I and two of my disabled friends stayed in room 7015 from May 26th thru 28th. I called ahead of our arrival to request a room near an elevator. I was told they would do their best to accomodate my request. When we checked in, I made the same request. Then we walked an unreasonable distance to the room, only to find there was obviously someone else assigned to that room, as all their clothing and personal effects were there. The bellhop informed us there was an elevator that was out of order for a whole week!

We then trekked back down to the lobby, to again request a room near the elevator. We were a bit closer, so at least someone tried, which I appreciated.

They also posted 3 charges on the same day for parking. We checked in, and self parked, yet I now owe them $85.00. Trying to reach ANYONE to get these things fixed, I have been ignored.

I enjoyed my spacious suite as a solo traveler. I ordered my dinner and breakfast to be delivered to my room, which was fun. Food was good, but I was rather surprised that there were zero non-dairy milk choices available. Also, I would have preferred more vegan options in general. Overall it was a good stay though. I was there to attend a popular conference that was held at the hotel, so the hotel was booked to capacity. It’s a very large hotel with many, many rooms. It’s a Marriott “Bonvoy” hotel so it definitely has that mainstream, corporate feel. It’s quite pretty and pleasant, though. I was impressed with the good health of the indoor plants in the multistory atrium. For me, organic soymilk in my coffee would’ve made it 5 stars!

Dont recommend using the valet parking. I used Valet to park my car and they parked it next to the Golf Course and my windshield got hit by a ball. They said they're not responsible for it. However, the nice and high end cars get parked in front of the main entrance.

1- Upon entering the assigned room, broken glass was found near the bed, presenting an immediate safety hazard specially we have kids.
2- The room was not properly cleaned, with visible dust and signs of inadequate maintenance.
3-The initial assigned room was unsuitable and did not match standard accommodation conditions.
4-The swimming pool area was unsanitary, with debris present and conditions inconsistent with safe use.
5- Following pool use, my child developed an acute skin reaction requiring medical evaluation.
5- Additional service deficiencies included delayed and inconsistent service in dining areas,unwelcoming receptionist too.

The property was extremely clean; this is something I take very seriously.

The staff is uniquely attentive, thoughtful, friendly, and truly goes above and beyond to deliver a memorable stay. Matt, at the pool, delivered service I have not experienced since pre-pandemic. His timing, recommendations, and the fact that he remembered me by name when I came back to the pool on day 2 made my mom and me feel really special. He apparently makes others feel the same way because we overheard repeated visitors come in and hug him and ask how he was doing and that they’d just been talking about him amongst friends. He leaves a great impression on the people who visit and I’d recommend the pool experience to others because of him alone.

The only place I did not receive warm service was the cafe. It wasn’t terrible service but it was cold and without a smile or warm welcome. Among excellent service everywhere else (valet, front desk, in room- delivery, etc.) this was extremely notable.

The one thing I would change about the resort if I could is the offering of dining or food after hours. After a long day at the pool, I like to take a nap, and eat when I wake up but there was nothing in the late hours. This is not a reason to not go back or recommend to others; just noted as a slight inconvenience.

Overall experience… I will revisit and sit in Matt’s section at the pool. I’ll bring an ice chest of snacks/drinks for late night eating.

Facilities a bit dated, but all the staff were great. Was there for two nights for a conference, and I didn’t really explore too much of the amenities available. One negative is, my room was full of mosquitoes! Luckily I didn’t get bit, but I only noticed it on my last day as I was packing up, the bathroom ceiling had about a dozen baby mosquitos!

Family friendly hotel, great during Spring break! We will be returning as the amenities and the “beach” pool area was a hit with the kiddos.

Be sure to pack pool floats as they’re allowed at the pool, just keep an eye out as there are no signs around the pool indicating the floats are not provided by the hotel.

The breakfast buffet at CAVA was alright, but the chairs in the patio dining area could’ve been better cleaned.

The staff was friendly and approachable overall, but no one was going out of their way to offer assistance or to inform us of additional services provided. We missed the Easter hunt as the event wasn’t heavily promoted.
The only Easter related signage I noticed was for a $75 kid’s Easter basket.

Other than that the hotel is clean, housekeeping does a good job at maintaining the rooms tidy. The room we stayed in was partially carpeted and given that this is a dog-friendly hotel I think that they could do without.

Staff were very friendly and helpful at the registration desk. The room was clean and comfortable but did have some wear and tear in some places like the wall paper in the bathroom. The staff at the main dining area took long to approach and take our order and some were not very friendly, but it was still convenient to have a restaurant in the hotel. The pool was great and the kids enjoyed the arcade. Breakfast was also great.

The concierge team was very friendly and welcoming, and the rooms themselves are nice. However, cleanliness was an issue. During my two night stay, my room was not serviced at all, which was disappointing. The restaurant “The Place” experience was by far the worst part of the stay. We waited 45 minutes just to be acknowledged, and even after asking three times at the front, no one took our order. When the server finally came over, there was no greeting or apology for the long wait. She simply stood there without any acknowledgment, expecting us to place our order. The lack of basic customer service was very frustrating.

The place is huge and very lively. Staff is very helpful and nice. The room we had was a double queen, super clean and roomie. The pool fornthenkids was amazing. Large pool with plenty of seating, cabanas and great size pool bar. The restaurants are ok, they need more staff other than that very clean and the food was good. See you guys in a few weeks.

The lady at the coffee shop was very rude. Just mean really. The amenities were so so. Pool was nice and servers were nice too. Food was very low quality. And worst off I’m now battling my credit card company as this hotel insists they have to ‘charge a hold’ for every thing that goes onto your card when you charge back to the room (like a new charge every time) and then later that they have to charge the full amount when you leave. I was upset and explained this doesn’t make sense to their manager at the front desk, she insisted this is normal and their ‘holds’ will drop off even though I could see them on my card activity. They didn’t. And to top it off they advertise a 1-bedroom and I got a studio only. Had to upgrade for extra money to get the 1 bedroom I originally booked. False advertising to the fullest.

This is a beautiful resort, but unfortunately the experience did not match the setting. There was trash left around the property throughout our stay, which was disappointing—especially since most of it appeared to be left by adult guests. Even more concerning, it was not cleaned up as frequently as it should have been.

We also had an issue with billing. After reserving a cabana, we noticed our card had been overcharged by $240. While the manager said the amount would be refunded, the explanation for the charge was unclear and did not inspire confidence. We are still waiting to resolve this with management.

Overall, due to the cleanliness concerns and billing issues, we will not be returning and cannot recommend this resort at this time.

First, the hotel charges $30 per day for parking, which is unacceptable. They also charge resort fee. Second, the rooms are located very far from the pools, some are at least a five-minute walk away, which was quite inconvenient. Overall I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. You can get much more comfortable hotels with the same price.

So, from the very beginning the check in staff couldn’t locate my reservation; took like an hour. Then all 3 nights the in-room dining was busy and couldn’t get through to anyone so I had to place an order twice through registration desk to place order. The air filter in room 5077 was completely full of dirt when I opened the door below thermostat. The exercise room equipment is old, outdated, and both the running machine and rowing machine were faulty and not working properly (I couldn’t keep my shoes in the strap for the rowing machine. I felt the manager shrugged response to why the in room dining was busy unprofessional. You guys should at the very least have a place where clients can leave orders…busy signal is completely unacceptable!

The hotel and cleanliness was great. But, the execution on what we asked for was not great at all. And I feel like even complaining to 4 different employees there, nothing was really done. I don’t expect anything more than anyone else. But I do expect to receive what I paid for, at least. Prior to staying here I saw some complaints about the employees not doing what they said they were going to do. But I gave them the benefit of the doubt, but that seems to be true with that hotel. I feel like management lacks here, honestly.
