Room was uptated but still not ok. Bed was a too hard for us. Breakfast was ok. Pool area with children fasilities were ok. Hotel area need maintenance e.g. lose tiles, plantations etc. At lest part of the service staff did not speak English. Total experience was under expetations. We would not go there again.

Great property for families looking for a nice resort close to the beach in Ao Nang. Big spacious lobby. Huge breakfast included. Several pools. Spacious family room with nice comfy beds. Close to massages, shops, restaurants and street food. Plenty of excursions to do in the area too. Recommend for families.

Loved everything about this hotel. Our only small problem was the floors can be slippery when wet, and the people above us were very noisey at night, other than that it was a fabulous 14 nights. Close to beach, markets, shops. Will definitely be back

Good location for the beach and shops and a great breakfast. Pools were clean, rooms well air conditioned and we received a warm welcome on arrival, however rest of staff lacked the warmth that we found elsewhere on our stay in Thailand. I would still recommend though for a stay.

Great service however surrounded by insects

The resort itself is amazing and so is the service. When we checked in we were given rooms on the ground floor which suffered from a bad odour as well as from lizards on the wall inside the room.
We notified the reception and were offered a change the following day. The new room was good and better however we kept having issues with the door not opening and had to call reception several times for help.
The pool is very nice and so is the location.

Ok hotel and customer service is basic

Overall hotel was OK. Wouldn’t recommend nor would stay again. There was a bad smell in the room the whole of the stay (bad being an undertanrement). Addressed the staff about this and they sprayed a nice room spray one day but the smell remained. Might I comment we had two rooms at the hotel and both stank badly. Tea refills and shampoos never refilled properly in the room. Nice pools. Staff was very unfhelpful and mostly unfriendly. Breakfast not suitable for vegetarians at all or those seeking halal food. Pork was mixed in our vegetarian omelette and besides the omlette everything contained chicken or pork except for the fruit and bread! When we complained to the manager about the pork in our omelette she didn’t react at all sypathetic and was frankly quite rude. However I think she realised this after and sent fruit platters to our rooms and also later apologised but one of the fruit platters was delivered to the wrong room so we only ever saw the one. Rooms were decorated well but bathrooms outdated. The hotel however did accommodate to our early arrival/check although we did have to wait an hour in the lobby (unairconditioned lobby) before the rooms were ready. Welcome drinks were nice.

Save your time and money don't stay here

The Expedia ap rates this hotel as a 4.0 out of 5 and the photo looks like a pleasant location for a vacation. When you arrive there are several workers at the front of the hotel and they just stand around and don't offer to take your bags so you bring them in yourself. Apparently the hotel was very popular with Thai people 10 years ago but the hotel is now old and outdated with an archaic appearance. We checked in early and stayed for 10 minutes before we decided to check out before the actual check-in time of 2 pm. The room was old, dark, with a safety deposit box that is made of wood and has a large and bulky portable steel lock. This did not seem like a safe way to store our valuables. Because we could not get adequate wifi access in the room to call Expedia to cancel the booking we went to the front lobby to cancel and decided it was better to check-out before the check-in time. However they would not offer a refund \"because of policy\". So if there are any issues there is no possibility of getting a refund at all. The hotel is maybe a 2.5 out of 4. We then went to Beyond Krabi resort after this which is also advertised as a 4.0 out of 5. However comparatively Beyond Krabi is more like a 10 out of 5 when compared to the Krabi Thai village. Save your time and money don't check-in to the Krabi Thai village as the advertising is false.

Nice spacious hotel short walk to beach

Hotel is great and spacious. Staff very friendly and approachable and very welcoming. About 5-10 mins walk to Aonang beach. The downfall was the food due to having the same options daily and bland however there is plenty of eateries close by. I would recommend this hotel to friends and family and would visit again.

Nice hotel away from the noise

Second time I've stayed here, the last 5 years ago. Rooms very comfortable. Needs new towels and shower heads need de-scaling. The bath had no plug. The bar staff were very lazy preferring to play games rather than offer service around the pool area during the day.

Terrible Krabi Hotel

The hotel itself was ok. But it was very badly maintained. Our room was dusty and smelt bad. We had insects in oyr bed and the shèets had stains on them. The manager was increadibly dismissive and sarcastic. After 3 complaints we We were after many complaints to a cleaner room and with a working phone. The room on the website does not look like the room we were in.. they advertise the honeymoon suite as delux room. They add 10 % service charges to all meals and drinks but the staff do not receive it as a tip. The charge goes to the hotel. Staff are very unfriendly...i assume that this is due to how they are treated and the fact that they never recieve gratuity as it is assumed that the service charge goes to them.
The hotel is rated as a 4star but the most I would rate it is a 2! The continental breakfast buffet is also very basic. We ended up paying for breakfast elsewhere or eating the thai breakfast instead. Their Thai menu is very reasonable and taste and quality is good. This is one compliment I would give the hotel.
The rates the travel agent charges at the hotel is exaggerated to 3 times the cost that you would spend at the kiosk agents 500m away or in the main road. The hotel is a 20min walk from the beach.

The staff need tlc. So once you are kind to them and tip them...they do go out of their way. Even tip the cleaner...they need the money and you can see the difference it makes

Nice place but understaffed

Wifi was no included even though it stated that it was include in the package on Expedia. not a huge deal for me because my trip was a mini getaway with friends so internet wasn't a necessity...I was a bit ticked off and felt like I was lied to though. Overall the place was nice and the rooms are wasn't spacious. When we checked in, there were dead moths in the tub though.

Beautiful hotel, little bit away from the action, but this isn't a bad thing! Only a 5-10 minute walk away. Loved it. Wifi is ridiculous expensive, at 1250 baht a week. Free wifi in lobby.

Staff are rude and incompetent. While we were there, a friend passed away, and my husband went to the bar (the only place with free wifi) to talk to his friends husband. He sat and had two beers (2 for 1 happy hour). Paid cash. We were then chased as we were leaving the hotel for dinner like criminals and ordered to pay more. We explained what had happened. When we returned that night, they harassed us again, saying he had drank four beers in 30 minutes. The one waitress was screaming at the others in thai that we were stealing. Another waitress speaks fluent English, and she sorted it out.

The hotel bookings clerk for tours, could not take visa, so we cancelled our trips booked with her and booked them in the town where we could use visa. We waited for one tr to pick us up, and they never showed. After calling the agent, we discovered the hotel bookings clerk sent them away saying we cancelled, while we were sitting right there!

Buffet breakfast is very average compared to others had in much cheaper hotels in Thailand.

not pleasant experience at all

This is my third attemp to put this review. I don't understand why this has been rejected twice to be put. Here is what I wrote previously.

1. This hotel didn't know we were coming and they got us room after a short waiting. We were lucky it wasn't full.
2. This hotel has a few 3 story buildings without any elevators. It didn't bother us but it could be a problem for some guests.
3. Our room was beautiful and so clean but I found the front door had 2 to 3 cm gap without any door frame at the bottom and lots of bugs came in at night. All other rooms had same structure. Front desk sent 2 guys with towels and bug sprays. blocked the gap with towels and sprayed around.
4. Bed sheets were clean but somehow it was a bit damp and it was very uncomfortable. We got new sheets for next night but it was same. Clean but damp.
5. This hotel has 2 pretty big pools but the chairs are too close to each other and very crowed. We are non smokers and couldn't find any spot that sigarette smoke didn't bother us.
6. Hotel staffs had very cold or bored look on their faces and hardly smiled to customers.
7. Breakfast at this hotel was far below the average. Food was either dried out or empty. I couldn't even drink their coffee because it tasted like an old soy sauce. The restaurant was full with mosquitos.

Hotel was alright. Booked a deluxe room, was the same as our friends room which was a double.
Nice swim up bar, breakfast ok, nothing special. Power went out for 9 hours one day, we were told this the night before.
Service at bar during happy hour was terrible, better off walking to main street and getting a drink there.
Very little to see on television, either bring DVD's or don't bother with TV at all.

My main dislike iof this hotel was that it was very large with significant walking to our room and two flights of stairs (all open air with no airconditioning). I also didnt care for the fact that the only free wifi is in a small fraction of the open air lobby that is hot and infested with mosquito. to use wifi in the room is extra $. The pools are very large and so is the jungle setting. The rooms are comfortable but definitely have a dated look.

Wonderfully quiet

Although it didn't start very well (check-in desk didn't have our booking from Hotel.com and we had to go to the back office to print out our confirmation) we actually had a wonderful stay at Krabi Thai Village Resort. The hotel is a little dated but still in good condition. The hotel buildings are set in a superb garden, with some big, fragrant trees which give a \"jungly\" feel to the place...it was absolutely wonderful to wake up to the sound of birds. The place was wonderfully quiet and relaxing (end April). We stayed in an executive room on the third floor (each building only has three floors); the room was spacious and clean (special mention for the windows), although a little dated...still it was comfortable and really pleasant. For those with limited mobility, be aware that there is no elevator in the hotel and that the only access to executive rooms is by using the staircase. Breakfast was good and there was a wide range of things to chose from; the hotel also makes an effort to provide different dishes every day which is nice. Beds are firm and some might feel that they are a little hard. Ao Nang is only a few minutes walk from the hotel, but it is along a (sometimes) busy road and there is no side walk, so it can be quite dangerous. To sum it up, we really enjoyed our stay there, and would certainly recommend the hotel which is great value for money, especially if you score a good rate.

Plesant stay at Krabi Thai Village resort.

We went to Krabi Thai Village for four days, and booked two rooms for ourselves (2 adults and 2 children aged 12 and 14). The resort has great swimming pools (one even serves as a quiet pool), a wet bar and is very nicely laid out in a big garden setting. It is a 10 minute walk to the beach, and the small restaurants and massage service across the street are of reasonable quality.

Rooms are nice, clean and well air-conditioned with private balconies although a little dark for some peoples' taste. The breakfast buffet is so-so, although the choice is quite varied with both Thai, Chinese and Western options.

Only OK!

Check in lady was very rude which put me off this hotel straight away, only a few of the staff were helpful & polite, like other reviews there's notices up everywhere about 'extra charges' which doesn't help. You have to pay for WIFI in the rooms unlike other hotels of the same rating. The rooms were of a good size and were cleaned well. They only provide you water in glass bottles that you have to leave in the room to get refills and again, if you don't you get charged. Nothing too bad to report just didn't feel as content here as the previous hotels. The street leading up the main town is horrendous but hired a ped to get to it for about £4 for 24 hours which is good, Ao Nang town is fab, would probably try and stay a little closer next time.

We stayed 5 nights in November. Hotel is a 10 minute walk from the town centre but very cheap tuk tuk ride. Good restaurants across the road. Room was clean and comfortable. Air con worked well. Very helpful staff and excellent service. We bought our day trip tickets from the lobby, and the reception staff arranged our airport transfers. Would definitely stay again if in the area.

Good hotel with everything you need

Arrived @ Krabi Thai village by ferry from Phi Phi Island where transport was waiting to take us to the hotel. On arrival we were given a drink & refreshing face towel & shown to our room. As it was our honeymoon the hotel had upgraded us & had decorated our 4 poster bed with petals which was a nice touch. Hotel is a bit dated but everywhere was clean & staff very friendly. The staff @ the pool bar were really good. Food & drinks were very good price too. Swimming pools were clean & well kept. The hotel does have a private beach which we weren't told about but found out from another guest on our last day. There are some excellent restaurants just across the road which we ate in - Bussaba & Carnivore. The main drag is only a 5 min walk away.

Great location, beautiful grounds, bad service

This hotel is beautiful. It is lush and the rooms are nice. We decided to stay here because it is walking distance to the beach but it is in no way \"on\" the beach like it claims. The rates were decent for what we got but the service was so horrible. We were given wrong information several times and nobody seems happy there. I know it's not an English speaking country but for a huge tourist resort with nothing but Europeans and Americans, we were so surprised with how difficult it was to communicate with the staff. The front desk staff barely spoke English and trying to communicate with them about our reservations was like pulling teeth. We had much better service, more smiles and FREE wifi in the tiny little hostels we stayed elsewhere in thailand. Our cleaning lady was so annoyed when we told her we didn't need our room cleaned, it made us uncomfortable. Food is good but overpriced like a typical resort. Aside from the small frustrations, we enjoyed our stay. Not sure that we would stay there again for the price, we would probably do our research and stay in something more intimate with better service.

Super relaxing getaway

We arrived at the hotel after a 12 hour trip and were instantly happy with our choice. The building was breath taking, the staff were so friendly and the welcome drinks were a nice touch. I thought we couldn't be happier then we saw our room, it was amazing. There were dark woods, colourful features, a huge comfy bed (with welcome flowers), huge pool view balcony and a large clean bathroom. The hotel had 3 swimming pools, one with a large swim up pool bar, great food & drinks on site, a bar and a small shop inside the main reception area. There are 6 restaurants and a small supermarket found opposite the hotel (make sure you visit Carnivore and Bussaba Thai restaurants). The main street is a 5 min walk from the hotel and 10 mins will take you to Ao Nang beach front. The hotel can also arrange day trips and transfers. It will cost a little more than those found on the main street but it’s really straightforward. A top hotel and location and I would happily recommend it to a friend.

A great location in Krabi

The hotel had everything you needed and could help you with any little query you had about the Krabi area. The rooms were big and comfy, with fresh towels everyday. The pool area is vast with about 3 swimming pools to be used and plenty of sunbeds to relax on. The bar area and restaurant is big and spacious with a wide selection at breakfast time. Overall a great hotel for the price and only a short 5-10min walk into the main Krabi beach area where all the restaurants and shops are located. Defo worth staying here if you want to save money but still be in a central location.

This hotel is absolutely superb. The staff are so friendly, helpful and caring. The rooms and grounds were always exceptionally clean and all the staff and cleaners or maintainable workers were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is a 5-10 minute walk from all the action which is perfect as can enjoy the hustle and the calm. Some nice restaurants just over the road if want a lazy night. I really can not recommend this hotel enough and will definitely come back. Such a high standard in every way. Thank you for making Thailand the best place I have ever been to.

Just came back from Krabi. Hotel is Ok, acceptable but not too fantastic. Free Wifi only available at lounge area. Overall is clean. Strange toilet / bathroom design where door lock was not available and there is a window that can be opened from the bedroom and can have a full view on whoever is bathing. Privacy is not available in this sense. Good for couple but not so for family or just friends staying together.Breakfast option is very limited though not too bad. The placeis big and nice but just too quiet.

We were a family of 5, 3 adults, two children, and stayed for one week. It was quiet (before half term) but the staff were friendly and very helpful. They gave us several very good restaurant recommendations very close by and we were never disappointed! The rooms were a good size, the pools great and the surroundings beautiful! Krabi Thai Village will satisfy your needs

My wife and i just returned from staying a week at Thai Village and we were moderately pleased. The hotel itself is very nice, the rooms and grounds are in good condition and are nice. I booked this place mostly because unlike many hotels in thailand, this one could guarantee a king size bed. The bed turned out to be hard as a rock and we barley slept, but we complained and they bought us a very thick mattress topper the next day so we were happy. The hotel is a bit away from downtown and it is about a 10 minute walk, so just keep that in mind. The restaurant is nothing special and a bit overpriced and the breakfast buffet is very basic, but it will fill you up. The staff does not speak english very well so be patient with trying to communicate with them. Overall this is a nice place to stay, but it is a bit inconvenient and I would recommend staying closer to the beach, but it was a pleasant, quiet stay in a very nice, safe area.

Amazing swimming pools

We think this was possibly the nicest hotel at Ao Nang Beach near Krabi. About a 10 min easy walk into town. Great shopping and lots of choice for day trips. Some nice places to eat over the road. Amazing swimming pools. We loved our stay there.

The quaity and service from hotel was very quick as we attended during low season, so not surew whether same during high seaon. The rooms are very spacious, they are lighly dates but very well decorated. The hotel is located on a hill and is about 5 mnute walk from local shops et which is fine dring day but at night time this can be walked but beware of trafiic or take a tuk-tuk. A must is to visit local hilltop bar / restaurant which gives incredible view and a free shuttle service is offered from hotel even though short distance

Great resort for all to enjoy

From the moment you step into the resort everything is more than satisfactory. The staff are friendly and helpfull. Its location is only a short walk( 10 minutes) to the main beach front road, or you can catch a tuk tuk for only 30 bar per person.
The only negative thing is that if you want to use the wireless internet on a daily basis it works out expensive.

Only three stars? deserves four!

Wow, this hotel looks better in real life than the pictures (very rare) A stunning foyer which takes your breath away. Beautiful buildings and native plants and 3 pools. I have stayed in other three star hotels in Thailand with a lot less class. Hard to believe it does not have four star rating.

We stayed in one of the lower priced rooms and it was amazing. Beds are nice and soft with good pillows and quiet rooms.

One of the best in Krabi

The Krabi Thai Village Resort is fabulous. Impressive and well maintained. Manicured gardens, 3 beautiful pools with a swim up bar, pool and play area for the kids.The artificial grass around the pool gets hot. Our executive room was on the ground floor with pool views so we were lucky as the hotel accommodation has 3 floors & no lift. The porters will handle your bags so this might help if you are on the upper floors. People we spoke to who were didn't complain. We were also lucky to get the bed configuration we wanted being 2 queens and getting your preferred bedding is never guaranteed at any hotel even if you selected the preference when booking.We were there in the low season which was a great time to go.
The wifi is charged for at around $50 AUD for 1 week or around $10 AUD daily. The connection was not reliable. We had breakfast included and had no complaints with the usual selections available in a full buffet style.The staff and service was very good.There is a walk into Ao Nang beach,shops restaurants,night life. We never had a problem with that and if we didn't feel like the walk or it was too hot a local tuk tuk was between 40 & 60 baht which based on the rate exchange of the day was about $1.80 AUD. During our stay we looked at the hotels along the beach front of Ao Nang and we were satisfied we had made a very good choice in the Krabi Thai Resort.

We'll go back again

We had an awesome time here. Everyone was always nice. They even have a bunch of DVDs at the front desk that you can rent for free for the rainy days or if you just feel like hanging out in your room.

It's a short 10 min. walk to the beach and main market area. Seemed scary at first but once you get to know the area it's perfectly normal. There are a few restaurants just across the street from the hotel and a few massage places that are good and cheap. Way cheaper than the resorts spa. The hotels restaurant was good and priced about average. But of course not as cheap as the local Thai restaurants.

The hotel is in a good location because it's away from the main street but close enough to walk.

Good value hotel, enough choice at breakfast for all tastes. Good sized room with fridge and tea/coffee facilities.Beds very firm. Only 3 floors but no lifts so may not suit all. Lovely pool area with plenty of towels. Staff in all areas helpful.

Excellant hotel.

Very nice hotel in pleasant, quiet grounds. Lovely swimming pool & lounging areas. AuNang village only 10 minute walk away ( or 20 BHT per person Tuk Tuk ride from outside hotel if your feeling lazy) & the beach & long tailed boats are all there for trips to the Islands etc.
The hotel staff are very accommodating, especially 'Ohn' (?) the Manager who is very much on the ball & most helpful.
Breakfast is good with the usual Buffett plus a good egg station for omelettes etc.
Altogether a good hotel, away from the street noise & markets of AuNang but close enough to use the many good local restaurants, beach etc if you want.
We would certainly use this hotel again.

Good Clean Hotel For the Price

Excellent Value for money to stay at this hotel, it is a little tired and runned down, but I have no complaints except that the beds are extremley hard and the road down to the the main beach is no good if you have kids, we went in and out of the hotel by tuk tuk. I would stay again without kids

Excellent place - we didn't wan't to be amidst shopping and disco rythms - yet not too distant - so location ideal. Short ride by tuc-tuc and you're there.

Looking at the interior I'd say hotel is more than 10 years old.

We'd stay at Krabi Thai Village Resort again, if we visit Ao Nang.

Excellent location for couples

Excellent location for couples and families; easy 10-15 minute stroll to the beach (no sea views from rooms) and even easier getting a tuk-tuk back. The hotel, built in 1999, is set on a hill so there are quite a few steps and no lift (rooms are on three floors) so not so good for anyone with mobility problems. But the grounds are lovely, three clean pools, good breakfast buffet selections and genuinely helpful and polite staff. Just be aware that when you sign for food and drinks to your room they don't give you your own docket to keep so the final bill at the end of your stay could come as a surprise. Worth getting an update from reception every few days if you're trying to stay within a set budget.

Nice, But Too Far From the Beach

In many ways the Krabi Thai Village Resort was quite nice. The room was large, clean, and fairly comfortable. Having a flower placed on the bed after the room was made up each day was a nice touch. The pool and grounds were were lovely. The television, however, came from a different era. It was very small with an extremely limited selection of English language channels.

For my wife and me, its location presented the biggest problem. It was about a twenty minute walk from the hotel to the beach. Under normal circumstances this would not be much of a problem. However, when returning after a morning at the beach and lunch, we found the walk in the early afternoon heat to be a bit much. The same walk in the evening from the restaurants along the water did not present a problem.

The staff was efficient and helpful. However, overall it lacked the warmth we found in other Thai hotels.

In summary, I would recommend this hotel to those who plan to use it as a base for going on tours and trips. However, if you plan to spend a great deal of time on the beach at Ao Nang, you may want to try a hotel that it a bit closer.

Alt var lækkert og prisen var lavere end hotellets standard.
Klart der er ting der kunne være bedre, men det er Thailand og i den sammenhæng er det super.

Vi kommer igen i løbet af denne rejse. Det ligger i en afstand fra stranden, som kan være det der trækker lidt ned, det er ikke bedste forhold for gående til stranden, men så er det heller ikke værre… gode restauranter overfor hotellet.

Wir waren schon dreimal hier und hatten das Hotel bisher als sehr gut befunden. Seit unserem letzten Aufenthalt wurde das Hotel teilweise renoviert. Außer der Tatsache, dass nun endlich ein Lift eingebaut wurde, wurde die Renovierung aber im Wesentlichen auf äußerliche Farbanstriche, einen anderen Frühstücksraum und neue Betten begrenzt. Speziell der bisherige schöne Frühstücksbereich wurde verlegt und ist nun ein eng bestuhlter und nüchterner Raum. Das wäre eigentlich alles nicht notwendig gewesen und damit ging dem Komplex und den Zimmern leider der authentisch, thailändische Charme verloren.
Die wirklich notwendigen Erneuerungen wurden dagegen bedauerlicherweise nicht angegangen
Das Zimmer war groß und hatte einen angenehm großen, zum Pool gerichteten Balkon. Das Waschbecken lag in einem Vorraum zwischen Zimmer und Bad/WC. Bad und Zimmer waren durch eine Holzjalousie getrennt, durch die jedes Geräusch (und Geruch) zum Bett drang. Das Bad selbst war ziemlich klein, hatte eine Badewanne, eine begehbare Dusche und ein WC. Alles war (trotz Renovierung) ziemlich abgewohnt, die Türen waren verrammelt. Nach wie vor ist so gut wie kein Kleiderschrank vorhanden, der immer noch mit einem Blockschloss zu schließende senkrecht angebrachte Safe ist unmöglich, der im „Kleiderschrank“ fixierte Föhn kann nicht am Waschbecken benutzt werden, am Waschbecken fehlt ein Schminkspiegel und für den Laptop ist weder eine Arbeitsfläche noch ein brauchbarer Stuhl vorhanden.

Ostimme tähän hotelliin hyvissä ajoin (noin 8kk etukäteen) huoneet ja samalla ostimme niin joulu- kuin uuden vuoden ateriat. Kun pääsimme hotelliin, näistä ei ollut heillä muka mitään tietoa, eivätkä suostuneet asiaa selvittämään. Jouduimme itse selvittämään asiaa. Onneksi Hotels.com on osaavaa ja ihanaa henkilökuntaa saimme asian ratkaistua oikein.

Kuvittelimme olevamme hyvätasoisessa ja laadukkaassa hotellissa, mutta mielestämme hotelli oli keskitasoa. Hotellin henkilökunnasta ainoastaan autonkuljettajat, allaspojat sekä siivoojat olivat ystävällisiä. Muista sai hieman nyreän vaikutelman varsinkin ilmeisesti johtajattarelta, joka oli vihainen aina.

Juhla-ateriat olivat hintaan nähden todella pettymys, en ostaisi niitä toiste. Ohjelma ja menu muistutti molemmilla kerroilla toisia. Olen ollut maassa paremmissa aterioilla sekä juhlissa mitä nyt olin ostanut. Lisäksi jouluna jälkiruokapöydän anti loppui kesken.

Hotellin oma yksityinen merenranta oli myöskin todella pettymys: meidät kuljetettiin sinne, mikä oli mukavaa, mutta kun pääsimme perille, rannalla oli osittain rikkinäisiä aurinkotuoleja sekä muutama ehjä, jotka tietysti olivat varattuja. Rannan ravintolapalvelut olivat nolo esitys: pääosin epäsiistiä.

Thaimaan ihmiset ovat tähän asti olleet kokemuksena aurinkoisia ja iloisia, nyt koimme karvaan pettymyksen tässä hotellissa kun osa oli hyvin töykeitä ja nyrpeältä.

Aamupala oli hyvä ja riittävän vaihteleva. Huone oli siisti.

Miellyttävä hotelli, jossa mukava uima-allas. Huone tilava, puhdas ja kiva parveke. ilmainen pullovesi ja kahvit huoneessa. Aamiainen hyvä.

Huoneessa tyypilliseen Thaimaalaliseen tapaan joko liian kylmä ilmastoinnin takia tai llian kuuma, jos ilmastoinnin laittaa pois (tällöin tosin hiljaista myös!).

WC tilat on erotettu makuuhuoneesta avattavilla ikkunaluukuilla. Äänieristys siis olematon... :) Kylppäri muuten tilava ja mukava. suihkujen kanssa vähän säätämistä, ennenkuin veden sai sopivan lämpöiseksi.

Maksoin huoneesta noin 80€/yö -tähän hintaan mielestäni OK diili, mutta normaalihintaisena en pitäisi välttämättä mukavuuksia lisähinnan arvoisena.

広大な施設に大きなプールが配されており、リゾート感に溢れています。客室はリノベーションされていて快適でした。（但し、水まわり、電気系統は古い）また、客室棟の半分くらいはリノベーション中のようで、私が泊まった時はとても空いていました。
スタッフの対応は全体的に良かったです。ビーチまでは近くはないけど歩けます。
また、空港からのシャトルバスで「チャダ」と伝えたら全然違う場所で降ろされてしまいました。チェーンで他にもチャダホテルがあるようです。ですから「タイビレッジリゾート」と伝えた方が良いと思います。

無料？で情報を検索したり、電話できるスマホがお部屋に設置してありました。サービス良いなと感心したのですが、電源が入らず利用できませんでした。破損や充電ケーブル紛失の際の弁償料金がかいてあり、自分たちが壊したと思われたらと思うと少し気分が悪かったです。それがなければ何も問題なかったのですが。総合的には快適でした。

Die Mitarbeiter standen den ganzen Tag nur rum, meist in 4er Grüppchen.
Auf sauberkeit wurde auch nicht wirklich geachtet.

Ett hotell som inte e värt sina stjärnor, de va ofräscht runt och i poolen, stora vattenrutschbana avstängd i 2 dagar innan avstängning så upptäckte vi trasigt trappsteg, löst räcke högst upp. Kackerlackor på loftgång och i rummet. Personal jättedåliga på engelska, inte ens en barnmeny fanns de på hotellet. Men ett stort plus till städerskorna dom gjorde ett kanonjobb. Vi checkade ut 2 dagar tidigare än beräknat.

Hotellilla \"vesivahinko \" emme ensimmäisenä yönä saaneet huonetta varaamastamme hotellista vaan meidät vietiin groupin toiseen hotelliin. Hyvitykseksi tarjosivat bufet illallisen ja lähtiessämme kuljetuksen kentälle. Vaivaa kuitenkin asiasta oli eikä päässyt heti nauttimaan lomasta.

Ein Hotel um in tropischer Atmosphäre zu relaxen

Ich war nun schon zum dritten Mal hier, und finde es immer wieder paradiesisch. Das Hotel liegt am Hang etwa 10 Gehminuten von der Touristenpromenade entfernt.
Von den Balkons der Zimmer schaut man auf einen Palmen- und Tropengarten, in welchem sich drei Pools und ein Kinderpool befinden. Pool 1 ist kinderfreie Zone, Pool 2 mit Rutsche, Pool 3 mit integrierter Poolbar, Kinderpool mit kleiner Rutsche. Es stehen viele Liegen mit Sonnenschirmen zur Verfügung, Pooltücher werden bereitgestellt. In einigen Bereichen wirkte das Hotel etwas renovierungsbedürftig. Bei unserer Abreise wurde mit der stufenweisen Renovierung der Zimmer begonnen.
Die geräumigen Zimmer sind mit allem ausgestattet, was man sich wünschen kann. Auch die Einrichtung ist mit dunklem Holz im authentischen Stil gehalten. Die Betten sind hervorragend. Etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig sind die türlose Toilette, der nicht allzu geräumige Kleiderschrank und der senkrecht angebrachte in seiner Handhabung veraltete Safe. Alle Zimmer haben einen Balkon mit Sitzgelegenheit und Gestell zum Wäsche trocknen. Das WLAN ist neuerdings endlich kostenlos überall im Hotel verfügbar. Alles war sauber.
Das reichhaltige Frühstücksbuffet ist aufgeteilt in einen asiatischen und einen eher westlichen Geschmacksbereich. Es gab nach Wunsch frisch zubereitete Omeletten. Die 5 angebotenen Säfte waren allesamt furchtbar süß, eher farbiges Zuckerwasser, und nur 1:1 mit Wasser genießbar.

Saaie oude hotel ziet er op de foto's heel mooi uit maar zodra je er bent merk je aan veel dingen dat het oud is. Het zwembad zit zoveel chloor in dat het pijn doet aan je ogen. Het eten is duur terwijl het niet eens zo lekker is.

Vastaanotto oli hyvä ja asiakaspalvelu siellä hyvä. Allasalueen palvelu todella huonoa kaikinpuolin, ammattitaidotonta. Lakanoita vaihdettiin harvakseltaan. Huoneen ilmastointi piti kovaa meteliä. Huoneessa haisi home aika selvästi. Huonesiivous oli käytännössä pintapuolinen sutaisu. Aikansa elänyt huone joka kaipaa täyden remontin, pikakorjauksia tehty joka paikkaan. Hyvää oli aamupala ja huone oli katutasossa josta pääsi lyhyellä kävelyllä altaalle. Huone 805.

Schöne Anlage, Potential wird nicht ausgeschöpft.

13 Nächte, Badeferien in dieser eigentlich sehr schönen Anlage. Hat aber keine 4 Sterne verdient. Personal (obwohl zahlreich vorhanden) langweilt sich durch den Tag, anstatt die Gäste zu bedienen. Ein Management ist inexistent, jedenfalls habe ich nie einen \"chief of staff\" gesehen, der den Betrieb kontrolliert und die Qualität überwacht.
Das Restaurant kann ich nur vom Frühstücksbuffet her beurteilen. (Ist OK) Snack's am Pool: Na ja, bekomme ich an jedem Badikiosk. (Fertigpizza etc.)
Leider insgesamt enttäuschend. Man könnte definitiv mehr draus machen.
