No air conditioning in the bedrooms only the living area. Toilet floor needs a really good scrub as smells like a men’s urinal. We had a 6 night stay and only had 2 rolls of toilet paper, 2 dishwasher & 2 dish liquid sachets. No spray to clean the bench down.
Apartment was very spacious, comfortable lounge chairs and very comfortable beds. Loved the local Curlews hanging around outside.

The property is in a great position and I would definitely return. We stayed 9 nights. Our unit does need some TLC . Toilet sister needs work. Floors need a really good clean, especially bathroom. Had to buy several things to get thru. Was scared to use frying pan as handle so wobbly, so bought one. Even a wooden spoon would have been handy.
We will return, but would bring more from home next time.

The Villa is a large 2 bed presented perfectly. Check in and out seamless. Proximity was great and the Restaurant and Bar was a block away with a sensational menu and Chef. Not far from the main street of Airlie but a car needed as 3 km walk.

Each unit appears to be separately owned and maintained. Unfortunately, our unit was net well equipped or maintained which took away from the experience. A vehicle is a major benefit for visitors to this facility as it is a 45 minute ealk to town.

This property definitely needs a good clean. The stove top, oven and rangehood were dirty.
The plug holes in the kitchen sink, laundry and bathroom were flithy, as were the floor drains. The shower drain emitted an unpleasant odour.
The TV remote was dirty. There was mould in the rubber around the fridge.The dryer had washing in it as did the washing machine.
The sheer curtain the loungeroom was dirty and there hadnt been any vacuuming done behind the lounge cushions for a long time.

Overall extremely disappointing.

We had a three bedroom apartment on the top floor. The apartment was very large which was great for the whole family. The lounge room and dining room had loads of seating which you don’t always find in apartments. We could all watch tv and have dinner together. The apartment is a bit older style but had everything we needed and was clean and comfortable. Swimming pool was a beautiful temperature and clean. The area was nice and quiet and great for families, the pool was never crowded and it was a walk to the beach.

This room did NOT match the photos we saw online. It had a strange smell. The blinds were filthy, the fans dusty. There was only dirty blankets in the cupboard and a sheet on the bed. The air con was broken (we were told it was going to be fixed, it was not) I electrocuted myself on the range hood (which they duct taped back on) there was an air freshener sticky taped to the ceiling. The dryer didn't work, the wifi didn't work. We had no bath plug and had to call for one. I found a cockroach crawling in the bedside draw. The shelves in the cupboards were filthy dirty. I complained and got out of there, the owners/managers didn't bother to contact me. I wrote emails, letters, tried to take them to fair trading. Eventually expedia got me a refund but only for the night I didn't stay, not for the 2 I did (should have left straight away, but I was travelling with 3 small children. The owner made out like I was making a big deal over nothing.... SEE PHOTOS!! Would never stay or recommend this place to my worst enemy. Absolutely disgraceful customer service!!

We have stayed at no 16, late check in, maybe that's why we got the worst place. 3 bedrooms, 2 toilets facility, 4 adults and a child. The villa was not clean, king size bed on wheels (why??!!). The air conditioning was not working in one bedroom (32 degrees C outside) one of the toilets was not flushing and both were filthy. There was a collapsed shelf with broken plates, no toilet paper, very grease oven, 2 fingers thick dust everywhere....shall I go on?
We were very disappointed with the hole thing and due to the short opening hours of the reception and booking times of our tours, we could only see someone to talk to in the last day. I have got it that some places were privately owned but I would not recommend no 16 on this resort.

Only fault I found was that the cutlery cups and plates needed washing before using as the previous tenants were pretty lazy and put them away with food still on them. on arrival, we had to move a linen bag and a bag of rubbish from beside the front door to gain access to our alotted car space. We have stayed approx 6 times previously over the past 15 years, but never in this room before. Although the majority of the furnishings have been updated, the dirty walls and hand marks around the unit on all the doors and light switches were unforunate.It looks like the walls,skirting boards and switches appear to be never cleaned nor painted in a very long time. We paid $250 for 2 nights, but would be happy to pay more if the rooms were clean and repainted.Finally we needed two days away in nice surrounds ,but unforunately for two full days a bob cat was digging up almost all the gardens including outside our ground floor unit. Will we come back again, no would be the answer.

The pool was lovely and the bbq area beside the pool was great. Our apartment was spacious, clean and comfortable, it had everything we needed and a nice large patio area. Staff were lovely and helpful and the price was fantastic. Location is great you can walk to Coles, BWS, Hungry Jacks etc or Banjo’s pub for a meal and drink. Definitely recommend and will be returning!

Loved the location and the size of the villa. The furniture was quite worn and dated. Not like the pics on the website at all.
Kitchen wasn't as well stocked as could be.
Suggestions would be to update a bit and add a decent frying pan or two, oven mitts in every suite and maybe some serving bowls? When I asked, I was told that they discourage people from cooking in the villas but it has a full kitchen so I am not sure I understand that comment.

My unit had not been cleaned properly dust from top to toe. Not even a nice smell in entry. Dish washer was filthy, dirty ring around bath tub. I did get the reception lady to look at the complaints I had, she informed me that was not to company standards and would address this with house keeping staff. I do understand a cyclone had been through Whitsundays causing property damage but the cleanliness was apauling. However the aircon was left on and as my arrival was after hours, this was easy to access. The receptionist was warm and welcoming and was more than happy to make my stay as comfortable as possible

Spacious refurbished unit within walking distance to beach, shops and bus stop. We travelled with 2 young children, so the fully contained kitchen was a huge bonus. Pool and bbq area in complex was tidy and well maintained. Really affordable and functional, with friendly service from Ilona at check in. Could do with a good spring clean but for the price and comfort, you can’t beat it. Had everything we needed.

We arrived to scaffolding everywhere as they were replacing the roof after cyclone Debbie last year, BUT were NOT told about this. The past 2 days of our stay we could not use our carport due to scaffolding & builders were on our balcony. I have asked for a reduced rate for another stay next month, but as yet have heard NOTHING. I hope I can get a very cheap rate for my next stay or I will post my NOT SO Desirable pics of the units as we had to duck & weave around the building going on all around us.

Spacious villa needing an update though; mainly the blinds and sofas- you can feel the springs & it dips when you sit on it. Ants in the kitchen & caught a lizard in the bedroom. False advertisement of free WiFi. You’re given a 300mb voucher for the whole stay which didn’t work for us! Whole stay no WiFi. Location is good, there is a beach down the road from the villas & not a far walk to the bus stop to Airlie Beach. Overall ok stay.

Our first room was terrible. There was no blinds on kitchen window and looked into our neighbours car port.The sofa and chairs were broken so you couldn’t sit on them.The floor was sticky and the bathroom mirror you could see through
Everything was very old a dated. There were burns on the counter tops, it was dirty and run down
We complained and they gave us an updated room which was better but still had issues. The AC didn’t work in the main area, the sofa was broken but you could sit in the chairs.We were booked for a week and after 3 days we asked for more trash bags and little shampoo and they told us those were complimentary and we would have to go to the grocer, They gave us one at the start. The grounds,pool and BBQ were kept clean and tidy which was nice
The place has good bones but needs lots of work, cleaning and new policies
We have toured Australia for a month and this was the worst place we stayed. All hotels were in the same price range

I booked a one-bedroom apartment at a very good price and I got upgraded to a 2-bedroom, with even more living room, dining room and kitchen space. I was traveling alone (so much space for one person!), but I would love to bring friends and family here. Staff were very nice and helpful, short walk to a main bus line to and from Airlie Beach, short walk to bars, restaurants and supermarket. Aircon was just in the living room not in the bedrooms but the air circulated and the ceiling fan in the bedroom did the job, no problem. The garden-level does get those tiny ants around a bit, but that's true of pretty much everywhere in Australia. Very relaxing, had a great stay, I would come back. One sidenote: the internet is not really free, you get a certain amount free then have to pay per GB/MB, so not so good for work, but good for relaxing.

We had an amazing time here. The location was great for us to go to Coles or eat out at the pub or cafe. Beautiful walk along the boardwalk into Airlie but we loved being away from the crowds of town. We highly recommend Beach Court Villa to anyone wanting to enjoy airlie beach but also have a relaxing vacation away from the downtown

Our 2nd floor apartment was spacious with large balcony overlooking pool. Whole area was lush with tropical trees/plants. Full kitchen and washer/dryer were very convenient. Supermarket was less than 10 minute walk away. The start of the esplanade was a few minutes walk away - it was lovely to walk along the ocean even though there were few cafes or shops at that end. A great place to stay.

Rooms were spacious, and there are many in- room amenities, including a dishwasher and private laundry.

The bedrooms were not air conditioned - only the living room. The window shades were vertical blinds that blew around with the ceiling fan letting in the light from the neon sign outside the window. The ceiling fans rattled and the control knobs were not functioning correctly so they either barely moved or produced a tornado. The clothes and dish washers were not functioning correctly. There appeared to be little effort made to reduce noise from the apartment upstairs - scraping chairs and other noise constantly. The staff was friendly but seemed overwhelmed. The WiFi was barely functional. Overall, compared to other self-catering accommodation in Queensland, this was poorly done. The staff indicated there was a new owner and they were working to get the property up to par but they are a long way from success right now.

Specious family friendly accommodation

This is a nice small resort. Great for families and groups of friends. It consists of fully equipped apartments, swimming pool and bbq area.

We stayed there for a week, family of 4 and enjoyed our stay there.

The location is great - a few minutes walk to the beach and Cannonvale center and a few minutes drive to Airly Beach. Cannonvale center has a few cafes, petrol station, coles, bakery, farmacy, butcher, newsagency, reject shop, beautician, health food store and asian market, there are a few banks there and hungry jacks.

The unit that we stayed at was spacious and clean. It has a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, laundry with washing machine and drier.

There is no room service, but as we knew it upfront it was not a problem for us.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. I asked for a dustpan and it was promptly delivered to our apartment, also we had a problem with our drier and it was foxed in due course.

Downsides are aircon is only in the living room and it was too hot for my husband during the night; no stable WiFi connection.

Villa was roomy and kept clean

Pleasing Villa.
Around the region; Cedar Falls, Conroy Beach and Dingo Beach not too far by car. Enjoyed day out at Dingo Beach.
