When I first opened the door to our room, (room 110) it smelt HEAVILY of marijuana! It is a non-smoking room and we don’t smoke anything. I told the front desk clerk (she seemed young) the situation I ran into, and that I didn’t want to be charged a “smoking fine”, she then grabbed febreeze and the housekeeper. We went back into the room and they both proceeded to tell me that they don’t smell anything like that. She kept tapping in her nose to implement that I couldn’t understand her? My husband did open the windows to let the smell out, and it helped a little. She sprayed the room and left. As they left, they were talking crap about me down the hallway, and continued to call me a picky tenant and small insults like that. I’m not a “Karen”, I’ve been to this hotel a dozen times and I love it, but for them to treat me this way, to dust off my complaints, was EXTREMELY insulting and unprofessional! On top of that, the room didn’t smell or look clean. There was still garbage on the outside patio.

The room showed need of maintenance . The inside window sill, absence of drain plug in one of the sinks, carpet needs restretching. Poor shower head in the bathtub. Sink faucet turn on very irregular from light to very heavy water pressure. Very loud noise from refrigerator - unplugged it for the night.

Beach view was good, but our room 302 had no balcony (which we assumed all beach- side rooms had).

The property is showing a lot of wear and tear. Furniture is stained, dingy tiles, doors are really banged up, strong perfume smell to cover up a musty smell.
The front desk help was not very friendly and had a hands off approach, directing us to the laundry room to get our blankets ourselves.
We appreciate being able to bring our dogs but having other dog owners allowing their dogs to bark out the open windows non stop while we try to enjoy our balcony was acceptable.
We also had other guest banging on their doors, letting their children yell at people on the beach from their window and run up and down the hall after 11pm.
All in all compared to our stay two years ago it was a very rough experience.

The room was clean and fairly comfortable. The furniture is old but adequate. Good view of the bay. Parking was difficult. Dining room was out of milk on the first day so we couldn't have cereal. The smoke alarm went off in the hotel on our third night. One at 11:00 pm and the other at 3:45 a.m. we were told that we could get a refund. They were putting people's room number on a pad for refunds. They told us we needed to contact expedia ( where we booked) to ask for a refund however our request was denied by the hotel. They wouldnt even give us any kind of credit. I don't plan on ever booking than hotel again. They did have good coffee and it was an easy walk to Mo's and to the beach.

This wasn’t the most pleasant place to stay. From the outside it looked well kept. And the location was nice at the bay with frequent walks along the beach. It was also nice being close to a coffee shop and Mo’s. However, the room itself was dated. Lots of marks on the walls, even holes in the door. And the curtains had little mini holes, like moths had gotten to them. The place was fully carpeted which holds the mustiness and smoky smells. Won’t be returning!

We liked the view and location but we didn’t like the fact that it was just a rented room. Very poor breakfast that we skipped out on the last two days. No sense of hospitality. No one on site to report late night problems
Fire alarm’s went off twice for no reason in the middle of the night and 4am. We had to ask for room cleaning and were put on the list for the next day. It was poorly done. Had to ask for more soap.

The location was great but because we were in a tsunami hazard area I was extremely terrified when a very LOUD alarm went off at 11:30 pm and again at 3:15 am when we were sound as. We woke up so scared not knowing what was going on. We weren’t given any answers or help. In the morning around 7:00 am we were told it was a false alarm. We couldn’t check out fast enough. I will never ever return. Staff as not helpful at all especially during check in before all the alarms.

The entire hotels reeks with a very peculiar smell. Room was filthy. Floor had debris in corners, sliding glass door track was black with dirt, as was heater vent. Microwave had food stuck inside, all corners and baseboards were dirty, windows filthy, and particle board furniture was so tired the finish was worn off. Marks and stains on floor, couch, and pillows. In addition, the the balcony railing was so loose, it seemed if you leaned on it, it would let go.

They did have great water pressure, and you could build a fire on the beach outside our balcony

The view and location are great. I've stayed here many times. The last time was 2024 and the place was great, nice and clean, well maintained, and breakfast choices were really nice. Unfortunately, I can't say this was the case this time. The place was run down, trash outside the main doors was almost always overflowing, inside wasn't very clean, and the breakfast was really sad(lack of options and ran out of the little they had). I was very disappointed as this has been a great place to stay in the past. Thankfully we went before the main summer price increase.

The worst experience ever. Booked the “luxury” king suite. Nothing “luxury” about it. Old furniture, stained and ripped carpet, broken faucet fixtures. The hot tub was not working, at least the male front desk agent was helpful in fixing the blown fuse that was causing the problem. But the jets had weak pressure. Air was escaping from the cracked air control valve that controls the jets. Tried to get some sleep around 7:30pm but was awoken by fire alarms blasting. No one at the front desk but firefighters. Fire fighters told me to leave so I packed my bags and left. Called the property the next morning to let them know I was not there to check out because of the incident. Asked for compensation for the inconvenience and was told that even though the fire department told me to leave I should have stayed, so the inconvenience was my fault and I was not owed anything back. Awful customer service. Awful business management and awful property as a whole. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. If every hotel in the area is booked and this is the last resort my advice is to cancel your trip. It’s not worth your money

Staff was very friendly and everything was clean. I was able to message them from the car and they held our reservation even though we arrived an hour after check-in due to traffic. I loved that we could walk to eat just down the street and the beach was just steps away. The only thing I wish was a bit better were the breakfast options. I was hoping for at least eggs with a continental breakfast as I am gluten free so I couldn’t really eat anything other than the bananas. Other than that, our stay was very quiet and relaxing. Will definitely be returning in the future!

The location of this hotel is amazing. Perched right on Siletz Bay, the view from the room was gorgeous and the hotel was mere steps to the sandy beach. Many rooms are also dog friendly… great for a family trip to the coast. The hotel also had free parking, which is great for such a busy area! The street has local restaurants, coffee shops, and little beach shops. The only downside is the hotel is in need of some TLC. Our room didn’t have a working ceiling fan, the curtains didn’t close all the way, and the sink was clogged. Because of the heat wave and broken ceiling fan, we were given a fan (that was so dirty we had to ask for it to be cleaned) and the staff member helping us was quite rude as she seemed very put out by us asking for a way to cool the room. The vending machine was also completely out of water and the breakfast was very minimal. Overall, things were fine for a one night stay, but I don’t think we would have been comfortable for multiple nights in the room we had.

The elevator broke and had a elderly that needed it. Then she accused us of messing with the elevator so we could get a free day. Would never ever do that. My aunt can hardly even walk and leg are swollen with water. I asked to talk to corporate or the owner. That's when she accused us of messing with the elevator to get a free day. If you would have seen what it took to get my aunt upstairs. They ruin our of milk for the cereal. There was lots more but that's all I'm telling about.

We reserved a room with 2 queen size beds and received a room with 2 twin beds. Dirty smudged up walls with huge horrible stains on the couch. We told them we were leaving because of the filth and we wanted a refund just 10 minutes after we checked in and we were told because we booked on-line there is NO REFUNDS! Good view of bay even when chose ocean view. Rooms were clean, bed comfortable.
Parking was horrible, check in was very simple, did not ask for anything besides a signature. No ID, license plate or anything.
Balcony was covered in pigeon poo with nesting pigeon.
There was a tip envelope that was signed and said thanks for the tip left on the table. We were there for three night and room was never cleaned, no new towels or anything until our last night I called down for new towels was asked when I checked in and was told I could come down and get them in a few minutes. Went down was handed two towels for two women. I asked for at least one more towel and was told they didn't have any more redt were in the dryer.
My hotel expectations go down each time I stay at one. Horrible to pay over 150 a night for no service.

My favorite part about staying here besides having a patio that looked right over the bay was that the sheets were not the ordinary blah white sheets that most hotels have, they were a beautiful pattern. Most travelers might prefer white but I don’t. The parking was tight but there is a parking garage down and up for those who arrive late. If I was going to this area again I would definitely stay here. The staff was also very nice.

Upon arrival I had to wait while the desk attendant discussed a mishap with the cleaning staff. I was told “just a minute” twice. Shouldn’t customers come first and shouldn’t these issues be discussed away from the front desk? Room was clean but mattress dipped to one side. The next morning we went down to breakfast at 8:20 and there was no food left. Had to go across the street and spend $25+ to get something to eat. We have stayed here multiple times but the property has deteriorated and these issues were unacceptable. Won’t come back.

Really an overall great location. Great view. Great staff. Parking was hard. Furniture is really outdated and worn but fairly clean. But in ok shape for an older beach hotel. They're just overdue for a deep cleaning. Fridge needs a defrost, it froze most of my drinks. Dog hair on the couch. Bathroom floor edges grimey. Sliding glass door tracks are unappealing. But the things that matter such as the bed, toilet and shower were clean. I will absolutely stay again, just hope they're able to invest some time into deep cleaning, it would really elevate the stay.

This hotel has a great location. However, our room had no air conditioning. Lightbulbs were burned out in the lamps, the water pressure in the shower felt like it was skinning me alive. The breakfast buffet today which is a Saturday morning contains two apples 4 miniature bagels, and about an inch of milk left in the gallon jug. This was at 8 o’clock this morning . The complementary breakfast area is open from seven until 11. The carts for luggage are rickety, the parking spaces are terrible …skinny, and people parking outside the lines and blocking the wheelchair ramp up to the front door. I’ve stayed here for years before it was purchased by OYO, and next time I come to Lincoln city I will probably stay somewhere else.

Honestly, when I first showed up there was a line to check in ( 3 people ) the employee at the time I think named Brenda quit on the spot check in was at 4 we didn’t get checked in until about 4:45 aside from that our room was clean, we had a perfect view. Easy beach access and it’s next to restaurants ( walking distance ) the staff were kind, aside from Brenda but she’s gone now. I’d stay here again budget friendly and pet friendly. 8/10

The hotel room didn’t look the same as represented on the app they were photoshopped or AI altered a misrepresentation of the room which I would think would qualify for a refund. The hotel is old and rundown. The room myself and son was issued was dirty, not maintained and things like the heater knob had no housing, the heater was a wall heater was rusty. Both of the lamps were terribly stained. The patio was dirty had bird droppings on it. The patio door was dirty and had accumulated dirt in the runner. The patio curtain was dirty. Needless to say I left about 8:30pm that night , didn’t stay the night. My son was so worried there were cockroaches and or bedbugs possibly in the room he was almost in tears and asked if we could leave and I definitely agreed with him, but trying to to stay calm about the condition of the room as I had never experienced this situation before. I returned my key cards to management and explained why I was leaving. I was offered another room twice during our conversation and declined. I pointed out the problems with the room and was given an excuse about the patio door running saying it was from sand blowing in. No , it was compacted dirt that had been cleaned for who knows how long. I told her when I go pay to stay somewhere I expect the place to be equally clean as my own home or cleaner, and the room definitely didn’t meet those standards. I am working with booking company to try and negotiate a refund with the hotel.

We had a horrible experience. We checked into the hotel and dropped off all of our bags in our room then went out to dinner. Upon arriving back from dinner, our keys no longer worked. We went to the front desk and were advised that they had overbooked the hotel and put someone else in our room. They went into our room when we were out to dinner and removed all of our belongings and put them in storage and then gave someone else our room. Bottom line, they screwed up and we had to find another hotel to stay at. The manager, Moni was not helpful at all and just kept on blaming the receptionist instead of trying to resolve the issue.

The room that we checked into was so outdated. The furniture looked like something that was from a garage sale. The couch was all torn up on the bottom with shreds of material hanging out. The cushions were so dirty and stained we had to sit on the bed. The curtains were raggedy and old. The room was very clean. The advertisement and the pictures on Hotels.com do not represent what this hotel really looks like inside and outside. Very disappointed. I feel I should deserve a partial refund.

We have stayed here before and had a wonderful time. This trip was quite disappointing. Room were booked in room #209. I will never take that room again. It is a room with a view from window only. Surrounded by 6 balconies. Kids screaming on all sides. The card key stopped working everytime we left our room and we were there for a weekend. We got locked out a side door and it took forever to get someone to come help us in to the hotel from pouring rain. Breakfast was only some waffle mix and dry cereal with one hour left of service. I would still stay again because I loved the balcony rooms. Just be prepared and aware of the other rooms. We were not.

Staff was great. Great location near restaurants can walk to. Groceries near as well. The beach is great never too crowded. Peaceful place. One thing might be worth doing is add door arms to help from doors slamming. Had one person leaving often at times and their door slammed every time.

Great stay! Excellent location. Short walk to beach, bay and park areas. Walkable to lots of food, grocery store, liquor store, bars and shops. Great area. For the price point best stay in Lincoln city. Room was clean, had fridge, coffee was good.

The only real positive for this place is the proximity to the beach. I think it is in need of a good deep clean and update. The beds are not very comfy. Pillows are horrible.

We were excited for our stay until we got there. Dog hair everywhere, room smelled bad. Breakfast was awful, staff was rude and uncaring. Furniture was nasty microwave not clean refrigerator didn’t work very well. Even the hallway was covered in dog hair. Patio chairs filthy like no one even cared. Even the ice had a bad taste. Get it together will never book here again!!!

No microwave in the room tho it was supposed to be one. We asked about it and was told oh sorry. But no solution was offered.
The gentleman at the desk was polite & attentive. The lady was snippy.
We had enjoyed our previous stays there. This was entirely a different experience.

About all I can say is the view of, and access to, the beach is the best feature of this property. I expected an 'older' room but it needed a deep clean: stains on furniture, dirty shower curtain, stains on tub floor, worn bathmat. All small issues but together gave an overall icky feel to our 2-night stay. 'Free' breakfast wasn't much-cold cereal, waffles, bagels & English muffins. No milk for the cereal, powdered creamer for coffee.

The jacuzzi was broken, when we told staff they laughed and said we didn’t know how to use it. It was actually leaking, meaning no pressure to make the jets work. Then when I called back to speak with the manager, I was told because I booked through a third party they couldn’t refund me. She also informed me maintenance said the tub worked just fine which is comical as I sent the guy working the front desk the video of the leaking tub and the jets not working. There was shattered glass on the floor. The carpet was torn up and had tape residue. I would NOT recommend this place, could spend the same amount on a much nicer place.

Laid my grandmother to rest Friday night and wanted to celebrate her and mother’s day Saturday. My mistake.

The room was clean and all items working. The complimentary breakfast has good choices, but not hot foods. Make your own waffles. Great view of Salishan Bay and partial ocean. Easy beach access. some local shops with- in walking distance. Parking lot have small spaces. Some Handicap. Not great room for larger vehicles.

Location Location Location. Beautiful location and for the price it was pretty good. Our room definitely needed some upkeep. Stains on the floor on the deck outside. Looked like puke. The cold water knob wouldnt work correctly and needed to be messed with to get it working. Lots of detail maintenance needed. Torn carpet edges. Touch up paint. Doors we banged up and needed painting. Jeff at the front counter great. This property has tons of potential. Just needs some love by the owners

Outdated and smelly. We ended up driving back and did not spend the night because we did not want to sleep there. The staff are nice, but the hotels photos are deceiving. Its also on a small side bay with little to no ocean view.
