Check in was simple. Person who was at the front desk was friendly and polite. At 10:30pm no issues whatsoever. Key worked like it was supposed to. Bed was comfortable,sheets were clean. Nice bathroom,clean. A/C was good and cold. Checkout was simple and fast. Affordability doesn’t usually come with as nice a room as I got to stay in. Thank you very much. I have no complaints whatsoever. Thanks again. Satisfied customer. My son is stationed on the base down there so I will be a repeat customer. 👍👍 I give 2thumbs 🆙

We were extremely disappointed with our stay from the moment we arrived. Before getting the key to the room, we were assured that our room was newly remodeled and thoroughly cleaned. Unfortunately, that was not true.

When we checked in, the floors were filthy, there were spills and stains running down the walls, and the toilet was dirty. We notified staff immediately, but they said no one was available to clean the room. Since we were traveling with a toddler, I didn't feel comfortable letting my child crawl or walk on the dirty floors, so I ended up using my own cleaning supplies to clean them myself. No one came to address the issue until around 9:00 p.m., despite us reporting it much earlier in the day.

To make matters worse, staff suggested that we had tracked dirt into the room because it was raining outside. That simply wasn't possible. We removed our shoes at the door as soon as we entered, and much of the dirt was in areas we hadn't even walked on, even in socks. It was obvious the room had not been properly cleaned before our arrival.

The rest of our stay wasn't much better. There was only one trash can for the entire unit, the TV's audio was muffled and difficult to hear because it was mounted too close to the wall, and we were provided only two towels even though our reservation was for three guests. When we requested an additional towel, we were told we already had enough. Just horrible and unacceptable service!!!!

We actually ended up not even staying in the hotel - we spent a few mins in the room and then left. While the clerk who checked us in was lovely, everything else about the hotel was dismal. The room was so bare bones, no element of comfort was present, the AC was loud and ineffective, and the lights were harsh, and the vibe was unsettling. I'd give this one a miss.

The owner and staff were extremely friendly and courteous. I upgrade to an efficiency due to the length of my stay and they were super accommodating and fair for the price. The location is great. It's not in the middle of chaos and not far from anything.

The food options were bountiful and easy to get to. The room was spacious, allowing plenty of room for work. The only suggestion would be to add a desk, which I didn't not ask for and they probably would have assisted.

Very pleased with my stay and will recommend them to anyone visiting the area.

The property owner was very unprofessional. He demanded you park a certain way and stated he had to make room for other paying guess. I was confused because I was inside of the parking spot already and had to reposition my car to meet his requirements.
Once checked in the room was infested with roaches and when I told the manager her acted nonchalant about the situation and refused to give me a refund or change rooms my family and I had no other hotel choices available that was within our price range for a two night stay.
We had Events sent up to attend so for the most part we spent a total of 8 hours out of the 3 days we booked so to the poor conditions and rude staff.

A staff member was extremely rude to me when checking out. I came to pick up my sisters and had luggage with me, and he accused me of being “sneaky” and “trying to get a free room.” When I explained the situation he said he “won’t talk to me if I’m going to be so arrogant.” When we finally left, he slammed the window shut in my face. Absolutely unbelievable! We won’t be back.

Very Misleading. Hotel states \"Eglin AFB\" and is NOT on the base. I had to wait 47 mins for extra towls and 3 different people came to help me each time I went to the front desk to ask for the towls. I spit harder than the shower head pressure. I would not let my worse enemy stay here. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

The hotel was very ran down, staff was very rude and argumentative. I did NOT stay there due to the staff making us feel very unsafe. They refused to give any refund even tho it said i could cancel the second night. Made a complaint with Hotels.com they attempted to reach out to the property management via phone and email to no avail.

The motel was older and looked run down, I was actually shocked when I arrived. The room I was given was a lower level part of the hotel and the room had recently been remodeled. Room was clean but sparse. When checked into the room the ac had apparently been off earlier and had just been turned on, so room was warm. Fortunately I had a 5 hour meeting to attend so temp was fine when I arrived back. I wouldn’t stay there again, so I’ll spend more money for a little more luxury.

Upon arrival our room was not prepared, they then proceeded to place us in a so called suite and tried to do with no extra cost like it was a privilege ? But it WASNT. The AC wasn’t working properly, the bed was not on any frame , with one small thin blanket which makes sense seeing the AC didn’t work. The TV didn’t want to work half the time . The internet was in and out the whole time .i had three fridges in my room as if it was a storage unit. THE BIG ISSUE WAS THERE WAS NO HOT WATER IN THAT UNIT . I had the faucet turned all the way to hot. I had to take cold showers for two days. The location was horrible the parking spaces was way to close to the public sidewalk constantly worried if my car was going to be stole or broken into. I WILL NEVER go there again . 0/10 do not recommend. 2 nights 275$ and 50$ deposit a waste of money. Please do not book with this establishment

The room we stayed in was in an unfinished state and there were numerous dead roaches on the floor. The room was undergoing renovations during our stay. The bathroom door did not close properly. The room was lacking in furniture. There was no phone, desk, or table. There was only two beds and a chair. The office was a mess and the staff refused to let us in while we waited for our ride. We were forced to stand outside for almost fifteen minutes during heavy rain. One of the worst hotels I have ever stayed at. Avoid staying here at all costs.

Horribly hot room!

When we got there I had a reservation for a king size bed but they said it was for two queen beds and it was an extra $134 if I wanted the king bed. Then the room was extremely hot. The AC only cool about a foot away from the unit. The man at the desk kept insisting it was a brand new unit. Even after being on for a couple of hours it had not cooled the room at all. We asked for a fan to at least circulate the air. He said sure he would bring one and never did. We had to buy one only to realize it didn’t actually help. We checked out the following morning and got a room for the rest of the weekend somewhere else. The man at the desk told us that if we wanted a refund for the unused part of our stay we would have to get it from hotel.com but the site will not let you check out early or refund any money. The phone number on the site is not a valid number. I will try to contact them on Monday and if I have no results I will be reporting them to the better business bureau.
