Friendly helpful staff. It's on the smaller side. They are renovating so outside was being repaired. Rooms were so new you could still smell the carpet In the hallway. Everything was nice and clean!!
Gayla
Not clean - broken tiles in room and on elevator, the elevator was not working properly either.
Leigh
Hotel was very clean. Breakfast was great and staff was very friendly and helpful.
Deidra
Inside was nice, the staff were very friendly but the hotel was under construction for renovation so the building when we arrived was upsetting. Expedia didn't tell us this prior to booking and if there were other hotels available we would have changed.
Cora
Be Prepared to be in the middle of a Renovation!
Property is under renovation. Very little parking due to shipping containers taking up parking spaces. Front desk did not tell me where the elevators were. No signage due to reno. No lights at the end of the hall by the elevator due to reno. No room numbers in hallway approaching my room due to reno. My room was the first guest room with a number next to the reno. Construction dust all over the carpet due to the reno... Even the front desk was constructed out of ply wood due to the reno. And I'm sure the room rate wasn't discounted due to the reno. Room was fine.
angel
the personnel was attentive and very helpful accommodation us in similar room and property due to their construction activity. very please with their service .

The hotel still remodeled
Richard
the hotel is under construction
The whole place was under construction and looked like it was about to be knocked down. I had to walk through the halls with construction all in them
Mari
We actually stayed at the sister hotel, Tru, because the Hampton inn is being renovated. It's in a convenient location with close access to many activities. The staff is very friendly and accommodating.

Avoid until repairs completed
Highlights - booked into a different hotel
Lowlights - accepted our reservation but undergoing extensive repairs

Was unaware Hotel was under a remodel until we arrived. Exterior walls were removed and covered in plywood and plastic. Interior hallways had paper on parts of the floors. Exposed carpet was covered in drywall dust and mud. Hallways were very dirty. Room was on the third floor and both third and second floor ice makers were broken. If would have know about theses conditions up front I would have stayed somewhere else.
Ashley
It would have been nice to know the hotel was under renovation. The first room did not have air. The second room had dead bugs in it. We made the best out of the situation,

The hotel when we checked in had major renovations of lobby going on , we were never notified. Hotel offered for us to stay at their hotel next door called Tru. We stayed there , rooms very basic. The issue is the hotel never cleaned room , supplied towels or room supplied like toilet paper even though i reported it to the hotel the first day when room wasnt cleaned. I called hotel to report this twice to hotel manager snd they said they would call back and never received call back.

The furniture looked like it was from the 70’s very well worn. No breakfast not even a go bag. Charged me 75$ for pet policy when the Hampton inn the night before saw my cat and didn’t even charge me. I was unaware of the policy. Stayed because I was exhausted after a 12 hour drive if not would have left

This was a last minute decision that my husband and I found late at night. We were traveling with a baby and cleanliness and comfort were really important.
Checking in late at night went so smoothly and they were incredibly sweet. The area and the room we stayed in was clean and comfortable. My baby slept through the night for the second time ever if that tells you anything about the quality of the bed.
Great selection of food for breakfast and even 30 minutes before closing breakfast, everything was well stocked and fresh.
Great experience.

This property is updated and clean. I love that it had a fitness room and a pool. The free breakfast was very good and had several extra toppings for oatmeal and waffles.
Nice surprises: 2 free water bottles when I requested them and shampoo, body wash, lotion, hand soap etc. all in easy to use pump bottles conveniently attached to the wall of the shower and the wall of the bathroom near the sink.
The snacks near the front desk were reasonably priced and they had a good variety.
The pool was small but clean and did the job.
The beds were comfortable enough and the sheets appeared clean. The room had a mini fridge and a microwave. The drawers for storing clothes were made of a metal wire which seemed cleaner than a regular drawer. Overall this Hampton Inn was great.

The property was very clean and modern. The staff were very nice and accommodating. The breakfast was delicious and they had a lot of great options. Conveniently located about 20 mins from local beaches. The location felt safe being located by a small sub division and another hotel.

The Gold Standard of Hotels!
As always the Hampton Experience was top notch. Very noticeable regarding the staff (super friendly with all spects) and the facilty matches the Hampton image

Everything was fine, breakfast was typical but the carpert/ floors have a hint of smell of animals.

Over the past few years, I've had a string of disappointing stays at various Hilton properties in this midscale segment, but this property was exemplary. The property was clean, well-maintained, the furniture and linens were in excellent condition, the beds were comfortable, the breakfast area was well-stocked and organized. The breakfast attendant could give a masterclass on being fastidious! Honestly, the property was run so well and the staff were so kind and responsive, that it's almost like it's run with the same military precision as the nearby Elgin Air Force Base. I will absolutely recommend the property to others and plan to stay there on my next family visit.

Very clean
We stayed 1 night for a ball game and everything was very clean. The staff was very nice
Kimberly

loved it
Super sweet Karolina...hotel was clean and the pillows are super soft which I love. The shampoo and conditioner and lotions were good quality. Everything was just great. Breakfast Saturday was great...not so fond of the omelets on Sunday but overall just a great stay. The front desk girls were so very kind.
Thomas
Staff was very friendly and helpful. The gal serving food I think her name was Thi? From Taiwan was very kind and I had a great conversation with her. She’s a hard worker, helpful, kind and if I would ever return I’d want to see her again.
Pooja
Had a terrible stay there. There was a weird smell in the room and when we reached out to staff, no actions were taken. Pool was dirty. Breakfast tables were sticky and stinky. I wish I could have chosen another place and not waste my money here. I left the hotel one day before due to these issues even if I had paid already. Never choosing Hampton Inn again.

EXCELLENT VACAY!
Amazing stay! Margo and Karolin were SO helpful with all of our questions. EXCELLENT service from both of them! They both went above and beyound! Housekeeping staff were EXCELLENT! We did not have them clean our room every day (because we were hardly in it), but they were always there if I needed new towels, wash clothes. And other necessities! EXCELLENT stay!

The staff at your hotel are literally the nicest people I have ever come across, Kindness is contagious and you have a major outbreak of it at your hotel in Niceville. Oh wait maybe it's the whole town!! NICE!!!
Lisa
The property was clean, quiet, and in close proximity to airport and surrounding beaches. The beds were luxuriously comfortable. Niceville is a beautiful town.
Carolina
The room was clean but thr carpet felt sticky. The staff was really nice, specially the lady at the breakfast bar. She was really nice an attentive. Overall a good experience.

I liked everything except the room beds.
I booked 2 queen beds and the room had full beds.
The hotel manager said that Expedia sent the hotel incorrect information.

Nice location, Excellent Staff, but musty odor

Room was ok but tight. Charger connection next to bed was broken. Bed was comfortable. Ac was on cold even though it was in the 40s.
Linda
The staff was nice but the room was not so great. Looked nice and clean but overwhelming scent ? air freshener or fabric softener. Also the rooms are not very quiet. whoever was above us was very noisy walking heavy (clop, clop, clop) all night until 300 am then again at 630. Poor night sleep.

Great hotel, friendly staff and breakfast was really good too. They really take care of their clients. My room unfortunately had an ax that wasn’t working at its best. It kept turning off and the thermostat was set to 65 before I even checked in and it never got cold enough. I only got couple of holes sleep because I was too hot.
Salli
Loved the location. Easy to get in and out
As we passed thru town.

This hotel was disgraceful. The rooms were extra small, extra dark;no lighting, stinky, dirty, moldy, sticky and grotesque. The carpet was sooo stinky, sticky and wet feeling. The beds were lumpy sheets dirty and wet feeling. The air from the AC is stinky. The bathroom was moldy and old. The bathroom has a old as dirt soaking tub with a nasty shower curtain. The tub is brown with dirt. The shower head disgraceful. No cleaning services, no towels, no tissue, or nothing quest need. The room was dusty. The carpet smelled like wet stinky dog. Disgraceful. Room rates are extremely higher than 5 star hotel prices. Do not stay at this hotel.

I can’t wait to enjoy my summer at the beach knowing we coming back to a clean and comfortable room😊 this is definitely my go back to spot‼️

It was close to many destinations, great staff, such kind Breakfast preparers, however the pool was virtually unuseable as it is not heated, this would be a nice feature, were from Wisconsin and have a high tolerance for cold, however in the spring time even a dark colored heat cover or heater would have been grand. Too cold for the grand babies, which may force us to go else where in the winter and early spring when visiting family. We stay for a week each time, every three months or so,,,,

Really loud!
Really loud guests in the next room. I complained after midnight to the front desk. They did nothing. It was well after 1 am before they quieted down. Also no masks or social distancing in the cage the next morning for breakfast so we skipped that
Thomas
Damp and sticky
The ac seems to bring the humidity into the room rather than expel it. Our room was musty and very damp, after we notified the front desk they sent someone in to fix it and all they did was have the AC run all the time which increased the dampness, everything from beds to pillow was damp feeling including our clothes.
Thomas
Smelly humid rooms and door are very heavy
Humidity was so basin room it was it was like the AC was bring it into the room.cimplained the first night as they said it would look into it but second night was worse.
Clothes, bedding and even paper work was wet.
