If you want a nice place, friendly staff, and overall comfort, then this is the place for you.
All of the staff is extremely helpful and friendly especially for those who don’t speak Spanish.

Oh and it’s also pet friendly so make sure you bring your 4 legged friends.

One of the worst hotels I've ever stayed in. Would not allow me to have breakfast because I did not have a prepaid voucher, could not charge to room or pay cash. The common areas and the room were not clean.

Realmente utilizamos el hotel solo para pasar la noche, el servicio es amigable pero lo que realmente no nos gusto es que las habitaciones al tener alfombra tenían un olor desagradable a humedad, el costo se me hizo algo alto pero probablemente porque no le saque mayor beneficio

The most disappointing thing was, at last day, they changed our room because we have our cat, they charged 3000 pesos for our pet, and when we were taking a nap, they start banging on door so strong, to wake us up, just for a letter where we were asked to pay for the cat. Last year we did not have problem at all with cat, this year at last day the made a drama. Never again in that hotel and i dont advise anyone to book a room there.

Low maintenance in pools and jacuzi

Hotel room was good but the main reason because my family and I visit this hotel are the pools and jacuzi who was cold and dirty water both days when in other days has hot water refueling and circulating. 2 pools in upper area behind the hotel dirty too and nobody cleaning day by day

The hotel is clean but you can hear every step of people walking outside your room to get to theirs it’s very uncomfortable . Also sunday morning they put very early in the morning music on the speakers around the pool so if you want to stay asleep it’s difficult because you can hear the music. The room service was very good and the food quality was very good also. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The restaurant service and food were amazing. The room wasn't properly cleaned everyday (left old coffee cups, water not replenished, etc). The bathroom in the room had a wall sticking out, so the only way in was to walk sideways as the opening was so narrow. Very inconvenient.

Many bad details

I reserved 2 rooms with bath tub and shower and I received only shower. They said I can't change due to the other reservations and full of rooms.
The first day I received the complimentary coffee and amenities for this but the 2nd day no new coffee, sugar, tea or cups.
The 2 lamps in the room had only 1 bulb for lamps with 2 available spaces = low light in the room.
Dirty carpet around the bed, and the housekipping service was attended after 12pm.
The towels for the pool are only available in the front desk and they delay for the delivery when I request it because the guy there had to go to the laundry for them, apart, when you request the towel they keep your key room for bring the towel, then, when you leave the pool, you have to return the towel first, and wet -without the returned towel-, you'll receive your key and then you can return to your room -wet and without towel-.
Many bad details in my opinion.

Excellent grounds, 3 pools, walking paths, and a playground for kids. The breakfast was not included but at 200 pesos was an amazing value considering they had at least 14 different hot items + eggs and hot cakes.

We had an incident where without our permission, we found three male workers installing some sort of tape on our room's window - we were startled. The \"do not disturb\" sign was on the door yet it was not respected nor the work announced to us. Needless to say, we found this a very unprofessional and disturbing experience. Other than that, the hotel is comfortable -- I would not recommend the food - it's got no flavor and definitely not representative of Mexico's cuisine. The staff was nice over all. They allow dogs which is our reason for staying there in the first place. The two pools are clean and peaceful overall. I would recommend, for food, to walk around the neighborhood where it's quite safe and we found some delicious home made small restaurant such as \"El Pueblito\" only a few steps up the street from here. The food there was wonderful and the people very sweet.

it wasn't the best Holiday Inn I've stayed in, but it was good enough to feel safe, and its clean. It would be better if it were closer to a main (important) road, like the Holiday inn Express is. Another important thing to consider, if you don't like carpets or have allergies, then this hotel is NOT for you.

Overall a nice place to stay.

We were a little fooled by the pictures of the rooms online. They were WAY smaller than we anticipated. Also, the description stated we were getting a refrigerator and microwave in the room however, we again were deceived. There was no refrigerator and the microwave was strangely located in a closet?! Not very convenient. The bathroom was not cleaned very well. Aside from all this it was a good place to stay. Beautiful hotel and location. Very friendly staff.

Surprisingly pleasant

The hotel has a beautiful large garden, and the pool, though small, was very pleasant on a warm hot. The room was fine, everything worked, wifi no problem; we were quite satisfied. The only complaint would be the noise during the night. Not a lot, but the hotel staff seem to prefer setting the breakfast tables at 3:00 a.m., and usually with a radio on. Otherwise, no complaints, and for a quick weekend trip I'd gladly return.

Great hotel with great prices

Thanks for a great stay. The hotel is very modern and quite quite nice. Beutiful garden. All the necessary amenities. Magnificent service. Just don't ask for the handicapped room of you may be uncomfortable. Cons: Too much noise in the morning coming from the servie staff. But everything else is nice nice nice. Will always go back. Thanks again.

I was on business in Cuernavaca for 3 days. I stayed at the Holiday Inn which was the most convenient for my purposes but it is not located in the old city. Cuernavaca is a relatively dangerous city, so be careful when choosing a hotel. This hotel was safe and clean. it has a nice pool and a good restaurant. Breakfasts are good, Wifi is also good,

Nosostros hemos elegido este hotel en muchas ocasiones por su rica alberca climatizada. Nuestra hija lo disfruta siempre, pero en esta ocasion no fue asi, el viernes que llegamos el agua esta helada, se preguntó y la contestacion fue: esta prendida la caldera... y esto nos hizo tener una mala expectativa del fin de semana... al dia siguiente ya estaba calentita la alberca... el domingo no tanto.... no tan friao el viernes... pero fria a fin de cuentas... tanto que ni siquiera quisimos quedarnos mas tiempo el lunes que era nuestro ultimo dia... mejor nos fuimos temprano del hotel... enfin... hasta resfriada salio mi nena... ni hablar... no fue como nuestra experiencia de otras ocasiones...

El lugar es agradable y comodo para estar en las albercas y jardines. Los cuartos muy bien conservados y modernos. Solamente recomendaría que aumentaran la temperatura de las albercas (sobre todo la del fondo donde estan los jardines grandes). Al solo la del frente estando caliente hace que se junte mucha gente en ella y la de atras que estan muy bonita, casi nadie use. EL buffet muy bueno aunque algo caro ($600 pesos por persona).

Muy buen hotel.

Es un buen hotel con personal súper amable, muy limpio. Han remodelado muchas habitaciones, pero creo que los baños deben mejorar, en general las tinas o regaderas son muy resbalosas, el jabón y shampoo están lejos de la regadera y hay que ir y venir para tomarlo. En fin, son detalles pero que arreglados los convertirán en un hotel excelente.
