We had such an INCREDIBLE experience at this hotel. First impression- there was plenty of parking and the people at the desk were incredibly kind and informative. We booked a king room that said it was the last available. Our room was on the small side, but even with it being the last room, we ended up with a partial ocean view as a bonus.

The hotel is very dog friendly. They gave us little goodie bags with a waste bag and dog treats in it at check in and there is a small, clean dog park area on site. They have an elevator so our room on the top floor was accessible to my older pup. There is also a flat path down to the ocean right from the rooms, with a foot wash on the way back.

The property was very clean, especially for it being a dog friendly property right on the beach.

The included buffet breakfast is one of the best I have ever seen. There was soooo many food choices and they had sealed gluten free bagels and almond milks available. This was such a nice gesture as a lot of places do not have any options I can eat. They also do free salmon chowder and cookies in the evenings.

Some other amenities we didn't use but will be back for: outdoor fireplace, barbecue grill, patio tables, pool, sauna, and hot tub.

The beach view from our room was absolutely gorgeous. The front desk staff was friendly, helpful, and quick to respond whenever we needed anything, such as an extra blanket for the sofa sleeper. Our room was clean, and the hotel was well maintained throughout our stay. The location was excellent, with easy and convenient access to the beach, making it the perfect place to relax and enjoy the ocean.

Right on the Beach with easy access. Close to everything but kind of secluded and private. A little more than your usual complimentary breakfast, potatoes, sausage, biscuits and gravy and scrabbled eggs with fresh bacon bits, green onion and cheese to add.pluss more.
We stayed here a couple of years ago and really loved the place. I spent a good amount of time with my son in the outdoor pool.
The price is higher than quite a few places in Lincoln City, but we wanted a memorable vacation in the best of ways and we got that. We will go back again.

Hotel location and beach access is one of the best in Lincoln city! The room looks like has been renovated not too long ago, but the one bedroom suite layout is really weird. First, the shower is located on the middle of unit with two class walls. It looks really nice, but if you travel with kids or other people besides you, be prepared not to take showers privately! Second, this spacious room doesn’t have a table and chairs, not trash can near the sink/mini kitchen. Third, the couch is 100 years old, you won’t be able to sit on it, not even mentioning to lay down and enjoy the ocean breeze. I wish I know all this! However the bed is comfortable and there’s two tvs, don’t know why there’s 2, would be much better to have new couch instead. Besides all this, the weather was perfect for the Oregon coast, so we enjoyed being outside.

What a special trip, what made it even more of a special trip was the above and beyond service and assistance from Roger the general manager. Thank you so very much again for accommodating my daughter and I. You made our night there so very special. Had us gals feeling like princesses from our room and the praise you gave her for completing her school year. She was so excited and happy to see our beautiful room! From the jetted tub, the fireplaces, to that stunning view. You gave us the gift of new memories, mom a reset, and my girl the experience she’ll remember. Thank you to your staff and you! The breakfast buffet was great to have in the morning and a short walk to the beach after is unbeatable. The pool temperature was great and nice to do after our walk. We hope to return again.

Run away!!!! Don’t let the photos fool you, this is a 2 star location at best and that’s being generous!!
Literally could not sleep due to the constant dripping sound in the wall, which the staff stated “yea we know, they used Pex to install their plumbing and we have constant issues.
Literally every 30+ minutes the sound of dripping was so loud we counts sleep.
Now to the creative photographer, well played!! Room smelled like mold, balcony was super alert and felt weak and about to fail, tub pictured is made for kids, door would not lock/close. We stayed in room 2206, aka bates motel on steroids.
Now the good points I mean point… Bed was solid and no complaints there. Clean quality bedding and materials.
Though if you can’t sleep……
Run away if you want to sleep, safe, and treated well.

The pool and hot tub were great. Also, beach access was convenient. That's about where the positives end. The room was filthy. Ants everywhere. There was Carmel corn (not ours) under the chair in the living space that was swarmed with ants and a trail coming from the patio door. Bathroom had ants coming out of the wood work and a spider had made its home in the corner complete with dead bugs. I only mention this because it shows that it hadn't been cleaned in who knows how long. Dead bugs in all the window sills. The sheets had what I'm sure is a blood stain, that I only noticed after sleeping in them. I'll stop there. You get the idea.

Check in was very smooth, welcoming and invited us to have smoke salmon chowder and fresh baked cookies at 5pm. Breakfast was delicious, Bed was comfortable & we slept great. Big glass coffee cups in the room for our first cup of delicious coffee when we woke up. Easy stroll to the beautiful beach. Outside shower to rinse the sand off.

Easiest beach access that I have seen in the area, comfortable room with full kitchen, and excellent breakfast included! The sauna and pool area was fantastic and the koi pond and outdoor fireplace was a terrific addition. Absolutely planning to stay here on my next trip to Oregon!

Wonderful stay! The room was huge with an amazing ocean view just steps from the beach. The evening lighting creates a magical atmosphere over the ocean at night. Easy beach access, perfect for all ages. The salmon soup was absolutely delicious, breakfasts were great, and everything was very clean. We also loved the pool, hot tub, and sauna. We love this place! It was our third visit in the last 5 years. The beach access is perfect for our accessibility issues, unlike most of the other properties in Lincoln City. The hot breakfast is amazing and the salmon chowder and cookies in the evening are yummy. The staff are helpful and friendly always. The balcony facing the ocean is a perfect place to hang out too, read, have a cup of tea and relax. Love it all!

Everything was great! The only thing I would point out is that the rooms are incredibly small. I would love to know how they took the pictures! :) We also didn't have a beach view room, so maybe those ones are bigger. This wasn't an issue for us though, because it was just my son and I, and we weren't in the room much. I think it's worth knowing going in though. Other than that, everything was great. No issues with parking. The breakfast was good and we loved the free cookies every night! Right on the beach, we walked out multiple times a day. Great location right in the middle of town to everything was close. I would stay there again if it was just my son and I. It might be a little cramped for my wife though.

The breakfast had lots of variety and it helped save lots of money as opposed to going out to eat, the walls are a little thin and could hear our neighbors but it wasn't too much of a bother but over it was an amazing stay and we will be visiting again!

The hot breakfast was misleading, there was sand piled up against the trim in the bathroom, our fridge did not work or close and someone’s half drank Pepsi was left inside of it, the walls are extremely thin and you can hear every neighbor talk/shower/flush etc. The staff were nice but for over $250 a night we were disappointed

We recently stayed here for half the summer pricing. We loved that the beach was so close and we could see whales spouting in our room. We enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub. The staff was nice and breakfast good. The room was run down though. The tile in the kitchen was cracked and broken in five or six places and we came close to cutting our feet on it repeatedly. The cabinets in the kitchen and both bathrooms were in very poor shape missing stain and finish on the doors. The kitchen was missing essentials and had three forks. The utensils looked like they came from the dollar store. There was no cutting board, no can opener, etc. Most of the cabinets were empty. The couch in our room had no back rest and looked like a chase lounge. It was not really usable for even two people. The pool and hot tub had green around them and looked like it needed a good cleaning. We would stay here again only because of the closeness of the beach.

We were kind of put off by the morning staff person. We came in for breakfast, and the person didn't acknowledge us at all. We waited by the entryway, and heard her acknowledge those that came in right behind us. Very disappointing. Kitchen staff on both days was extremely awesome. He acknowledged us, came and cleaned the table as we set. He made our experience 100 percent better. Awesome gentleman.

We stayed there for 5 nites. Everything was only OK. The room rate was a different amount for every single nite! The \"suite\" that we had was spacious enough, but there was no table and chairs, so no place to sit and eat or work if needed. There was a small fridge and microwave, so where do you eat - on the bed? The screen door to the balcony was torn and slid very roughly on the track - like one of those cheap 50's aluminum screen doors. The balcony railing was extremely rough - paint peeling and splinters everywhere. Looked really bad. The breakfast was typical eggs, sausage (no bacon), biscuits and gravy, cereals, breads and yogurt. But the eating area was very small - only 4 indoor tables! Our room phone was broken, and the bathroom sink was about 90% plugged, so draining was very slow. And we had to just about beg the front desk to get housekeeping to our room once during our stay. The ocean view was nice. We won't be back.

Linen service requires advance request the day before.
Only criticism we have is there was no table in the room so we didn't have a place to sit and eat. Otherwise, clean, bed's comfortable, sufficient hot water for soaking tub and the glass enclosure for the shower let's you watch the surf while you shower.

My dog found a condom wrapper and used condom in the room! There was debris behind the in room soaking tub. Each morning we woke to a knocking in the bathroom wall. We've stayed here before and it was great but not this time. I told the front desk about the unclean room and the knocking and we were offered cookies. Won’t be staying here again.
