I really liked the place. Breakfast was nice and worth it for the Mickey waffles. If the pre made waffles are gone, you can always make some yourself which is a nice touch. The shuttle system they are partners with is convenient when going to the Disney parks. They do tend to pickup early and drop off later so do recommend lightening lane for the parks unless you’re solo. But there are times for early pickups if you plan to rope drop. But overall great since the only time I did uber was for Universal. Location is great, some views of the parks in the distance depending where your room is at but also there’s a target, Walgreens and few other restaurants around the hotel. Definitely recommend to stay at.

Mi experiencia fue excelente, desde la llegada hice el check in antes de la hora prevista sin problemas, en la recepción fueron muy amables . El hotel tiene muy buena ubicación cerca de comercio, tiendas y restaurantes! El desayuno muy bueno y completo. Si visitan los parques de Disney, tienen transportación de ida y vuelta y cerca de los parque! La piscina muy buena y el horario excelente hasta las 11:00 pm. Lo recomiendo 100%.

Courteous staff, Clean room, Decent Breakfast and close to most parks. There’s a shopping center close by. They also provide free transportation to some parks. (I personally didn’t take advantage of this but nice to know) Overall, very pleasant stay. I would stay in this hotel again.

Was able to check in early after a long red eye flight. Spacious clean rooms, comfortable beds. Nice outdoor pool area with a bar and grill. Food was excellent. Breakfast was all you needed with eggs, protein, fruit, yogurt, cereal and oatmeal. Bagels and toasts. Coffee and juices. Used the laundry facility also and that was great as well. Machine ate my money but front desk reimbursed me. Shuttle to parks can be tricky if you don’t reserve right at the 24 hr mark. We used it for 2 of our park days and Ubered the rest. Target and other stores and restaurants across the way to grab snacks for park days. Very happy with this hotel and would definitely stay again.

The rooms were very clean, staff was friendly, and good breakfast (loved their gluten free options). My only issue was that the hotel shuttle to DisneyWorld had to be reserved 24hours ahead of departure time which was 7:45am, however when check-in is at 4pm it’s impossible to reserve a spot for the shuttle for the following day. I checked in and scanned the QR code to reserve the shuttle and there was no spots available. I also called the day before to confirm info online about the shuttle to Disney and was not told that I had to reserve 24hours in advance.

Check in/out was simple and quick, plentiful parking and lots of places to eat nearby. The room was clean and ready, the shower did not have a lot of pressure and was not incredibly hot. Overall a a good stay and we would stay here again.

This hotel is excellent! There are just a few things you should know prior to booking.
Shuttle services available, however only at limited times (I think 07:25 am and 10ish am).
Breakfast served daily with waffles, oatmeal, eggs, cereal, bagels, yogurts, sausage, etc. it’s good, however the time that it ends was stated as 10:30 but they start picking up at 10-10:15 am.
If you plan on going to Disney, then this is perfect. If you plan on going to universal then it will be at least a 30-40min drive.
Lots of stores around:target, Starbucks, restaraunts.
Overall, great except that we were going to universal most days!

My stay here for myself and my family was exactly what I had hoped for: the property was clean and well kept, rooms were spacious and breakfast was great. Staff was also very helpful and pleasant. We traveled as a family of six. With 4 kids ages ranging from 6-15, there was something entertaining for everyone. Whether it was the soccer court or swimming by the water feature. They all had a great time and are already asking to go back. It was conveniently within walking distance of restaurants and even a Walgreens and Target. Breakfast was served promptly and everything was always clean and stocked. The eggs were the only thing the kids were not on board with. Obviously the Mickey pancake were delicious and a hit! I personally loved that the hotel even provided pool towels in the lobby, which was very convenient. Overall we had a great experience and would stay again.

I find it rather dumb that your paying for a room and 9/10 times you'll have a vehicle but have to pay additional fees daily on it but they dont guarantee the well being or take any responsibility for lost or damaged property, but I love the hotel for what it is pretty basic but nice..

I stayed 6/6/26 and it was great. The staff was so nice and helpful. I went with a friend and I asked if it was possible to get a room nearby and they got us nearly connecting rooms. The staff was amazing. The room was super clean. I didn't stay for long to use the amenities but the only complaint I have is that the breakfast was horrible. I tried eating but it was just not worth it. Super low quality breakfast. BUT everything else was great.

We experienced a few difficulties with this property. I should preface this by saying that we're very easy-going people, but this stay pushed the limits of acceptability. Here are the details:

1. We had paid for and reserved a King bed room. Upon check in, we were told that all the King bed rooms (in the entire hotel) were experiencing air conditioning issues and we were downgraded to a 2 Queen bed room. The manager on duty offered to waive our parking fee as compensation, but still authorized the charge for that on our card in addition to the normal \"incidentals\" charge.
2. The room was not sufficiently clean. There were hair strands on the counter tops, in the shower and by the beds. Several of the towels also had hair strands on them.
3. A leak developed from the sink in the bathroom which flooded the countertop and ruined my entire makeup bag. We didn't discover that the leak was happening until after we had been gone the whole day. At 10:30pm, we called the front desk and asked to be moved and informed them of losing my whole makeup bag due to the leak. The manager on duty once again offered to waive our supposedly already waived parking fee as compensation and did refund one of our booked nights. The refund is the one positive that came out of it. The parking fee did also fall off after checkout.

I don't normally leave negative reviews. But this was a series of pretty substandard experiences, and I was really expecting better since this is a Marriot Bonvoy property.

Then when we were there and went to schedule that shuttle to take us to the airport, they told me that they don’t have one. So we were lied to.

The room we booked was unavailable when we checked in due to a maintenance issue so they put us in a different room type after offering to move us to a different property, which we declined as we were tired and just wanted to get in our room and rest. The bathroom was completely out of conditioner in the shower. Minor issues, just a little inconvenient.

La limpieza estubo ok, las housekeeping muy atentas, pero el personal que trabaja en recepción es fatal, encima huce una reservaciln para una suite, y la confirmación estubo desde un mes atras, una semana antes se reconforta, 3 dias antes se volvio a confirmar y cuando llego al hotel, que dijeron que no habían suite y que según ellos estaba en mantenimiento, totalmente falso porque una persona de limpieza me confirmo que no había habitaciones en mantenimiento solo que todas estaban ocupadas, pague por suite y por el mismo precio me dieron una de king, y no me quedaba de otra ya que llegue de noche y con mi menor hija de 4 años que era su cumpleaños y llegadas de un vuelo de 4horas, fue la peor experiencia y nada atentos. Y lo peor que ya estaba pagado desde mayo esa reservacion que hice.

I love this hotel. It’s close to Disney property but away from the congestion.

Wonderful, clean, and modern hotel! The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and well maintained. The breakfasts were delicious, and we especially loved the Mickey Mouse-shaped waffles. The pool has a shallow area around the edges, which is perfect for young children and made it very enjoyable for our family. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help.
The location is excellent — only about 15 minutes from Magic Kingdom, making it very convenient for Disney visitors.
The only downsides were that parking is not complimentary and costs $20 per day, and I would have liked to see more fresh vegetables offered at breakfast. Other than that, everything was wonderful, and we had a fantastic stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel to families visiting the Orlando area.

Check in was so fast. Room was clean and comfy. Breakfast had a wide variety of choices. Price point was perfect. Magic Kingdom was only 10 minutes away!

I would definitely stay here again. We didn’t get to use the pool or other fun stuff but there was plenty of other things to do if you’re a family staying longer than a night.
