Although a little distance from the town centre, the apartment was only a few minutes walk to train, tram and bus stops, so it was very convenient. Hofer (Aldi) supermarket across the road and plenty of restaurants and takeaways nearby.

Great apartment. conveniently located to the trams and buses. lots of grocery stores, restaurants and great bakeries. Staff in office were so friendly and kind. I would definitely stay there again. Ejoyed having breakfast on the balcony.

Great spot

Good sized, well laid out, clean apartment near to Vienna city. About a 5 min walk from train/tram/underground so you can be in central Vienna or Donau Insel quickly. Hosts were very quick at answering any queries we had.plenty of shops nearby.

Spacious. Lots of storage and hanging in each bedroom. Immaculate bathroom and appreciate that the toilet and shower were in two separate areas so facilities could be used separately by different individuals. Well stocked kitchen so we cooked a couple meals but a cutting board would have been great. 5 mins from train station and there’s two big supermarkets there too.

Amazing! Sparkling clean, modern and luxe. So much better than a simple ‘hotel’. Everything included (and more). So if you want to roll out of your place and walk to old stadt look for their city property. Tho if you’ve already done that and want to explore further afield - it’s perfect. It’s on the outskirts of Vienna - right next to the super convienent to Floridsdorf station. We used it for simple exploring of the Stadtpark (14min train), Heurigers (15min tranfer), and Prater (10min). In the sleek, modern cabentry and built-in’s there’s a washer/dryer, fully supplied kitchen, sleek bath, separate shower and soaking tub, separate commode w/ bidet, 2 , balconies (one with table/chairs for coffee or evening wine) - two large HD TVs w/ internet apps like Netflix, Prime, etc. -the company completes hospitality with may other thoughtful little amenities. Arriving - they have Nespresso for 3-4 days, tea bags, creamers, sugar, a 1.5l sparkling water, juice and a small local soda. They included a few laundry pods, dishwasher pods... and come change towels in the morning. So convenient - Spar, Aldi & Lidl within 3min walk. Tasty local restaurants for take-away or divining in after a long day touring. the room and building are sparkling clean. Stay here - this company caress about you having a pleasurable and value packed stay. Awesome!

We have stayed at many apartments elsewhere and these were probably the best. Everything is new or almost new. Really easy check in, they send you an email with a code and a card drops out so you can enter. VERY close to the metro, supermarkets and a fabulous deli. the only drawback was there was very limited cooking utensils, three pots was it. We made it work and would highly recommend

Well communicated with manager as we arrived earlier and wrote a email if the apartment was available, we received the email within 15 mins.
Apartment was bigger than we expected and all equipment was so awesome and clean. we were impressed with the gym as well.
Don't hesitant to book this hotel, there are 2 supermarkets nearly. only 20 mins by public transport to centre of Vienna. I will come back again.

Apartment was a home away from home. So cosy and inviting with amazing bathroom and such a comfy bed. The balcony also wonderful.

The area is well located.. local has supermarkets and a quick walk from links into the city... Cant recommendation it enough. I am certainly going back.

Great 1 bedroom apartment with living room dining area and kitchen. It beats staying in a hotel room. The overall condition was excellent. You are given complimentary coffee and sweets when you first arrive and a few drinks in the refrigerator. It is not located directly in the center but it is walking distance to public transportation, which is very easy to use. I would definitely recommend staying here. Coming back after a long day of walking and coming home to a spacious apartment as opposed to a tiny hotel room really makes a difference.

Lovely clean apartment, very helpful and good English speaking staff. Highly recommended, only downside for me was the city centre was a little far, but saying that, trams and trains run regularly . Lots of local shops and restaurants. *****

Spacious, attention to detail, great amenities

It's like this space thought of everything. Comfortable bed, black out curtains, huge bathroom, hair dryer, temp control, washing machine (with soap), wifi (portable and within unit), kitchen, beautiful balcony - it was a great way to end our Europe trip! The location is on the other side of the Danube away from the old city centre, but still has enough attractions and getting across is no big issue. The manager was very helpful and friendly - great communication and check-in/out was a breeze. Would stay again!

A great location with easy access to the Danube river, and nearby activity sites such as boat rentals or parks in walking distance. Also very close to a SPAR supermarket and public transit (tram/subway) station in walking distance. The management here is very helpful with anything that may arise and clearly wants to make the best experience possible. Apartments are equipped with appliances that make it comfortable to stay with family for a long period.

My stay at the 1-Bedroom Penhouse

We stayed in the 1-Bedroom Penthouse apartment. It was as comfy as home - very clean, enormous bathroom; a small separate room with a toilet; large bedroom with beautiful electronically driven roof windows; and a combined living+dining room+kitchen. The kitchen was even better equipped than mine at home :) We had a small table on the balcony and spent most of our time enjoying the city view from there. Floridsdorf is quiet and in my opinion one of the most expensive neighborhoods in Vienna - a bit far from the center, but definitely the place where you would like to live.

Noisy Accommodations

We were looking forward to our stay here. Generally, the apartment was fine. However, the condition of the upholstered sofa and chairs was so poor (obvious stains) that I took photos when we checked in to make sure we were not charged any damages. As well, we saw that covered patio space and thought it would be a great place to hang out, drink coffee, read, etc. Really not the case. The road the apartment is located on is filled with traffic throughout the day and night. We couldn't enjoy the space because of the noise. As well, we tried to use the workout facilities on the top floor. Not only was the workout room not air-conditioned (and it was 35C when we were there), but the patio on the top floor was useless - there was no seating. A nice view of Vienna though. Additionally, the air conditioning would not move below 22.5C after the first day when the maid came in to clean (even though we had it set for 20C). The management need to provide door tags to allow guests the option of not having their roomed serviced. The maid supposedly rings the doorbell, but certainly doesn't knock, when she comes in. Management says the doorbell is quiet. Uh, fix it so it is louder? Provide door tags? Parking is tight in the basement lot. While there are places to eat nearby, many of these restaurants were closed in August because owners were on vacation. Good supermarket a block away. The neighborhood is in a transitional area.

Clean, bright & everything you need!

We stayed at the Vienna Grand Apartments Danube for 4 nights in July, 2017. We were 3 adults in a two bedroom suite (501). The apartment is wonderful, very clean with hardwood floors, bright with lots of windows that open for fresh air if preferred. The AC works great. We had a nice balcony in the back - very quiet and private. The internet is fast and works on the balcony. There is an ongoing supply of Nespresso, and a nice welcoming gift of water, wine and beer in the fridge. Fresh flowers in rooms and apples on kitchen table were a nice touch. The kitchen has everything you need, including a toaster, microwave & kettle. We also made good use of the dish washer & washer/dryer. The lighting in all the rooms is excellent and the beds are vey comfortable with a variety of pillow choices. There is a grocery store, bakery and restaurants near by. This hotel is close to the main station. We took the train from innsbruck, and had no problem transferring to the city train (Utrain) right to the hotel. It is no more than 10 minutes and easy to find (It's just one street away - walking straight forward passing the tram tracks, cross the street to out of the station and through the tunnel mall the the street the hotel is located on (to the left). We purchased a 72 hour pass and were able to use all modes of transportation and go anywhere we wanted. Downtown takes no more than 15-20 minutes. You will not be disappointed here. Enjoy!

This is a premium apartment with its own open balcony and designer room. Everything is included, including beer and champagne which I do not drink and plenty of free premium coffee. Great value. Check in very late and all was done with no problem. Highly recommend for all travellers

A great option for longer stays and families

We really enjoyed our stay at the Vienna Grand Apartments. The staff was amazing. They were friendly, nice and flexible for us. The apartment was spacious and well laid out, with everything you'd need to move in. The housekeeping was great, and covered all the little things, like having fluffy towels, refreshing the coffee every day, and fresh flowers in the room.

The location is a bit out of town, and it's in somewhat of a suburban business area. So, it shuts down at night, and it's not a really walkable neighborhood. It is very close to the train, and from door to the inner town area took about 15 minutes. The price reflected the additional commute, and it really wasn't an issue.

I would definitely stay there again, and recommend it highly.

First of all thanks to Milo and Christoph for their help.
Room was very usefull.They think everything that you can need and put to the home. Iron - Dishwasher - Washing machine (Their tablets for cleaning) etc. Balcony is wonderful.
We have child and this room has no any dangereous things for him.
Also there is a Turkish Restaurant under the hotel and this is also awesome. Their breakfast and all other things amazing. also they make discount for hotel customers.Restaurant staff also excellent they help everytime.
Cleaning is good everyday someone clean our room.
Just 500 meter away there is children park so u can take your children to that place and he can play.
We have car so we park to the hotel garage that is make you more comfortable when you think parking problem for other hotels.

Not a 5 Star apartment

Although the apartment itself was reasonably nice, it was not particularly comfortable. It had nice kitchen amenities but the couches were not comfortable nor inviting and the bed was on the stiff-side. Additionally, the wifi only worked in the smaller bedroom and the living room area and not in the master bedroom. The bigger issue is that it is 20 minutes by taxi outside of the tourist areas of Vienna so plan on spending 40+ euro to get there and back. Also it is in a rather, \"shady\" area. Out walking at night I felt like I was in a rough neighborhood and was confronted by numerous homeless people for money. One man, who was covered in blood even lunged at me like he was going to steal my bags of groceries that I had bought at a nearby gas-station. I avoided a situation having travelled extensively in impoverished communities, but I would not recommend this area if you plan on walking around at night. And I feel very mislead that this was articulated as a 5-star apartment. I've stayed in real 5 Star locations - eg Four Seasons around the world, Autograph collection hotels and places like Villa D'este and this felt more like a Hometown Suites hotel in the US. Overall was very disappointed.
