It’s was decent for the price. Staff was very judgmental except one nice lady in the mornings. Beds are not comfortable. The fire alarm went off at 4:30 am out of no where. Again you get what you pay for.

Seems like an overall nice/newer hotel. The employees seemed nice and helpful. However, our sheets were not clean. There were hairs and a large yellow and brown stain on them. The toilet did not flush and nearly overflowed (just #1). The front desk came and plunged it for about 5 minutes, splashing water in the area. No cleaning product or cleaning of any kind followed that encounter. The toilet never flushed properly so it couldn't really be used.

We stayed here because the site indicated there was a kitchen available. If you are expected a fully equipped kitchen like Homewood or Residence Inn, you will be royally disappointed. There is a kitchen with NOTHING to use it with. No pots, pans, cups, utensils, nothing, no paper towel or even Kleenex. No room service, the beds don't get made or new towels for 3 nights stay. if you want anything you got to go down to the front desk. If you want pots pans, you can BUY a set from the front desk. The hallway smells of pot, the amenities is of absolute bare minimum. 2 rolls of toilet paper, one mini shampoo tube, 2 bars of miniature soaps, this is for 2 people/3 nights. Motion sensor light switches turns on through the night every hour or two hours, or 20 minutes, depending on if anybody rolls around on the bed while they sleep. There is a specific way of turning the switches off so that doesn't happen but no one tells you that at check in. The bed are uncomfortable and the midnight every night there are kids (teens?) coming back from somewhere and the hallway sounds like a party bus just dropped of 20 teens.
We canceled a reservation from the Fairfield because of the "full kitchen" advertised. We paid exactly the same price as Fairfield. Front desk people are nice enough, but that's all you get. What else can I say besides we will never stay again.

Only supplied a bath towel and washcloth. No coffee or ice available. Nothing in the kitchen but the appliances. Only 4 little pillows for a queen bed that didn’t have a box spring. The mattress was 12 inches below the head board. The Wi-Fi didn’t work.

As other reviews stated, nothing is provided in these rooms except bedding, 4 towels, and toilet paper. Although there is a kitchen with plenty of storage, you must bring everything you need including pots, pans, plates, utensils... I brought everything and found cooking to be very easy and cost effective. Nice fridge and microwave (no oven). Laundry is convienent and there were 6 washers and dryers. No room service unless you call for it after a week. You empty your own trash to the bin in the parking lot. Beds were very comfortable. Think of this as camping with a really nice room!

Stayed here for 2 nights. The hotel staff that helped me were very friendly and helpful. After asking for a room change (the mattress in the first room was broken down), they changed my room without issue. My new room (a double queen) was very clean and well appointed. The hotel itself is close to shops, restaurants and the freeway. I was traveling solo and felt very safe and slept well. Even had a Doordash delivery to get some supplies. I will definitely stay here again when in the area.

The hotel itself it new, no molding no smell, etc. and that's the only good thing. Maybe it's my fault for not reading the hotel description carefully: IT'S EXTENDED STAY ! NOT a typical hotel/motel? At least the front desk kept saying! (I stayed in one before and didn't remember I encountered any issue.) NO coffee or coffee maker, NO iron or iron board, NO blackout curtain! UNLUCKY me the horizontal blinds in my room is about 8" shorter than the window so there's a big gap at the bottom of the window, and the light outside surround the building SO bright that I was unable to sleep. The mattress is sitting on a thin metal frame that you typically have in your kid's or spare bedroom. I'm 5ft tall and weight 97lbs, but every time I turned it made so much noise that I wish I could sleep on the floor instead :-(((

Only thing is while there is a kitchenette there’s no dishes, pots, untensils, etc so bring your own. Seems a bit weird to have a kitchen but you can’t cook

I visit Indio at least once a month and this is my go to hotel. This trip I had issues with my stay, had to go down to get keys three times then had to move rooms. Was tired from a long drive having this inconvenience was a huge burden.

This hotel does not offer anything. NO ICE, NO COFFEE, NO WATER, NO HAIR DRYERS, NO Breakfast. Was told to go to a store to purchase it. This is an extended stay hotel. Horrible. What was suppose to be a queen size bed was actually a full size bed. No black out curtains.Hallways were dirty as well. Worst night sleep.

Stay was okay. It would be a great if there were black out curtains on the windows since the parking lot lights are very bright and the window with just having blinds did not cut it, also there was no tissue box in the room or clean towels for the body. Just towels that were too small. We were only there for a night and got into the room late at night before we could notice these things and didn’t even want to bother.

We were unable to find affordable accommodations in the area so decided to try Woodspring Suites. Rooms had major, industrial vibe with IKEA style furnishings. Rock hard beds. Non carpeted Loud, echoing rooms. Bring a mirror since there is not one in room.
Motion activated room lights were bizarre as they went on/off all night. Luckily the room was at least clean. High priced rates for a youth hostel level room was disappointing. Would not recommend this motel brand to anyone and would never stay here again. Never.

Newer faucility in a good location next to interstate and shopping. Yet the owners of the hotel missed the mark. The hotel was very clinical. The room was not hospitable. No carpert. Hard bed with only 2 small pillows and a very thin comforter. The window blinds let the parking light in the room. It was a rough night sleep after a long day. The overhead lights were very very bright. No bathroom toiletries. Two small towels and one small wash cloth only. Bathroom lights overly bright. Refrigerator was noisey all night. TV sound was terrible. Very noisy hotel with horribly bad acoustics. Not cozy. Not comfortable at all. The lights randomly came on in the middle of the night. How does that happen?
Could not wait to leave. Terrible night stay.
Motel 6 type accomidatIons. Unless your desperate or somthing major changes. I will not recommend a stay here.

Part of Choice Hotels but apparently they do not do rewards.
Main entrance is on the south side facing the freeway but not too close.
Asked for a quiet top floor room facing away from the freeway, and got one!
Good basic room for work. The room has two heating rings.
No breakfast, room coffee, lobby coffee, pots, pans, utensils, tissues, or USB sockets.
Do yourself a favor, walk two minutes to the Sayulita Tap Room and grocery for food and coffee! Or ten minutes to other places.
Connecting to Wi-Fi via my room number and name did not work; the front desk gave me a Wi-Fi code. About 10 Mbps free Wi-Fi speed.
Phone in the room did not work because it was plugged into an Ethernet port.
There is no do not disturb sign because rooms are cleaned every week.
I saw a group of people checking into the hotel on Friday; the front desk clerk knew the company where they would work!
Wish the card readers would work through my wallet. In some hotels, I can hold up my wallet to the door to unlock the room. Here, I have to take the card out of my wallet. Inconvenient if I am carrying something.

First, it was pitch black when I entered the room. I used my phone light to find the switch. The kitchen was barren, so worthless unless someone brought all their own stuff. The bedsheets were itchy and the bathroom towels were stained (I hope not dirty). Throughout the night, people were slamming doors and every time I moved in bed, the entire room lights would automatically turn on. I left at 1am to get better sleep in my car.

Management is horrible. Didn't take care of a noise ordinance issue brought to their attention @4 am on a Sunday morning. Reported to the City ordinance enforcement. Multiple complaints by their guest but management (Robert) did nothing. My guest and myself were awake from 3 am on. Advise to stay elsewhere!!!!
