So peaceful. The room was spacious and elegant. Some might find it a bit dimly lit, but I liked getting away from the bright lights. The property is quiet at night and feels light a sanctuary. Its sister properties encanta - directly across the street, and nest a little ways down the street with some peaceful corners to sit out sleep in a hammock, are both connected to the beach and you can go over any time.
There is a staircase leading into the property, so be aware of you have mobility issues.
The staff was attentive, kind, and very informative. Melissa is particular spent time chatting and helping us choose where to eat and what to do.
Nu is right next door, but I found Hartwood (get the beet!) and Wild so much more delicious.
I'd skip the alcoholic drinks. Nothing spectacular to them.

One of the best experiences! staff are super friendly and helpful! the hotel is cute, clean, quite and private! The breakfast we had were also very good quality! The hotel is not by the beach but you can easily access to the beach cross the street. The location is great! close to beach but quite.

Radhoo was incredible!!! Honestly from the service, the rooms, the food, the staff's willingness to help, the convenience... this place was simply AMAZING. 10000/10 recommend. It's a romantic cozy get away for couples. The only complaint, as others have said, is lighting at night but that was a common problem in the Tulum area. It's not dramatic but more so for the girls who want to do their makeup in the room haha.

Also at the pool I was told that I had to pay cash. So I needed to run to the ATM machine and pay the $7.95 fee for withdrawal.

We stayed at Radhoo for 4 nights, and it was amazing. The staff, pool, closeness to the beach, cozy jungle vibe, and food were all amazing! The room was a bit on the smaller side, but as we spent most of the day by the pool, it was no issue at all, and it was very comfortable. It was also great that the hotel was on the jungle side, so we didn’t get the noise from the beach clubs (only a tiny bit of music from a nearby restaurant, which we didn’t think about), but we were still close to the beach clubs and walked over there on foot during the day. We communicated with the staff on WhatsApp, which made it incredibly easy to get their help - it almost felt like having a butler. Thank you Radhoo!

Radhoo was amazing we stayed here second part of our stay the organized everything from the other hotel Encantada which was also amazing. The hotel is beautiful as for the pool amazing! I spent my 30th birthday at the Radhoo Tulum at the end of July/ early August and I had the BEST time. The hotel is absolutely gorgeous, the staff was so nice and accommodating, and the location is perfect. The breakfast was delicious and the 24hr pool was perfect for a night swim! Beautiful property that has a large pool area in lush gardens right outside the villas. The villas are clean and are incredibly spacious with air conditioning. Nice, quaint bar with swings. Hidden Gem in the hotel zone. The staff were all very friendly, helpful, willing, and professional. Communication was very easy and accessible via whatsapp with the reception. Wifi works great! The beds were so comfortable with great quality sheets. Pool and bar area is adorable- and secluded compared to other hotels in the that area. Spacious rooms with AC that works! Lighting of the rooms is kind of dim, however it did not bother me and gives the hotel character. Very happy with this hotel and will return for sure!
