Check in was a bit confused as I’d booked 2 rooms and the gentleman on reception got a bit muddled with room numbers. Room was clean and comfortable and bathroom looked good but water pressure was a bit weak and shower head a bit clogged with limescale. I wasn’t very happy that paper cups were provided for the tea and coffee making. They were very flimsy and not really strong enough for their purpose. Breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of hot and cold food. The seedy bread was especially good! We also went to the restaurant next door and can highly recommend that too.

A reasonable hotel for the price. Carpet a bit grubby and dead flies on walls, ceiling and floor. Staff were excellent and extremely proactive initially, very helpful and friendly. However we were disturbed while sleeping a few times by staff despite do not disturb, and a phone call to the room at 11pm. Breakfast was nice but very small and basic for the €15 price. Beautiful bakery/cafe 3 min walk away

Check-in was friendly and fast but room left a lot to be desired. Bed was uncomfortable, not enough pillows or towels, and soap and shampoo/body wash seemed very stingy. Room was somewhat clean but there was an empty water bottle from a previous guest. Elevator was broken so we had to carry heavy suitcases upstairs. We opted out of breakfast as at 15 euros it seemed very costly for the offerings.

The hotel was clean, but be prepared for a tight fit if you have family. (Which is expected in Switzerland). The room is equipped with great amenities like a kettle with provided coffee and tea, as well as a spacious bathroom. The view from the hotel is nice, though it gets a bit loud outside at night from cars. The hotel staff was informative and friendly, even putting on the Portugal vs. Spain football game for us to watch. I wouldn’t recommend buying the breakfast as it is expensive, and there is a very walkable and affordable option nearby.

The hotel is in very good condition, the parking is large and free. If you don't arrive by car, keep in mind that there is nothing in the surroundings. When we went, the restaurant was closed and we couldn't eat there either. The staff was very friendly but it is too far from everything.

La literie était de très mauvaise qualité et vieille. On sentait les ressorts du lit et le matelas complètement vide. Vous vous asseyez dessus le matelas fait du bruit. C’est désolant d’avoir cette qualité aujourd’hui dans l’hôtellerie. On va à l’hôtel pour dormir lit, c’est le premier élément le plus important.

ce campagnile à entièrement été refait, il est propre. La literie est très confortable. Les draps aussi. Le service est vraiment bien le monsieur de la réception à l’arrivée était sympa tout comme la femme au départ.. le pdj est des plus standard parking non surveillé mais fermé. Il faudrait mettre un système pour retenir les portes pour éviter qu’elles claquent, mais sinon je recommande clairement cet hôtel au calme, sa localisation et son service

Nous avons réservé une chambre triple avec lit double et 1 lit simple. À notre grand étonnement le lit simple et un lit d’appoint peu confortable . Une lampe grillée dans la salle de bain et plus de savon dans la salle de bain. Vu le prix c’est qu’en même Dommage !!!!

Un séjour d’une semaine très bien placé.
Réservation pour une semaine à côté de la famille, en chambre PMR. L’hôtel est bien placé. Le p’tit déjeuner suffisamment copieux. Seul bémol, la sdb est trop petite avec 2 personnes, par contre, la douche est parfaite avec la pomme et le robinet accessible, dommage que les mouchoirs en papiers soient fixés haut et loin (c’était bien d’en avoir). Les rangements étaient un trop peu nombreux, mais pour un séjour de 6 nuits.
Sinon, toute l’équipe a été très serviable pour compenser ces manques.

Le pire hôtel de toute ma vie première chambre ça sentais l’urine dans la salle de bain. On nous change de chambre les draps sale , des toiles d’araignées partout plein de petite araignée dans la sale de bain…

Froid dans la chambre toute la nuit !
Problème avec la clim. quand je suis rentré dans la chambre, elle était froide comme si la clim avait tourné toute la journée. Je l'ai arreté car impossible de la régler pour mettre un peu de chaleur alors qu'il faisait froid dans la chambre. Même en mettant la température à fond à 35 °, la clim de chauffe pas. J'ai donc eu froid toute la nuit, trés mal dormi et maintenant , j'ai un rhume carabiné ..... Je n'y retournerai pas , cela fait 2 fois et 2 fois le même cas.... Dommage, le reste est trés bien. A vous de voir bien sur, mon avis est subjectif à mon expérience.
