The hotel is very spacious and has very nice gardens. The pools are heated so that is very attractive. The food at the restaurant is excellent. The rooms are spacious but show some wear. In general we had a very pleasant stay but the rooms are pricy and breakfast was not included.

Beautiful place and grounds. Food was mostly wrong, missing, undercooked, bland, or very inconsistent in preparation or quality, and did not reflect the relative cost. The overall staff service was also hit or miss. By the end of the stay, we did not really want to order food. The breakfast buffet was mostly good enough, but it should be for $40CAD per person. We felt that the management was really pushing the buffets, and perhaps the à la cart was being sabotaged. Typically I don’t leave reviews but this overall experience was odd.

Desafortunadamente esta segunda vez me ofrecieron la venta del paquete de lealtad donde puede uno ir a sus propiedades (y otras en convenio) por \"menos\" precio. Esto fue algo atosigante porque aun cuando dije que no estaba interesado, no pararon en seguir ofreciendo descuentos en mi visita etc. Esto es contrario al concepto de ir a descansar a un hotel y la verdad no podria recomendarlo por lo mismo.

The staff, everyone included were very friendly, attentive and helpful. Our room was very nice, in an hacienda style keeping with a great tradition and same to the hacienda, which dates back to the 16th century. This probably the best hacienda we have stayed at. Every aspect, atmosphere, pools, restaurant and chapel exceptional and well kept. Our bed was so comfortable!!

This great accomodation was a little challenging to find via GPS, I was routed all the way around the property via small streets with small signs, but eventually I came upon reception. Parking is valet only (luckily I read that on the description). The reception staff was very friendly and helpful, the site is historic, vast and well-manicured. Food service is splendid and the room was perfectly fine.

The hot tub is a cold tub. I demand a refund. I asked for the staff to turn on the heaters they only ignored me. The one pool is supposed to heated as well it was freezing. I can specifically to use the amenities. I couldn’t use it.

This hotel was AMAZING! We came to visit family in town and stayed at this hotel. The room was huge! The AC worked which helped a lot since it was so hot, the restaurant was great! The pool area also fantastic!

The highlight is there back pool, and it was closed. The service in the restaurant needs help. Took forever to order drinks, waiter forgot about us many times. He could have sold us at least 5 more margaritas but we got tired of waiting and went to the room to drink.
Check-in was also Terrible. We traveled all night and arrive there at 10am. We watched 50 guests arrive hours after us and get their rooms right away. They didn’t let us into our room until 3:30.

For close to $300 / night this property is not worth the stay… first night we were in a villa The air conditioner did not work. I have included a picture of our door. It had about 1/4 to half an inch gap within the front door. Room was large & bathroom was nice. we had to go let them know that we slept basically with no AC they did end up moving us to a different room, which was a lot smaller, but AC worked .Pools were really nice. Food was good. They have a on-site cocktail lounge/bar. The espresso martini was delicious. Everything else was pretty bad. would not recommend to family or friends for the price.

The property is beautiful is an hacienda style. My room was huge but for 250 dollars a night in Mexico the couch was old and dirty. The restroom has ants and there was a strong smell of smoke and I have respiratory problems. It was definitely overpriced.

The good: We really enjoyed the grounds, especially the central fountain, and the service. Lawn looked immaculate from our room window and was very relaxing to look at. Oscar, our waiter, was fantastic. He made sure that we were always well served and even made food and wine suggestions that improved our visit. He invited us to stay during the weekend to enjoy the Sunday brunch and we would love to stay there again soon. The bad: Unfortunately, our room looked spartan as it was lacking furniture: no desk, no chairs, just an ugly bench, a side table with a lamp, the bed and the TV stand. The ugly: We had no VIP Access treatment, front desk even tried to charge us extra for the upgrade. I said no.

Property is better than pictured. Staff did not speak english so unless u speak spanish you are out of luck. The food was very ordinary. Did not have a singled meal at the restaurant that I say was tasty. Its in the middle of nowhere but the grounds of the hotel was amazing.

Still, I can highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and comfortable stay in the city of endless spring time (just make sure you get a room away from the street).

The property was gorgeous-beautiful colonial architecture. I just couldn't get enough of the views and taking photographs. Our favorite pool was the pool oasis. We felt safe within the walls/barriers of the hacienda property. We were successful in getting taxis from the hotel to a few places we needed to go to in Cuernavaca, in particular for Covid testing. The hotel staff were helpful in securing taxis for us and providing us with the rt cost for the taxi service. They also assisted us with scheduling a tour of the ruins and identified each fee including rt transportation, a tour guide and entry fees into the ruins. The food was also great. Staff were courteous, friendly and resourceful.

Very nice. Only drawback is that once your there your there. It’s in a very small town far away from everything. You’re basically trapped. You have to eat at their restaurant, drink there beverages oh and by the way they tried to confiscate some beer because it was not purchased at their property. I felt like I was in North Korea.
