This is not our first time staying at GS, just to love it. But with time that has change, we request balcony but not a single chair to seat! Wi-Fi will came at go. TV wasn't working. Card key was reissue 2 times and at the end of our stay they tried to give me someone else ID. I wont even go about the restaurant service! Sad to see that the quality of this hotel has being going down.

Hotel and motel located on highway entrance to the city of Cuernavaca. Easy to get a taxi or walk to bus stop. But this area of the city has been seriously neglected by city officials, has no sidewalks, not pedestrian crossing areas, not street marking for cars. Dirty and unkept but this no fault of the hotel.

The elevator rarely worked. The air conditioning was sporadic. Thesystem was new however we wondered about the way it was installed as the bathroom was very hot from a.c. exhaust. The prepaid breakfast was poor quality and very limited. The room keys had o be reset 2 to 3 times a day. This was particularly difficult when you are on the 4th floor and the elevator isn't working most of the time. Room safes never worked properly. Only positive is that it was near the location I needed to be and room was spacious.

We check late around 9:30 pm and main door was closed we enter from the parking lot. Receptionist was nice and warm. No control remote for the smallest TV ever. Call front desk and we were asked to come and pick up the control remote. No menus in the room when tried to order food so you don't really know how much you going to paid for it. Is clean but they need to buy some new sheets and towels. No facial tissue. Our key card need it to be reprogram every night.

The rooms are all non-smoking but most, if not all smell like cigaret. I changed rooms 3 times and the last one didn't smell like cigaret because it smelled like the bathroom pipes.

Very nice place at a good price a few minutes from the historic center. The three of us would certainly recommend it. Good internet. There is a mercado a block from the hotel. It was right on the road to the Grutas also. The beds are huge--one king plus one bigger than king.

The surrounding neighborhood isn't the best for sight seeing and such but if you are coming to Cuernavaca to visit the NPH home, this is the PERFECT hotel. Great service. Nice rooms. Cute little roof top pool with good food in the restaurant.

When we asked the cab to take us, they were doubtfull because it has a reputation for having one night stands, turns out, they have both: hotel and motel. On top of that, they wouldn´t validate your reservation and had to pay cash our first night until next day that things were cleared up. The service is satisfactory.

Desde que llegué la atención fue mala la chica de recepción no fue cordial y te reciben con mala cara, posteriormente me colocaron en una habitación donde no servía el clima , hablé como tres veces ,nunca me atendieron , prometieron llevar ventiladores que por qué no podían cambiarme pues el hotel estaba lleno, la habitación era demasiado caliente pues no tenía ventilaciones, se nota que el mantenimiento a los aires acondicionados no se les da, nunca me llevaron nada , me tiraron a loca , tuve que tomar un ventilador que me encontré en el pasillo , al siguiente día después de no dormir por el caloron , llegó la gerente me ofreció ahora sí una habitación nueva que igual el clima tenía fallas pues casi no enfriaba , goteaba agua y hacia un megacharco, me ofrecieron un desayuno bufet para mi familia y para mí que después me estaban cobrando el de mi esposo , pues el llegó después por motivos de trabajo , a pesar de todo lo que me hicieron pasar hicieron desagradable la estancia , por su mal trato , mal servicio del personal , malas caras y mal estado de los aires acondicionados, jamás regreso , jamás había vivido. lugar agradable y muy cerca del local de un evento a que fuimos, no hay muchas opciones de restaurantes cerca y el servicio del restaurante un poco lento. Otro detalle es que al escanear el código del menu del restaurante en la habitación, el precio de algunos productos eran diferentes. Es decir, me cobraron mas de lo que indicaba el menu. No recomiendo la atención de recepción ni del personal, nunca tuve wifi y tenia que conectarme por cuestiones de trabajo, solo habia señal cerca de los baños y super caluroso, despues nos cambiaron de habitación y el aire ni enfriaba. No me gustó que me asignarán una habitación que no era la reservada, que tuviera que reportar el Internet, que el servicio de TV por Cable no funcionará, que el jacuzzi no funcionará, que no dejarán botellas con agua, que el bar no estuviera abierto como decía en la página, que después de las 10pm todo lo tengas que ver con el motel, que el personal no sea amable, que nadie te reciba en la entrada... Me gusto mucho la comodidad de la cama, eso lo rescata un poquito... Pero fuera de eso deja mucho que desear.

Siempre que había ido de negocio o de placer a Cuernavaca me había hospedado en este hotel por su buena relación calidad-precio. La última reservación la hice a través de una plataforma de reservaciones (hotels.com), al llegar al hotel las personas de recepción me pretendían asignar habitaciones con balcón y SIN AIRE ACONDICIONADO según ellas porque por contingencia así lo estaban manejando, de igual forma aunque se habían contratado 2 habitaciones con 2 camas matrimoniales cada una (independientemente del número de ocupantes) querían asignar una habitación con solo una cama para una de ellas. Les exigí que me dieran las habitaciones con aire acondicionado y 2 camas pues es lo que se había contratado, no teniendo argumento para negarse más que inventar que NO SERVIAN los A/C (que a fin de cuentas si funcionaban) asignaron las habitaciones con las características contratadas. Es la primera vez que esto me sucede pero pensaré nuevamente en volver a hospedarme ahí en una visita próxima ya que es muy molesta la actitud que toman.

Tuve una estancia increíble, desde el momento que llegue, la señorita encargada de la recepción me recibió de una manera increíble ella hizo que mi estadía en el hotel fuera totalmente placentera, fue muy atenta del servicio todo el tiempo, sumamente amable y pendiente de cualquier cosa que pudiera necesitar, cuidando hasta el ultimo momento los pequeños detalles. El cuarto totalmente limpio y sanitizado, soló cómo comentario deberían cuidar más sus prendas blancas cómo las toallas que te brindan en el servicio de la alberca y las cortinas de las habitaciones, ya que estaban en mal estado. Ahí en fuera recomiendo ampliamente el hotel, realmente vale totalmente la pena por el precio si viajas por motivos de trabajo o negocios, está ubicado en una zona céntrica, cerca del centro de Cuernavaca y a unos minutos de la SCT de Cuernavaca, sin duda regresaría, lo recomiendo ampliamente.
