The room is filthy and dusty. I booked a nonsmoking room but when we got into the room, we couldn’t even breathe as the room smells like cigarette. My kids and I are all asthmatic, We couldn’t stand it and ended up leaving after a day and booked another hotel. Do not book this hotel!!!

The room was very dirty and even dusty. No one answered front desk when we called, multiple times. The toilet plugged and when we called it took an hour for someone to show up and we were told we couldn’t get more towels till we brought those ones down. tv sucked

Staff were amazing however the carpet in both of my rooms was beyond disgusting. Carpetnis in need of cleaning or replacement. I picked this spot as I was staying for one week and they looked like they had a nice gym with a great selection of free weights. When I got there, there wasnonly 6 in the stand. Looks likenthe rest had veen stolen snd had not been replaced.

The cons; there was no blow dryer in the room already. Very limited cookware and silverware. This is a suite but only one chair provided to sit on to eat at the table/counter area. Furniture needs updating- worn and wobbly. Sound proofing is low, you can hear people walking upstairs. Carpet in hallway was stained and had ripples you can trip on.

I went down to talk to a staff member her name was Maria, she was super helpful and kind and changed us into a different room right away. She did apologize and the second room we got was better. To start, the hotel looked nothing like the pictures on Expedia or on their website. There's no lobby, just a check-in desk that does not give you any confidence that the room will look remotely nice. The front desk clerk was nice, no complaints there. We got the bottom floor, room 103 and the first thing we encounter is maintenance working on the walls in the hallway, they had it all tarped up and some of the carpet was ripped up. The hallway smelled of paint and damp clothes smell. The room, disappointing, it looked old and it felt dirty and just felt not clean. The bathtub faucet was not flushed to the wall and the water pressure was not consistent. The cupboard in the kitchen was coming off the wall. The cook wear consisted of a metal frying pan and a plastic spatula that does not work well with stainless steel frying pans, as well as some cups and silverwear. The pullout bed had mold under the mattress, it was black and just plain nasty. Above the curtains in the \"livingroom\" on the ceiling had mold as well. The room just had a weird smell to it and just a dirty sticky sense to it when you walk in. Granted we did complain about the work being done outside our room in the hallway and the inconvenience it posed. They tried to get us another room but it was smaller and did not work for us, they did say they would waive the parking charge, but we'll see. Overall it was not a good experience, will not be coming back to this hotel, do not recommend it. Also, its being sold.

We had to move my daughter out of her first room due to the overwhelming smell of cat urine. Our room that was attached also had a musty smell. It activated my asthma. The beds were very comfortable though. The hallways smelled nice. However, at some point I got flea bites on my ankles from the room to the elevator. The second room my daughter had smelled fresh and seemed nice. Needless to say, we are probably not staying there again.

During our 3 night stay, the room above us loud all hours of the day and night. Not sure if it was a room for staff or why there was so much movement up there on 4th floor. Heard vaccum on and off, furniture being moved and just door closing and opening often. Also I think it's lame that gotta pay extra if u have someone temporarily visiting. Lady at front desk said it's extra fee. But they were only here to see me for 2 hrs during the morning. Should be allowed to offer guest to have someone visit during a stay without paying extra if they aren't even staying the night just a little visit. Basic hotel, no pool or anything special. The room itself was spacious tho. They should also update the old flat screen TV and remotes. The remote doesnt even go to the TV too so had to get up to change the HDMI inputs. And also we came as a family of 4 and were only given 3 hotels for our stay 3 day stay. Stay was just ok could of been better for price I paid.

Bed was comfortable, with various firmness of pillows. Room was tidy and comfortably appointed. Couldn’t beat the price. The floor 2 hallway was a mess, with huge stains, lumps so big you could trip on them and perpetual trash. Part of the eco friendly was cleaning weekly instead of on demand. There was a piece of a wrapper on the floor for 3 days. The front desk staff was new, and therefore not as knowledgeable, but the manager was a superstar, and made up for that.

I have never received such good customer service before that made me want to come back to a specific hotel. she is very friendly and welcoming! every time i come she’s always there and is such a hard worker. always comes with the same welcoming attitude everyday and greets you with a smile. she’s very accommodating and always helps me out if i need an early check in. i only book at this hotel now because of her. not only that, the place is amazing for the price! very clean and comfy beds. the bathrooms are huge and the place feels very cozy. i feel like im in my own apartment when im here. parking is never an issue here and im usually upfront. i also appreciate the safe entry when coming into the hotel. the area is very nice and clean and the property looks very well taken care of. i love all of the art that is in the lobby when you walk in and how great it smells. I visit down here for work a lot and i’m going to continue come here just to receive the 5star service here for such a good deal!

The staff is nice, but it does not make up for this nightmare stay. Upon walking in the smell was extremely unpleasant and allergies were immediately triggered. We were assigned room 208 where the hallway smelled like smoke and the carpet in the hallway was loose. This room had FILTH on the cabinets, fridge, etc. The window was open and room was filled with gnats and mosquitoes. I called and asked for a cleaner room, they stated that they were short on cleaning staff. We moved to room 304. The hallway smelled less smoky, but the inside of the room smelled very smoky, moldy, almost unbearable. Same FILTH everywhere and what looked like rust and mold on the lamps, A/C unit, cabinets, etc. The smell was awful and made it so uncomfortable. There was other peoples hair stuck on the shower curtain. It was so humid and muggy even with the air on. I looked into booking another room, but I could not afford the last minute cost. My daughter and I were miserable. Our stay was from 6/18-6/22. We could not sleep comfortably any night. The sheets did not look safe and had spots on them. Luckily I had blankets in my car that we covered the comforter with. The closets smelled even more AWFUL. By Saturday night I was completely sick. And coincidentally, the front desk lady was wearing a mask (she had not worn one the entire time we were there until then). The terrible ventilation and the severe lack of cleanliness and sterilization was appalling. DO NOT STAY HERE.
