The service was very friendly. But too eco, no handsoap, not enough toilet papers. There was some rubbish on the floor. The light bulb was flickering and seemed to go out.

Taxi booking to airport comes with a charge (which usually is free from other hotels)

The cleaning carts are placed along the corner of the corridor and I feel the place is not professionally run or set up.

Good location bad facilities

Hotel looks pretty bad from the outside, looks like an old flat being renovated into a Budget hotel. When we first check into the hotel I open the drawer there were used condoms inside and we were pretty disgusted that it was not removed. People there is very friendly though and helpful when we ask for anything. Location is good too, near to metro and have a lot of food around it.

Excellent Hotel Staff services

We made a confirmed booking for the hotel through expedia in Oct 2014. To our horror during check-in, we were told by the hotel staff that there were no booking under my name. As the hotel were fully booked and with a family of 2 adults and 2 kids, it was really a desperate situation. Fortunately, the kind hotel staff helps us to arrange for a temporary accommodation for the night while they tried to sort out the booking with Expedia the next day. The hotel room were large for a family of 2 adults and 2 kids (age 11 and 9). Plenty of room space for our 3 luggages. We had fun in the jacuzzi bath tub nightly although it is slightly small for my build. Plenty of free channels on the tv to entertain the kids. Although there are a few free porn channels, but these were located far away from the normal channels. So, unless your kids channels hopped, it should be fine. The hotel is well located. A short walking distance to the MRT and there are plenty of eateries and supermarkets in the surrounding. Breakfast is served in a cafe opposite the hotel. Although it is a standard voucher, however, you have the option to top-up and exchange for something you like which is much better than the usual hotel buffet style. We love the wonderful servicing staff at the cafe. Do take note that this hotel is located in the building co-share with some residential apartments. However, do not worried about privacy or safety. Each floor is dedicated to either residential apartments or hotel.

Clean and comfortable room. Friendly front desk personnel. Less crowded in the area around the hotel with convinience shop nearby + hawker stalls at a lane nearby with nice food during late nights.

ホテルは一般の古いビルに入っているので、エレベーターはボロボロ。ホテルは年季が入っていて廊下はカビ臭いが、部屋は清潔でフロントの人や掃除の人はとても親切。価格も安い。ウォシュレットが付いていないのが難点。

有老舊的感覺

旅館安排在大樓3樓，地面有一些台階，搬運行李並不容易，如果能安放一些斜台就更容易拿着行李進出。房間燈光稍暗，用了一兩天後，浴室的燈泡也壞了，感覺並不是很好。清潔阿姨幫忙收拾，我們自家的毛巾也收去，向前台反映，他們也很注意，聯絡清潔公司，在我們離開前就給我們找到毛巾，這個應該可以加分的。房間裏的陳設也老舊，地氈也比較污糟，所以水準還是一般般。

1. 兩張單人床併在一起, 可是卻有高低差, 不舒服.
2. 浴室尚留有前一位住客留下的浴帽(或塑膠袋).
3. 陳設老舊, 地面不平.
4. 隔音效果不佳, 走廊走動或隔壁開水龍頭聲音都聽得清楚.
5. 電視和電視盒會無緣無故突然關機.

場所も良く安いので文句は無い。

男一人旅でした。
場所と値段でこのホテルに決めました。
価格相応の部屋だと思います、部屋は古く掃除は行き届いていなかったけど安いから文句は無いです。
きれい好きな方や女性にはお勧めはできません！

フロント横よ部屋は避けるべき

オフィスビル？の3Fに入っているホテル。15時からのチェックインなのに掃除が間に合っていなくて、チェクインの待ち時間も合わせると30分は待たされました。フロント横？後ろの窓なしの部屋は、フロントのドアの開閉音、話し声、呼び鈴の音が筒抜けで、夜まで落ち着かないので全くリラックスできませんてした。掃除も適当？で、補充されるべきグラスやマグカップが足りていなかったりで…また利用するかと言われると「NO」と答えざるをえなかったです。深夜はとても静かでした。

広いし浴槽もあり良かった

ロクショウ？のような虫はいました。

夜市に近く、美味しい食べ物屋さんが周りにたくさんあるので便利です。
他に良いホテルがない時はまた利用したいです。

地下鉄駅から徒歩10分弱。徒歩1～3分でコンビニ、スーパー、飲食店あり。受付は3階。良く見ないと看板を見落としそう。寝るだけと割りきれば許容範囲。

古めですが日本のビジネスホテルに比べれば部屋や浴室も広くベッドも大きかったです。設備やサービスは安いのでそれ以上求めない方が良いですね。大きな窓はあるけどビルの密集地なのでカーテンは開けなかったです。駅、コンビニやスーパーはすぐ近くで便利です。

1) 地點很近捷運站，只是5分鐘的步程

不好的地方
1) 旅店有異味
2) 部分房間廁所沒有浴屏或是ㄧ張桌子也沒有
3) Wifi 速度奇慢
4) 要主動通知，否則不會執拾房間
5) 房間裝潢陳舊，部分牆身受潮，泥水及牆紙脱落
6) 有提供茶包，但沒有茶杯
7) 廁所的假天花很矮，身高6呎或以上的要小心了
8) 水壓低，蓮蓬頭的出水很慢

整體不錯，浴室設計有待改善

這次由雙人房免費升級到較大的3人房，所以間房好大。
建議可以增加一些衣服除臭噴霧供使用，去完夜市成身味都想噴下套衫，同埋浴室係站立淋浴設計，但入面淋浴個位無地方放野，想放埋洗頭水沐浴露入去都唔得，次次都要打開隻門伸隻手出去洗手位度拎，好唔方便

こちらのホテルは何度か利用しています。以前は無かったのですが、各階のエレベーターホールに、お菓子、コーヒーマシン、冷蔵庫(レモンティー/ミルクティー/コーラ)を好きな時に好きなだけ自由に利用できるコーナーが設置されていました。頻繁に補充してくれるの滞在時のドリンクには困らず大変助かりました。朝食はついていませんが、コンビニ/スーパー/夜市等が近くにあるので困る事はありません。沢山買物をして何度もホテルに戻る場合でもMRT駅に近いのも嬉しいです(*´∀`*) ※注意点※ ルームクリーニングはお願いしないと行わないので、連泊の場合は必ずフロントに清掃をお願いしてから出掛けてください☆

旅館位置很便利, 鄰近捷運站, 也有機場巴士可以直達. 樓下有便利店及超市. 房間佈置很舒適寬敞, 可惜剛好被安排的房間燈光較暗(因為朋友同時也入住, 而他的房間燈光很足), 房間的空調很好, 但不知為何總有少許的霉味, 不太重, 但介意的人要注意. 接待員跟清潔房間的大姐都很親切, 提出的要求都很快又很友善地回應. 入住樓層的大堂有小小的零食飲品閣, 很貼心, 咖啡機是沖磨原粒咖啡豆, 同行的朋友很驚喜, 很滿意.

初台湾初一人旅で利用しました。

初めての一人旅で利用しました。とても良かったです！また利用しようと思います！
タクシー利用で行くときはホテルの名前より住所の方が伝わった気がします。
ホテルとホテル？に挟まれて場所は分かりにくいですけど看板が出ているのでキョロキョロしたら分かります。黒いゾーンにあります。
同じ通りに夜市、コンビニ(セブン、ファミマ)、ウェルカムマートがありますよ。向かいにはカフェもあるみたいです。近くにはマッサージ店もあります。
コインランドリーも5分ほど歩けば付きますので夏場の長期滞在などする際には、重宝するのではないでしょうか。
駅(中山國小駅)からは歩いて5分から10分しないくらいです。駅の近くの高速の下にはyoubike乗り場もありますよ。
フロントは入ってエレベーター2基あるので3Fに上がったところです。
日本語は通じませんでした。英語と中国語は通じます。自分は英語高校以来久しぶりに話しましたけどなんとかなります。フロントの方がとても優しいのでなんとかなります。
部屋が窓付きではなかったので窓有りに変えてもらいました。部屋はアメニティは毎日ハウスキーピングで交換してもらえます。お菓子もあります。毎日500mlの水2本もらえます！トイレは流せません。ペーパー
は捨てるタイプです。シャワーもちゃんとあったかいの出ますし水圧も良かったです！
洗面台周りはびちゃびちゃになりがちです。が、ハウスキーピングで綺麗にしてもらえます。
7階にミニバーがあり、コーヒーやお菓子が充実してます。ジュースは多分有料なのでご注意を。
他の方も書いてますが、3F,7Fがホテル客室で、他の階には住民がいらっしゃるのでしょうね
部屋はクーラーの温度を間違えるとちょっとモワッとします。ちょっと水臭いかもしれません。
スタッフは最高でした。深夜0時頃に鍵を部屋にとじこめてしまいましたが、ちゃんと対応してくれました。
穴場だと思います。台湾ここしか知らないけど。また来ます。

大推，回住是一定要的!!

不管是位置、服務人員，房間整潔等，全部都太優良。尤其服務人員，會盡力協助完成客人的需求，也確實幫忙提前將嬰兒澡盆放置於房間內，更有公共BAR可提供飲品和餅乾無限免費使用，房內也都相當整齊乾淨，整體的住宿品質皆太大推了!!

シャワーブースの管と繋がっていると思われる、洗面台にある排水口から水があふれ、スタッフAにお伝えし、夜ホテルに戻ると、スタッフBから何も問題はないと言われました。その日の夜も、やはり洗面台下の排水口から水が溢れ出し、バスルームが洪水。スリッパが浮いてました。同じスタッフAに治っていないから部屋をチェンジしてほしいとリクエストしたのですが、煮え切らない態度で押し問答。結局、英語が堪能な友人が「問題ない部屋なら、他の人に貸せるでしょ？」というと、しぶしぶ新しい部屋を用意してくれました。とても不快な２泊3日でした。
立地と価格帯、部屋の清潔さで何度もこのホテルを利用しましたが、もう二度と泊まりません。
ちなみに、スタッフAは英語を話せましたが、スタッフBは英語は話せずスマホの翻訳アプリでした。（日本語は話しません）
水が溢れるぐらいのトラブルなら、なんとか翻訳アプリでお互いの意思疎通はできるかもしれませんが、万が一災害などで英語が話せないスタッフが夜中に一人でいると思うと、とても怖いです。ホテルを名乗るのであれば、英語を話すスタッフは常にいるべきだと思います。

最悪のホテルです！
チェックインまではスタッフの対応もよくスムーズでしたが、部屋の排水に問題があり浴室が洪水状態になったので、翌朝にホテルのスタッフ（女性）にその旨を伝えて外出をしましたが、夜に戻っても改善されておりませんでした。この戻った時のスタッフは英語が全く話せず、会話になりませんでした。
翌朝また前日と同じスタッフに問い合わせをしたところ、排水に問題は無いの一点張り。問題があるのは宿泊者である私たち自身が確認しているので部屋を変えて欲しいとお願いしましたが、問題は無いから変えられないと強気の対応をされました。こちらが困っているからお願いしているのにこのスタッフはヘラヘラと笑いながらの対応で本当に怒りさえ覚えました。本当に誠意の感じられない、人生ワーストワンの対応でした。立地も良くて何度か利用していましたが、今後利用することは有り得ません。

The worst hotel!
The staff's correspondence was also good and smooth until check-in time, but there was a problem with drainage in the room, and a bathroom was in the flood state, so I handed the effect down to a staff in a hotel (lady) and went out in the next morning, but even if I returned in the evening, it wasn't improved. This, the staff when having returned, couldn't speak English at all, and it wasn't conversation.
That there are no problems with drainage when I inquire to the same staff as the previous day about it again in the next morning, persistence. We ourselves who are a guest were confirming that there is a problem, so I asked you to want you to change the room, but when it wasn't changed because there were no problems, you corresponded with strength. In requesting because I'm in trouble here, that this staff is careless, anger was even remembered really by the correspondence which is while laughing. It was correspondence of the life worst one by which the sincerity isn't felt really. The location was also good, and it was being used several times, but it can't be used from now on.
