The view from our room was phenomenal and the Lanai is huge. We sat outside for a little bit before dinner. Sun was great and we were on the side with no strong winds.
Dinner at the restaurant upstairs was excellent and the staff was wonderful.
We sat in the hot tub for a bit after dinner and it was relaxing.
Could not have asked for a better view and beach walk. We had a great time !!

The pool is heated and feels like bath water. It was amazing! The rooms are individually owned so they are all different. We really liked the room we had which was on the 1st floor and that’s beach level.

The entire set-up was creative and functional. The beach and ocean view was amazing. The restaurant - Fathoms - provided wonderful culinary delights. The staff were friendly and helpful. Truly a perfect romantic getaway!

Excellent customer service. Clean room. Amazing ocean view. Perfect warm water in a swimming pool and a nice hot tub. The food in the restaurant was delicious. I had a good and relaxing time. The big plus of this hotel is that it does not allow pets. I have a pet allergy, and this policy was helpful.

At check-in, Mike was very helpful and friendly. Was pleasantly helped when I had an issue with the bathroom sink and needed more linens. Staff was not very friendly upon checkout. Facility needs to be updated for what you charge per night. Other than the view, it seems very highly overpriced.

We had a wonderful weekend! We had a standard queen room on the 3rd floor. Amenities included microwave, small fridge, Keurig coffee maker. AND...dishes, glassware, flatware etc to help make meals in our room more comfortable. Bed was comfortable. There were plenty of drawers to unpack our things into, although the closet space was very small. Room was clean. View was perfect! TV took some time to figure out but I eventually got it. The only issue was the shower. There was something wrong with the water control valve, and I had to fiddle around with it to get the hot water to come on.
Overall the facilities were above expectations, and we will come back again!

The beach view is incredible. It is great to have easy access to the beach. The staff is very helpful and friendly. I ate breakfast at the restaurant. Food was great. Of course, people can't pass up dessert. I purchased a Mazapan cake and a Key Lime cheesecake to go with my tea in my room. Both cakes were delicious and delightful.

For a deluxe balcony suite this was the most bare bones that we have experienced at the Inn. Usually wonderful rooms, this time very mediocre.
NOT worth the money. Very disappointed this time. Because historically we have had a wonderful time at the Inn we will give it another chance.
That room 430 needs a major upgrade with TV tech newer than 10 years ago and the carpet was stained and the baseboard heaters are all rusty.
Also, the sliding glass doors/screens are broken and barely work. Refrigerator so loud it drowns out the sound of the ocean waves.

Basically it gets one star for the staff who were nice, and one for the view. Otherwise, it is dated and has not been maintained well. The supposed charm of individually decorated rooms is really because they appear to buy up furniture and items from other closed hotels and just through it together. Good hotels go through and regularly update their rooms, not this one. Definitely not worth the price.

Great stay.
This place was so clean! Furniture a bit dated but the view and attention to cleanliness made up for it. The staff are amazing. From the front desk to maintenance man that started our fireplace service was top notch. I left three beautiful coats behind in the coat closet and the housekeeping staff is shipping them to me. Now that is fantastic service. Beautiful pool and hot tub. Halibut was delicious for dinner.

The resort was centrally located. We love Lincoln City but also often go to Newport. The access to the beach is great. The restaurant was great but be sure to make reservations. We didn't & ended up eating in the bar, which was fine for us but if you have kiddos... The parking is a bit funky, you park across the the highway but they do have a tunnel underneath so you can walk & drive through. They also have a shuttle so if it's too far to walk you can use the shuttle but I am not sure if the hours of operation.
