Very clean rooms and friendly staff, great location if you don’t mind a walk to the waterfront. Was an issue with the booking from Wotif and the hotel didn’t have the booking or receipt of payment hopefully Wotif has sorted this out with the hotel as they could have charged me again.

After long train journey from Marakesh and arriving 1 hour after checking time i was made to wait another 1 hour before i could check in. The staff didnt seem to care. After finally being given a room there was no towels, the blinds were broken and tv had to be switched off at the mains. I called receptionist 3 time waiting for 1 hour for towels to be delivered. The hotel service was terrible.

It’s a budget hotel, I get that. But the bedsheets were itchy, no kettle or coffee in the room - these are basic. The only option for drinking water is to buy bottles from the vending machine so we couldn’t get room temperature water.

A Hotel without Towels!!

Upon check-in we were told there were no towels but they would be delivered to our room in an hour. After making 3 separate calls to the front desk over the next 5 hours, the receptionist told us,\"We do not have any towels!!\" So it'll come as no surprise that there were no towels ever delivered to our room!! We used clean pillow shams that we grabbed out of the laundry room for towels.
There was no soap in the shower dispenser! Pathetic!! Attention to detail is near zero.
I would advise staying elsewhere...

40 minutes. Staff need basic training in how to locate a booking made via hotels . com.

Incorrect door key cards issued :
Reception staff don’t know how to program door keys, and will hand you one that is (a) not programmed correctly and (b) labelled illegibly, with a room number scribbled carelessly.

Security
Housekeeping staff suggested “If your door key doesn’t work, just ask me and I will open the door”. Housekeeping should instead direct guests to reception.

I just want to say thanks to the receptionist male ( Badr) this gentleman was amazing in his servis, very polite, caring, trying the best to help and sorting any request of the customers, also the man who delivering the staff evening forgot his name, I must say that all males gentelmen woh working in that hotel are very helpfull and doing the best, but unfortunately females are not on that level of providing service such in dealing with customers or dealing with customers requeste, especially those females on reception are not very helpfull. Cleaners are wonderfull I am very happy with their work. Heating was not very good cold rooms Iheard SAME from another customers. SINKS blocked most the time..

Very well located as it is right next door to the Tachfine shopping centre Just 10 minutes walk from the beautiful casa voyageur train station A safe walk but busy street
The Hotel is a bit noisy especially in the day time Their laundry machines are on the third floor so you can hear them and when the cleaning staff change the bed sheets they move the beds with a screech However the staff were all very pleasant A good breakfast too

It’s a bang average hotel. I only stayed one night as I needed somewhere close by to the airport and fairly cheap. The rooms were clean, but very basic. The taxi from hotel to airport was only 300 dhs. Overall, can’t complain but wouldn’t stay longer than a day. Right next door, there is a shopping centre, it has a great choice of places to eat and a supermarket.

This was the worst place we ever stayed at, not just in Morocco but worldwide, hands down! I got injured due to poor housekeeping service (no towel on bathroom floor) and spent a night in a hospital. Had to fly out to seek treatment halfway through our stay. The supposed general manager named Fatou took my hospital bills, promised reimbursement as well as refund for the hotel stay. Weeks later, I was told on the phone call that I should've asked for a credit before checking out and the they don't do refunds. I have not received the refund for the hospital call she took neither. To summ it up, I booked two weeks, tripped and fell the first night and was in a hospital because there was no towel on the bathroom floor. Had to leave after one week to go seek treatment. They think they get to keep my money for the whole two weeks (including the week we did not spend there), and fill me with fake promises of refund and reimbursement of hospital bills. The dishonest and unprofessional behavior of this hotel's leadership is unprecedented. Booking a stay at this place was the worst mistake I made in 2024 and I'm still limping with a knee brace on. Casablanca is full of awesome hotels, stay away from Relax Hotel Casa Voyageurs please!

I checked in around 9pm, I went to the room to find out there was no remote for the TV, I called them and brought me a remote, then I found the TV was not working, then they brought me a TV from a different room. The floor of the room was dirty and even inside the hotel.
I went to brush my teeth to find that the sink was blocked but at that point, I gave up because it was already late and I was staying for one night only.

Our stay at Relax Casa Voyageurs was disappointing overall. Upon arrival, the first room we were given was unclean, with dust visible throughout and brown stains in the bathroom sink. We requested a cleaner room, and while the staff accommodated our request, the real disappointment came during breakfast on our second day.

The hotel appeared to be understaffed, with only two people catering to approximately 50 guests during breakfast service. It was chaos!—there were no clean tables available, and the buffet was entirely empty. It was a frustrating experience, as there was simply nothing to eat. When I brought my concerns to the reception and asked to speak with the manager, I was told the manager only arrives at 10 a.m., leaving the hotel essentially unmanaged during that time.

I had chosen this hotel based on its high ratings, many of which were 10/10, but my experience did not align with these glowing reviews, raising questions about their authenticity.

The only redeeming feature of the hotel is its location within a complex that includes a small mall with some decent shops. However, this is not enough to compensate for the poor experience we had. Based on my stay, I cannot recommend Relax Casa Hotel Voyageurs to other travelers.

Friendly staff, good location and walkable to the main train station. Yes it is true that it is a bot off that no towels are provided, and even more to have 2 men knocking on our door at 10pm saying to give us towels when we haven’t requested for it.
We are not sure if they really are staff but a little suspicious.
Friendly staff, breakfast is ok and can be better.
Location is the key and we are happy with our stay.

The location was pretty close to train station and also next to a mall. But I found the hotel to be a little unresponsive to my emails before I got there. When I got there, my hotel room didn't have shower towel and it was pretty noisy.

Lovely staff, relaxing and comfortable room For our whole family. We travelled with an indant and a toddler, and we were provided with a shared room with doors in between. This was perfect For naptimes to get The children their privacy, but still let us move freely in our room. The breakfast was also nice and suitable For children and grownups. Staff were super nice and helpful with every request, which made traveling with young Kids alot easier.

We are regular guests at the Relax hotels (oujda, kenitra, Casa ) to us Relax hotels are the best hotels in Morocco , they offer and gave us the best for the affordable prices, al are in great locations, we always feel like home as soon as we open the entrance door is like you are opening your house door, check in are always a pleasure, very smooth and please take, we had the check in at This hotel with Mr, Bader and he was very professional and friendly , greet us with a big smile and welcoming us home. For us relax will be our choice of hotel … keep it up and we will continúe coming back … thanks to all for give the best . We had been in very expensive hotels in Morocco and we haven’t felt this good in any of them.

If you are looking for an easy access stay to the airport and train station its a good choice. Room was clean and comfortable and staff was helpful and informative, theres a mall attached to the hotel which was convenient. You can catch a petite taxi easily to other city locations such as the the hasan 2 mosque which also has a larger mall 2 minutes away from it. and the hotel staff booked airport dedicated taxi for me for 4 am and Iam very grateful.

Nice hotel, worst service ive ever experienced!!

Where do I start?

Ive never had to wait to check-in in when showing up an hour after the check-in time. Over 30 minutes.

Ive never had to ask for an iron, its usually provided.

They only gave 3 towels, one for your hands, one for the wet floor, and one for the shower.

Key card wouldnt work and had to go all the way back down to get a new one, every.single.night.

I asked them to fix the shower, and i felt like i walked into a murder scene upon my return, bootprints all over the hotel, a big red mark that couldve been blood and throughout the whole process of them cleaning my room, they acted like i was inconveniencing them!!

They kept forgetting to clean my room, i had to literally request it, and they would show up so late- like 17:00!

I killed a huge spider on the wall, and saw a cockroach in the lobby, that was interesting.

Then they came with a supervisor to help me resolve these issues?

No!!

They came to tell me to keep my door closee at all times, and I explainer to them that average moroccan man would struggle to close this door. Its been jamming and you have to use a lot of strength. When i showed them that the both of them wouldnt be able to do it 5x a day like i has been doing, they apologized and walked away.

They offered to fix it, but it was the last day of my 10 day stay, and me and my mom were just so exhausted with this hotel, I just told them to please leave me alone.

This hotel seems to be going through some renovations. Interior decorations are nice but the rooms and the service need to improve. We didn’t even have towels in the room. Had to ask for towels and then they dropped off 1 small and 1 medium size towels. They were quite old and reused many years. I’m certain that you find newer and better towels in homeless shelters. Don’t even give instant coffee but had a kettle in the room with 2 bags of tea for the 2 nights. Only thing going for this hotel is that the close proximity to the Casa Voyageurs train station which is the main reason for our booking.

- Notrechambre se trouvait sur le côté trop bruillant de l'hôtel. Le bruit vient d'un géant système de ventilation et de climatisation du centre d'achat à côté. Nous avons demandé de changer de chambre sur le côté moins bruillant mais on nous a dit que l'hôtel est complet. En plus, par la fenêtre on ne voit que ce gigantesque système de ventillation.
- La télé ne captait aucune chaîne. Pas de signal.
- Le coffre fort était verrouillé. Il fallait attendre un technicien pour le déverrouiller. Nous avons annulé la demande.

We got there atc10am. Check in is at 2pm but they got us into a room right away. Great breakfast for around 7€. Staff was friendly and helpful. The entire hotel was extremly clean. Great location about 8 minute walk from train station and shopping center right next door. I love the name \"Relax Hotel\" because it is true...totaly Relaxing. Very quiet in room too. They are great ambassadors for Casablanca. Stay here, you will thank yourself.

Great place to stay if you need to be need Casa Voyageurs station, for example if you are catching a train to the airport the next day. Apart from the shopping centre right next door, there's otherwise not much to recommend the area itself. The hotel building and rooms are clean and comfortable. Staff are great. Breakfast has lots of options and is a very good deal.

Chose the hotel because I was arriving and leaving by train . The city centre and all sights are a good 30/40 min walk away.
The room itself was big and bright and comfortable, with a good shower.
Some elements of the service were a little lacking. It was nice to have a kettle but there was no cup or coffee, just 1 mint teabag which was not even replaced everyday. On one occasion I was left with no towels.
The wifi also had bandwidth issues on one of the 3 nights rendering it almost useless.
Breakfast was good enough, standard Moroccan fare but on one morning the buffet was not set up presumably due to lack of guests and a random plate was brought to the table.
Finally my room key stopped working on the last morning and housekeeping had to let me in to get my bags .
Not worth considering unless access to the station is important.

This is a nice place to stay if you just have a couple days in Casablanca. It is an 8min walk from the train station Casa Voyageurs. I would walk if you feel comfortable given that taxi drivers will try to go around in order to charge you more money. I learned that the hard way. The facility is small and not many amenities. You must request a hair dryer. There is none automatically in the room. The staff were fantastic and helpful. I would say that even though it’s close to a mall, it is located in an industrial area. There is not much around and my tour guide said it wasn’t safe to walk around at night. It is also very far away from all the tourist attractions (not walking distance) so if you want convenience to see all the monuments of Morocco, this is not the place to stay. Also, the rooms aren’t very sound proof. I could hear children yelling from another room and you can definitely hear traffic and the call for prayer (although those things didn’t bother me).

It's a relatively new building, a modern design, the room is spacious, bathroom is sparkling clean with strong water pressure, location is convenient with an attached mini mall, transportation in general is cheap I used Taxis to move around, to summarize a nice place where I highly recommend for a budget traveler.

Every thing was good the hotel very clean nice the staff so so friendly the breakfast was so delicious just one thing the parking is hard. Because you have to park in the mall parking and the mall is closed at 8:00Pm so you have to come back your hotel before this time also you can’t park your car out side the hotel because it busy all the day . So if you don’t have a car this hotel is so so so nice . One day I park my car out side the hotel behind the mall because I can’t find any spot and the police charge me 400 Drh it’s around 44$ . So if you don’t have a car that’s hotel very very good

Close to train station

Close to the Voyager Station, clean & spacious rooms. We stayed there 2 Separate times on our trip. We did not have the breakfast. There is an additional city tax to be aware of. Right next store is a mall and food court with several food options.

Would be nice if staff informed guests that we need to insert our keycard into the electrical switch slot to power up the room. International travelers may not be familiar with that system. Also an on-demand shuttle service to airport for a flat fee would be nice.

Not a proper arrangement to park the cars for checking. There was no water, no coffee making items, room telephone was not functioning either>

The hotel is in an excellent location for us because it is very close to the Casa voyageur train station and adjacent to the mall. The check in staff was very friendly and the bed was very clean and comfortable. It is the perfect hotel for the price we paid. Will definitely stay here again if we travel to Casablanca in the future .
