We booked this place because of the Wyndham brand. The room was dusty, mosquitoes,stain in the sheets, sheet were crumbled ,the lock was broken felt unsafe. The property was poorly maintained..

Pool was filled with leaves, broken light floating on the side. One employee drunk when we arrived making inappropriate comments. First room we stayed in smelled like weed, spills on the walls, and stains on the furniture and bedspread. One nice, sober explore was nice enough to change our room. Much better, at least cleaner and no stains.

This was a pretty bad experience for us. We arrived around 2:30pm on Friday and was first assigned to a room was not cleaned. Then got reassigned to another room. The floor was kind of dusty, the refrigerator had no freezer, the landline phone was not working (why put there?). The breakfast is from 6am to 9am, but when we got there by 8:30am only had coffee, 5-6 slices of bread and some overripe bananas left. No cereals, waffles as they said.

Checked in the room at 8p m left by 630a m. The room was outdated.Didn't sleep under the covers.We had our own blankets never used any of the towels, but still was charged.57 because they said, we ruin.Sheets. They said the maid took pictures of the sheets. I know it wasn't our room because we never unmade the beds i stay in hotels all the time.I will never stay in this one again.

Horrible rooms, dirty musty and bugs in room. Lights don't work smoke detectors not installed in roof. Called front regarding concerns and said they will note it. Will never stay again. The whole room covered with bug marks, bathroom discounting and dirty. Tub and sing with old residue/grim. If I could find another hotel with last minute would of left. My kids of 16 and 12 felt supper uncomfortable staying here. Sad that a business would operate in such conditions. Will be reporting to ADA and FTC to regulate thos for future customers. Hotel should not be I ln business/open. Neglection for customers and their heath/well being is on lowest priorities. Discousting..

The hotel & room looked nothing like the picture. The hotel is quite run down, with stains on the pillow case and bathroom counter. The continental breakfast was a laugh, and the staff behind the counter very unpersonable. The only thing that was good was the AC fan ran well. We would not return.

I should have known better when there were no photos of the rooms. It was intended for a quick two night stay. Upon entering the room it had an odor, the room was dirty as well as the bathroom. Dirty walls and baseboard and unsure if linens were clean or repurposed. It was loud outside and in adjoining rooms that kept us up at night. We did not stay past the one night and while I checked out early I am still waiting on a refund for the 2nd night.

I arrived at Super 8 by Wyndham Indio and they did not have my reservation. I spent 2 hours on the phone with Hotels.com team and they did nothing. I had to drive 3 hours back home. I did not get any compensation for this huge mishap and inconvenience for my family. I will never use Hotels.com again. Be warned they don't do anything to help you because ultimately it is up to the hotel to decide if they want to help you or not.

First, the staff was wonderful, very welcoming and helpful. Would be have given all stars but I'm the to room needed a bit updating and maintenance. Bathroom sink was to stuck on hot water, the bar holding the shower curtain was very loose and falling, there was mold on the walls of the shower, and we had a lot of trouble opening the door, it would become jamed even when it lit up green with the key card. At night I could see a large gap in the door to outside. Not all the outlets and lamps worked. We rented the Deluxe room with 2 queen beds. It was clean. Just would have been nice if room had looked like the updated room on the websight. They did have breakfast which was nice.

The worst. NO INTERNET!. Broken coffee maker probably from Temu for $1. The worst pillows like a beanbag. The wall are filthy, curtains old and stained. The continental breakfast no juice no pastries just warm coffee and Kirkland breakfast bars. Not a comfortable stay.

This hotel ranks as one of the worst I have stayed in.
1- The flooring was so dirty it left our socks black.
2- Saw two roaches and showed photos to the desk clerk.
3- The walls are thin and it was noisy.
4- There were two different remotes intended for the T.V.
and neither would work until the manager came to my
room and went thru several settings.
5- The WiFi was about useless you moved around the
room.
6- I tried to find another hotel but nothing was available.

The worst experience here is so nasty!! The rooms had so many animals hairs dusty plus all nasty sheets with pop stains on them…. They didn’t have maids to clean my rooms was not what I had ordered I had booked two together rooms and I had them moved and far from each other. The whole building was dirty and windowsill was dirty and more I can’t believe all i experienced here they also didn’t have the room ready by 2 check ins I was late to check in arrival was at 4pm and didn’t have the rooms even ready to check in…. made reservations through hotel.com. staff couldnt find confirmed reservation. was supposed to have a ground floor room, gave me an upstairs room and the room was broken down and unclean. furniture tattered, curtain off the rack, telephone non operational, floors filthy, tv not operational and cracked and taped. Even the parking lot was dirty with beer cans. The worst site I have ever stayed at with Hotels.com. I would remove this listing if I were Hotel.com rep. I could go on and on. I moved out after the first night and asked for a refund, even though I had a 3 day stay paid for. Pictures do not accurately reflect the horrific condition of this location. it was like a crack house, nothing close to the pictures.

Rooms are disgusting. Every sheet blanket and towel had stains. There was 3 of us and a roll away cot was offered at 25$ a day and it ended up being a camping cot that also had multiple stains on the mattress. The bathroom was atrocious and the shower curtain was also stained severely. Aside from the two brothers that manned the counter who were helpful and super cool, this hotel is incredibly gross.

Areas for improvement - the facility and rooms need a lot of work. Broken lights, plugs, card reader to door, tv didn’t work, stove top was shattered, stains on walls (don’t want to know), broken, worn out furniture and so much more. Got what we paid for.

Just terrible in all aspects. The facility is ran down, needing a lot of maintenance.

Assigned us to a room three different times, each time went up and entered a room room somebody was already staying in!!! finally got a room with nobody in it on the fourth try . The key cards for the rooms rarely worked. Had to walk down to the front desk and have them come open the manually open the door majority of the time (several people staying we’re having the same issue).
Continental breakfast options was coffee, sunny delight , toast, orange, banana and a granola bar.

I would rather sleep in my vehicle then stay at this facility again

The rooms can't be opened with room keys. Tried three times at front desk. Smoke detector in my room is our of battery. It keeps beeping so I have to take it out by myself. Someone tried to enter my room at night. The breakfast is very poor. We will never choose this hotel again.

This hotel is a 1 star hotel, at best. The sheets were thinning and worn through, the bathroom was very old with dirty grout and tons of patch ups around the tub, wall, tiling, etc. The luggage rack was broken - it opened up flat on the floor and the 4 cloth straps were all torn. Seriously, why even keep it in the room, it serves zero purpose. Checked out around 8:30am and there was no coffee.

Every inch of the room was absolutely disgusting. Most things were in disrepair and the sheets were stained. When I woke in the morning i discovered the base of the toilet was leaking so I let the front desk know when I left for the day around 9am.

I called in the afternoon to confirm that the room would be ready for my stay that night and they said yes. When I arrived back at 9pm I walked in to tools and buckets in the bathroom, dirty footprints, and the bed stripped but not finished.

I had to go back to the desk to get a room change and the day staff did not tell the night staff about it at all. I was moved no problem and the new room was about 2% better than the first.

The bathroom had hairs on the floor and the light and fan didn't work. The microwave had no outlet to plug in nearby, so I had to move it to use. The coffee was horrible in the morning (very weak), and there was really nothing out for breakfast except a couple pieces of bread. On the positive side, the evening staff were very helpful in resolving some TV problems, and I thank them for that.

The photos posted here and reviews are totally misleading. The place is disgusting and needs to be remodeled or condemned. I have posted my photos from my stay on Google Maps. Everything is broken and covered in filth. I have requested a refund and now more than 24 hours after my request, management has not responded, so even the customer service is trash. Don’t trust the photos and reviews here. This place truly should not be taking bookings. It is disgusting.

There was no area for pets. The room smelled awful for a \"non smoking\" room. The tv didn't work. The walls were super thin. I heard everything on both sides of my room all night long. And there was no end to the slamming of doors in the outer corridor.

The staff and service was Outstanding!
The room was spacious.
The room was visually clean, but when you get a closer look you see that dirt build up and there was a lack detailed attention to most surfaces.
The room was equipped with a mini refrigerator, and a microwave. The room also included a blow dryer and a small lighted vanity mirror, unfortunately those items couldn't be used because there was no power to the outlet on the wall.
Most outlets were so old that they wouldn't hold what I tried to plug in. I used tape to keep my cell phone charger from falling out of the outlets.

My experience was horrible. I did get the room I reserved on the ground floor. I have a foot injury and I had to climb the stairs. The AC wasn't working on the first room and so we had to get switch rooms. The second room was dirty, there was blood on my pillow and it was dirty. The room was also very dirty. There was no shampoo and no towels. It was a horrible experience. The dirty towel and linens grossed me out. I did let staff know and I hope something is done about it

Shelf in room by bathroom is broken with heavy iron on it, ready to hurt someone. Television did not work, had to have mgmt. come and \"unlock\" it to be able to wwtch...alarm clock sticky and not readable, charged me for a room I did not stay in, even though reservation was canceled weeks before, front desk clerk Nancy very argumentative and arrogant. Local flavor meandering around asking for cigarettes. \"Complimentary\" breakfast is not even worth the free price tag. I usually only need a bed and pillow and dont care; this was just a bad choice for even a pillow and bed. Dont stay here.

Well, we stayed 2 nights, I booked to be in the first floor but when I got there, I was told only 2nd floor was available. I didn’t have any choice, it was 85 outside @2am. So we climbed to the 2nd floor, we got there and the toilet wasn’t flushing! I went downstairs and got us a new room, this time it’s room 203, room was the same without the iron board, not so smart tv And a finicky shower knob. The shower head was too low that I had to just wash my body below the neck. Other than that, beds were comfortable, the A/C was god sent because of how hot it was, the only really complaint I have is the smokers from the other rooms. $49 per night Indio CA!? 110 degrees temperature, I’ll do it again. This a 2.5 stars for a reason, bfast 6-9am, free parking…

Hotel was paid for in advance on hotels.com. Upon check in I was asked for a credit card for a $100 deposit. Upon reviewing my credit card statement the deposit showed up and fell off as it should however they also charged me again for the room. I called the hotel to have this refunded and they said that the only charge they show is the hotels.com charge. I provided my receipt and statement as proof that I was charged twice and they refused to refund me. I am now disputing with my credit card company. The room was survivable but was dirty. We also chose this hotel because it had a pool but were unable to swim as pool was extremely dirty and somewhat green. Avoid this place!

My son had nowhere to stay for a 3 day festival for which he paid a lot for the tix and plenty for the room. It was a nightmare. Shame on them!!!!

If you're coming for Coachella or Stagecoach this place is a pretty good option!! Reasonable rates, decent rooms (little older...), nice outdoor pool with grill, and only about 1.5 miles to the Empire Polo Club. Staff is friendly and accommodating and you have a lot of food options right around the property!

The staff was so sweet at this property! Parking was beyond easy. This location is very convenient for Coachella / Stagecoach goers. Lots of food options nearby (besides late night eating.)

The rooms are a bit outdated, especially the bathrooms, but there was more than enough space for my friend and I to sleep, get ready, move around etc. Also, the mini fridge was so cold and a great addition to the room.

When we arrived the elevator was out of service, i have severe arthritis and an handicapped. I asked for a floor level room when i seen the elevator broken, the attendant said, ill carry your luggage. The bed has blood on it, that we didn't notice until Sunday morning, at that point she checked out and had to find other accommodations. I have pictures but this app isn't letting me add them.

Rooms need an update. Tile in bathrooms are dirty and installed awful. The tub is made of cast iron but it’s dirty. Clean, but you can still see marks that it used to have a rubber mat inside tub. Shower curtain has stains. Looks like they tried to update, but were too cheap to invest in a good construction crew.

I got an option to pre-check-in which I thought would save time as we were getting in late. However, it saved zero time. Everything I bothered to do before we got there I had to do all over again when we arrived.

When we got to our room, it wasn'ready even though it was around midnight. The beds were unmade and the room was filthy. The only good thing was- the front desk came up and gave us a new key so it was an easy switch.

Breakfast was terrible. Just some pieces of bread, junky cereal, and some small oranges. We ended up going to Burger King which sucked because we always go out of our way and will spend slightly more for hotels that offer breakfast.

This was a quick trip for us and the hotel provided easy access to where we needed to be. The staff was kind and courteous.

This hotel should not be on the Expedia site. The property has too many broken, leaking, dirty, poor customer service problems to list. They are completely misrepresenting themselves and swindling customers. And, when customers try and complain about things like the showers not working, we are told we aren't using the shower correctly. Shocking and unacceptable. Listen to your customers, Expedia!! Remove this property immediately!!!!!
