The property and room are very clean and nicely laid out. Staff was very good. I checked in later than expected and the young lady at the front desk...I believe her name is Angela (sorry if I got that wrong) is amazing. Super wonderful personality and helpful. Its nice to go to a hotel and have somebody as sweet and friendly greet you. She is excellent.

Great stay and staff was wonderful.. loved miss Phillipines and miss Jamaica...your lucky to have such great employees...
Michael
The staff was very nice. I forgot his name (sorry), perhaps the night manager is a young man who told me that he is a single dad and has a young daughter. Very nice guy and very informative about the area. Also, Angela was also extremely nice. Really good group and I would 100% return.
Donald
Okay, not great.
The light above the kitchen area kept flickering. There were dishes in the kitchen but no silverware.
Tina
Super clean, friendly and accommodating
We originally booked for the weekend but came a day early. The front desk was able to accommodate both reservations in the same room so we didn’t have to move. After learning at check-in we were in town for my grandmother’s funeral the front desk presented me a sympathy card the next morning. Shelldon and everyone at the front desk was extremely friendly and helpful. Room and bed were very clean and comfortable. We highly recommend and will definitely be back.
George
The room had high ceiling and was spacious with full kitchenette.

Had I known that the pet fee was $175.00 I would’ve booked somewhere else. I also have 2 charges on my card one from hotels.com and one from the hotel. My one night stay was $500.00! This is not acceptable.

El Hotel da la impresión de que esta nuevo a estrenar. Todas las áreas bien limpias y cuidadas. El personal súper amigables y atentos. Las habitaciones. Limpias, ordenadas y confortables. El desayuno varía día a día. Me volvería hospedar allí.

Perfect for family
This location was perfect! 20 mins to the beach, and plenty of shopping and dining down the street. The room itself was also perfect for 5 people. Full kitchen and large living space with ample seating near the 2 queen beds. Small pool and mediocre breakfast, but still a wonderful stay.
Angela
Nice property, would definitely stay again if we returned to area.

Nice Stay
Overall it was excellent stay. A couple of minor issues. The facial tissues only had a couple of tissues in the box and had to call the desk for refill. There was also a ticking sound coming from the bath vent. was less noticeable when the bathroom door was shut.
Curtis
Nice convenient location with friendly staff
Daniel
Excellent check in experience. Clean and well designed room. EV charging station in the parking lot.

Our family had a good time around Niceville and Destin Florida. We enjoyed the TownPkace Hotel with the pool and a very good services here.
At TownPlace, you will feel like you’re home because it had the kitchen for cooking, the gym room, a good breakfast in the morning for the family, even though your dog will have enjoyable too. Thank you for your services in the hotel.

Check-In was quick. The studio bedroom looked very clean and sleek. The bed was comfy and I could access Netflix. Would stay here again.
Jamie
Front desk staff very friendly and helpful.
Judith
We were only there for one night to be close to the airport. Hotel was clean, quiet and very comfortable. Wish we could have had the breakfast, but had to leave too early. Only thing I would change is lobby music was too loud, keep it in the background.
Sandra

This property is not your typical Marriott extended stay. The rooms are modern, well equipped and the property had a beautiful back patio area with a pool. Loved our stay.
JILL
Happy with our stay!
We enjoyed this stay. Professional friendly staff. The property was clean & so was the suite. Seemed pretty quiet. We used the outdoor grill by the pool a couple times which was nice. The breakfast was decent with a lot of options. We would stay in this hotel again for sure!
Jean
Worst experience my 29 years of business travel. Waiting over 3 hours for my room which was not the room I book. They told me if I didn’t like it I could leave! I spend of 250 days a year in hotels and this is the worst experience in my last 20 years!! I watch several people with booking ga turned away because they didn’t have a room. Incredible!!
Versia
Only hotel I stay at when I visit Niceville....always a pleasure...
Vicente
All the staff were very friendly and courteous. The hotel looks brand new and is very clean and well maintained. Rates were great…will definitely stay here on next trip.
