I am rating the hotel the lowest possible score due to Radisson Blu Hotel Casablanca City Center not allowing me to shorten my prepaid 3 night hotel stay on March 4th, 5th, and 6th, 2026 at check-in to 2 nights and get reimbursed for the last night which was not used. Due to the Iran War, my flight to the Middle East was cancelled and I did not need to stay the last night in Casablanca to catch my flight. Most hotels will allow you to adjust the stay at check-in, but not this Radisson. I suggest that you do business with a hotel that is more understanding in a war situation. They should be ashamed of their business practice. They told me at check-in that I needed to get my reimbursement from Expedia, but it was really Radisson that refused to reimburse me.

Check in took long; in room telephone not working… changed rooms because there was no bidet in our, apparently you have to pay more for bidet. Room was nice, amenities were great. But no control over the thermostat- was super muggy and warm. Opened the window but was noisy. Bed was comfortable. Staff was polite. And not walkable to any main areas … but location was city central.

Had a wonderful stay at this hotel but full credit goes to Fatima at the front desk who went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and made calls to organize and reschedule my private taxi. The one negative was on the day I was checking out Fatima wasn’t work and I spoke to Khadija to check on my taxi and she was unhelpful and refused to make the call to the taxi. A clear night and day service between the two. Nice property and Fatima is the standout star!

Was very impressed by the hard working, friendly and helpful staff (especially Soumia at breakfast). There were lovely fresh juices at breakfast and rooms were nice. Also liked the central location.

However, the hotel was no where near 5 star as promised; would say 3.5 star. It was very run down in many areas (guest toilets, stairwell, corridors), it looked poorly maintained, like a faded beauty.

The breakfast was very disappointed because it had limited choices, especially healthy options, and the buffet area was always covered in flies. The staff offered to make us food from day 3 out of 7 (e.g. omelettes, chopped up fruit), and that helped and the breakfast became more bearable.

The swimming pool was awful - the tiles were black and broken, and we were unable to swim in it, which should have been one of the highlights of our vacation. Was so disappointed. The indoor pool did not exist - instead there was an indoor pool in the spa downstairs, which you had to pay for.

The room was clean. Very well kept. Smelled good. Hallway to the room was clean and inviting. Staff spoke English well which I am grateful for. My Arabic and French is significantly lacking. The staff was kind and welcoming. The outside staff assisted in getting us a taxi. They too were kind and helpful.

Book for three adults in a room that accommodates 4 people. We were only given 2 towels and when we asked reception to organise the sofa to be made up into a bed while we were at dinner we were told we could call housekeeping to do it. After insisting they speak with housekeeping to organise, the receptionist reluctantly called for us. Expected better service from reception. Room was nice but basic.

Could have stayed at Hilton for half the price

Disappointed. The hotel clearly knew our room had a terrible damp smell prior to allocating the room to us. After dinner we returned and had to move rooms at midnight. There was no issue when I asked BUT I shouldn’t have to ask!! Our clothes stink just being left in the room a few hours. A significant inconvenience given we stayed just one night. Bathrooms cleanliness average at best.
Hotel booked car service was literally 15 times the cost of a local taxi. A local taxi was 10Dirum the hotel car same trip was 150Dirum. That’s taking advantage of tourists in an ‘upper market’ hotel.
Limited communication on the messaging app. Asked if room upgrade was available as a Gold member - response ‘It says at our discretion’. The hotel was not busy so no reason they couldn’t have pushed the upgrade. Instead we got the down grade into a damp and stinky room.
Hilton is just up the road and half the price.

Hotel is very old, definitely not 5 star.

There are taxi guys in the lobby, it’s like a mafia, one day they will quote 50 dirhams to take you to a restaurant, next day, they will quote 100 dirhams for the same restaurant.

The hotel cut our wifi on the last day though the checkout time was 12pm.

Overall, will not recommend the hotel to anyone.

Our stay was average because when we arrived in our room at almost midnight the sofa bed was not set up, no bed linens, no pillow. It took hotel about 1 hour to bring these items. Not enough towels in the room for 3 people.

Very nice hotel, friendly and professional staff. Street car stop - route T1 - is just a few steps from the entrance, you can easily and inexpensively get to most interesting areas of Casablanca. A good grocery store close by. Quite a few restaurants are nearby.

Service was slow. Front desk clerk always busy forgets to follow up requests.
One time, the cleaning lady forgot to close our room door. It was wide open when we arrived, so much for security.
The hotel is located in the city center which is not noisy but the surrounding area very dirty.
Bed was comfortable but not the pillows.
AC is not available in winter time , we had to open the window every night to cool the room to be comfortable.

Staff at front desk was not helpful. I asked if I could borrow an electricity outlet converter since I lost mine at my last stop, he simply said I could buy one at a store and he did not have one to lend without checking the house keeping. The way he communicated gave me a sense of not willing or trying to help. But i have to say the front desk stuff in the evening before i left were kind, nice and were not mind helping customers.

Avoid at all cost!

This place was horrific start to finish which I'm really surprised about given how well reputed it is globally.
The negatives:
1.) At check-in, I was requested to have a seat as there was a long queue ahead of us. Once they were checked in, then someone else walked in and they decided to go through and check-in them which took another 15 minutes whilst we kept on waiting (all in all about 45 mins for check-in which is ridiculous).
2.) Once in our room, the A/C didn't work. Called maintenance and he said to restart it after 15 minutes (which I already did a few times). Called him again after an hour and he said maybe its broken. Spoke to the manager and he then explained finally that all rooms on that particular floor have heated set on and that he'd move us to another floor which finally resolved that issue.
3.) Next day, whilst my family was in the toilet, the door handle broke and she was trapped and eventually the maintenance guy came and opened it. Then the day after, the handle broke again and I couldn't open it from outside. Called the maintenance and no one came for like an hour and then I had to go down and complain to reception for them to finally sort this.
4.) Pool on the top floor but tiny and not heated which wasn't ideal either and not informed about prior.
5.) The toilet did not have a bidet of any sorts and had the wash basin after a separation which I found very strange.
6.) The breakfast was ok awful service. The items were always missing and rude staff.

Was expecting more of a hotel that markets itself as five-star. Somehow, the customer service seemed to be lacking in every interaction. Whenever I asked the reception about something, they told me to go ask someone else: When I asked for the opening hours for the rooftop bar, they told me to go up there to check. When I asked what a reasonable price for a taxi to the train station should be, they told me to check the meter. When I asked if there was any New Year's program, they told me to go ask to the restaurant. Also, there were some clear mistakes: I asked for a breakfast bag, and one was not ready when I went to get it at the agreed time. Also, when I ordered room service, they first brought me the wrong order. All of these are minor inconveniences, but it felt like so many little things were going wrong with the customer service.

Clean hotel, okay room, but overall nothing to write home about.

The Radisson Blu Casablanca City Center Hotel is one of the best hotels for business in Casablanca. The food at the lobby restaurant is excellent and the staff are all exceptional. The Radisson takes the stress out of traveling. They arranged a great driver in a nice car to get me to the airport and home for Christmas. Going back there soon and definitely staying at the Radisson Blu as many times as possible. Keep up the great work.

The Radisson Blu Casablanca City Center Hotel is by far one of the best options for business travelers in Casablanca. Everything works seamlessly. The rooms are well maintained, the food from room service is delicious and arrives quickly. The breakfast is excellent as. Radisson Blu has a professionalism and optimal quality of service that you simply just don’t get in many other international hotel chains.
And it’s really good value for your money. I booked on Expedia and it was a great rate. Highly recommended to consider as an option in Casablanca for any leisure or business travel in Morocco . 🇲🇦🙂

We very much enjoyed staying at the Radisson! Although Google maps initially couldn’t find the correct location and we circled around an incorrect area in the city center, once we used the coordinates through the hotel website we finally arrived. The staff at check-in and taking care of our rental car were fabulous. We enjoyed a lovely meal at their Brasserie restaurant and got a good nights sleep. Breakfast selections were numerous and the hotel offers something for every taste. I certainly recommend staying here!

Very disappointing overall experience

Very unpleasant check-in. We arrived early and understood that check-in was not until 3 PM. They asked us to wait in the lobby because usually they could make a room ready early. They did not keep us updated. We waited over three Hours. At 3 PM they still did not have a room for us. we finally did get a Room after being extremely assertive and insisting on seeing the manager. The manager was not apologetic, however, he did find a room almost immediately When it was clear that we were not going to except any excuses. No offer of assistance with luggage or orientation to hotel services was offered. Food in the restaurant was mediocre at best although the service was pleasant. I had a different room the second night because we were joining a tour group and had no hot water in the shower that night. My overall impression was that the poor Service was a matter of incompetence rather than deliberate neglect.

Our stay at the Radisson Blu in Casablanca was exceptional, and it was largely due to the warm and welcoming staff who made everything so easy and comfortable for us. A special shoutout to Hassan, the night receptionist, who went above and beyond to make us feel at home. His friendliness and patience, especially with the communicating with others, were truly appreciated. He ensured that we had everything we needed throughout our stay, and his helpfulness made a real difference in our experience. The rest of the staff were equally attentive and accommodating, always ready to assist with any requests. The hotel itself was clean, modern, and well-equipped, but it was really the team that made our stay memorable. I would highly recommend the Radisson Blu in Casablanca to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay, and a big thank you again to Hassan for his outstanding service!
