Night one, room one. Room was dirty. Kitchen sink did not work. No utensils in the kitchenette. TV only worked with lights on. However still did not work. Woke up with a flat tire. Night two. They gave us a new room. Tv worked but only of yohbstood in the corner of the room to use the remote. As they mounted the reciever behind the tv on the wall. Full kitchen, still not one single utensil. The pool and hot tub while large were dirty and was turning green. They price gauged us because of a concert weekend charging $500 for 2 nights. For a room that shouldnt rent for more the 50, and i only say 50 because it has a kitchenettes.

They say full kitchen. No coffee maker, no microwave. Half the time you ask the staff for anything they seem annoyed. One plug for the TV and stove. Not worth what I spent. They do not have adequate parking. Definite price gouging for local event events happening.

I was clearly given a room that should never have been rented for any reason.Please double check Room 106 completely before bedding down for the night. Absolutely horrendous!!
I arrived roughly 830pm to check in for my reservation I had booked over 6 weeks earlier. There was some confusion over this and she had to have another person look into this. After quite a few minutes clicking on computer, they looked at each other and I was checked in.
I checked room and found my deadbolt wasn't aligned so I could not lock door. I went back to desk to ask for another room only to be told all other rooms were dirty due to large concert in town the last few nights. He said my reservation should never have been made as he had closed bookings for that night. They would not offer me any discount as my booking was made at a rate that was all ready way over the full price.
I took a chair and jammed it in the door to feel a little safer being there.
As I looked around the room more, no exhaust fan in bathroom, no smoke or fire detectors, outlets are 2 prong - non grounded, water piping for toilet shows seriously leaking, the one outlet in sleeping area shuts off when you turn light out, no gfc in bathroom sink. I could go on.
I awoke after 3 hrs restless sleep to step in a pool of water in bathroom from the leak that has obviously been going on for quite a while. I put a towel down and tried to recharge my computer pad. I could no more and left feeling tired, abused, taken advantage of, etc.

The room was very dirty I had to go to the front desk and ask them to clean the bathroom, the shower was discussing, the curtain had mold, and the swimming pool water was green everything was dirty, there was a guy doing drugs behind our room and2 guys came knocking on the door, the motel is dirty scary and ghetto

Average, mostly clean. Should be deep cleaned after every guest though.
TV did not work.
My big critique is the door had a big gap at the bottom. Indio can get windy, so a lot of dust, dried leaves, etc was able to get into the room. The AC unit had a light indicating the filter needed to be changed, would not know when the last time it was changed.

Not the place you would like to stay, very very filthy and old, place stank, shower didn't work correctly, toilet was not working, towels were filthy, mattresses had dad stamped as approved in 2022. But the worst part is that there was for guys who approached my husband asking if he was a certain guy.

It is what it says MOTEL, where people live, not a problem but many shady people in the parking lot, and many watching as we arrived,
We did not even stay the night, we left because we felt unsecure.

I rented 3 rooms, in room 102 the Air co ditioner didn't work so they moved us to 106 that room was fine, but in room 124 thre is no sinck in the restroom, the oulets are scaresd and the shower head is horrible very, very little water comes out it seems to be clogged, it took me over an hour to shower!

This is an older motel. In my opinion, it is more than a 2 star motel. All rooms are first floor, guaranteed no climbing stairs to a room (-: My room was very clean. The building trim could use some paint to enhance the exterior. Shower was a smaller stall, but was fine for me. I plan to go back again this year for relaxation and exploring. It is very close to Shields Date Farm, where there is a restaurant, date-related gift shop, and The Garden Walk, a free, beautifully done meandering walkway with sculptures and scriptures depicting the entire life of Jesus Christ The Village Coffee Shop is a great place for breakfast; it is located in Citrus Plaza, which is about a mile southwest. You can Google it.

Very outdated, run-down, unprepared, unsafe. Cannot open the shower door fully or it would break off the rusted hinge. There was a large gap under the door which let in grasshoppers so I had to stuff a rolled towel under the door to block them. The tv never connected to signal. My door wouldn’t unlock with the key, had to walk back to the secured window at night with my luggage, in the dark. The key didn’t work for either, but finally did when rested on top of the sensor for one minute. The shower water had low pressure and was not even warm, I decided to wash my hair in the sink instead, while I was shivering from the cold shower. The packets of complimentary shampoo were empty, all 4. Only air inside. The second bed did not have pillow cases, only stained pillows, but I did not want to walk to the front desk again, so we just didn’t use that bed. The kitchen had a locked door to some type of room that had bright lights on all night, so that made my room bright all night. It was the worst motel experience ever and I am writing this so others don’t stay here.

Kitchen light didn't work. Lights by bed didn't work, didn't have bulbs. Main switch also turned off plugs--most places this is an electrical code violation. Had to charge devices in the kitchen, if I could find the plug in the dark. Parking was isolated and not secure, had to park at another building. TV controller had dead, damaged batteries and was unusable. Pool was dirty, leaf filled. Staff had to be asked four times to provide an ironing board. One of the worst hotels I've ever stayed at, including several in third world countries. Told clerk about problems but she didn't write anything down so doubt they will fix anything. I've seen far better in third world countries. Property should be delisted from Expedia until they prove it is usable.

Staff was okay responding to our needs but the place itself was not worth placing on Hotels.com lust!!!
There was no hot water in the taps until a staff discovered the faucets are all backwards and takes about 10 minutes to warm up. It has full kitchen amenities but no utensils or pots and pans. The microwave barely functions but the ref can cool foods down to freezing. There were no trash bins in the room except for a small one by the toilet. In short, the amenities needed for a restful stay are lacking!!! Will not go back and Hotels.com should remove from their list. Definitely a 1 star place only because my parking spot was directly in front of our unit!

I was told 3-4 different prices higher each time, when I called the property later in the day but per my departure at 12pm the same day the room was $70, as well as Expedia. Then it said suddenly "no rooms available for chosen date" so I called, told they had room for $96. Called back, told it was $150-180. I had traveled after a VERY long day just to patronize again as this hotel is HORRIBLE: dirty room, dirty bed, dirty and damp towels, no water pressure, dirty floors, and frighteningly deceptive as it was quite vacant per my 11:15pm arrival, which I am expecting the same greeting as the 1st evening, but told a different price by 3 different agents at front desk. It was not just "as if they were" but they DID PRICE GOUGE ME AND LIE ONLINE REGARDING VACANY AND PRICE. The younger man, assuming the son, saw (and I do understand many languages- it's smart to be kind to everyone, especially Valentine's day near midnight.) I explained several times my problem with converting Euro at the moment, so had only enough for the $96 quote. He glanced at my phone and saw the complete anount in my USD account and literally told the other representative out of sight how much I had, used a calculator in front of me and adjusted taxes and all to make it every $ I had for a gross, one damp dingey towel, no TV, gross shower, and just, deceptive/cruel treatment to a ret guest who'd just've stayed in Palm Springs for Valentine's day, decided I'd like some rest. REFUND PLEASE?!

Gentleman at front was kind but the whole place was a disaster. Rooms were unclean (dead roaches, no toilet paper, no towels). It was an unsanitary place. The sofa bed was unusable because it was so dirty. The man at the front gladly gave us our money back. Also, the room that we had reserved was out of order because of a clogged or leaky shower. They never called to let us know and they accommodated us with a poor replacement. The bathrooms also had electrical wires exposed with only see-through yellow tape covering them. My overall experience was terrible. We left to a Super 8 motel around the corner.

STAY AWAY!!! We only booked here because every other place in the area was sold out! The place is absolutely DISGUSTING. Room was extremely filthy, stains on the walls and all the furniture, pubic hairs on the towels, hair in the bed, clogged sink, kitchen so dirty there’s no way you’d want to use it. Room smelled very bad (weed and god knows what else). I don’t mind staying in simple motels as long as they are somewhat clean. This is place is the worst of the worst. Never gets cleaned and owners clearly don’t care. You’re better off sleeping in your car.

Entry door was hard to close shut .

Desperate need of renovations and make over

This place is in desperate need of an upgrade and makeover. Black mold in bathrooms, some lights work others don’t, pool is just a mess and I wouldn’t even go near that water. It’s like someone bought an old motel with the plans to renovate and upgrade it but never got around to it!

Our room smelled like old people and mold! It seemed like it had been MONTHS, if not longer, since the last time the room had been cleaned or dusted. When taking a shower, all of the dirt came off the tub, making it a gross experience. There wasn't even a phone in our room to connect to the front desk! The WiFi NEVER worked, not for one minute.

The room was spacious with full kitchen and big vanity closet. The shower was a stand alone, not very big, no place to put toiletries inside the shower except the ground. Water pressure wasn’t great so if you have hair, be prepared to take a while. The refrigerator was a little dirty. Check in was quick. Overall, not the Ritz but it worked for what we needed it for.

Negatives: shower was old/dirty, walls had stains/dirty, bathroom door was so bent out of shape it didn't even close, entire room had a funky smell, the WIFI didn't work, the oven didn't work either.
Pros: Staff was easy, hotel area was quiet/convenient to stores we needed. Room was very spacious & tv worked good.
Overall it was a decent stay. We aren't too picky at all & we booked this room last minute for Stagecoach weekend (so we were hardly even inside the room) so there weren't many options left available. Would stay again if we had too.

I booked this motel Dec. 26, 2018 for Stagecoach in April 26-29, 2019. It was a no cancel booking. A week before the festival I tried to cancel my reservation as my uncle passed in an accident in Indiana and to go back. They wouldn't cancel it. It was a so so place. Room had a kitchenette, beds were worn out, and room wasn't cleaned that well. Over priced for what we paid $845 for the festival. The staff was friendly. Over all it was a place to sleep. Won't go back.

the manager was very rude. the property was very dirty. there was gang members on this property. my car was damaged. the room was very dirty and the towels had holes in them. the sheets were not changed and had hair on them. the phone in the room did not work and the manager was not willing to give us another room.

This is one of those 'it is what it is' properties, yet it's well kept, clean and tidy and has comfortable beds (it's also quiet!) and enough of the necessities to do just fine.

The personnel are pleasant and helpful.

So, it's NOT the Bellagio, however, for the price it is great. Just lie back and close your eyes!

On three different occasions I made a request to the manager to evict the neighbor for the drug and partying and environment and activity that was going on they kept me up all night with no sleep! The marijuana alone was coming through the walls into my room primarily the bathroom was filled with it . But to more of my surprise the ongoing visitors constantly through the evening in and out quick visits exchange money for drugs and one stayed over into a room with already two females and only one bed !!!. To my surprised they weren't even willing to refund me or move me. I was treated poorly. I was in that area for business in relations to my family's businesses and properties due to probate. I left extremely upset and the police were called. I don't know what happened after I left. I made one more call to find out why my card is being held up on what they call a merchant to my surprise the manager couldn't figure out how to fix that problem which held up my account for two more days.No credits replied! I would not recommend anyone to stay there. They need to have code enforcement come out! And walk the property and clean up the violations that should be addressed for trash exposure unclean environment very old and rundown. I don't believe they even wash the bedspreads per visit which is unacceptable in the hotel business. Unfortunately on my past visit that was the only place that was available because High season so they make good money.

A place to rest your head.

This place is dated, YES. BUT if all you're looking for is a place to rest your head and not spend a lot of money then this is a place.

Carpet is old, sticky. But hey, no matter what hotel I go to, I always bring in house slippers.

Towels were not the whitest but clean? Yes.

I bring a sheet no matter where I go to cover the bedspread. So what I do to visit this hotel is no different from when I go to other hotels.

HOTELS.COM OWES ME A REFUND PERIOD

When we walked in and the room was not clean AT ALL! It smelled like someone squatted and took a poop in the middle of the floor and trash, their was crumbs, trash and food from the last people who stayed here in the cabinets. So literally we had to go to the store buy cleaning products to clean and scrub down the room to get rid of the smell not to mention disinfecting everything including the shower which was filthy and full of black mold (YES I SAID BLACK MOLD not a big deal or anything) as you can see in the pictures. The bathroom door does not close, the microwave caught on fire and was replaced with an even dirtier one that I guess they refused to clean. Remote in the room doesnt work, cabinets are dirty, toilet had poop stains in it. It was my husband, sister and 3 little kids, 5, 1 and 8 months which I refused to bathe because of so much black mold on the door, the floor and walls of the shower. Now we would like to assume that Hotels.com would investigate each hotel make sure they are up to par but apparently that NEVER happened. THANKS FOR THE HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! I guarantee they will be hearing from the health department though.

This poor business is suffering due to heavy construction right in front from village and state road crews. I stayed longer....paid in cash and have a FUTURE BOOKING because I feel badly for family business suffering. Sure it is your basic....economical choice but the owners are a family and trying hard.

This is a family run budget no frills hotel that is getting killed by the ROAD construction. I feel for them. I really do. I stayed longer and prayed for them because it's empty. The place has entrance blocked out by large construction vehicles from sunrise to sunset for better than a month. Its not fair.

The room we stayed in was filthy. The toilet looked as it hadn't been cleaned properly since 2015. There was filth and dirt everywhere, The bed sheets had black hairs all over them. I went to the front desk and asked the room be cleaned. The desk clerk looked confused. I showed her pictures. She sent someone else to the desk. He look equally confused. I asked that the bathroom be made sanitary and clean sheets be put on the beds. When we returned 8 hours later nothing had been done. The deadbolt to lock the door did not work so if you want to secure the door at night you can slide the arm chair in front of the door. The wifi is almost as slow as dial up and you can not stream netflix.
