The hotel was new and clean. The front desk lady was so nice! Will stay here again
Ieasha
Very clean and the staff was very polite
Curtis
The room was clean and quiet which we appreciated. I wish that our room at been ready at check in time - we had to wait. The breakfast was nice
Maria
The room and hotel in general was clean. The room cleaning crew does an amazing. The room however was musty the entire stay. I had asked for a fan because the cool unit was not helping and they had none. So we couldn’t circulate the air. Day one we asked for pancake mix replacement, she either didn’t want to change it or didn’t know how like she had stated. Next day the juice was empty both ladies there hesitated as if they didn’t feel like changing it. FYI during the week lend they had breakfast till 10 or a little later come Monday it was 9. That was not communicated. Decent stay for a last minute find but not worth the 180 a night.
Jewell
Clean and the ac kept up all night. It was really late when we got there and they were very helpful.
Ernesto
If going to visit Destin, Elgin AFB, etc….this is the hotel to stay at. It’s affordable, clean & the staff is very friendly. We will be staying here again. The room was very spacious.
Elisa
Everything was great
Megan
The room was clean and huge, I wish there was a kitchenet, but overall very nice. The kids love the breakfast. The staff was rude and the hotel charges you a and surprising fee of $50 when your checking in, that you should get back.
Barb
Breakfast was great. Staff was nice. Neighborhood was a little bit run down. But everything else was great.
Angie
No nos hicieron limpieza en la habitación ni cambiaron toallas y nos trataron de una manera muy odiosa
Ranettria
Very nice property
Edward
Breakfast was just fair. Nice cleaning hotel.
Merit
This property surpassed my expectations. Room was spotless, beds super comfy and breakfast had many options and delicious! 10 of 10
Rebecca
I loved our experience with this hotel. We will stay again next year!
Ashley
It was such a clean room, quiet and calm hotel. Breakfast was good and overall everyone was so nice. It even has a laundry place. Loved it!
Malinda
I drove from out of state and without question they let me have an early check-in. The entire building, including our rooms smelled fresh and good and were very clean. They have a lot to choose from on their continental free breakfast. All in all this place was pretty perfect. I will continue to stay here. All the amenities work and even the pool was clean.
Jordan
Nice spot to lay down your head. Hallway was a bit muggy and not very 'fresh' smelling. Room was clean, bed was comfy, and AC was cold though, so that is all that matters to me. The Chobani yoghurt was a plus in the bfast buffet too.
Brenda
Could be a bit cleaner. Breakfast was good, and had a variety.
Robert
Scrambled eggs were cold at breakfast.
Brandon
It was pretty chill and staff very respectful and helpful would definitely recommend and the breakfast is good
Bruce
Very clean room. King bed was very comfortable and AC was not too loud like in so many other hotels. Have stayed at this hotel many time and more than likely visit again in the future. This trip I was fishing so left too early to check out the breakfast but in the past have never been disappointed. At least I was able to make 2 cups of coffee on my way out.
Evelyn
Everything was good, but the carpets in our room needed a deep cleaning. Our feet were dirty quickly and brown, so we kept our shoes on after our shower till we turn in!
Christien
It’s ok
Thomas
We stay here every year on vacation! We had a larger group this time and it worked great. All our rooms were next to each other. Staff was helpful in getting new towels, trash bags and tp. The only thing was breakfast was the same every day. It would be great for a few more options for those who stay an entire week.
Michael
Clean room
Eric
Just didn't like that t
Sandra
We traveled with our dog and they put us in a separate building for the main building but that was good with us as it was very quiet
Mark
Room was ok but was so humid that the sheets were wet. This also made the room smell very musty.
Latisha
The hotel was very clean and a great place to stay. When we are in the area again we will definitely stay at the hotel again.
David
We came in late, & receptionist was extraordinarily kind & accommodating. She was also breakfast staff for breakfast, & again very pleasant even with overnight work shift.
Room & facilities were clean & up to date.
We would recommend this hotel & would stay again.
Thank you.

I am very happy with our choice to stay at the Best Western near Eglin Air Force Base. It was very clean. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The pool was a bit small, but the property itself was great. The room was spacious and the price was very reasonable.
Maria Anna
Staff was super friendly! The room was very clean and the hotel was quiet.

Everything was good, main entrance not easy to find but everything else was perfect. Main goal was to be near the airport (7-9 min).

Good stay. Could use more luggage carts for long hallway.
Renee
Nice hotel. Staff were friendly and property was clean. Mattress was uncomfortable and hallway was noisy but mostly expected from a budget friendly hotel.
Becca
I’ve stayed here 3 times now and it has consistently been clean and well kept. The staff has been super helpful and the gym (small) is perfect for a quick workout.

I arrived at 5:30 to check into a room with a 3:00 check in. The room was not ready. The front desk staff told me it would \"be a while\" and she would call me when it was ready. I was traveling with 4 minors. When I still didn't have a room at 6:30, I asked to cancel and made other arrangements. They are refusing to refund money. The hotel told expedia the room was ready at 4:30. It was a lie and expedia did nothing to confirm and refused to stand behind the customer. Never again expedia and never again best western.
Brittany
Overall clean and friendly atmosphere. Breakfast was fresh every morning. The pool was nice and clean. Staff was very friendly.
Emily

I had an amazing experience staying here last night, everything exceeded my expectations. I booked something quick and affordable, fully prepared for basic service, but what I received was truly 5-star treatment.
In the middle of the night, my daughter got sick, and the staff stepped in immediately with everything I needed. They were not only helpful but genuinely caring and passionate about their work, which made a stressful situation so much easier.
The room was spacious, spotless, and ready without any delay. What stood out most was the level of accountability. The manager personally ensured the room was checked and ready. I know she did because she accidentally left her phone on the neatly made bed lol. That kind of dedication says everything.
I will absolutely be booking here again. Highly recommend!

Very clean & fresh! Felt very comfortable & hope to stay there again!
Adam
The area was very nice, and close to quite a few restaurants. The property was clean and quite nice. I helps two other families book their rooms and everyone was very satisfied, especially for the price.
Richard
I'm pretty particular about cleanliness and this stay was noticeably much better than the normal hotel. The staff was very pleasant and my room was quiet. Overall this was a great visit,

Rebecca
The pool area was very clean
Jessica
Clean room and area, good job trainee!! Only thing could be better is beds could be more comfy A little too stiff.
Michael
Everything very clean. Breakfast excellent & generous. Staff incredibly courteous & professional. Allowed us to check in 2 hrs prior at no extra cost. We were visiting our son stationed at Eglin AFB and arrived very early to avoid any delay in seeing him. This is a must stay if you’re in the area.
Ron
Staff and rooms were great. We had a very pleasant stay.
Erin
Clean room. Great breakfast. Friendly staff.
Shannon
Room was clean and fit our family nicely. My only suggestion would be for more allergy friendly breakfast options.
Leslie
Clean rooms
Ethan
Lovely property, extremely nice staff. A few more options for breakfast would be appreciated.
RANJITH
Great service by the staffs especially from front desk.
Laurie
Clean, quiet, room and a lovely staff. A more diverse selection for breakfast would great.
Chris
Great food
Chris
Room was clean, bed was comfortable, breakfast was good, property was nice - only downfall was that they don’t clean your room daily - they clean every other day and you need to get your own fresh towels on not a clean day.
Cindy
Great!
Deborah
We had a great weekend stay here. The room and hotel are clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. The location is in the middle of town with easy access to everything.
Jeffrey
Room was clean and staff friendly. We only stayed one night but was close to the airport. Would stay again.
Mary
Great. Would stay again.
Gene
Great hotel
Hotel is great - close to everything with easy access but not on the congested Highway 20. A bell at the front desk would be helpful as the idea that someone will be “back in 5 minutes” doesn’t always work. The staff is wonderful. The property is well maintained. I would definitely stay here again.
Seth
Fine
Randall
Overall very pleased with our stay
Richard
Quiet relaxing stay
Check in was quick, staff was friendly. Room was very clean and comfortable. Bed was grest. The pool was clean. There were only 2 minor issues. I had reserved a king room when i booked a few days earlier but they only had a room with 2 queens, this didn't cause any real problem and wasn't worth taking a star off for. Secondly the breakfast was just ok, the pancakes were similar to what you get at McDonald's, I'd prefer a waffle maker to the instant pancake machine. Overall a pleasnt stay and i would stay again.
Laura
Very nice, clean and the hostess very sweet
Spencer
Staff was very nice, property was very clean.
Bruce
NA
Decent Hotel at a reasonable price for my needs.
Alicia
Very clean, rooms and pool. Staff was super friendly.
Ana
Hotel and rooms have a horrible smell, mix between moldy and fragrance trying to cover up
Tequana
We had a nice stay. The only thing I didn't like was when you walk inside the room, it smells like mildew or wet towels/clothes.
Sabrina
Place was really clean, everyone was friendly, breakfast was more than adequate and we checked in at 1:30pm, no problem whatsoever!
Ronald
Breakfast was great with good selection. Bottom floor room was a bit noisy from occupants above me. Great location.
alfreda
Outstanding service and amenities.

Just be aware
Our first room experience was terrible! We have a dog that is diabetic. If he is without me for more than 24 hours he goes into crisis. He won’t eat, all he can do is drink water then vomit all the water he just drank. So we have to take him out of town with us. So when we got to the hotel they put us in a room that wasn’t even attached to the main hotel. The room smelled SO bad, there were scratches and a door chewed and I didn’t even sit down but I had 2 bites from something in that room on me. Luckily my dog has had all of his shot and treated for fleas and ticks. So obviously went to the front desk and told them we would not be staying in that room. I have pictures of the bites and the places in the room. They were kind enough to put us in a different room in the main hotel which was fine but I still sprayed with Lysol and wiped everything down with Lysol wipes!
Rodney
It was great. Staff were awesome
Kerry
Very easy to book, good location
Mary Ann
We checked in very late, staff was friendly and quick. Rooms were clean and bed was comfortable
Kim-Ninh Thi
Breakfast items are little and they don’t refill it.
Nelson
very clean and very nice staff
Allison
Nice staff. Easy access to area. Room was “moist “ feeling, not overly clean. Pull out couch was sleeping on springs- awful!
Satorni
We really did a day trip to destin for the beach but didnt want to kill our budget. So we picked best western. The front desk clerk was named Jennifer? And she was nice and welcoming. She got us checked in promptly. The room was clean the bathroom was stocked. The breakfast was decent for what it was. The pool could be bigger but my kids enjoyed it before checkout and speaking of checkout it was perfect!!
