Hotel Raul is a nice quiet hotel with a restaurant that is not open on Mondays. Our room was comfortable, the internet very good, hot water but low water pressure in the shower. We had a balcony that looked out over the street and the mountains were visible in the distance. Sun rise if you happen to get up early enough is a very pretty sight. it is a few blocks walk to the bus terminal, great restaurants and the beautiful historical part of the city.. There is a pool in the back with a slide and a cute area for children. A beautiful rose garden area is part of this hotel with a larger area of green grass and tables to enjoy your coffee or a glass of wine. Parking is off the road and in the back of the hotel quiet amble. A pleasant surprise is the singing of the birds that come home in the in the evening to rest in the bamboo grove that is at the back of the parking lot. Each floor has a balcony type area that you can sit at to look out over the pool and the garden.

Very nice hotle, great service. On weekends, an outstanding Breakfast buffet. Room a bit small, but big enough. Place is well run and immaculate. Up the hill a bit from Zocalo. Grab a taxi if you have luggage for about 30 pesos.

Great quality at an economy price
Stayed for over a week: A/C was a must for us, and the beds were comfortable. Plenty of hot water (we had to wait once or twice for the water to heat up, but we always had hot water to bathe). Hotel and Restaurant staff were top notch. Hotel computer with internet was available for use, although the signal was a little sketchy at times. I would stay there again in future travels.

A Disappointing Town
The hotel is nice enough, though the room (#15) was small, with all the amenities one would expect in a Mexican-style hotel, but it is located on a very busy street, full of buses and noisy traffic. This was only an issue during the day, at night things seemed to quiet down considerably, but could spell trouble for anyone wanting to sleep in. The staff was very pleasant, the pool looked inviting on the hot afternoon we arrived, secure parking and decent in room internet. The real disappointment came with the town of Cuernavaca (a six block walk down hill from the hotel). Not much to see (except for the Robert Brady Museum), kind of tired, and mostly uninteresting. After a day of exploring, we decided we had seen it all (at least everything within walking distance) and caught a bus back to Mexico City a day early. That was not the hotel's fault, but I wouldn't recommend spending a great deal of time in either.

I stayed at this hotel for one night only, it was okay, nothing out of the extraordinary. The room was very small and the price a little too high for that size of a room. I felt I could be heard on the next door room.

You Get What You Pay For
So I stayed here just one night to see a friend who lives in the area. The amenities listed for the hotel are not completely true. There was a place for a computer but the computer did not turn on and I forget my computer at home so I was not able to use the computers there at any point. That goodness I brought my phone. The wifi was very reliable and decently quick. Also, I understood that I would have an air conditioner but instead I had a fan. It was uncomfortably hot in the room but the fan blowing directly on me did make it manageable. I would recommend calling and asking about the fan/AC issue. Aside from that, I took a bus and decided not to take a taxi. The walk from Pullman de Morelos was about 15 to 20 minutes. Not a bad walk at all. All that said, I would still recommend this hotel and just advise to bring a device to connect to the internet if that is important to you and bring shorts.

Fue una estadía buena pero me tocó un cuarto justo frente a la alberca, baños generales y bodega de limpieza y hubo algo de ruido en la noche, la aplicación decía que incluía desayuno y no fue así además de que al llegar no tenían las toallas listas y no pude ducharme antes de salir si no hasta la noche que volví, es céntrico y en general está bien solo esos detallitos sería bueno que los mejorarán

Un hotel con habitaciones pequeñas pero cómodo en general. Cerca del zócalo. Wifi funcionó correctamente. El unico detalle que tuve fue el aire acondicionado que no enfriaba. Lo reporté, no hicieron nada, hasta que el personal de manteniniento llego a mi habitacion por un tema del co trol de la TV. Les comenté no le habian reportado nada, pero el pudo solucinar el asunto.

El hotel solo es para tomar una noche , pues es muy chica la habitación , está descuidada , puerta del baño en mal estado , la regadera no funciona bien .. la ocupe por la cercanía con el hospital donde teníamos que estar .. pero para nada recomendable para fin de semana , ni menos vacacionar
