Highly recommend! The rooms were sooo spacious and comfortable (though the bathtub slightly slippery), the staff were very kind. My husbands birthday fell on one of the days that we stayed and they gifted us a box of cookies with a handwritten card. So cute! The location is also very great, with a family mart and a small night market behind and an alley with different foods and lots of bbt options. Also a great guabao spot within walking distance. Hotel is by the orange line.

Lovely hotel and the Jolley suite had a ton of room for our two boys to rest and relax in. Rooms were kept very clean and staff were super friendly. 3-5 mins from the nearest MRT, and a local night market 3-5 mins away. Lots of little restaurants to try nearby too.

My wife and I often prefer to prepare meals ourselves when traveling instead of going out to eat. This Jolley was great for that, particularly since there are at least three grocery stores within a stone's throw. It's also very close to the MRT, and the mini night market on the other side of the block is great. There are many more positive items I could comment on if I had time. Overall, it far exceeded my expectations. (We stayed there in two stints over a week period, for a total of about 5-6 nights in two different rooms.)

The staff were super nice and attentive! There was a weird smell on the property, a very strong paint/gas smell. Otherwise, my stay was amazing, it was quiet and the room was equipped with basically everything you’ll need — from a washing machine to a kitchen. It even came with free drinks in the fridge!

Our expectations were more than met

We requested a handicap room due to an injury of a family member, we were lucky to get one and it was wonderful and exactly what we needed.
The entire staff front desk to breakfast crews were all so very helpful and kind to serve us. Besides the handicap room we also had a room on the 12th floor and the view was amazing (1205)

An excellent all-rounder with no short-comings

Great service, fully loaded amenities and huge studio apartment sized rooms making this one of the best hotels we’ve stayed in Taiwan. It’s great for young families with 1-2 kids in toll. Our little 4 year old loved his stay and was very sad having to say goodbye to Jolley. Can not recommend this accommodation more. Will definitely seek out its availability next time we plan to travel to Taiwan again.

There are some small night markets 2 streets away that gave great street food.
If you need a massage there are four really good places to try within 100m if the hotel

Hotel Jolley's staff was attentive and very accommodating. The rooms are nice with a kitchenette that is welcome and rare in Taipei. The beds were very comfortable. I didn't hear noise from the other rooms at all and insulation between rooms seems extremely good, however the windows weren't the most sound proof so you will hear noise from the streets; however it is not out of the ordinary of what you'd expect in a city. The hotel itself was really close to the orange subway/metro line and the red line was a little bit further, but still within walking distance. It has a nearby, smaller night market to hit immediate cravings and plenty of other food nearby. Next time I come to Taipei I will actively seek out Jolley Hotel.

Perfect for family at a convenient location

It’s only a 3-min from the MRT Station and easy to locate. The hotel is quite new and everything in the room is clean and in great condition. My room has a separated living room area where my baby can play. The kitchen comes with everything you need, simple but good enough for preparing meals for kids. They provide breakfast for free but we didn’t try it because there are too many good local choices in that neighbourhood. Staff are helpful and friendly, offering help swiftly whenever we needed. The check-in was smooth and quick. On our request prior to the stay, they provided a baby bathtub which is just perfect for our baby. It’s a good choice overall. We will certainly stay here again when we visit Taipei next time!

This hotel gives you a really home feel. It's clean and have all amenities you need for home away from home. It’s very spacious and stuff are super friendly + professional. I like that there is a washer and dryer for guest to use with detergent/fabric softener. Depending what you’re looking for in terms of location but I personally think this hotel is super convenient. It is situated in a more local area than your usual tourist district. It has everything you need. 7-11 across the street, open till 4am BBQ/Hot pot place around the corner, local street food a block away, supermarket across the street, few tea shops around, Starbucks RIGHT NEXT DOOR lol …. And you’re only 2 blocks from the subway station (orange line). So this place is super convenient!! Like 20 min subway ride if you want to go Taipei 101. The only down side is that the bathroom is a bit small =( they use those Japanese half sized bathtub and because it’s not glass shower door the shower curtain does smell but cleaned tho. Overall I had a wonderful stay and will definitely recommend this hotel for anyone who are visiting Taipei.

Our Best Stay in Taiwan

It was a perfect stay. We checked in on 4 Jan 2019, a two bedroom unit. We were first given a unit on 7th floor. The big bedroom is 3 steps down from the living room. That was not OK for mum’s bad knees. The lady staff immediately fixed our concern, moving us to a flat floor unit, with her smiley face. She even helped out with our luggages. Throughout our 9 days trip in Taiwan, Jolley Hotel is the only hotel that helped bringing our luggages at check in. Thank you !!

Was told the hotel was two months old. Everything was brand new. Other than the basics like fridge, it is fully equipped with pantry, sink, microwave, plates (no utensil) and washer/dryer. It was a super comfortable and pleasant stay. The unit is spacious, well thoughtout layout/decor and fitted with premium tapwares. Love the shower, especially the faucets !!

Breakfast was surprisingly good. It’s not extravaganza like those big hotels. We first thought hot food selection was too limited. But it turned out it was just right. Tasted delicious. Staff was super attentive, making sure food was filled up at all time. The fruits/veggies juicer (came with apple, celery and carrot - so fresh and super sweet !!) just made our breakfast time so refreshing. Love it !!

Secured parking is very convenient.

Highly recommended. Jolley was our best stay in Taiwan. It would be a 10 out of 10 had it not for the water heater. The shower was either too hot or too cold. Hope it would be fixed soon.

Pros : Rooms looks brand new. Heard from the staff that hotel is new and operational in Oct'18. Friendly and helpful staff. Room is spacious with \"two levels\" separating the bed and the living area. Balcony. Mini kitchen (surprise). Six bottles of water daily, instead of the regular two in most hotels (nice). A small night market (approx 20 stalls) just right behind the hotel. Most of these stalls double up in the daytime selling breakfast.Starbucks is just next door. Walks approx 10~15-mins to nearest station.

Cons : Finds the bathroom a bit small. Hotel breakfast is from 7am~9am. Better if hotel breakfast timing is to be extended. Hotel breakfast choices have room for improvement. Can't find self service laundry nearby (within 5-mins walking distance).

My trip were both visiting and business purpose, the first night I arrived was very late, the guy told me there is no double bed for us, but it could change for us in the second day, I didn’t notice there is selection between double bed and twin bed before I book this hotel, he explained again “if you booked double bed we can figure out give a room to you, but if the email shows you’re not I can change to you the next morning if the double bed room available” then after that my partner blame me with this unclear situation. The next day up, I called the recipetion ask for change the room, she had said call me back 10 mins later, I wait for an hour nobody call me back, then I call again, she explained me there is no double room for us, if want to change have to add price, therefore I gave up. TO be clear here, they have double bed, but not willing giving for us,I stayed for there days.

Nice hotel, nicely designed. Except for the bathtub design as the water holds in the crevices next to the tub and flows down to floor therefore flooding the floor.

Mattress is rather soft, could have invested in better beds.

Breakfast is mostly suited for local tastes, could improve with the selection of international foods - cereal etc.

まず、立地が中山國小駅から徒歩3分と至近で、便利です。部屋は、ソファのあるリビングとベッドルームが別にある、とても贅沢な空間です。バスタブ付きが嬉しいですが、独立したシャワールームはなく、バスタブ内で使用します。価格が手頃で、コスパに優れており、次回も宿泊したいです。なお、風呂のお湯が、お湯だけにしてもそれほど熱くならない点については、改善希望します。

広い室内、リビングとベッドルームが分かれてるのが連泊するには雰囲気がいいです。
大きい冷蔵庫、電子レンジ、電気調理器具、簡単な食器が揃ってます。
食べきれないのは冷蔵庫にしまっておけるのも良かったです。
周りには多くの飲食店、夜市もあるので困ることはありません。
朝食は品数は少ないですが、美味しくいただきました。
搾りたての野菜ジュースも作ってくれます。

大きなホテルにはないコンパクトな作りが泊まりやすく良かったです。

去年は5泊、今回は6泊しました。去年の部屋は洗濯機が壊れていましたが今回のお部屋は正常に動きました。近くには朝市、夜市もあり大変便利です。お部屋に無料で付いてくるコーヒーやお茶ですが1日目のみ粉のミルクがありましたが2日目以降はありませんでした。清掃のお姉さんに聞いたところ「没有」との回答。レストランもあるのに無いのは不思議でした。それ以外はとても快適に過ごせました。去年は11階だったので車の騒音は気にならなかったのですが今年は4階だったので若干うるさかったです。それでもこんなに広いお部屋でこの立地でこのお値段はなかなかないです。また次回も利用させていただきたいと思います。

Very good service, spacy and neat. Huge refrigerator.Near MTR. Just 1 min walk distance to MTR 中山國小station. Opposite the hotel is a small supermarket. Around the hotel there are different tiny eating and drink stalls but most of them opened in the afternoon. Night market is just down stairs.

If the kitchen table can be bigger and more space for hanging clothes, it will be more perfect.

Honestly speaking, this is the best hotel I tried . Will come back again.

Fantastic location, very clean & big roomy layout. Will be back again next time! Staff was pleasant & helpful tho a bit quiet. But overall a great stay 😊
