Front desk staff was courteous, the place had that overpowering cheap air-freshener smell. Room was spacious but lacked power outlets and table to lay our suitcase. Very limited toiletries: hairdryer, 1 roll of toilet paper, only 2 bath towels (no hand towels), 1 bath rug, shampoo, conditioner and body lotion dispensers. We had to ask for a second roll of toilet paper during our stay. Hot water took a long time to come out and lasted very little. Sliding door did not lock, but we where ok since we where on the 3rd floor. We liked the balcony.

The room was clean and spacious with a beautiful balcony and view of the creek. The staff was friendly, helpful and professional. I have stayed at Borda Hotel several times in the last couple of years, However the room I recently stay in is at the top of the building and close to the elevator which was quiet, but the bathroom vent was close to some fans on the roof that sometimes were a little noisy. Also, there was limited hot water. Other than that, it is a great place to stay, great value for your money, I'll definitely stay there for my next trip to Cuernavaca

Spacious rooms with large terrace and view. No welcome or smiles at check-in or during stay. Evening staff especially unfriendly. Room was cleaned only twice during 5 nights. Located 1 km from centro and Catedral, but with unpleasant uphill walk with narrow lanes, steps and traffic.

Had a jard time finding hotel location is wrong i chose this hotel beacause price an location google maps and hotels.com show hotel 3 blocks away towards downtown and is wrong. I contacted the hotel regarding packages sent to the hotel. They replied that it was not an issue. I placed 3 orders of Mezcal for personal use, nothing that was for commercial purposes. When I placed the order I specified where to send the items and that they were for me. But included the general manager’s name as well. 1 package had my name 2 did not. The general manager was very upset, even mentioned that he could sue me. I did not know that was an option. Non the less he kicked me out of the hotel. I was not allowed to stay that same day, even though I was already charged for the day. I would not recommend it at all. Bed sheets were burned and the bathroom sink was clogged. Horrible experience over all. Still waiting on my refund by the way.

The receptionist was ill-mannered when I requested a room change because there was no table on the balcóny, the bathroom wall had a Hole connecting to the airshaft, and an extra kid's cot had been left taking up space. 2nd room was much better, as I had remembered from a previous stay. Restaurant service was very pleasant. Nice View and pool área.

On this reservation I had elected to pay at the desk. At 4:32pm I recieved an email that they wanted a confirmation by noon to 3 of the same day. That was a bit impossible to do since the time had already past. I had my confirmation number through hotel.com. We arrived at the hotel at 4:45 ( our bus was running 2 hours late) and the receptioist told us that our reservation had been canceled by bookings.com though upon calling and talking with the help desk at hotels.com we were told that they never canceled our reservations and that the hotel acted on their own. So we scambled, went back on hotels.com and luckily found a sweet place that was clean ,friendly, helpful and fun.
Though this was aggrevating at the time we were thankful for the change. The lobby smelled of cigarette smoke the entire time we were there.

There was a message from staff hotel before booking asking me for confirmation arriving so They had high demand booking, it made me feel that Hotel wouldn´t keep my reservation, but after calling and confirming there was not any problem with my checking, it was fast .. Everything was ok with rooms, large ones, comfortable , cleans, etc. I tried to turn on the air conditioner but i never worked , fortunately was not a hot night..restaurant with small menu to choice but enought if you dont want to go out..

La habitación no estaba descuidada. Estaba bien, sin embargo nunca tuve durante los 3 días que estuve allí nunca tuve agua caliente, mostré mi inconformidad y me comentaron que dejara salir el agua de 10 a 15 min hasta que saliera el agua caliente pero me genera conflicto porque en el área de regadera hay un letrero de cuidemos el agua. Varias personas se quejaron de no tener agua caliente.
Por otro lado el personal grosero. Sobre todo la Srta de la noche que tiene un acento que se ve que no es mexicana. Antes de salir pregunté el horario del estacionamiento y me comentaron que las 24 hrs. Tuve que salir de noche a buscar algo de cenar. Comenté que me tardaría media hr lo cual no sucedió y me tardé más de lo que dije. Al regresar pregunté que si me podían abrir el estacionamiento y me dijeron aaaah ustedes es el que dijo que según se tardaba 30 min. en tono burlón y molesta porque los moleste para que me abrieran.
Así que la estancia en Cuernavaca fue buena, estar en ese hotel no lo fue. No volvería a regresar allí.

Aire acondicionado suficiente para mantener fresca la habitación. Balcon con vista panorámica a un valle. En general hay aspectos menores a mejorar como la televisión (muy vieja) y puerta de balcón muy dura. La luz del balcón no funcionaba.

Les juro que fue un problema dormir con tanto ruido, recomendarla que esas habitaciones estuvieran a un menor precio porque no están chidas. El trato del personal muy muy bueno, sobre todo de la chica de lentes y cabello largo con color, muy amable y las meseras de la terraza también, super amables. La limpieza está masó, había bellos en las sábanas y almohadas, así que también fue un tema. Deberían de poner un poco más de atención en ello.
