Stay away from this property and area, terribly unsafe which is the reason this Hotel has no free access from the outside and you have to ring a bell fir someone to open the gates.
Its my first lifetime that there were NO TOWELS in the room and the reason given at front desk is that \"usually the guests steal them...\".
Other unique experience is that you have to get a pass when you checkout, the pass will give you access to exit from refered gates after giving it to a guard. There are many orher Hotels close to the Highway which are a much better choice as safe.

Overpriced / not a premium worth hotel

The hotel is really nice. Complex is very beautiful. But what comes to hotel quality, this is certainly over priced. Went for a wedding with 6 more couples. We all had a terrible night, all the pillows are terrible, in my room the curtains didn’t close correctly and we had light in our faces at 7am on a Sunday morning. There was not hot water, we paid 150 USD for mid warm water. Certainly not a very pleasant experience for a premium price.

Beautiful property, great escape from daily life

This hotel was very nice, the staff was friendly and attentive. The grounds were beautiful and well kept. Once you entered the secure parking lot you felt like you were somewhere else not in a little town.
The restaurant was clean and well staffed the food was well prepared and attention while we dined was excellent. We will return again!

Good but mixed feelings.

Overall it was very good. The property is beautiful. Very spacious, with an amazing garden. The restaurant was good. The negatives, there’s nothing around. You either stay in or have to drive 30min to Cuernavaca. The rooms are a little too simple and outdated. And my sheets were stained. They really have to be changed for new ones.

Nice and Pleasant Hotel. Huge green areas in a beautiful natural evironment ideal to relax. Very friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful mexican style with a Tequila Museum, local handcraft and amazing paintings.

El hotel está lejos de Cuernavaca, no es ideal para salir a pasear o restaurantes pues todo queda lejos. Como tal el lugar es muy bonito y los jardines son preciosos. Si vas como yo con 2 niños, el espacio de las albercas es muy simple pero están climatizadas, que es súper bueno en invierno. Nuestra habitación tuvimos una ubicación horrible junto a una oficina que cada vez que alguien entraba sonaba un dispositivo de acceso, fatal. No probamos el restaurante, preferimos salir.

Lo mejor fué la atención de su personal. Desde el guardia de la puerta, la recepción y el restaurante. Todo muy bien.
El único tema que tuvimos fue al llegar por que están arreglando una de las calles de acceso. Convendría proporcionar un plano de acceso alternativo, al menos durante el tiempo que estén trabajando en esa calle.

La habitación en buen estado, pero el colchón es extra firme, Isra demasiado duro, los muebles de hechura bastante corriente, la pantalla de TV no funcionaba y tuve que esperar más de 1 hora para que llegara mantenimiento y no sabía nada, yo la tuve que arreglar. Falta de mantenimiento en los baños, la coladera estaba suelta.

La limpieza de la habitación estaba de maravilla, desafortunadamente había poco personal. En una ocasión acudí al bar y no se encontraba nadie atendiendo.

Adicional, se ofrecía servicio de desayuno buffete sábados y domingos. Sin embargo cuando acudí al restaurante me dijeron que no estaba disponible.

No conocía esta Hacienda y me sorprendió la belleza del lugar, así como sus instalaciones hermosas, perfectamente cuidadas y decoradas con muy buen gusto. La hacienda es grande, cuenta con dos lagos artificiales y 3 albercas exteriores climatizadas en perfectas condiciones. El museo del tequila también es hermoso y en general toda la decoración del lugar está muy cuidada.

Todo el personal fue extremadamente amable y servicial e incluso me entregaron la habitación 3 horas antes del check in. Quedé gratamente sorprendido.

El hotel divino, comida rica, habitaciones cómodas. Lo malo son las almohadas tan gordas que acabé torcida y el foco neón del aire acondicionado que da directo en los ojos y no me dejó dormir bien.

Excelente atención del personal, se presentaron algunos detalles de mantenimiento que se solucionaron rápido, el lugar es generoso y muy bello, las albercas con calefacción grandiosas para disfrutar la estancia, y los paseos por los jardines y la propiedad, hay un buen restaurante, comida excelente aunque algo costosa, definitivamente volvería a quedarme ahí.
