Check-in was easy and staff was very polite. He was helpful and proactive. The room was clean and comfortable. My concern is with the pool/tub. People were just leaving children there alone. The little kids, under 10, took over the hot tub. There was nowhere to sit because all the kids had their shoes/clothes on every chair. So, we didn’t get to enjoy that space. I’d visit again though.

Rooms were in pretty poor condition, the bathroom flooring was coming off, stains and terrible smells from the room carpet and hallways. The building overall was in poor condition.

We asked for service for our room a few times and no one ever came to replenish towels or spruce up. We had a big group and each room had a similar experience. We would not stay again.

The person who checked me in was awesome...the other staff seemed bothered to help. Each room has different types of air-conditioning; some have none. The staff didn't even mention that there was no ventilation in a room that was directly hit by the sun. There was no way to operate the TV. I only had one channel...and no instructions on how to change the channel, etc...Breakfast was mediocre...the sausage did not look like real food and the biscuits were hard as a rock. I did not attempt to go in the pool or hot tub, because I would not trust that they were properly maintained. I would not stay at this motel again.

The front desk staff lacked customer service and seemed confused. After checking out, I realized I forgot an item in my room and went back to the desk. The agent saw me standing there but completely walked away, leaving me waiting for nearly 10 minutes until other staff finally stepped in to help. Also, the pictures online are misleading. The actual property looks pretty rundown in person.

This place is clearly run down, does not appear even close to what is advertised. The room smelled very bad, the floor in the bathroom is pealing up and bubbled (310). Breakfast was a joke, biscuits and gravy with rubber eggs and cardboard sausage. Save your money and book elsewhere.

Our stay was pretty good. The pet policy should have been up front instead of at the end. I had let them know I had two dogs and then after I left they charged me for them being there. And breakfast was the same thing for 4 days in the row otherwise it was good.

Sauna broken, when booking the room this was part of the amenities. When bringing this up to the front desk girl during checkout she stated “it’s been broken for 8 months”. When calling out that was an amenity I booked for she just stated it shouldn’t have offered that and did not do anything else to compensate even when showing her our booking stated sauna. This was the main reason we booked here for a night and will not return since hotel feels they can advertise this yet not compensate when the amenity is broken.

The room was nice, mostly clean, and modern. I didn’t realize there was no air conditioning when I booked, and it was very humid so air con would have helped. We had a city view room, and there was not really any view aside from the parking lot and the neighbors home. The beds were good, the breakfast was great, as was the shower and water pressure. But it was a bit noisy, we could hear all our neighbors and their closing doors, plus there was a constant light bumping noise all night. And if your older be aware that the shower has the highest step over I’ve ever encountered. I say mostly clean because the refrigerator had someone else’s leftovers in it that we had to dispose of. Overall a nice place to stay.

There was no air conditioning in my room which for this price point is ridiculous. Fitness center is laughably tiny. The bed is very firm and the pillows were extremely stiff and uncomfortable. Room was clean and the view from the balcony was outstanding. Proximity to dining options is excellent. Staff was friendly and the included breakfast was just ok. The pool and hot tub was great. Lincoln city was great to visit but save your money and go somewhere else if you value air conditioning and quality rest.

We really wanted to enjoy Inn at Wecoma. It looks great from outside, but once we got to our room, it was not clean and had signs of someone having a party with banners in it but poorly cleaned. There was still tape on the walls from a hanging poster or banner. There was small black hairs all over the bed and shower and the room wreaked of wet dog. Even after we asked for some febreeze or something we were given a bottle of something that didn't help at all. The pool area was equally unkempt and dirty and the sauna was inoperable. The staff seemed nice but not like they cared much. On top of all of this we had to ask for our room to be cleaned and restocked.
The free breakfast was not great and did not have many options other than frozen reheated items.
Just overall not the best experience we have ever had in a hotel.

A solid budget option in Newport. The beds were comfortable, the bath was clean. It had nice access (0.7mi) to both the ocean and shops. Breakfast was simple, but good. Nearby dining options were plentiful. The pool was indoor and a hit with the kids. My only real complaint was the smell. The room had a strong musty/moldy odor. The only way to minimize it was to leave the patio door open. But since we were on the first floor, I did not want to do that all night long. So we dealt with it. We did ask maintenance to see if they could do anything and he said he did not notice the smell.
Also, we were there 4 days and did not have any room service. It seems to be something that they only do between guests.

This stay was great for the price! It was clean enough that I didn't feel uncomfortable as sometimes I struggle with this. However we did experience some issues. The bathtub didn't drain properly and the TV did not work which wasn't a huge issue since there is a good DVD selection, but it could be if you'd rather watch a series/news channels. The pool/hot tub chlorine levels seemed especially high as well and we all left with burning eyes for several hours after swimming. Overall though, the staff were helpful and it was great to save with continental breakfast. It really was a good value if you are on a budget. And we really enjoyed the Mexican food across the street. We were able to eat and have a couple drinks and walk back to our room.

Free breakfast is nice but it wasn’t that great. Good for a bagel or some toast and then we’d move on. We only had one towel in our room and no covers for the pull out couch. Not the end of the world, just required us to go down to the front desk to retrieve them. Our room was also extremely hot since there’s no a/c at the hotel (expected so again fine!). Overall a decent stay and would return, super nice staff.

I stayed here for three nights for a birthday weekend. The room was really clean and the staff were very friendly. I didn't use the pool or hot tub but it seemed really popular because there was a lot of people that were using it. They only had basic breakfast which was not really that good. I felt that it was lacking and that it could have been better. Another thing was that the beds were not that comfortable. But overall it was a good stay.

We really enjoyed our visit, we have dogs so it was a nice walk down to the beach, about 8 blocks, 1 minute drive
The pool and jacuzzi we're both open and I really enjoyed hanging out in the jacuzzi then jumping into the pool, nice and relaxing.
A 4 minute drive to the casino
18$ if you take the taxi
The price was great for all the amenities
Breakfast was available for free, with biscuits and gravy, sausage and eggs
There was also cereal, yogurt and fruit cups
A juice machine and all day coffee
The staff was super nice,the young gentleman that works swing shift was a superior front desk worker, I didn't get his name but a big shout out to him!
We will definitely stay there again

The continental breakfast was okay, not amazing. We were in the third floor, the view of the coast was incredible. Hearing the waves from our room was incredible.
The shower water pressure was not great, only one setting in the faucet head gave pressure and it was the jet. All others were a trickle.
The property was extremely clean and cute, good parking.
All the staff was very nice and professional.
There was an obscene amount of no smoking signs weed, vapes, cigarettes big no no on the grounds.
I didn’t get to check out the pool/spa/ fitness center but I did see quite a few kids in bathing suits so it was nice to know it was heated and in use.
The location of the hotel was centrally located, the roads a little less sidewalky so it might not be the easiest to walk but very much a possibility to do so.
I would stay here again,

3. Work out room = closet with a dusty, ancient treadmill and a stationary bike.
4. Apparently no fresh baked cookies this time of year on a weekday.

We chose Inn at Wecoma for our visit based on the amenities that turned out were either not in use or not advisable to use.

However, the breakfast was good but really not enough to make up for not having the expected amenities.

We ended up booking this hotel last minute after having issues with another place nearby, and honestly it completely saved our trip. We arrived around 10pm and the staff were incredibly accommodating, welcoming, and kind despite the late check-in.

The hotel itself smelled amazing, felt clean and well cared for, and had great amenities in a really central location. Our room was super cozy, very clean, and overall just felt comfortable the second we walked in.

Breakfast in the morning was also surprisingly great with lots of options, which was such a nice bonus. The pricing was very reasonable for the quality of the stay, and we genuinely had zero complaints. Would absolutely stay here again!!

I booked the double queen just to sleep as we were working in Lincoln city. It said it had an exercise room and not one of the 2 cardio equipment worked. I’m an IFBB pro in prep and I had to jump around in the room for 30 minutes! Also both beds were double beds very small not queen size.

Boy has this place gone down hill quickly.
To start the ladies at front desk are amazing no issues, very friendly and helpful.
Pet friendly rooms are carpeted and quite stinky. Bathroom vinyl plank flooring was pulling up and almost entirely separated. Pool and hot tub has green mildew formed around the edges. Breakfast was pretty sad, no waffles or fresh fruit. No air conditioning in rooms.
Unfortunately, that’s probably the last time we’ll be staying there.

The room was reasonably comfortable and overall clean, poor drainage in sink and shower notwithstanding. The hotel is definitely older but reasonably maintained. The staff was polite and helpful, the lady at breakfast was attentive and very pleasant. When it comes to breakfast as such, however, a hotel can offer (a) excellence, (b) mediocrity, or (c) something that insults the guests. I will add another category: (d) an abomination to the very idea of breakfast. That is what was served here: nothing remotely fresh, non-working appliances, meagre biscuits and bagels that could not be toasted, leaving only orange juice from a machine to consume. The entire setup of the breakfast buffet sending only one message: We don't care! If the proprietor of a hotel focuses only on keeping costs not low, but lowest, the honest thing (towards guests and staff!) would be to not offer breakfast.

We have been staying here for years and slowly watching the hotel go down hill with hopes they would catch up. Same breakfast being served 8 years later, every morning with no change. Sauna still doesn’t work. Hot tub being cleaned when it should be opened instead of ahead of time, making it unusable. Broken ice machine. Unfriendly staff. A quarter roll of toilet paper with no back up. Yet you took the time to buy check in iPads for the front desk. Definitely coming off the list of places we say.

The front desk cancelled my reservation for a suite two bedroom and when I arrived they were already booked so I had to get two rooms and they didn’t even offer at same price. I had my email with confirmation for the rooms and yet they acted like there was nothing they could do about it.
