台北旅行はいつもこのホテルに決めています。双連駅からは7〜8分ほど歩きますが、台北駅（駅が広過ぎて、結局駅の中で歩く距離が長い）に近いホテルよりも、駅がコンパクトで飲食店もたくさんあり寧夏夜市にも歩いて行けるこの立地がお気に入りです。（桃園空港からのバスも、アンバサダーホテルで下車すればすぐに到着です！）

The reviews on this property gave us higher expectations than what the hotel actually was. The bathroom had a huge mold problem and the staff did not clean the large spot even though they said they would. However, for the price of the hotel, the room was relatively clean (outside of the mold), the room was spacious, and the amenities were good. Overall, it was a decent stay for the affordable price but not a super nice place.

This was our second time to stay in this hotel. The location was accessible to shopping districts and convenience stores. It is also walkable to train and bus stations. The staff are very helpful and friendly most especially Ying Ying, Amber, Jason and Steven. The rooms are kept clean as there’s daily housekeeping. Laundry facility and unlimited snacks, coffee and drinks and also a plus points. Will certainly stay in this hotel again when we go back to Taiwan.

Great location. The hotel is a 7-minute walk to Shuanglian Station with lots of restaurants close by. Hotel is a bit dated and rooms are a bit small. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Free snacks and beverages in the common area.

Convenient hotel with two double beds for 3 of us staying as a family with a young child. Complimentary laundry, snacks and drinks gave a “home experience” where you don’t have to worry about being dirty and hungry all night. Would be even better if the WiFi can be faster, and the bathroom can provide conditioner in addition to shampoo and body wash. The shower head didn’t connect well with the water tube which caused leakage - better be fixed!

Decent location - walking distance to both the train station and the night market. The room was nice and clean (bigger than I was initially expecting). Staffs were nice and friendly. Great experience at hotel via loft! Every one from day to night staff were very accommodating. We actually arrived early and the front desk actually gave us our room an hour early. We loved the lobby area with free drinks and snacks. Also, front desk will hold your luggage before and after your stay. This helped us immensely and allowed us to the city without our huge luggages .Alan our room attendant cleaned our room for 2 weeks. He was fantastic and very diligent. Hotel is super close to 7-11 and many restaurants. We highly recommend the buffet restaurant next door. Super cheap and delicious! This was my second time staying at this hotel and we will return again!

Not even a window, but I didn’t miss it. The decor felt open and comfortable. They offer a host of snack and even instant noodles at night. Free soda fountain but without diet drinks. Laundry machines on site. Good stay and convenient central location as this is on 2nd floor or an office building close to subway station. 1 hop to central train station and MRT to airport. This is also on the express airport bus route inbound. Exit McKay Hospital.

The hotel is situated in a rather convenient area. There is a hotpot skewer restaurant underneath and next to the building, which is why there is a very strong smell even from the 2/F floor in the reception and the floor above. The room is within reasonable size but the overall of the room doesn’t feel very clean. You can see molds everywhere in the room, the wall behind the mattress, the curtain, the bathroom etc. Feels very rundown. We had a room that had window but the windows and walls aren’t very thick. We can clearly hear car sound and next doors turning on the water tap. The common lounge so called were supposed to provide drinks and snacks. But most of the snacks were provided in very limited quantities (i.e. only 10 cup noodles). Drinks were provided, but cups were constantly missing and not refilled with clean cups. There are many petite hotels in Taipei are proving similar amenities services but honestly this one by far is not up to par in this area. The worst of all from our experience was the water pressure and the temperature control! What a nightmare! Hot and cold all the time, I think it all depends on if your next room is using water or not!!! The shower cubicle bi-folding doors were not properly built. Lots of gaps between glasses and therefore when you shower, the floor is doomed to flood. This happens to quite a few of the rooms which our friends stay. What a terrible experience! I think overall it’s not worth it’s value.
