My reservation was actually canceled when I arrived to check in because I booked the room using a third party. Not only did they upgrade my room they also didn't charge me for the upgrade. Thank you for being so kind and understanding.
Jennifer
Very clean room and lobby. Nice staff. Breakfast was decent.
Loved that they had coffee available in the lobby at all hours (both regular and decaf).
Pet friendly, and nice grassy areas to walk our dog.
Would definitely recommend.

I had an AMAZING stay! I was only in town for one night. I chose this hotel because it had better reviews and it was less than 10 mins from the airport. Check in was a breeze, literally less than 5 mins. The staff were amazing. Jaylyn was the hostess on duty and she made sure that my stay was nothing less than relaxing. I was honestly running on less than 2 hours of sleep and had a jam packed day. Jaylyn made sure that my stay was restful and that the room was to my liking. The customer service at this location provided by Jaylyn is definitely noteworthy. When in town again, I’ll be staying here.
The rooms were nice and very spacious. There’s a large fridge, dishwasher, kitchenette (no stove), a couch, walk in shower, and large bed. The room was clean and there’s a nice machine on each floor.
Worth the stay. Thanks again Jaylyn!

My stay was great and Kevin was amazing. He made sure our room was ready and that we had all we needed. I've stayed here before and high standards for service and room did not disappoint. Thank you so much Kevin for making our stay a good one,

After my 1years old caught a virus and we had to drive out for 6 hours I asked to give me a late check in ! The manageur and the employee both refused said they overbooked and that if I stay pass 11 am they will charge me for additional day !! Definitely unnecessary they could at least extended if 30 more min ! Customer service is sucks for a hotel located in Niceville !!
Marlon
Loved the breakfast and facilities. The staff was super nice and go back again. Thank you!
Hugh
We have stayed at home two suites in North Carolina and was much more satisfied there. The air conditioner in our bedroom was too loud to run at night and they would not fix it but we asked several times. Also, the breakfast was extremely limited compared to the home two suites in North Carolina. The staff was friendly just not helpful. Overall we give it a three star rating.

Great experience staying for the first time at a Hilton Home2 Suites. The room was spacious with couch & kitchen. Beds were comfortable and bathroom had walk in shower with doors (no shower yucky curtain) Breakfast was very good with waffles and yogurt machine. The entire staff was always friendly and helpful. The outside pool area and front sitting area were also very nice & comfortable. We will definitely be staying at Hilton Home2 Suites in the future. Thank you for making this trip a pleasant experience.

This is a new location so the room was in very good condition. Only problem was the bathroom fan was inop.
Troy
Good location. Clean and friendly.
Jason
AC unit sounded like cans being dragged behind a car. Every time it turns be prepared to wake up. Cable in the entire hotel was out. Ironing board was bent terribly and unable to close once open
Kathleen
Perfect location! Great with pets.

Great Service and So Pet-Friendly!
I recently had the pleasure of staying at Home2, and I can confidently say it was one of the best hotel experiences I've ever had, especially as a pet owner! From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure both my dog and I felt welcome. This place exceeded my expectations and made my stay enjoyable for both me and my pet.The check-in process was seamless. The room itself was spacious and impeccably clean and showed no signs of past pet guests—something I truly appreciated If you're looking for a hotel that truly understands the needs of pet owners, I highly recommend booking your stay here. We can’t wait to return!
James

Great hotel - super clean with wonderful amenities and great breakfast

Poor service
I don’t normally leave a comment but this time I have to so everyone will be aware. As soon as we get in the room, we smell something but we ignored it, after an hour my daughter said my they left a dirty diaper in the trash! I said no wonder. Didn’t leave us an extra liner for the garage. When we asked the front desk, at around 10pm 7/27 she's kind of rude, we have 3 trash cans in the room, she just gave us 1 pc, they said on the note on the bathroom, they clean the room every other day, so when it’s time to clean the room, they just literally took the garbage and never put any trash liner, they replaced few towels only, never clean the room at all, didn’t even give us a toilet paper. The sheets smelled like someone on it before us, because we saw hairs and lashes on the bed. I have high expectation because the hotel looks new. We stayed 3nights. Food is okay.

The hotel was great. Big rooms and very clean. Only complaint is we checked in at 3:00 am and asked for a late check out. They said to check back with them in the morning. When we did ask in the morning they said there were no more late checkouts available. Very frustrating given our late arrival.
Kyle
I liked the grills the pool. I
