Made a last minute reservation to go watch tennis at Indian Wells and this was the most reasonable room I could find. While the room itself was clean(ish), the grounds and surrounding area were not. The noise from the highway was overwhelming and made sleep next to impossible. I would not recommend.

The staff was friendly and the room in general was okay, but the floors were very dirty. There was nothing in the room other than soap and outside the room was dirty as well. There were cigarette butts everywhere, trash and even dog feces in the walkways and stairwells. There were several people both nights just handing out in the parking lot and the persistent smell of marijuana.

If you are looking for an inexpensive Motel Room with No Frills, Outdated Furniture, No House Cleaning Every 3Days, Noisy AC. This is what you get. Dont expect anything but a roof over your head. It was lowest priced Room for our dates but next time will pay slightly higher rate and try another Hotel/Motel.

First room we checked into had red stains and pieces of food on the top blanket. The toilet had poop in it and wouldn’t flush. The second room they gave us was an improvement but not by much. Smelt terrible, floors were so dirty I didn’t wanna take my shoes off and only had 1 full size towel. The smoke detector was cover with plastic wrap and tapped, bit of a safety issue and fire hazard. The TV screen had a weird dark blue tint over the picture. I know it’s a motel and not the expecting much. I’ve stayed in cheaper priced motels that were way cleaner, this building looks like it needs to be condemned. I would have felt more comfortable sleeping in my car.

Clerk was very pleasant. Great location for access to I-15. Room was clean and informal. Close to Grocery, gas and a couple of restaurants. Remember, this is by the interstate, will hear trucks if close to.

The room was filthy!!! There was hair in the sink, months of dust on the top of the tile in the shower, and the floor had not been cleaned (at least not with clean water) probably in a year. To walk across the floor with damp feet was to have thick black dirt on them after just a few steps. The walkways around the hotel were disgustingly dirty as well.

The room was in okay conditions kinda beat up and snelt like smoke but it was clean. We only stayed one night and wanted to just sleep but that didn't happen. There were people yelling and screaming all night. One crazy lady even ran up to us yelling asking where a guy ran off with her room jey. Called the front desk at 3am because a guy was right outside our room singing very loudly. Someone smoking crack or some sort of drugs not weed under the stair case by our room my kids saw. In the morning as we were leaving we saw multiple homeless parked around some with flat tires looked like they have been there for weeks. Even a few ladies that looked like prostitutes. I did not feel safe their with my kids. I reported to the front desk and was nice about it and explained i usually don't complain and can deal with a lot but this was ridiculous . She took my number to hace the manager call me to see if I could get a partial refund but I never got a call. The staff was friendly though.

Simply awful!! Spartan room, no shampoo, no coffee maker. AC wouldn't cool. Door lock was malfunctioning, had to prop a chair under it for my own safety. Constant noise and sketchy people everywhere. Would not stay here again if you paid me too. This motel looked NOTHING like the pictures advertised it. Completely dishonest. Very, very disappointed. Apparently Motel 6 has no standards anymore. Transferred to another hotel first thing.

The rooms don't look anything like the pictures online - the hotel is extremely beat up, has several long term residents that smoke & rap either in their rooms or cars in front of the hotel, and the beds were the firmest mattress I've ever felt. We won't stay here again.

It was a stay for local business. I may have picked a poor date. The prices for the whole area were high. The motel parking lot was full of motorcycles and their owners were up partying late into the night. My \"non-smoking\" room smelled of cigarettes and sweat. The peep-hole in the door was just an open hole which i needed to stuff with tissue. And the smoke detector had been sealed with a plastic bag. The A/C was very loud. The bed was extremely uncomfortable; a thin, lumpy, plastic-covered, 4\" mattress, lying on a piece of wood. Then, the motorcycles began starting up and playing loud music at about 5:30 AM, as they roared away, in small groups, until about 7:00. Needless to say, I won't be back.

I was here for three days as a travel hospital worker for the area. The first two nights I slept there, but did wake up to freeway traffic noise.

Did you have an air conditioner, which I wish we would just stay on for the background noise, but I only clicked on when it needs to cool down to that temperature

Why give it such a low rating is because the last night I was there there was a bunch of motorcyclists at the Hotel. Instead of going to a bar to be loud and party, they decided to make a lot of noise on the property. They were also smoking right outside my door, and it came in through the air conditioning vent.

I called down to the office and yet it didn’t stop

I’m nothing against motorcyclist, I’m one myself

I’m just disappointed that I got 2 1/2 hours of sleep and then had to go work a 12 hour shift exhausted because the place that I went to lay my head was excruciating way loud

If they take off with their bike, they shouldn’t rather their engine in the parking lot

And they should talk to each other inside of their unit instead of out on the porch where they’re yelling back-and-forth like oh I’ll be right back

It’s totally not considering the other guest and the walls are enough that you can hear it

For an inexpensive room, it was fine. It was clean and everything worked.
The one con was the bed, which would be a little uncomfortable for some people (didn't really bother me) and the pillows, which were more like sandbags than pillows.

Room was clean and basic, OK TV. Delayed check-in wait.
Made my reservation 2 weeks in advance. I checked in at 4pm and no rooms were ready. The desk clerk then forgot to tell housekeeping that I was waiting, and I ended up having to wait 1.5 hours in my car, for housekeeping to do other rooms before they got to my room. Finally got checked into my room a 5:30pm.

Jose wintertime trip to the desert so air conditioning was not needed. The room was clean and comfortable a little on the small side but for an overnight stay it was just fine. And if you are staying at this Motel six please go over and have dinner at legends and icons, which is just down the street within walking distance

Went to check in at 3pm for our two night stay only to be told that our room wouldn’t be ready for another 40 minutes. Was not thrilled about that as we had dinner reservations for 5pm and wanted to freshen up. The room was a handicapped room despite the fact that I specially requested a regular room. My only request was a room on the ground floor close handicapped parking. The room was inconvenient in that there was no place to put our stuff. Would have been fine for a person in a wheelchair but the bathroom had zero spaces to place our toiletries. And let me mention that the toilet irritatingly and loudly filled itself every few minutes. What a waste of water! The lighting was extremely dim and it was difficult to see what we were doing. The bed was lumpy and not comfort at all, however the bedding did smell fresh. The bathtub/shower was awful! Filled with other people’s hair and had obviously not been cleaned out! The towels might as well have been sandpaper…that’s how rough they were! My husband refused to take a shower and said I’ll shower when we get home! We left a day early! The room did have a small refrigerator but as usual for a Motel 6, bring your own amenities including Kleenex. The neighborhood was fine and the location was convenient to the places we wanted to go to but all in all, as I said, we left a day early and we’ll pass on Motel 6 in the future.

The only issue, one of the towels had a dirty spot on a corner that was folded in- as if it had been rubbed on a dusty surface before being folded, or maybe the back of the shelf was dusty. Wasn’t a big problem.

Room was acceptable. I always laugh at the use of plywood instead of box springs for the bed, which means the mattress slides around like crazy. Also wish they did 3 pillows per bed, rather than 2, and had an extra blanket in the room, but it was clean, and shower pressure was wonderful.

Check in lady was super nice! The gentleman after was lazy and rude. I asked for one extra pillow and he said he didn’t have one. He told me to flag down room service and ask for one. I told him no, to call them and have them bring me one. That was the most ridiculous thing ever!! The room was decently clean. Water in the shower kept running, hair glob in the drain, AC made a horrible noise all day/night, and the sink had a foul smell from it. Also little wanna be couch was dirty and tv barely had signal. I’ll spend the extra money next time and never stay at a Motel 6 again.

Stayed here for a concert nearby and for the price, it was just what we needed. The bed wasn't the most comfortable but it did it's job. Check-in was easy and the location was near food and gas. Would definitely stay here again in the future.

The hotel is close to the freeway on/off ramp. There is plenty of parking available. The parking lot, building and room were all clean. There room has air conditioning, some toiletries, and a mini fridge. The whole staff was super friendly. Will definitely book again.

The parking area was okay, it’s well lit but the around it is a fast food and cannabis dispensary so do the math. The room temp was cold as the AC is working. Little to no amenities considering this is a budget hotel. The staff are all very nice and friendly. They let me check in a bit early after I asked if it’s okay. I stayed here cause of Paul McCartney Got Back 2025 Tour.

If the Comfort Inn is sold out, this will do

We weren't told of the wi-fi, but we found it. The sink was weird; we couldn't figure out hour to close the plug to fill the basin. They have laminate flooring in the shower and bathroom and sink area they maybe shouldn't have laminate flooring. The beds were comfortable, and a/c worked great! Interesting that they had OANN, Fox News, Newsmax, and even Spanish CNN but not MSNBC. The HBO channels were having reception and buffering issues that may not have been Motel 6 problems. No kleenex, but they had toilet paper. The refrigerator worked great and nice sized! Attentive morning staff and never allowed the coffee to run out for long. I had modest expectations and they were all met. Excellent distance to the Acrisure Arena, but unfortunately not to a sit-down diner for a meal nearby. Would recommend if the Comfort Inn next door is sold out again.

Veronica at the front desk was more than accommodating..I appreciate her good sense of humor, her ability to be personable and understanding even in times that were not easy to comprehend. She never tried to avoid an issue, she took each one on full force and did it professionally. She is awesome. That's a hard to find employee right there.

Loads of stores and restaurants nearby and easy access to the freeway. The employees there are nice, can bring my dog at no extra cost and for a motel 6 was quiet on the property on a Friday night. The only negative is that you can hear the train at night.

The rooms 119 had roach/ants and no A Condition we weren’t able to sleep. Very awful experience.
The other room 111 the bathroom roof was leaking all over the tab the roof was all black and meldewnot able to take a shower we had to move to another room in the middle of the night.
I went n talk to Veronica at front desk. She said that the manager would give 20x cent credit for both rooms I declined I thought it was unfair,
she should’ve reimbursed me for what I paid.
Very rude and unprofessional service, in the future I will not stay at Motel 6 anymore.
Hope Expedia will be able to provide good service customers n I can get my money back.
