An outstanding experience from start to finish. The team was warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. The breakfast was excellent with a great variety and quality. The location is perfect for exploring Dubai while enjoying the charm of Al Seef. The rooms offer a unique heritage experience, beautifully designed and full of character. Simply perfect all the way — I would absolutely stay here again.

Our room its a bit noisy during morning, because our windows are facing restaurant, at 7am restaurant are playing music and serving breakfast.

There are no USB charger in the room.

The room and hotel complex was very well executed. Although only 7 years old you feel like you are transported back in time a hundred years or so. The room was very comfortable and has all the amenities you expect from a modern hotel but careful concealed with a real heritage feel. Only complaints were the room wasn't made up a couple of nights during our stay and also as you're in the middle of the Souk it is noisy at night until the early hours.
You have access to the sister Hilton hotel Canopy with a rooftop pool and bar which were both lovely and a free buggy ride away through the Souk. A great location on the creek edge with easy access to the hustle and bustle of modern Dubai via metro or taxi.

Stay was good, location was a good change for us vs the city, and arrival at 2am was not a problem/very good night staff on duty. Buggy drivers all know the customers/offer rides as required - excellent service.

A few wee negatives, breakfast fruit was limited - 3 types, a mixed fruit salad would have been good addition. Omelets were perfectly cooked on demand.
Room was very clean, though the staff arrived near 5pm each day to refresh / good bed makers!
Noise from the nearby restaurant finished each night by 1000pm.
Try the \"standby/walkup\" rates on the dinner river boats - good price between the boats at night.
Would stay again.

Upon arrival we were welcomed. Every staff member we were in contact with treated us with professionalism and kindness. They all made us feel like a person would treat us like a family member. Even if it is their job they all went out of there way to make us feel comfortable. There were many restaurants to choose from and a market for any personal needs that we may have forgotten.
The location of this property was a perfect for venturing out anywhere we wanted to explore.
I would recommend this property to anyone coming to Dubai for a long stay or passing through.

It’s ok if you like an old and dark hotel and old looking in general.. as soon as you wake out there’s so many cute shops and the men around it are extremely rude and pushy like it ruined my trip and every time I wanted to go out I was nervous to get harassed.. I will never stay again at this hotel again

The hotel set up is a little peculiar, with reception and guest rooms spread over different buildings within Dubai Old Village. But that just adds to the charm. The booked a Creek view room and loved it. The Creek view was a treat and the room offers a retro experience. I would certainly stay here again.

We stay at Al Seef every time we visit. I don’t know if a team can be anymore hospitable. Its lovely to have the shaded walk, water views and access, quaint Indiana Jones-esque room aesthetic and not in a cheesy theme park way. For a moment you feel your of another time.

Breakfast was good with many options. Room was comfortable and i like the interior design. I appreciated they refill enough water as it's too important staying in Dubai.

It's easy to lost direction in the hotel + Bazaar area but the staff was helpful to show you the right way. 15-20 min to metro, if you don't want to in >40C, there were taxis waiting outside the hotel.

My weekend stay

This is a special hotel in a lovely location. I was travelling alone and was made to feel really welcome. I asked one of the restaurant staff about where to get a manicure and she walked me to the local salon which was next to the block that my room was in.
The lay out of the hotel is beautiful…. The accommodation is dotted around the old town and there are golf buggy's to collect you and drop you off.
If you want to experience a different side to Dubai I would recommend this beautiful hotel.

I stayed at Al Seef Heritage Hotel with my mum for two weeks and overall, we had a great experience. We booked a two-bed room, which was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained throughout our stay.

The hotel itself has a lovely traditional charm and the staff were friendly and helpful. It was a peaceful and enjoyable stay.

The only area that could use some improvement is the breakfast. While there was a variety of options available, the freshness of the food could be better. A bit more attention to quality in the morning spread would really enhance the overall experience.

Still, we enjoyed our time and would consider staying again.

I was refused check in because my daughters from Canada did not have theirs physical passports to check in. I had copies of them
On my phone but that was not good enough. Nowhere did it say on the reservation that all persons needed passports, only the person with the reservation. They refunded one night two rooms but not the first. Ruined my daughter’s vacation.

Très bel hôtel dans le coeur du vieux Dubai, littéralement dans le souk. Ce sont 10 bâtiments différents avec l'architecture arabe, donc plus typique et charmant que le reste de Dubai.

La chambre était très propre, le staff accueillant. Nous pouvions demander un lift en golf cart pour se déplacer de la réception au bâtiment ou pour aller à l'Hôtel Canopy pour profiter de la piscine et du spa.

Même si c'est au coeur de l'action, nous n'avons pas été importunés par le bruit dans notre chambre, c'était plutôt paisible.

Le petit déjeuner était très bien, complet.

Beaucoup de cafés et petits restaurants autour.

Bravo to housekeeping for doing an amazing job keeping my room clean and neat while i was there for a week. The check-ins process need an improvement because if you pre check customer arrived early they shouldn't have to wait again when it time to check in that's what happened in my case. I came back at 3pm to get key to my room but it wasn't ready.

It maintained it's traditional look. But all old furniture and ambience, the wood polish, flared up my allergies. There were no nets on the balcony door and the window. So we opened it for a bit and we had to suffer through mosquitoes for the rest of our stay.

We didn’t find Dubai a very walkable city except for old town. It’s a cute quaint area where you can pop downstairs from your hotel and be surrounded by shops and sightseeing! The hotel is separated into 10 different buildings that spans from east to west along old town. The breakfast included was very delicious - you’re subject into it since that’s the only place around open in the mornings. We loved taking the abra since it right from downstairs of building 10 side. Hotel room was small but had everything you needed and very stylish. Bed was super comfortable and they offered all toiletries (the good stuff).

This property is designed to provide an experience closer to Dubai heritage and because of that the room is decorated with elements that are not so sympathetic to modern comforts. This is the case of light switches or phone not in the bedside table -but in the wall. In general it feels very healthy to sleep in these rooms without carpets and to be able to open the windows. This hotel is based in experiencing the past and it gets it beautifully. Not to mention proximity to the subway (10mi walk) that brings you to Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa super popular area if the souk downstairs it’s not enough.
Very pleasant stay in deed.

A golf cart drives you around. The only let down was the smell of the room. It smelt really damp, it could really use a dehunidifier.

Love the way the resort was setup, felt like a trip back in time to ancient Middle East cities.
The room included free dinner that sweetened the deal.
We didn’t spend a full night at the resort, used it to have a place to stay on our last day in Dubai, it was cheaper to rent a full day at Alseef than use the late checkout option at The Palace Downtown, and we enjoyed our time at Alseef 10x more while it cost 10x less per night. A definite win, and will stay longer there next time.

The rooms are great. However, the property is spread in 10 different buildings with public having free access. This makes it quite noisy at night and sometimes during early mornings. If you are in building 10 like we were, you have to walk a considerable distance (about 300-400 metres) to get to the breakfast place. Not a great experience overall

A Great hotel that connects with the heritage of old town of Dubai. It is also a popular hotel for travel stop by. Couple mins walk to Starbucks, restaurants, bars, or even ferry station. Hotel staff can help you call a taxi. And also, there are some small shuttle buses that can drive you stop by anywhere in the heritage area.

We are all enjoyed and satisfied with our stay in Al Seef Heritage hotel. A combination of amazing architecture, comfortable and luxurious hotel. The whole team are amazing and exceptionally attentive and friendly. Their customer service is above and beyond. Our heartfelt thanks to Sangita, Sarita, Divi from the reception for being prompt to all our requests and needs and to the brother who offered us a welcome drinks, such a reflection of exceptional hospitality. And the housekeeping most specially to Nema for a very clean and comfortable rooms. A free buggy car drive to and from our hotel with a very friendly brother who drive us with a smile it’s so amazing. In Sabaa restaurant where we have buffet dinner and breakfast- food is great the whole team are awesome. Their service is commendable. Thanks to Rahul, Sabi, Nerob and to the whole restaurant team. We highly recommend this hotel.

Loved this hotel. It's actually over a number of buildings, my room was in building 2, above a souk. Gorgeous rooms. Short walk to water ferry to cross to gold souk. Fabulous breakfast. Pool is located at a different Hilton a short ride away via hotel golf cart. Quiet hotel, comfy beds, good shower, fridge in room, aircon remains on even when you're out which is a bonus when it's 40 degrees. Would love to come back sometime.

Good and dynamic hotel

Overall a great hotel experience which I would rate a superior to the generic high rises in the “modernist” part of the city. Trendy, good value, exciting along the creek and good transit access with the ferries.

However, it has some oddities. It is a decentralized hotel with rooms scattered along the long waterfront district. Things like the pool and gym are actually located at their “sister hotel”a shuttle bus away - so not really “accessible”. Also it’s not actually old, but merely designed and decorated to be “historic”. Which they did fairly well. However, it’s not “authentic”.

Great location in old Dubai! Hotel is spread over a large area but there is trolly service between buildings. Bathroom shower is fantastic but no towel racks is awkward. Room temperature was difficult to regulate but finally figured it out. Staff is wonderful and we would stay again if visiting this part of Dubai. We were in a flood in Dubai. That was a surprise!

Great hotel conveniently located, bad shower head

Loved the old feel of the hotel with modern amenities. The building for my unit was a bit far and hard to find by myself, although the first time, the porter drove me to the room so it was fun to drive through the market. I had a hard time finding it by myself the second time and had to ask one of the security guards in the market, who was super kind and helpful, even walked me to my building. The only negative thing was the shower head didn't stand properly so it was awkward to shower but otherwise, happy with my stay. Service was good but not stellar.
