁寧に色々教えてくれたのでサービスの良いホテルだと感じました。4人ドミトリーの部屋に泊まりましたが、部屋の中にトイレバスがあり、また外にもトイレバスがあったので便利でした。どちらもとても清潔でした！部屋はサイズ的にもちょうど良く、2段ベッドも軋む音とかも聞こえなく快適に過ごせました。この値段でこのサービスはここしかないと思います！オススメです！

Si la idea es ir de joda, es el lugar ideal! Sino, la música siempre a todo lo que da y no podes dormir. El edificio muy viejo y sucio (el de enfrente del hotel Yellow principal) pero las habitaciones modernas y amplias.

유쾌한 호스트들♡

전체적으로 호스트분들 정말 정말 친절하셨어요. 유쾌하고 재밌었고 다양한 시설(미용실, 레스토랑, 펍, 클럽)이 있었어요. 체크인 전에 짐보관 가능하고 한국말로 인사해줘서 기분좋았어요. 공용공간, 부엌이 깨끗하고 좋았어요. 여기서 친구들 많이 사귀었어요. 샤워시설이나 화장실 깨끗했었지만 샤워실이랑 스텝실이 연결되어있는지 샤워중인데 남자직원 지나가는 소리 들려서 불편했어요. 체크아웃 후에 짐 보관하는데 코인락커가 잔돈을 안줘서 당황했지만 직원이 그냥 쿨하게 잔돈 직접주더라구요~ 다음에가도 또 머무를 생각 있습니다.

A experiência foi muito boa, ficamos no quarto privado com banheiro, e não foi necessário pagar as toalhas de banho a parte.

Me gusto mucho el Hostal, el oersonal muy amable, muy limpio, xin variia serviciones y la ubicacion es perfecta pues esta cerca de la terminal de Roma Termini que es parada de autobus de tren, metro, y autobus practicamente de ahy salen todas las rutas de autobus asi que te trasladas peefectamente a dinde quietas

Melhor hostel que já fiquei na vida!! Parece mais um hotel. As acomodações são excelentes, limpeza impecável! Área comum maravilhosa... bar ótimo! Todo dia Rola festas no bar e pasta free! Muito bom

Es un hostal super comodo, tiene un excelente ambiente en el bar! El locker bajo la cama es super espacioso! Muy limpio. Es para jovenes el hostal. Muy cerca de termini. El desayuno del restaurante es algo caro. Pero te sirven un monton.

Bom hostel em Roma com acesso fácil a estação Roma Termini.
Quartos com camas confortáveis, locker grande para guardar mala e cofre pequeno a parte.
Único problema encontrado é que a recepção fica do outro lado da rua, em outro edifício.
