The room was very clean. Their room service crew is spotless, it is all automated by the room automation. I like their location,close to all the eateries, Metro is about 15 minutes away, the hotel tucked away in an alley way, close to the center of the city. But night is very quite. It was converted from a residential building, so the room is good size, although some rooms may share the loading wall, your neighbor when open their door may sound like your door is opened in the middle of the night.
All in all. I enjoyed the hotel, the bathroom is particularly functional and spotless.

Clean, modern boutique hotel, part of a small chain. On a quiet back street but close to subway (MRT) access. Close to a long-running Taipei morning market and a large park. The mattress, while still firm, is a bit softer and more comfortable than is typical in Taiwan hotels. The staff is always helpful.

The size of the room is okay for the price. The best things are the convenience : Ching-quang night market is just around the corner, two lines of Metro are both 10 minutes walk. Front desk girls are very friendly. Very quiet inside in a buzzing area.
One suggestion: put microwave oven in every room! At least in every floor.

壁が薄くて、隣の人の大声会話ははっきり聞こえてる。全身鏡はクローゼットの中にあるけど、クローゼット開けようとすると入り口扉の金具に当たる、その結果全身鏡が見えないという設計ミスがある。予約する時見てなかったけど、歯ブラシとか提供してないの知らなかった。エコはいいけど、結局コンビニで買ったそのまま残して帰った。エコにならなかったし、不便を感じた。部屋の照明は暗めなので、窓がない部屋は自然光がなくて、女性は化粧するのに大変だった。

And can hear other rooms closing their door. if you are a light sleeper and the neighboring or upstairs room are noisy, mightt not be a great situation.

I have stayed near this area before but not near here. The area is a nice and easy to navigate. It is close to 2 different metro stations. It is also near the Shuangcheng night market. This night market is food only but there are some stores near by

The hotel is small but comfy. The room is like typical Asian hotel rooms. Big enough for the bed and not much else.

There is a small patio to sit. I couldn’t use it because it was raining during my stay. I was in the second floor but I couldn’t hear the moved noise that is common in Taiwan.

All in all, would definitely recommend.

Found this little gem during my recent visit to Taipei. When we opted to try this hotel, I was little apprehensive. But once I was there, I was proven wrong.

The rooms are clean and well maintained. The housekeeping are also good.

The reception was impeccable, courteous and helpful, despite our sometimes difficult requests. I was so impressed that I cancelled my plan of moving to another hotel during the stay.

This is a good place to stay if you want the homely feeling. I love the lobby.

They do not serve breakfast, but not to worry. Lots of great eating places are within walking distance.

Sound proofing. It is a little weak. Since it is located in quiet area, you can hear your neighbour talking (especially when they little excited).

Also the nearest metro station is a walk away. But the good thing is the distance feels shorter as the days progress.

Wrong room description. Super loud and noisy in the morning and during midnight. Cannot even have a proper sleep as you can hear people close the door, ring the bell, staff cleaning room. What the worst experience was...There was a female receptionist arranged a 'wall' room (room with a window but all you can see is a wall) for me which was misleading on the website as I booked a room with view. After reporting the issue, the staff was unhappy but she eventually rearranged a room but that was a totally bad experience.

Great location and design of hotel, but noisy.

The rooms were very nice with large new bathrooms. The main complaint is the poor sound insulation of the walls. You can hear everything from the neighboring room, including detailed conversations and movement of furniture (closet hangers too). Outside noise also comes into the room.
Only a few of the balcony rooms face the street. The other ones are towards a small alley and keep the room dark. They are the same price. There are also smaller rooms with a window that faces a concrete wall 8 inches away. There is no natural light. I would recommend that you specifically request a balcony room facing an open area or a small room that has a real window view.
Great location, very nice staff and place to stay (if you get quiet neighboring guests).

It was great! lots of food and convenience stores nearby. Take note it is located at Zhongshan elementary shool Station (Orange line). you may take bus 1841 from taoyuan airport and alight at Zhongshan elementary train station's bus stop. lookout for Mos burger.
I would recommend the bus versus taking airport shuttle and change several subways.

Great small newly renovated hotel, enough rooms to walk around inside for 2. Very clean, comfort design. 3 things that needs to be noted, the bed is 2 single bed combine into a queen, so middle part is quite uncomfortable. The shower is amazing, however the light right on top of the shower ruins the comfort every time I look up. Lastly the sound proofing is not that great, I woke up a couple of times when the room next door open, or room service in the morning. Overall with the price vs quality, it's an excellent stay. Would definitely come again.

I booked this hotel in May 2018 and the price was included the Chinese or Western style breakfast. However, after we checked-in we have been told that no more breakfast provided since September 2018. Since we paid already, they arranged some not fresh bread and juice to us as breakfast, no coffee or tea provided too. My kids were so disappointed. A formal complaint has been filed to Expedia.

The wall of hotel room is as thin as paper, we can hear clearly the sound from hallway and the room next to us, my family cannot have a good sleep at night, so lucky we stay in this hotel for one night only.

Other than the above, the hotel is clean and the decoration is good. Location is acceptable , there are lot of difference kinds of restaurant around. The staff is helpful and polite too.

However, due to the breakfast and noise matters, I won't recommend this hotel to my friends.

호텔 직원분들이 정말 너무 착하셔서 그게 제일 좋았어요! 체크인시간 전에 짐을 로비에 두고 다녀왔는데 돌아와 보니까 짐도 방으로 다 옮겨놔 주셨더라구요!
또 식당 예약하시는 것도 도와주시고 택시도 매번 불러주시구요. 너무 친절하세요!
방도 되게 깔끔했고 히터 에어컨 제습 다 되구요 화장실은 수압이 좀 약했지만 깔끔했어요!
아침도 깔끔하게 나오고 이제껏 대만에서 묵어본 숙소중에 제일 좋았습니다. 다음에 와도 또 여기 머무를 거 같아요!

The hotel is not in the best location. It is around a 10 minute walk to the nearest MRT station. When we arrived at the hotel, we were greeted by extremely helpful and enthusiastic staff. They provided our room keys to us and we headed to our room. The room is quite small. There wasn't a lot of excess room to move around. However, we were quite happy with the room because it was extremely clean. The washrooms, bed, and the tables all contained no stains.

A downside to the room, however, was the view. The windows was very small and the only view available was the back alley. Although the hotel is in the back alley, there were sufficient lights during the night so that the walk back to the hotel from the MRT station did not seem scary or eerie.

The hotel provided decent breakfast with the option of either Chinese or Western style.
Overall, this hotel was pleasant because it was very clean and it was very new.

Convenient location, close to MRT & restaurants.

The hotel staff especially the females were extremely helpful. With their help we rented a car with a driver for 8 hours for sightseeing and our rides to/from the airport. Cost was NT$2,000 (U$66) round trip. They even let me use their computer for online check in when the lobby computer was not working and lent me an umbrella. Staff accompanied us to 7/11 down the street to purchase train tickets. Overall comfort, location and the breakfast included was good. It is a 100% non-smoking hotel, small, clean and efficiently run. Choice of a set menu of Chinese or Western breakfast with a slight variation each day. I will stay here on my next visit.

It's inside a small lane, quiet and only about 10 min walk from the nearest MTR station, The lobby is uniquely decorated not only with a sense of relax but the smell as well. The Deluxe Double room size is moderate, but the bathroom is exceptionally big. It has a Japanese style bathtub big enough for two adults - excellent for honeymoon couple. The breakfast is a set meal with the choice of either western or eastern - freshly cooked and well arranged. I must say the lady staff behind the desk is very well trained with good manner, patient and willingness to answer your needs to ensure that every guest has a comfortable stay with them. Highly recommended and I'll return.

Nice hotel, clean room, contemporary design, nice bathroom with a rain shower head. Plenty of hotel room perks including; toothbrushes, hairbrush, shampoo and body wash dispenser in shower, bottled water and electric teapot (with instant coffee, tea, and milk tea), small fridge, and an electronic safe. The only draw back for me was that the walls seemed paper thin, could here everything happening in the hallway and the windows in our room where pointless, they just faced a break wall, could be a perk for those that don't care for natural sun light, but other then that very pleasant stay.

スタッフもフレンドリーで部屋も清潔でした。
トイレの紙をゴミ箱に捨てなければならないのは、どうもなれません。上手い改善方法があるといいんですが...あと、ウォシュレットが付いていれば申し分ないのですが、これは普段日本に住んでいるから感じるだけですね。

とても良いホテルだと思います。

ここは場所も便利で、近くにはコンビニ、生活雑貨店、小さな夜市まであり食べることには困りません。、地下鉄の駅も徒歩圏内。環境は言うことないです。
部屋も広くてゆっくりできます。洗面の水圧も温度も満足です。スタッフの皆さんも日本語ができるので助かります。ワンフロアに5部屋くらいなのもいいです。
テレビはスポーツチャンネル多く、スポーツに興味がないのでつまらなかった。沢山チャンネルがあるが、同じような報道とバラエティーチャンネルで、ドラマ専門チャンネルが無い。できれば時代劇チャンネルがあると嬉しい。
部屋に欲しいものとしては、洗面台近くにゴミ箱ともう一つ灯りでしょうか。少し暗いですね。洗面所にも窓がありますが、天気が悪いとやはり灯りが欲しいです。
音に関しては、人の出入り、廊下でのおしゃべりや隣の声などは許せる範囲です。客室ドアには注意書き(10時以降は静かにと)もあるからでしょうか、夜は静かです。ただ、夜中に何回かけっこう大きな物音がし、スタッフにそれを伝えて対処しますと言われましたが、結局5泊中毎晩のことでした。家族全員が経験しました。
室内の清潔のために食べ物持ち込まないようにあるのには納得しました。
このモノ音さえなければとても良いホテルでまたお世話になりたいです。

ホテルの場所と入口が、分かりずらかった。
それ以外は、快適でした。夜市にも近かったので。
次回は、場所も分かったので街を散策したいです。

4泊の利用でしたが、ほぼ気持ち良く過ごせました

他の方の口コミにもありましたが、隣室や廊下で大きな声を出されるとかなり響きます
構造上の事なので仕方がないと思います

お願いとして〝お静かに〟的なメッセージが部屋のドアに貼ってありましたので、宿泊される方はその点に気をつけられると皆が気持ち良く過ごせると思います

私は、念の為耳栓を準備していたので、深夜の大きな声^_^;でも眠れました
次の晩も同様であればスタッフの方にお伝えしようかと思っていましたが、一晩だけでしたので伝えませんでした

コインランドリー、サービスのコーヒー・水・スナック菓子・カップ麺などがありました
日本語がわかる方もいらっしゃいましたが、時間帯ではいらっしゃらないこともあるようでした

シャワーの水圧はバッチリでしたが、排水管が細いのか排水がやや悪いように感じました
まめにお湯を止めれば問題なく使えました

すぐ近くにコンビニもあり、静かな割には治安も悪くないように感じました
また利用したいと思えるホテルでした
