Room was decent. Minus the German marching music on full blast at 6am from the breakfast area.
Might have been as my room was above it, However my partner was awoken out of her sleep and she’s hard of hearing… as that how loud it was.

Other than this the hotel was clean with friendly staff. The hotel is in a prime location for strolls down the beach/night market adventures.

Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Mountain View gebucht, was leider in keiner Weise der Realität entsprach. Vom Balkon blickte man direkt auf eine Hauswand, die nur etwa zwei Meter entfernt war, es gab also überhaupt keinen Ausblick. Auf unsere Nachfrage wurde uns gesagt, man habe ja ein kleines Fenster im Zimmer, durch das man hinausschauen könne. Diese Aussage empfanden wir als wenig professionell, da ein Fenster keinen gebuchten Mountain View ersetzt.

Zusätzlich lagen im Zimmer benutzte Latschen, was hygienisch absolut nicht akzeptabel ist. Die im Zimmer bereitgestellten Wasserflaschen waren sehr klein. Außerdem kam die Putzfrau meist erst am Nachmittag, was den Aufenthalt unpraktisch machte, da man sich tagsüber im Zimmer ausruhen oder fertig machen wollte.

Insgesamt entsprach der Aufenthalt nicht der Buchung und nicht unseren Erwartungen, insbesondere aufgrund der falschen Zimmerbeschreibung und des Umgangs mit unserer Beschwerde.

The hotel location was good and it served its purpose. However, the entire hotel seems like it is breaking apart. The wear and tear of the hotel is very bad and the fitness center needs an entire overhaul. Also, there was a lot of noise at night with people shouting and screaming in the hallways

Pool is lovely! Be sure to get a room pool view or attached pool! Staff are friendly, main lady at the front desk doesn’t mess around, abrupt but funny! Can be a little noisy at night. So convenient to walk anywhere on Ao Nang beach, many restaurants and bars. I was in room 203, don’t get that room. It’s at the top of the stairs, so lots of traffic and the sliding door is locked, but don’t close properly so I always had to keep my drapes closed so mosquitoes did not get in my room. The breakfast is decent lots of options Western and Thai. Rooms are very outdated but clean.

The hotel is ok, location is fabulous right on the beach. We had a deluxe room on the front of the hotel which were nice and spacious. The only bad is the reception staff , which I found very rude and aggressive. They didn’t really want to help you and weren’t nice to talk too. The cleaning staff were fab tho. It was close to everything, shops and restaurants. 10 min walk to Apnang beach and the main strip of shops.

Sea view room without sea view.

The building is old but not a problem. Only thing is my room says sea view but actually no sea view. The tree and the building in front of the hotel (across street) block 90% of the sea view. Other than that I am pretty happy with my stay with the price I pay. I hope the room description is more accurate. Thank you.

Disappointed to say, booked a superior room which was not what was advertised on the website of the hotel. The room I was given is adjoining the housekeeping room, which staff clearly started working in there from 6am, as I heard them chatting, doing washing etc... they also have an entrance as do I from the room to the verandah, which is also right next to the staff car park... the outlook on the veranda was a bunch of scooters, not a view of the beach, which is the main reason I booked this hotel room. I won't be staying here ever again.

Unfortunately this hotel has a river running at the rear and makes the whole of the outside area smell of sewage. We also arrived very early and were unable to access our room even though we offered to pay, they said our room was occupied and could only offer us a room at a cost of 5000 bht (approx £130), so of course we declined. The staff at reception seemed to take great delight in not allowing us to our room until dead on 2pm. Unfortunately we had already prepaid for 4 nights otherwise we would have looked elsewhere for accommodation. Would not recommend or stay here again

On arrival it was chaos, we were asked to email our booking confirmation to reception, and the chaos continued
We had booked a Superior Upgrade but were given a standard room instead, when we asked to view the Sea Breeze Superior room it was actually smaller than the Standard room.
On the Ground floor the Veranda facing the Jungle was smelly and the doors are difficult to operate
We could not connect to the WiFi
But overall the place is really nice, the bed comfortable and the staff really pleasant
A few improvements would make this stay awesome

Family friendly hotel close to beach and boats

We stayed for three weeks in sea view rooms after finding our original hotel was not completed and we wanted to be in Nopparat Thara. This hotel is very clean and the cleaning regime is very thorough and regular including poolside and other outdoor areas. 5 stars on this front. The maid service was excellent and other staff very helpful and friendly. The rooms are basic and in need of some drawers instead of 4 tables and an extra bed however they are spacious and would serve a family with young children easily. The breakfast is similar daily not always to European taste as the bakery is not fresh but the oriental choices were varied and quite tasty. On an evening it was very disappointing as our meal was inedible due to our "steak" being of dubious cut and quality and drenched in an unannounced orange sauce. We paid for that but did not return and it put us off ordering anything but sandwiches afterwards. The pool is cool and big with well trained staff, range of drinks and the coffee shop menu are good value with some delicious cocktails on offer. The mud slide was chocolate milkshake heaven. There is a fantastic and professional massage and beauty parlour opposite and various shops, street food vendors and convenience stores nearby We would stay here again and we rather liked the Luna Bar over the road...the music quietened down after the proprietor was asked by hoteliers in the area.

I think when your wifi does not work and you show no intention of doing something about it, it should be told before the booking is made.
Being told that its because of the "weather" to end the conversation is not the best thing. We had to go to the cafe on the other side of the street where the Wifi was A1 even when it was pourring rain.

Overall we were pleased with this hotel, rooms were cleaned daily and beds made, and all the amenities were provided for the level of hotel. The location was great as the hotel is opposite the Nopparat beach and it is convenient for taking the longtail boat to Railey beach. All was fine until the end of our stay when we were informed we could not have the key deposit back until housekeeping had checked the room. We have been to several countries around the world, and this was the first time we have come across this. I was not best pleased as I had a taxi transfer waiting and the driver was not prepared to wait, the reception staff were not helpful in this respect at all. The buffet breakfast was varied, and there are two swimming pools so plenty of space to swim around in.

Srisuksant Resort Ao Nang - very good hotel

Stayed here for 9 nights in December 2015. Very impressed with the Hotel. The staff were really friendly and helpful, most of them spoke a little English and they were very willing to help with our requests. The hotel is literally across the road from the beach and the beach was lovely, Srisuksant also provide beach towels at no additional charge. There is also a safe box for valuable items again at no additional charge. The hotel has free Wi-Fi. The room was very clean and benefitted from air con, a must in my opinion. We had a bed and breakfast package and the buffet style breakfast was varied and very good and served between 7 am - 10 am. Our room had a balcony which was lovely, the room was fairly close to the road but noise was not a problem.
The hotel is situated approx. 15 minutes walk from the centre of Ao Nang, restaurants, bars, shops and massage places can be found all along the street and in the immediate area.
Great location, nice hotel, lovely people, I would stay here again.

Will not stay again, very bad experience

We booked 2 rooms for 3nights. The hotel did not give us the booked rooms as described in the order confirmation. We complained but they told the hotel is fully booked. Instead they gave us a rooms with bathroom and sink that was stuck. We complained and changed rooms after the first night.
The rooms on the second night were even worst than the first because the mechanical noise from the air conditioning were so loud, we could not sleep at night. We complained again after the second night, the hotel finally gave us the rooms originally described in the booking confirmation.
Our family holidays is totally spoilt by this experience and will not stay there in the future.

Nice, affordable hotel, just across from the beach

We liked Srisuksant Resort. It is close to the main Ao Nang area (5 min walk) and just across the street from Noppharat Thara Beach. Good food, convenience stores, taxis and tuk tuks are practically at it's doorstep. Our hotel room was clean, although the shower tile grout could use a deep clean. Air con and wifi worked perfectly and beds were comfortable. The pool is very nice and the staff were friendly.

1st room we were given on the ground floor had a weird smell. After the first night we were given a room on the top floor which was a little more comfortable. However, generally we found the staff to have poor English and the manager of the hotel was rude when I pointed out that I was unhappy with our first room.

Great Stay in Krabi

The location of this resort is ideal for tourist on holiday who don't want to be too close but not too far away to the happening center of Ao Nang where shops, restaurants and pubs are (estimated 10 mins walk). There are minimarts just next to the Resort as well. The Resort area is quiet enough for us to have a pleasant stay and it is right by the beach (just walk across the street from the lobby area to reach Noppharat beach). The pool is big and very close to the rooms, hotel restaurant and lobby.The room we stayed in is spacious and right next to the pool except it needs a bit of touch up due to I think that particular building we stayed in is older. Nevertheless, I still will recommend this Resort and will come back & stay again.

The hotel is 30mun rude from Krabi airport. I stayed for 4 days.The rooms were quite comfortable and staff were very friendly and helpful. Although there was one occasion where we order room service and they didn't quite understand what we wanted to check. But overall the experience were pleasant and I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

This is not a 4 star hotel

If you think you are getting a great deal on a 4 star hotel, think again....here are the issues that we had with the hotel: 1. There is no elevator and we had to climb 8 flights of stairs to get to our room. I felt so sorry for the poor guy who had to carry our bags to our room 2. They wanted to charge us 10 BHT when we asked the front desk if they would please call our tour company to change our arrangements due to a storm 3. They asked for another 10BHT when we requested an additional blanket 4. The sheets and towels were thin, scratchy and cheap 5. The room had this strong odor of cleaning product 6. The room was a non-smoking room; however, we couldn't go out on the balcony because the balconies were so close together and our neighbor was a chain smoker so everything stunk of smoke 6. The breakfast wasn't that good--breads were stale and they were making the eggs with a huge tub of grease. 7. They told us we got a room upgrade but our room was very small and the view was of the building next door. If you want a 4 star hotel, stay somewhere else and pay extra.

Overpriced for style of hotel

This is very much a tourist class hotel and charging too much for what it is. The room and towels were smelly and the amenities a bit mean. The breakfast was terrible and again very mean in the quality and quantity of what was provided. The pool was very good. The best point was the independently run coffee shop in the lobby which served great coffee with an ambience that was definitely a step above the standard of the hotel in general.

We (me and my wife) stayed at the hotel for 4 nights and the stay was awesome. Krabi is a great place to relax and chill and srisuksant does complete justice to the mood.

Location is just great. Right opposite the beach and walking distance from all the buzz. Staff is very helpful , but they do need a quick tutorial in english :). Breakfast is good. Rooms are very well maintained and spacious. Pool is awesome.

Its a great place to relax and unwind. I recommend it.

A 5 to 10 minute walk from all the action but it is located in a pretty good place. The hotel is clean and comfortable. The pool is massive and the hotel staff was helpful in getting me a trip to Koh Phi Phi. The beach is a little lame relative to Thailand standard but you can just take a longtail to Railay Beach. All-in-all, I would come back if I stopped in Aonang Beach.

Ground floor blk A a no no

On our arrival we were warmly welcomed...and given our instructions on the facilities. We were escorted to our room. At the room we were not impressed as it was small and had 2 single beds which was not what I wanted. Its location was also not ideal as it was next to a busy corridor and the privacy was'nt good. I asked to exchange rooms which I was told was not possible imediately. At that time a flood was occuring in the corridor heading for our room. The hotel was obviously embarrassed and soon came up with a free upgrade in Block B which was by far more comfortable and upto the standard I expected. From then on the stay was superb. I would'nt want to stay in Block A ground floor this appeared to be the short end of the straw.

IT is a very nice hotel, well situated and in a more quiet part of town. There is enough taxis and tuc-tucs to take you places at reasonable prices. The hotel is almost on the beach and longtail boats are a walk away to take you to the islands.

This hotel has a big pool. It is located in an ok part of town - on the main road but not too noisy. It was fairly priced. Easy walk into town and to both beaches. The beaches here in au nang are not great and muddy when the tide goes out. The room was clean and bright. Not my choice for a long stay but great for transit to and from krabi airport orfor ferries to ko lanta, railey beach or ko phi phi.

Awesome hotel!!

Beautiful hotel with 2 large pools, delicious breakfast service, towel hire and helpful staff. Stunning beach right across the road!! Boat station if you want to ride to Railay Beach or any of the islands. Shops, restaurants and bars are mainly near Ao Nang Beach which is a 10-15 minute walk away. Reasonably quiet given that Thailand wakes up late and sleeps after midnight.

In one line the rooms are basic, facilities erratic, and whilst staff are friendly and appear to try their best provision of requests is sporadic, but I would probably return again as all the issues were really just irritations.

The rooms have only very limited furniture, which is fine if you are staying for only a couple of days not weeks. No drawers or shelves and only 5 coat hangers! The balconies are small; however the sea view was good.

2 light bulbs had blown in the room and the temperature control on the air conditioning was malfunctioning. We eventually had one of the bulbs changed and the air conditioning was partially fixed.
Our only major issue was we didn’t have hot water for 3 days but another room was offered. Also sometimes the water goes off and comes back on a random basis; however we never managed to ascertain if this was a problem limited to the hotel or is a generic due to water supply problems in the area.

The pools were chilly but the pool bar was ok, but always in the shade and the drinks are expensive.

The mandatory charge for New Year’s Eve was a rip off. The food provided was basic, mostly cold or had to be queued for and most of the entertainment was mediocre. Far better food and entertainment could be obtained far cheaper elsewhere.
In summary the hotel was ok but in my opinion the price charged per room night was too high for the facilities provided but then again it was peak season and New Year to boot.

O hotel dispõe de acomodações amplas e em ótimo estado. Em frente ao mar e com localização ótima aos principais pontos de Ao Nang, a equipe do Srisuksant Resort dispensa comentários, todos educados, solicitos e bem dispostos. As piscinas são belíssimas e o clima familiar paira sobre a atmosfera do hotel.

セキュリティーはしっかりしてます。
プールにプールバーもあってプールに入りながらお酒を楽しめます。徒歩3分程度で、コンビニもありナイトマーケットまでもかなり近い。
水回りも綺麗ですし何も不自由しません。
フロントは英語が堪能なので意思疎通も困りません

Sängkläderna luktade solskyddsfaktor, alltså inte vår egna från oss själva.
Väldigt omständigt och långsam in/utcheckning.
I övrigt var rum och hotell i bra skick.

Fint boende nära stranden, dock så finns det finare stränder som kräver kortare taxiresor. Bra pool bar (dock stänger den 17:00 men då börjar det ändå bli dags att röra sig så inge fel med det egentligen).
Nära till marknad och bra restauranger.
Hotellet kändes lugnt så passa bra för oss med familj

The hotel should be seen in unison with the surrounding facilities like restaurants, laundry and shopping facilities, etc.
The location is at the beach and is quite noisy at night. It is superclean and there is a varied breakfast. A nice swimming pool.

La colazione è ottima, le stanza superior molto buone, sempre pulitissimo, comodo per le passeggiate trai i negozietti e con un ottimo ristorante di fronte.,la nota dolente il servizio, completamente assente ad es tttt empio ho chiesto che mi chiamassero un taxi mi hanno detto che lo dove cercare di fuori.

Wonderful and excellent experience! Clean and organized place! Super polite, respectful and friendly staff. One detail is that they ask for one thousand Baht in cash and then say they will refund it to your credit card. Apart from this detail, the rest is super cool!
