Fairly close to the nearest MRT station (about 5-7 minutes walk), and lots of amenities like Family Mart, 7-Eleven, and also massage places nearby. There's also a cute market just behind the hotel (maybe a 3-4 minute walk), which we discovered when walking around, and they have many cute cafes and good food and a park there. Easy to reach from the airport, and plenty of things to do in the area.

Hotel breakfast was also pretty good, although options are a bit lacking if you are vegetarian and want protein. But they do have plenty of carbs.

Hotel staff are very helpful when going to them for help, although language fluency varies across different staff members – but a translator app is enough to bridge the barrier.

Overall would definitely recommend this hotel, very good for the price point in my opinion!

Generally nice basic hotel. 10 minutes from metro in area with lots of dining and shopping options. Chinese style breakfast was good (more like western lunch). Internet did not work in our corner room. Held luggage sits in the lobby (no dedicated baggage storage area).

We had 2 twin beds and the room was super small
The breakfast was nothing to rave about. In fact it was our least favourite of all the hotels we stayed at during this trip. Similar to a Holiday Inn breakfast.
Location was pretty convenient though it’s an expensive taxi ride to the airport.

The room I stayed last time (last year) was clean, but this time the room I stayed was a bit smelling and there was a water dripping sound all night… so I asked for another room for my second night. The second room was as good as last time! I guess it’s just some rooms are older?
Besides that, the service is good and fast! And the location I very convenient! I will recommend the hotel for my friends! 👍

Good hotel in convenient location. Very close to MRT and local shoppimg/dining with a lovely small nightmarket not far away. The hotel is decent but make sure that you do get one of the bigger rooms. Some of the rooms are tiny and not suitable for a couple with 2 pieces of luggage. But fortunately Reception moves us to a larger room. We will stay here again when we come back to Taipei.

The room is clean but small and the bathroom has constant foul smell coming out of sinks etc. Stayed here the last few days of our two-week Taiwan trip and is the worst hotel experience by far. Before this we stayed at several three and four stars hotels in Kaohsiung and Tainan and those three hotels are so much better in room size, comfort, room condition, and breakfast buffet. Don't know if it's this hotel or all hotels in Taipei are much worse than hotels with similar star ratings etc in other cities in Taiwan.

Overall the hotel was not bad. Location was good. 5 minutes away from the MRT. Many eatery in the surrounding areas within 5mins. The only drawback was the sound proofing. We stayed at level 5 and it was quite noisy at night due to the traffic.

Nice place to stay

Good place to stay, friendly staff. Close to MRT and buses. We had a vwindow with a view of other windows next door. Traffic noise at night, probably unavoidable in a big city. Breakfast no good for Westerners. We both got gastro 30 minutes after our first breakfast. We just had toast and coffee for the rest of our stay.

Oh my eye this is a very small hotel. Basic amnesties were very limited IMO. there was no shower cap available.
The breakfast choices were very limited. Most was Asian type which was fine but didn’t have much to choose from.

The pros:
The room was clean and large.
You can get more water bottle from downstairs (they won’t send it to your room)
Chose this hotel due to beddings config (1 double and 2 singles) if it’s not available, I would’ve chosen another hotel for sure.
Very close to transport MRT and busses.

Room is very small and short, something like 10'X15'X6.5'. It's more like a big closet. Low ceiling so it makes the room even smaller. Bedroom is all white and minimal amenities. Breakfast is a joke. 15 people line and 30 minutes wait. Food is average. Cannot wait to get out of there.

Family trip in Taiwan

The location is central and MTR transportation is very close. The only issue is construction in the neboring building but if you are not partying to hard at night, sleep should not be a problem. Breakfast is amazing.

Good location and provide basic services

Good location and close to MRT stations and bus stops. Provides complimentary breakfast with western and Taiwanese choices. Strong WiFi signals in the room. Good water pressure for the bath. The rooms are a little small but have all the basic amenities. Provides free luggage storage if you arrive before check-in time.

The hotel is ok for a 3-night stay, since we're always out. Staff are friendly. Booked with breakfast but not at all satisfied, food was more for vegetarians, didn't even serve eggs. Our last day, there was no electricity so we had to take a shower in the dark and can't use the hair dryer which is very important to me. Probably won't be coming back at this hotel.

hotel power outage ruined trip

Only thing good about hotel was location as it close to the mrt. we had a nite of power outage requiring the generators to be humming loudly for 4 hours beginning at 2am. really unbelievable as the rest of the city was doing just fine. nothing but simple apology for depriving me of my sleep and electricity for the night.

Close to famous places such as the Art gallery, Taipei main station, Sulin market and so on. Breakfast was good to have for early traveling.
Just only thing I would like to tell about my bedroom was that the wall seemed thin as I was able to hear some voice and sound from the aisle and the next room. But actually, I have slept well during my staying, so it was not that big matter for me. Other than that it is good place to stay, i guess.

We took bus 1819 from airport for 6 people only $24 Can.
Walked 700 meters to hotel - had to store luggage in the restaurant area until 3pm check in - unable to check in at 12:30 which was a bit disappointing as many places allow early check in -
Staff were nice but there was definitely a bit of a language barrier - we went to a laser tag venue where a staff member spoke perfect English and helped answer questions for the market and subway questions - we returned at 6 to play laser tag for happy hour - great fun !
Shinlin Market was the best for food variety and shopping .
Did Taipei day tour and Jerry was very nice and saw best highlights .
Also did north coast and mining town tour which was great James ' not Bond' was great with his best efforts in English - wish this tour was longer because it was very good !
Taipei MRT is very easy and good value as well.

MRT 2 Red line and 4 Yelliow are very useful to explor city.

客室はいたってシンプル。ベッドも普通のシングルサイズが二つ。掃除は綺麗にされています。エアコンの音が大きく、施設が古い感じはあります。
必要なもの（ポット、冷蔵庫、セーフティボックス、洗面、浴槽、石鹸の類）は揃っているので、昼間はずっと外出している私たちには、問題はなかったです。

家族旅行で4人部屋を利用しました。広さ的にも清潔さという観点でも特に問題はなく騒音にも困ることもありませんでした。トイレは気にしていたのですがウォッシュレットも装備されていました。何処へ向かうにもロケーションも良いほうだと思います。朝食はホテルは利用せず裏の屋台を利用しました。
事情があり他の部屋の掃除をしていた掃除のおばちゃんにタオル交換等お願いしましたが愛想良くきびきびしてすぐ対応してもらい大変助かりました。
全体的にもコストパフォーマンスは高いと思います。

駅からも解りやすく、裏にある小さい夜市にも近い為便利だと感じています。
後、スタッフさんに日本語が話せる方が居るのでありがたいです。
帰りのタクシーを拾う時に、あっちの大通りから拾った方がいいよ！とアドバイスして下さったり親切にしてもらい、ありがとうございました。

部屋は至って普通。ツインの部屋はベッドがシングルサイズで小さく感じた。

フロントの男性の方がとても親切だった。(このホテルは、不親切で感じの悪い女性従業員が多いので、親切な従業員さんがいて、むしろ驚いた。)

女性のフロントの方は、相変わらず対応が雑な感じだった。ここは、女性従業員の態度やサービスレベルが悪い。

部屋によっては、騒音がすごいところがある。
部屋は、とても清潔。冷房もよくきくし、立地も最高。ただ、シャワーの位置がとても低く、とても使いにくい。

タクシーの予約に不安アリ

斜め裏がすぐ夜市という立地がありがたい。
ツインを予約したのだが、ベッドがいっぱいあって広ーい
部屋に案内された。
チェックアウトは朝５時で、台北駅までのタクシーを予約したかったのだが、「タクシーはその辺にいっぱいいる」と断られた。
空港に行くのにも予約してくれないのだろうか？と、不安になった。

広くて、シャワーの勢いも良く、大変清潔でした。ただ、下水の臭いが時々上がってくるのか、最初入った時は、部屋が臭くて不快に思いました。
あと、壁が薄いのか、時々廊下を通る人の話が聞こえてきました。
大きな道路に面してるのか、車とオートバイの騒音は聞こえます。でも、それほど気にはなりませんでした。
スリッパは、とっても薄っぺらいです。
あと、シャンプーリンスボディソープは、全部一緒のタイプが備え付けであります。気になる人は、自分で持ち込んだ方が良いです。
パジャマやガウンはないです。

近くに小規模だけど24時間やっている夜市もあり、また駅も歩いて数分であり、とても良かったです。
常に在駐してくれている訳では無いですが、日本語が通じるスタッフもおり、日本人観光客の利用数は非常に多いようです。

立地が良く、タクシーがすぐに捕まるので何処に行くにも便利でした。
またホテルの近くに小さな市場(夜市)もあるので滞在中は毎日行っていました。
ホテル自体はビジネスホテルです。
