Para mejorar: Poner enchufes suficientes, iluminación en baño poner luz blanca, no hay forma de ver bien para maquillarme, falta luz para lectura en las camas, falta luz en el espejo de la habitación y poder apagar la luz desde el buró y no solamente desde el lado donde está el closet. Se sale toda el agua de la regadera por la pared tan corta en la tina.
En el desayuno pedí un plato de frutas y pedí plátano, me dijero que no había y al llegar mi cuñado pidió tazón de frutas y él si le dieron plátano. Pedí jugo verde y me dieron el chico pero a mi cuñado le trajeron el grande. ¿porqué esas diferencias y la falta de atención conmigo? Me molestó bastante. También ofrecieron pan dulce y le ofrecieron primero a él y mi me dejó al final. ¿no deben ser primero las damas por cortesía. Seguramente mi cuñado deja propinas muy buenas pero fue muy desagradable.

We would definitely stay there again, although some details need more attention. Not enough outlets to plug your devices. TV was complicated to use and ended up not working. No menu for room service in the room. A chair but no table to work or read. Details that are important. Restaurant is good although a bit slow. Rooms are big and comfortable. No noise! That’s a plus. Good air conditioning.

I've stayed at this location 3 times and will continue to stay here. They have safe taxi drivers to take you and pick you up whenever. They can also pick up food for you and will bring to your room. Across the street is a pharmacy. The hotel grounds are peaceful and clean. The room is cleaned daily. Nothing but good things to say.

The property was beautiful and clean. All the staff was super friendly and helpful. Room service did great cleaning our room daily which is a must with babies. I definitely recommend this hotel and I would stay again when i travel back to Cuernavaca.

This is my third time using this hotel. I like the modern style of the property. The hotel is along an upscale commercial street, with easy access from the highway. It is a 15min drive to the Zocalo (Centro). A favorite of mine whenever visiting Cuernavaca. It is also a 5min drive to the ruins of Teopanzolco and the trendy restaurants and shops of Avenida Teopanzolco. The City Market is a few blocks away, the best supermarket in the city with a very good coffee shop. The property is surrounded by an upscale residential neighborhood. It is quiet and feels safe. It has a nice garden with a pool. I like to stay in the rooms with a balcony overlooking the garden. The rooms are large, modern, clean and get lots of light. They are just missing a fridge. The staff is friendly and kind. Valet parking is convenient. The hotel restaurant is good, and I can always find something to eat if I don’t want to go out.

Lo usamos mi familia y yo para pasar la noche en las fiestas de fin de año. Esta limpio y sus instalaciones bien conservadas aunque ya se sienten algo anticuadas. El baño de una de las habitaciones tenia una falla en la trampa de olor por lo que tenia un olor desagradable. No intentamos pedir cambio ya que era muy tarde y solo queríamos dormir.

Loved the hotel, room was clean and comfortable, best thing about it was the people, very friendly and serviceable, I had to check out at about 5:00 in the morning and the staff made sure we have our breakfast ready for to go, even though the restaurant was not open yet, definitely it will be my first hotel choice going back!

For the price the hotel is Nice. The rooms are simple but fine. No iron nor hair dryer but if you ask for it they will get you one.The staff is very friendly and accommodating.
Restaurant food was delicious, good massages and salon services for a very reasonable price. Only BIG complaint was the WIFI hardly ever worked. We had to keep buying data for our phones good thing in Mexico data is cheap.

Arrived and girl behind counter didn't speak one word of english, which was very frustrating. After many complaints from U.S. guests, they put someone behind the counter, who spoke english. Suite was very musty, few hangers, and bathroom very dangerous ... high step up into bathroom, then one step down to where shower is, and then another step down into shower. Shower pressure was very bad ... could barely get soap off. Only one bar of soap at sink, nothing in shower. Restaurant was very nice and accommodating. Pool was beautiful.

While the hotel is in a good location (near restaurants, bars, the mall etc.) it lacked the charm and solitude of other hotels in which I've stayed in Cuernavaca in the past.
In addition, the water pressure in the shower was weak and never got very hot. Also, they seemed stingy with giving us towels and washcloths. Had to ask every day for more towels.

I had three guests in my room and requested extra towels, which I never got. There are no signs in the building indicating where the spa, gym and restaurant are, therefore you have to walk around until you find them.

We all enjoyed our stay all the staff were very friendly especially Rosa. Is a very safe and quiet place close to shopping center and across the street a pharmacy with 24 hour service .I am not very fond with Yucatecan food so we ate only 2 times at the restaurant.I love that the Vips restaurant was withing walking distance . We will definitely return.there was a minor issue out of the 10 days stay we experienced a strong sewer odor for about 3 days .during sleeping hours.

The hotel was very modern, clean, and the service in every aspect was outstanding. We also appreciate that there is a in-ground swimming pool (although we did get to use it). The best thing going for this hotel is the adjoining restaurant, every meal we had there, breakfast, late lunch, dinner, you name it, was outstanding in its preparation, not mentioning the attentive service. The valet parking service is also highly appreciated. We very much recommend this hotel for your stay at Cuernavaca.
