Room was very clean, a bit old and dated, the outside property was much more run down. The Air conditioning unit was very loud, bed were average. Breakfast wasn't much but average. For the money this stay was what I expected.

We were in the 1st floor. Water leaked, bathroom was dirty and had the smell of vomit. We were asked to maintain the temperature below 70 oF, which makes the room extremely cold and you will feel like the beds are wet.

Even without children, the price was too crazily high for those conditions. With the same price, you can get something better in the downtown of Niceville.

This place is disgusting-the pool was green-people drinking all over the property-people sitting outside their doors smoking-trash all over and it smells like piss (literally). The room has so much deodorant in the AC unit it gave us a headache in 5 minutes and the bed looked like two giants went at it all night ( it was crushed in the middle of mattress ). We bailed out due to safety concerns-we did get a refund and the person at the front was nice and helpful-I hope he finds a better place to work.

Pague por una habitación que se suponía tenía una cama king y un sofá cama, y terminó siendo totalmente diferente a lo que me ofrecían, demasiada humedad, y mal olor. Sinceramente no lo recomiendo. MUY MALA EXPERIENCIA.

The stay was fine, but found my car smeared with peanut butter in the morning, not sure they have cameras or security to ensure vehicles are not vandalized during the night.

Our room was covered in mold. It was all over the walls outside and inside the bathroom and even by the front door. The WiFi did not work and our tv was cracked and broken. We ended up leaving 3 days early and switching to a different hotel. The man at the front desk was very helpful, but this place was AWFUL.

Property clean but needs updating.

The bed in our accessible room was too high.

Shower was hard to hold sprayer & soap and/or shampoo at the same time. Shower sprayer should be able to me attached to pole. Perhaps I missed something in this regard.

Tile on floor in bathroom & bathtub area was clean but slick, even when dry.

Most hotels & motels are designed to have guests enter & exit through the main entrance for security reasons, This feature needs to be considered & realized.

If you just need a last minute room to sleep this is a budget option. Otherwise, go somewhere else. Looks like people are living long term in the hotel. Lobby smells weird. Turned the heat on as the a/c had been blasting when we first entered and the heat smelled weird. Shower was patched up very badly and shower head was covered in hard water buildup/ mildew.

Only positive was location to airport but there is a hotel directly across the street that looks new and much nicer.

Pool was green, bathroom smelled like urine, tub was disgusting and damaged, red ants and dirt all around and property, guests camped outside the doors like they’ve lived there for months, throw up on wall next to bed, room smelled like body odor. The breakfast was also terrible. And young man that checked me on to the hotel sat behind counter with TV blaring while wearing a bonnet of some sort. Zero standards, zero supervision, zero pride of ownershi

They have done a lot of updates since we stayed 2 years ago. The rooms are nice and updated. Had a frig and microwave, a coffee maker would have been nice since the walk from our room to the front desk, where the coffee is, was not something i wanted to do in my jams. My only concern was the cleaner they used on the bathroom tile made the tiles dangerously slippery and left a coating on my shoes. The front desk clerk was quick to assess and promptly washed the floor. However, my slippers still have the film on them so i couldnt wear them in that area or I’d leave slippery foot prints. Also know that housekeeping is every 3 days so if you want fresh towels you have to bring your dirty ones to the front desk before they issue clean ones and the clerk has a ways to go to get to the laundry closet. Which is nice to know when you have to walk from one end of the building to the other. Oh, and both times we stayed in the last two years the pool was always broken.
It was quiet for a good sleep, other guests were respectful at late hours.

The rooms inside are as pictured however keep in mind that this is also an extended stay and families do live here. I felt a bit unsafe as there were a bunch of men hanging out around the property at night and upon arrival a woman digging through the ashtrays and trash can out front by main entrance .The property was honestly run down and dirty the pool water was lime green and gross. Breakfast was just okay. The room itself was clean but had an odor the bathtub was dingy and stained and the room pictures a coffee maker but there was none . Had to go down and walk outside to the front area to get hot water and coffee . My stay was only one night and nothing else was available for a decent price or i would've stayed elsewhere.

Room was generally clean, bed was comfy, linens and towels were in fine condition. There were several maintenance issues. The bathroom sink had no stopper and smelled very strongly of mold. The grab bar in the shower had been drilled into the wall leaving open holes where water could get into the wall. The refrigerator was missing the temperature control knob and was so cold that it froze my food. Staff was polite and nice. The man at the desk thanked me for informing him of these issues when I checked out and took careful notes. I did not ask to change rooms. Also, be aware the hotel experiences loud flyovers by military jets regularly due to its location.

Room was clean enough, chemical smell but not terrible, picked up an air freshener to handle it. You can tell that it's still in the remodel process. Beware of the alarm chickens in the AM as the rooster does what roosters do.

What this place doesn’t mention is it doubles as an extended stay that is listed under a different name. Extended Stay = shady characters that can’t afford to live in a normal apartment or other rental properties. The property owners also allow two roosters to freely roam the property. One of which tries to crow before sun up. This place is nasty. Stay somewhere else.
