The receptionists are kind and friendly. They helped me to receive the package and keep it safely. Moreover, they politely reminded us the checkout time then didn’t forget to remind me the important package.

All good, but give me hand soap
The rooms are large, modern, and clean. Location is great. Free coffee and snacks are more than welcome. But no hand soap?? When I brought up the issue to the front desk, the clerk just looked at me with confusion and said \"Yes, there is soap in the shower.\" So am I supposed to go into the damp shower with my wet hands every time I wash my hands? Yes, it is a minor thing, but a hotel of this standing not providing hand soap when we're just out of a pandemic is baffling. This and the attitude of the staff in response to this put a damper on an otherwise great stay.

There was a guest who kept smoking in the room next to mine, and the smoke came through the ventilation system in my room. This is really bad as I have allergies and I can't sleep all night and need to change room. Hotel needs to enforce ant-tobacco rules strictly and kicked out/penalize the guests who smoke in the property as this is against the law.

The hotel is set in a nice location in Zhongshan, with plenty of shops and eateries around. It is only a few stops away from Taipei main station. The room is clean, bed is comfy and you get free coffee and tea with snacks on the second floor. One can takeaway food to enjoy in that space too. The only problem is that hotel price is currently sky high for Taipei, or Taiwan in general so value for money is quite low if you are visiting.

If you are a perfectionist, please avoid this hotel! The public areas are quite clean, but the room itself is old and dirty. There is no shower liner, so the floor gets wet after the shower. Sometimes the Internet could get very slow. Most of the staff were helpful and friendly, but they stored my luggages in a public area where everyone had access to. Generally it is an OK hotel, but if you are picky, look somewhere else.

The room was big and spacious for the price. The bed was comfy. In a great location a few minutes from the MRT station.
However, the walls were thin and I could hear people in the other rooms. Also, the housekeeping were quite noisy early in the morning. No need to talk that loud in the hallways. Otherwise, it was a great room ideal for sightseeing and enjoying Taipei.

I enjoy staying at this hotel so much so that I keep going back when in Taipei. I’m not even exactly sure why that is the case. I just find the atmosphere very calm and comfortable, and the room is super quiet. The staff are nice, and the location is quite good although you do have to walk a bit from the metro. It’s a nice walk mostly through a park though!

系列の松山機場館のサービスがよく、今回はこちらを合計で4泊利用しました。
部屋は台北にしては広め。
お風呂も台北にしては珍しくバスあり、トイレにもウォシュレットがあります。

現在、客室のリニューアル工事が進んでて日中は少し工事の音がするようです。
フロントは24時間常駐。

2階のラウンジが便利で、夜市で食べきれなかった胡椒餅もレンジとトースターがあったので、美味しく温め直せました。
フロントの方も親切です。部屋から外線電話が掛けられなかったので、相談したらフロントの電話を貸してくれました。

訪台を何回か繰り返し、観光や買い物欲が落ち着いて来た自分にとっては、まさに暮らすように過ごせる最高なホテルでした！実際、ラウンジでは、勉強をして過ごしている人を何人か見ましたし、私も置いてある本を幾つか読み、ゆったりとした時間を過ごせました。このラウンジがあることで、暑い夏の台湾で、いつホテルに戻っても、ここで過ごせるという安心感がありました。
フロントやスタッフの方も変な意味で気負ってなく、自然にしています。でも、サポートが必要な時にはとても優しく助けてくれます！

チェックインで9階とアナウンスされたのに、ドアが開かない。するとスタッフがやってきて、あなた6階よ、と。ま、9と6、間違えは仕方ないけど、ごめんねぐらいは言って欲しかった。改装中で音がしますよ、のカードが置いてありましたが、まったく問題ありません。2階でドリンクやアイスなどが利用できます。部屋は快適、ジェットバス最高。2泊したからか、ゴミ捨てはされてなかった。交通の便も良いが、松山空港利用者はタクシーかバス利用が一番早いかな。

スタンダードダブルの部屋に1泊しました。桃園空港からバスで来ることが出来、しかも至近の停留所から近いので便利です。周りにコンビニもあり、ちょっとした買い物やタクシーを呼ぶのにも便利。雙連駅も近く飲食店にも不自由しないという好立地でした。

I was able to spend a comfortable time again.
They will store your luggage before check-in and check-out, so you can use your time effectively to sightsee in the area.
The staff is also very friendly.
Some of the facilities are a little old, but they are well-cleaned so it doesn't bother me. I would like to stay here again next time.

值得入住的飯店。
第一次來居住，一次住了三晚，感覺很不錯。飯店附近環境便利，走路一兩分鐘就有腳踏車借用點，離雙連捷運站也也蠻近的。此外這次住宿的房間內，淋浴設備還有三溫暖功能，蠻讚的。

繁華街が近いコスパの良い清潔なホテルです。コーヒー、スナック菓子、アイスクリームが食べ放題。更に朝食には、トーストとバター、苺ジャム、マーマレードが付いていました。バス湯量も豊富で熱かったです。次回の台湾旅行でも、是非使わせてもらいます。
