The staff were lovely and helpful, the hotel was spacious and modern. I booked this hotel in Ao Nang mostly for the pool, but was disappointed that it closed so early, so by the time we had been out exploring for the day, the pool was often closed. I also thought the area was a little more chaotic than I was hoping for being situated in a busy touristy area, but it was within walking distance to the beach and shops and restaurants if that's what you're looking for. The closest beach was not the nicest and pretty dirty, but they did have a fire show each night which was fun to watch.

Hotel staff at every friendly. The rooms are a good size (we’re a family of 3). The pools were perfect, one with the flumes and busy a the other was a relaxation pool. It’s well worth paying for breakfast. It has a great selection of food including omelette station , fruits, pastries,Thai food and even ice cream!

The staff are fine. I think their demeanor reflects the attitude of many of the customers they deal with on a regular basis. My biggest complaints are the room was not thoroughly cleaned, the number of rules were excessive and not followed by other guests, nor enforced by staff.

The amenities (I.e. the pool) were either closed or full of people.

And the food was over all basic and over priced for the quality. Overall, not the best experience and extremely frustrating .

I booked a triple fantasy room for my family and it was perfect! Spacious, nice view of the pool, and room service was wonderful! The pool was refreshing and the slides were so fun for kids and adults, although the bottom of the slide ends in 1M deep water which is not very deep so be careful. Awesome location, right between the night market and Ao nang night market! Will definitely be returning!

The best family resort stay you can find in Krabi. With 2 water slides, a lazy river pool, and 2 swimming pools in your backyard. You wont even need to go to the beach!

Location is great, walking distance nearby to night market, restaurants and Ao Nang beach.

Having stayed in a number of hotels around Thailand I have to say this was very average. The pool area around the water slides was disappointing- cramped, disjointed in its design and also people openly smoking weed in the area.
The 'relaxing pool' was nicer but no rules were followed regarding timings so children were often in the pool at 7am and not quietly. The hotel was noisy with people in the pool clearly heard in rooms in the early morning and the noises from corridors and other rooms could be heard.
The room itself was functional and clean, a nice balcony and staff were friendly but I just didn't like the feel of this hotel. Location was good and a 10 min walk in either direction took you to the Landmark night market or the main beach strip.

Room was very clean and beds were comfortable. Families will like the water slide option. The small lazy river has no current so really the lazy ‘river’ is just a circular pool under the slides. It is a bit difficult to exit the river as no stairs. Room 131 patio gets covered in water from water slide and needs some kind of a block - eg a fake plant or a low wall. The restaurant was very good for dinner (really good burger!) but quite lacking in breakfast: no items are hot (only luke warm at best), choices were lacking for adults but might be ok for kids (although if catering to kids then the juice should be real fruit and NOT powdered!). Breakfast staff seemed less friendly and helpful while evening restaurant staff and the staff at reception were great! Happy hour pricing is not much of a deal (eg 10B-20B off). Overall a good stay.

Hotel is located near the beach, in a not very busy part of the city. The hotel has three swimming pools. The service is very nice and helpful. The food is very good but after a while it becomes monotonous. We had very large, clean rooms and everything we needed was there. I recommend this hotel with all my heart. The hotel is in a great location, easy access for all of Ao Nang and around. The rooms and great with breakfast having many choices. The hotel is a little tired in places but is due a refurb and some of the areas when looking from the balconies could be tidied up. However, these are minor and with the water slides, we really enjoyed the hotel and would recommend.

It was a great hotel for kids with waterslides and pools and great room. So if that's all you are after for a holiday. That is the place for you. However we were disappointed with the lack of activities run by the hotel. It was also extremely disappointing we were charged $12 AUD for a broken coffee cup, especially as I was upfront about it (no hotel I know of would ever ask this for one cup) and an accidental stain cost us $80, which was outragious. I'm sure children accidentally damage or stain items and would not be charged that amount as it would be part of the hotels insurance for accidental damage. This left us feeling quite negative about the hotel.

Excellent hotel in prime location.The service of this hotel is very slow.To make up room takes the entire day.The breakfast is very limited and busy with no where to walk.The concierge expects u to help them with luggage.The prices for tours emailed on itenary on this platform is not the same as when we enquired there.The floors are wet when walking outside and it can be dangerous for kids.The water slide pool is excellent but hardly any space to leave your towels etc.While this hotel is very good its also can work on the minor issues

Beware : non hotel guests are NOT allow to meet guests in their rooms. There is NO written policy about this which caused me to argue with the hotel staff. Eventhough the front desk lady handle my argument professionally, but I still believe it is a 'scam' to get guest to pay more .. as there is NO official policy.
Entering my room, wifii and telephone not workable. Complained and within 20mins, Engineering came to settle it.
Breakfast - reasonable, and swimming pool lifeguards were 'excellent'.
However, for the same price, there are similar or better hotels around. Avoid this hotel when in groups.

My boys aged 8 & 10, loved the water slide & pool. We all loved the breakfast, great variety of continental, cereal, fried & Thai food etc. The fried rice & Thai green curry were to die for..yum!
Night markets at Ao nang beach and 2 mins from hotel for good priced food.
I preferred Railay beach (100 baht) 15mins by long tail boat- tickets from bearby beach.

We were 4 adults and two children, and everyone had a nice time. The staff was really friendly, professional and helpful, and made us feel welcomed. The rooms were clean and comfortable. We all enjoyed the pool areas, with childrens pool, adults area as well as water slides. The pool bars had a nice selection of snacks, food, smoothies etc. Good location, ca 10 min walk to Ao Nang beach, and 5 min walk to Nopparat Thara beach. We would recommend Ananta Burin warmly.

Easily access to all amenities (cafes, halal food, beach, family mart, souvenir shops). Tuk tuk, taxi just outside the hotel. Extremely helpful in everything, tour and massage provided by the hotel are as competitive as outside price. I took all from the hotel including airport transfer. Arranging with them is simply a breeze. The best part was my surprise birthday pancake, that was an absolute nice touch! Thank you very much to all staff including Chanon for a beautiful short-trip to Krabi. Indeed a memorable one.

Don't go, it's terrible!

Staff here are extremely lazy and rude. They just want surf on their mobiles all day. The rooms are really old and tired looking and the mattresses are really worn out and uncomfortable. There was barely any period at this hotel and I can understand why. Dead insects, holes in the towels and water bottles that look really worn out. And there's no pressure in the shower. Taps look really dirty. Dust everywhere. It was so bad we left a day earlier just to avoid being there for one more day! We also stayed at panan resort in the same area. Much much better there!

A big thanks to hotels.com who were very helpful and understanding of the problems we were facing and gave us a gift voucher to compensate for the disaster of this hotel.

I like this hotel as the location is very ideal. Smack in between 2 beaches - Ao Nang & Nopharathara beaches. There's plenty of restaurants and shops in front of the hotel & nearby as well. At the end of the street is a night market. Halal restaurants & street food are aplenty which makes it easier for Muslims like me to hunt for food.

I also love the pools. Fantasy pool with slides for children & adult. Relaxing pool for adult. Room is comfy & staff are friendly. I would definitely come again to this hotel. Thank you.

This hotel is very far from the Beach. The picture and description are edited. Please stay away from this hotel. They also charged me extra money 400 baht for my 1 year old son without even providing extra mattress and breakfast. You can book a much better hotel at this price. Also mind you, people in Krabi and Phuket are very dishonest and rude. They will not leave any opportunity to robe off your money.

Few minor issues like slow wifi, shower took a long time for hot water to arrive, breakfast was hit and miss and staff didn't speak a lot of English. But then again, we didn't speak a lot of Thai either. All this is expected in Thailand. Plenty of restaurants and tour desks to book those trips to the islands which are the real highlights of Krabi, I would definitely stay here again.

Nice hotel with friendly staff and helpful, but wouldn’t recommend for couples, we spend 5days here in fantasy deluxe room in the new building (room was really modern and spacious), but most of hotel guests is from Asia or Middle East and with a kids...So our experience were that you not gonna relax anywhere in hotel ( NO CHANCE),it’s no good isolation so we always been woken up around 7-8am by kids running and scryming in corridor and the same with swimming pool it’s always been full of indi peaple who coming to the pool all sweating with lots of clothes(I would put a sign NO Swimming with a Clouthes),because we noticed that for a lot of guests it was discusting...and get some umbrellas, in case it’s raining...

The only thing I am not satisfied, the bed makes noise with the sligtest movement and after room service they did not place a new toilet roll.

But overall, u going to love the hotel... if u love to swim do get the pool access.

The hotel was great. However, the staff was not very helpful. When we arrived, we had planned a boat tour and would be departing before check-in. We asked the staff if our bags could be taken to our rooms (3 separate times), instead of just sitting out in the lobby until we arrived back late that night. They agreed. Suddenly my wife get very sick before checkout. I talked with front office girl and I said everything about my wife sickness. The front office girl was helpful and she helped how can I get medicine and doctor. After some time a new girl was come and know everything, I had no enough Thai bath so I deposited $100 for 150 B. clinic was so far from hotel and I was go for transport but the new front office girl said me we cannot help you how can you go form hotel it was urgent and she have a bike but she don’t care about sickness. I walked and purchases medicine. At 08am my airport drop transport come for pickup me that’s time 50 Bath remaining for paying all bills and I have no Bath and exchange was not open. I was requested to front office girl for wave 50 Bath and settled my bill. But the girl deny and said me I dam care how can you paid me and my driver already wait 15 minutes for pick me. I went to talk general manager but the front office girl said me manager sleeping now you cannot talk. I was shocked. Finally I got help from transport driver and driver was paid 50 Bath. My question to general manager if fire in you hotel at mid night you sleep or come and you front office girl will call you yes or not? I payer for that girl don’t sick at another counter. All was ok the swimming pool boys was very helpful and I enjoy very much.

Great place to stay!

Bad:

1) Room needs to be cleaner especially it's sticky floors.
2) Hotel seems to age and require abit of renovations to attract.
3) Bathroom facilities should be checked as ours had a faulty bathtub.

Good:
1) Friendly and helpful staff
2) Good location to nearby food stalls and shops etc
